They checked my A/C to make sure it is ready for summer. The check was completed in less then hour. Technician was courteous and explain what he was going to do. Showed me the results of the inspection and possible options. It was a very nice experience from your company.

Called Yes to do an AC check & I'm very glad I did. Alex did an awesome job & cleaned the outside unit & shared info about what to expect from my AC in the future. I'm honestly incredibly surprised this company has the rating it does. This is the worst company I've ever worked with in my entire life, in any way shape or form. THE MOST EXPENSIVE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If you use this company for any work you are making a terrible mistake. They charged us double what any other company would charge, scared us into thinking we needed repairs that we didn't need, left the job unattended for over 3 hours while we we're without any water, was told they would call me back about four times over the course of a week or two and they never did. This company lies to and steals from the hard-working locals of Las Vegas on a daily basis. It is so bad that I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau in regards to work they did at my house. Do not sign any paperwork at all with these people. It's a massive money making scam. I did my research and found out they aren't even locally owned. They are owned by rich hedge-fund people from the East Coast and all they care about is money. I strongly recommend you stay away from doing any business at all with this company.

The charges for the amount of work were excessive. The 17 foot of pipe installed took 3 to 4 hours. The only other charge was a permit to continue the work.

DO NOT use these guys for Nest products. They are supposed to be "Nest Pros". This guy walks into my house, Literally just looks at my Nest Thermostat and tell me its bad, without even touching it. I explained what the "Nest Senior Agent" told me to tell him what he should look into. He looked at me again and said, "Nope, if the wires are hooked up right. The Nest is bad" Then he asked me if I would google the error my nest is giving and print it out for him before he left? He charged me $50 for looking at my wall and leaving. Called Nest back after he walked out, they said I have to get someone else who will look into the issue that I explained to the YES serviceman that refused to do it. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Came to fix a water valve, that was ok. Then they said they would do a courtesy drain inspection. I thought they were going for an oscar , with all the ewwws, and awws and boy look at thats. Then i was told i could have the pressure wash my lines for $2,200 dollars. I have no clogs and no problems, I didn't fall for the upsale ( Bologna) at all. Will use another plumber from now on.

Do not use!! Run far away!! Took these idiots 3 tries to fix a simple leak.

Joshua did a great job repairing my broken AC unit. He inspected the unit thoroughly and explained in detail what was wrong and what the cost would be to repair it properly.
The repair was delayed by a day as a special part was needed and the repair was completed by the next day. Joshua kept me apprised of when the part was received and how soon he would be able to get the repair completed.
Joshua was very courteous throughout the job. He even waited patiently for me to get home for my service appointment as I was delayed due to a heavy traffic.
I would definitely use Joshua again!

Justin F. was tech that came to my residence -- temps were 110-112 next day...........He diligently preserved until he resolved the problems..... At ALL times he was extremely professional and personable with an awesome showing of concern for the burden to me /pets having no a/c..... He NEVER indicated lack of repect/manners and was very kind to my pets!!!
When problems resolved he politely showed me invoice and explained everything done and answered all my questions to my extreme satisfaction!
Recommend to anyone -- buy your warranty!!! EVERYTHING (parts) covered -- so instead of paying a couple thousand -- I just paid labor!!!

I got same one from H.Depot + licensed plumber install... all for $1,200.

Yes acted like I had rare, high-end commercial water heater that needs special order & specialized install.. Reality: common 50 gal. power vent found anywhere, can be installed by handymen or any regular plumber.

RESPONSE: You DISHONESTLY represented your reasoning for high quote! You told me this was a high-grade, rare to find, commercial grade water heater. You told me this needed to be special ordered. These LIES to justify HUGE price tag. Its nothing like that; its common to find water heater. Maybe cuz im a "gullible woman" that wouldn't know any better. You LIED! I researched & found how common this water heater is, how easy to install it is. Just talked to an older widow in different part on Vegas, had similar experience with ur BS. Been doing business with YES! For a few years now and they haven't disappointed me yet. They give you a time frame for arrival and have been arriving in the first 30 minutes of the time slot. Today was the heating inspection done by David C. Who was very professional and friendly took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the inspection. He didn't try to sell stuff he did give suggestions to have done over then next few years. He was clean didn't and wore booties so the carpet stayed clean. I had them here a week ago for an emergency water heater blowout and they were here maybe 15 minutes from the time I called and had the this installed very quickly and cleanly. They even cleaned the garage floor the best they could after the flood. I HIGHLY recommend you go with YES! Air Conditioning & Plumbing they will not disappoint you!!!

