problem replaced it and our heating system is back in service . With
the help from Josh T. and your company our invoice for this job was

THE most honest technician I have ever met in years. He could have charged me a svc fe and told me anything to make money on a job. But this angel came here and explained the hows and whys of my system and that it works fine.. it's only the low temps that are causing the problem. Craig arrived on time, wore the booties, and asked about my concerns before even getting starting on the service check. He set the thermostat to no programing so that I could set it at whatever temperature I preferred, and it would stay there until I changed it, which is my preference. He explained everything clearly, was curtious in his demeanor, and very helpful in making sure I understood everything and had all of my questions answered. He was thorough and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Sergio also came in properly suited and made sure he understood my concerns as well. He reiterated what Craig was explaining and was thorough and professional in his part of the servicing. It was nice to see Craig making sure Surgio was doing everything properly without without making feel like he didn't. As a former teacher, I was impressed with how Craig was mentoring Sergio! You have two good men here, and they represent your company well.

Have used Yes Plumbing for at least 20 years. Worth every Penny. Tech's are always professional and efficient. Will continue to call them with anything Needs doing.

Phap is an excellent representative of your company. I only received a tune up. He was concerned with what I needed to have done to my air conditioning unit that he felt like he was ripping me off. I will definitely call Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing in the future.

I have a relatively small home and needed a new a/c system. A Yes service technician came out and took advantage of my ignorance regarding air conditioning. The technician recommended a 5-ton unit and was firm when he said I should not put a smaller unit in. However, he didn't say what size I have now. He quoted me around $11,000 for the entire unit. Boy, was I floored! I called a couple other companies, had another technician visit, and was told I have a 3.5-ton unit, which should be fine for my 1,400-square-foot home. Now, this company might do quality work and give good service, but they have little regard for those who have small budgets. I feel very disrespected by this company.

Jesse came out a few weeks back and serviced my outside Air Conditioning Unit and was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and on time. Today, he serviced a problem with our HVAC unit and was again friendly, knowledgeable, quick and on time. It is so refreshing to have a company in sin city that is quite the opposite. Very honest and dependable!

My a/c wasn't working properly for a few days so I contacted homeadvisor and this company was recommended. They called me first and I liked that. It was a very hot day in Vegas (really?!!!), I talked to customer service at around 2pm, Alex was out here in about an hour and a half. The problem was fixed. Alex answered any questions I had and listened i.e. didn't make me feel as ignorant as I am. That's important. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I thought the freon was rather expensive. Overall, good job.

Will never use or recommend this company. They refuse to give an approximate cost over the phone, they will only give you a price if they come to your house. So you have to schedule a day/time with them and wait until the technician arrives with a book that has all the service prices. This is their gimmick, get into your house!

For a simple service; connecting a natural gas grill line to the house gas line (about 10 minutes of work maximum and all materials supplied by me) they charged $168.00, double than their competitor, Donnie Tittle Plumbing, Inc. who charges $89.00.

The technician, Fernando, was very kind and professional, top-notch!

Prompt and great service. The team communicated well about the problem and solutions. There was coordination and information about possible delay in arrival time of the team. However, delay did not occur.
Professional but friendly manner made us feel comfortable with the team.

Alex arrived on time and was efficient. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and also make several recommendations concerning the future of our old system.

First day of AC use and it wouldn't shut off. I scheduled a $49 support call. Josh arrived, listened to my description of the problem and began investigating. Upstairs thermostat not responding, but the system seemed okay. I mentioned that I had recently had NVEnergy thermostats removed and my original ones replaced. Josh discovered a disconnected wire and voila! He also recommended replacement of the main contactor because it was showing a lot of wear and in danger of fusing closed. He offered to just do the complete service which had not yet been scheduled on my plan and waive the $49 support call fee! Along with this great service, I got lots of info about thermostats from a really nice guy!

I am very satisfied with Yes! Jason came to service my water heater and plumbing. He was very professional, and his knowledge and guidance helped me to make the best decisions. I have used Yes! a number of times, and have always been happy with their service. I will continue to count on Yes!

Call them "No" Air Conditioning and Plumbing. They are not there to fix and existing unit you have. They really only want to sell you a new unit and provide service on that unit only. What turned out to be a bad capacitor and fan motor turned into how I needed an entirely new system which was going to be $9500, I called Butch at Air Force and he told me the capacitor was bad as well as the fan motor outside and he could fix it all for $600.
1. An A/C system should last 20+ years
2. You don't replace all 4 tires on your car when you have a blow out, nor do you replace the entire system when a component fails.

Aaron and the his plumbing team come on time and finished the job quickly. In general they did the job as expected. However overall I find they were a bit sloppy. The job required removed the roman tub and reinstalled it. Before the reinstallation you would expect they cleaned the tub edge and installed it for a clean finish. But they didn't do it. Now I have messy edge which need to be taken care of. They didn't even have a caulking gun to apply the silicone and paper towel to ripe off the excess silicone. With more than $1000 I spent this should have been taken care off!!

