We were scheduled for our biannual tune-up/check-up for our furnace and AC units. Craig was extremely efficient, completing the job in about 1 1/2 hours vs. the estimated 3 hours. He was friendly, took care of things, observed some things my husband had added for energy efficiency and made reasonable recommendations.