One of my air-conditioning units went out. They came out for a fee. They told us we needed a whole new unit as well as a furnace for about $12,000 I called another company which came out for a fee and fixed a wire. I had been using them for years but now I see they are crooks!!!!

Everything was perfect. Finding the problem quikly and then we decided on a new unit so the yes company gave us a great price for a new a/c unit and installed it the next morning. We decided to get a new unit at about 5p.m. the night before. Instalation went well and we got the right size for our home. Yes sent out Bill Cooper to do my yearly A/C tune up. When he arrived he was very professional. He asked if I had any issues with my A/C I told him no, but I did ask if he could double check the ducts. He went the extra mile and checked everything out. Before he left my husband and I were discussing our smoke detector that was too high to reach and replace. He overheard us and let us know that his ladder would reach and he would reinstall it for us no problem. We were so greatful because it needed to be up before we sold our home. He really is one of a kind. Thank you

My repair tech Joshua was great, he explained the problem in detail and was very friendly. I'm glad that we chose Yes as our HVAC company.

Chris was very courteous and helpful. He even was kind enough to replace some ceiling light bulbs for me.

Matthew and his crew showed up a little late due to a previous job. I was contacted prior to the end of the window and was explained the previous job was taking a bit and the crew was on the other side of town. Cheri called and said the crew would be there very soon. I received a call and the crew showed up as they said. They both took their time to answer my questions and what to look out for in the years ahead. Yes air conditioning is expensive but they are a call away 24/7. I would recommend their maintenance package, it does save money if you need repairs. I do travel from time to time and it's comforting to know if my family needed help with house, they would be there as soon as they called!

These guys couldn't fix a light bulb tried selling me an ac for 15,000$ got a second opinion cost me 90$ to fix a wiring issue if the try to sell you a new ac get a second opinion

We get our HVAC inspected regularly to keep everything working properly. Techs do a good job and provide helpful tips.

I like "Yes! air conditioning & plumbing..they are very kind person and nicely
doing their job, charged with fair amount .. so i recommend if somebody need to do or fix your home call them they are perfect...

Bill was very informative and gave us three options on how we could move forward with our AC. He was thorough in checking all the electrical aspects of our unit to ensure we were at ease with the current status of the AC. He answered all questions to my satisfaction. We will request him in the future for our service.

Be careful with the person who shows up to see you, they are salespeople first and Plumber second. They cost me over 2k in repairs that were unnecessary. The Plumber had me dig up part of my driveway because of a mistake he made finding my sewer pipe. Beware of who you are speaking to.

A/C was blowing cold air. Called Yes AC and they said they could have somebody out between 2 and 4 p.m. The technician called me and was here before 2. Him and his assistant Chris came in and determined and the problem was fixed. Like in the past they always show up on time if not before and they always put their booties on and they always take time to explain what they did. I even had a question about my Nest thermostat and Chris walk me through just make sure it was set up correctly. I will continue to use Yes air conditioning and Plumbing they come and do the job beyond expectations and always take the time to explain things. Great company don't make any changes!

The two guys who came and set us up were great and quick and very professional. The problem is we had a possible gas leak about a week after they had set us up with our water heater. Our garage and downstairs smelled like rotten eggs. I called them around 5/6pm on a Sunday On their emergency line supposedly 24/7 and they told me we can get someone out around noon the next day. I said so my wife and twin babies and myself should breathe this in for another 18 hours? They said that s the best we can do so I called around and another company came out and took care of the issue.

They come quick to get your money but not to take care of an issue with their equipment.

I d rather pay another company 3 time what I paid than ever give them another penny.

Why would you go with any other company. Yes! has been awesome ever time we have called them. We have used them to replace our water heater, and service our AC/furnace. Now, we just got them in to clean all the ducts and blower and other parts inside the unit. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, I think. Martin cleaned our ducts and unit. He was so communicative and flexible and efficient .He came at a time that was not previously scheduled, then was honest and said he would not be able to do a good job as the sun would be setting soon right at the time he would need to be on the roof cleaning the unit. We rescheduled for Saturday and he has was early and completed the job in 2 hours. Cleaned up nicely.

I had Yes! Air Conditioning come and give me a quote on a possible replacement for my AC unit. Mark was very informative about the company and the type of Carrier AC Unit he was quoting me on. The experience turned pretty bad when I mentioned that I wanted to think about it before making a decision. He started to get really pushy and kept mentioning that I needed to make a decision today or else he couldn't offer me the same deal tomorrow or even an hour later. After an hour or so of let me talk to my "boss" and see what we could do, I made it clear that I was not comfortable making this decision. He became very rude and basically call me stupid for not accepting the deal and how could I pass this up. If their work is as rushed and pushy as their sales team I don't want to ever do business with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I wouldn't even give them one star. You don't schedule an appointment 6 weeks out and call the morning of the appointment and cancel it due to having problems on a "major job with issues" somewhere else. They have to understand that we work too and schedule time off of work to be here to welcome them to give them money to do a 30 minute job. Whoever makes these decisions needs to be replaced...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...DON'T HIRE THEM.

Martin was very friendly and communicated all information of what he was going to be doing. He covered with plastic under all ducts he was working on. Plus cleaned up and vacuumed all the areas when finished.

My original appointment was scheduled for 8-10 am, and my girlfriend's appointment was scheduled from 10 am - noon. I received a call shortly after 8 am informing me that my appointment had to be re-scheduled to 10 am - noon (the same timeframe as my girlfriend's appointment). At 11:26 am, my girlfriend called to let me know that the technician had finished her water heater inspection and was heading to my house. He didn't arrive until about 1:20 pm. Once he arrived, Cliff did a great job, but I don't understand why the Dispatcher didn't send another tech to inspect my water heater during the promised timeframe. Because of the very poor performance of the Dispatcher a significant part of our day was wasted waiting for the service to be performed!!

What a rip off. $215 to figure out that the banging in my kitchen hot water pipes was caused by the hot water valve to the kitchen sink not being fully open. I'll never do business with this company again. A real professional would have had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 10 minutes.

Yes Plumbing should not be in business. Called to have a Water Heater installed, using a new warranty replacement heater from Sears. I was given an estimate for around $2,000.00 James was then told he can leave and I walked away. I had been quoted on the phone sight unseen by a couple others $400.00 to $500.00 Yes it was Sunday afternoon. I appreciated that someone would come out. Anyway, I then called Anytime Plumbing. Spoke to Aaron. I sent him some photo's so he knew what he was getting into. He quoted $375.00 over the phone. He was at my home in less than an hour. He proceeded to do an incredible job. He "Hard-Plumbed" the water heater as he said this is the "Old school" way, it was already hard plumbed and he re-did it that way. He was fantastic, super neat and clean, did a PERFECT JOB!! About two hours later he was done, heater was running, water was getting hot. Then I said so how much do I owe you. He said $375.00 as quoted on the phone. He then received a VERY large tip on top of that.
YES PLUMBING has no right to rape people which I am sure there are plenty that just pay. They probably prey on and really rob the elderly, very sad a business can get away with this.
$2,000 quote and job done perfect for $375.00 on Sunday afternoon. Do yourself and all a huge favor and let everyone know about this RIP-OFF company. SAD,SAD,SAD.

We got the special deal "Tune up" through Home Depot in Las Vegas, and of course it is an opportunity for Yes! A/C to find repair opportunities. That being said, they did a GREAT job for a discount price. We got technician Jesse Avitia and he rocks. He was trailing a trainee - Byron, and they were both very professional and friendly. They wore the booties on their shoes while in the house and were super respectful of our home. I followed the guys around and they were glad to chat with me and teach me anything I wanted to ask about. I watched them through the whole process and asked any question that came to mind - and learned so much about my A/C units, how they work, and smart ways to maintain them.
I know that so far this sounds like a kiss-ass fake review, but I'm just honestly a dude who bought a house last year and new to the A/C maintenance game. Jesse was everything you could hope for in a repair guy, he said he has 11 yrs experience and I wouldn't doubt it. He appeared to confidently know his business. The guys were able to show me the capacitors that were starting to run low as they deteriorate over time, detect low coolant in one of my units, and show me the replacement motor and shoddy wiring done by previous repairs.
I certainly recommend getting this service done, especially through Home Depot for the discount price. It's like less than half the price of a normal "Tune up/Inspection", and with two separate units it made a big difference for my pocket. I'm not sure if Home Depot subcontracts you to Yes! A/C every time, but whenever you're doing your scheduling, find out and see if you can request Jesse A.

My A/C went out. I called and a tech was at my home in less then 2 hours. 12 year old heat pump. Not worth repairing compressor problem. Decided to replace rather then repair. I have two units on my home, so I had both replaced. This was done the next day. It took a while to find a cabinet that would fit without moving a chimney and redoing the roof.
The replacement went very well. The crane and a tech arrived very close to when promised. The team work was very professional. Eventually two more techs arrived to assist.
This crew was excellent.
Time will tell if I am happy with the equipment. I can't say how the heating will work, to hot.
I was not in a position to compare prices. I think the price was about right, no real bargain.
I have used this company for many years, since 1984. They have always been there when needed.

I am very pleased with the Yes! Air Conditioning a Plumbing work that they performed at my house. I was first contacted by a Customer Service Rep that set up my inspection appointment. She was very helpful and was able was easily able to adjust the time when I found I had to change due to guests arriving. The Senior Advisor called 1/2 hour before the appointment to notify me of the arrival time and did arrive within a minute of his promise. The inspection process was extremely well done and was extremely precise including a camera assisted inspection of the sewage lines. However, the Plumbing Service man Ivaylo B. demonstrated exactly what a truly skilled plumber should do in the installation of a hot water heater. I am very qualified to evaluate this kind of work being an engineer with over 50 years of experience and this man did "text book work" I was truly impressed. Thank you Yes!.

Outstanding service, polite and professional staff. Heater runs 10 minutes and shut off. At 10 am service man found problem quickly, needed new unit. Had new roof top unit installed and working by 3 pm.

FiltrationSystem!!I wish I could give 0's!!!!!! I was told if we purchased their water filtration system it would stop calcium build up in our pipes, but we were also lugging Arrow Head Spring water to drink 100.00 a month. We were told the water would be Cleaner than the Arrow Head Spring Water. Also we would no longer need to buy Salt for our water softener, the price was high but he assured us we were buying the BEST! No more problems. After he installed it, the taste did not taste good! He said give it some time, you'll notice the difference. Not true! We continued to drink Arrow head spring water. I called a water company they tested the water. It was in the 800 range off the charts for things in the water. It had all sorts of things floating in it! I got sick knowing I didn't want to seem skeptical and made coffee with it before being tested! I called and told Sandra their secretary what it was like. She assured me someone would test it. She sent the same young guy that sold it. I said where is your test kit. He said they don't have any but insisted the water was good! I sent him to get one. He came back with chlorine test drops. He said see its clean. Cleaner than that Arrow Head Spring water you're buying. I said well I'm not convinced. So you maybe be hearing from me. I called the water company that tested it for me. He came out. It went down a little on the scale, down 100. It was still in high 500's. I have a reverse Osmosis at my kitchen sink. I was told by the man that tested it don't drink the water from the $ 7,345.00 filtration system. Drink it from the Osmosis filtration that registered at 38! Clean water!. I called the Sandra again frustrated anger, she said I'm sending someone to test it. I said dont send the same guy. She sent him again! Today! Along with his back up another man. I told my husband he's here. He was angered and told him you lied to us. You said it was as clean as Arrow Head Spring water. He swore he never said it but that he said it would stop build up of chlorine. He lied to our faces!!!!! True it may protect the pipes from build up but lied to us about it being clean as Spring Water Which is what sold it to us! I called and left a message for Sandra. You Did it again I said! Sent the same guy and another man. They left! Knowing my husband was angree! They didn't test the water! She called, said you insulted our men!you didn't let them test, You get a lawyer ! you tell the News! You tell anyone you want but dont call here ever! So I'm taking her advice. I'm waiting to hear back from an attorney and I have a list to notify. $7350.00 is no joke for being told we were getting the cleanest water! Stay far away from this company!!!! Take heed! They take advantage of everyone.!!!