Worst company ever they do shoddy work and do your research on Yelp, BBB, and State Agencies, also check there contractors license with the State Department of Nevada and you will find what I found they were fined $750.00 because they lied on the application about one of the primary people who has a criminal record. What does that say for a company that keeps closing companies. They are owned by ARS Heating & AC & Plumbing out of Memphis TN and has closed two other businesses here in Las Vegas because of the same complaints to the BBB, on Yelp, and to State Agencies

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, however the prices were absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. We were quoted at over $2500.00 for a service that we were able to get through a different company for under $100.00. I will not be using Yes! Plumbing again.

Jun A. was the specialist assigned to inspect my AC unit. He arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also explained the program that would allow me to get regular inspections during the year. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness in explaining how to keep the unit functioning with regular inspections and changing of the filter. I am well satisfied with the service and the Specialist. I would request him again.

On July 31st. Jun came out to check out why my A/C was not working as it should have. He explained in terms that I could understand and answered all of my questions. Jun topped off the coolant for the A/C unit and advised me he may come out again to put dye into the system to make sure the unit is not losing coolant. Jun is one of the most professional individuals I have met in a long time. Not only does he know his job and does it with excellence he treated me with the upmost respect. If Jun is an example of all your employees then you have a great company. If not then you should hire more people like Jun.

This company came out to repair a damaged hot water heater . a simple repair. The tech dod not focus on the repair. He talked about major repairs that cost the customer nearly $10k. These people use unfair business practices to rip off the public

Alex serviced our office building and was professional and courteous! He arrived on time, and performed the requested service in a timely fashion. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex for your cooling/heating needs. It's not often you receive such customer service these days. Alex is first class!

They take your money and run . They leave no warranty ,leave damaged walls and when you call the office they say they will take care of it and don't do anything.

We've used this company before and was pleased with the service BUT I've learned now about their unethical business practices and pricing. Get a second opinion! Even when they charge for a service call and you feel like that would be wasted after they give you a cost for a repair. Get a second opinion. They said I needed to replace the whole unit for $10,000. Because the tech seemed flippant I just paid the service call and called another company. Got a new unit. Same brand, same size. $3500. Get a second opinion.

When buying a house the inspection showed the HVAC was 27 years old and not working. I was referred to Yes! Air Conditioning by a friend. I let them know when we would close and they had the HVAC installed the next morning! A heated house in the middle of winter helped us feel that we were home!

I have a yearly service contract with YES and they check my A\C,heater, plumbing,....once a year----it is worth it. I would like to suggest that for loyal customers they include a list of one-time (once a year) basic plumbing home repair like replacing a toilet flapper, tub diverter, .....free of charge for labor if parts are supplied by home owner, or at least a large courtesy discount of 50%. I am sure seniors and singles would greatly appreciate this type of incentive/loyalty offer.

David C. performed maintenance on my air conditioning unit today and he did an excellent job. I've had David before and he is always very professional and appears to really know what he is doing. He answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with his work today.

We woke up Saturday morning to non of the toilets in my house working and the bathroom sinks slowly draining. We were already replacing a toilet that day so I rented a snake and ran it through without any luck. I was just going off of a video so I m sure I was doing something wrong. I m a single mom of 3 though so I really don t have the money to throw at a plumber. I called 4-5 plumbing companies and no one could get anyone out to me. Finally I called Yes air conditioning and plumbing, they said it would be a few hours but I ll take it. They ended up calling 30 minutes later saying a tech could be on the way. Kyle(I m sorry, I did not look at his last name) arrived at my house not long after and got to work bye was absolutely amazing! I never know what to do when a tech comes to my house so I followed him and he didn t seem to mind at all, instead he showed me what he was doing and explained how everything worked with my plumbing. After a lot of hard work on his part the drain was cleared. He recommended having them come back with a camera since my pipes are so rusted and we have no idea what blocked it so I scheduled that and requested that he comes with. Since I couldn t get any other plumbers out I can t tell you if it was a good price or not but the service was great and Kyle was very personable!

A/C not working during 100 degree week. Called Yes, and Rch came out to evaluate the situation same day. Diagnosed problem, explained it to me in, and showed me the problem. Turns out problem was not A/C at all, but was a major problem with furnace and blower fan. Rich F. provided me with a "quote" on replacing my furnace.
No pressure tactics. Very professional. As a result, had furnace replaced the next day. Everything wnt smoothly and work completed in 3 1/2 hours by two techs. Would recommend Yes, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. High praise for Rich F's knowledge and professionalism. Roger T

Alex from YES A/C was very kind. I was out of town from Austin, TX, visiting my parents because my Dad was diagnosed with Cancer & Alex explained that the check on our A/C was already paid for. He took about 20 minutes or more to check my parents A/C and then he was done. No charge! He was very respectful of my Mom (who has dementia) and courteous to me. I'd recommend him again for sure!

Have had YES! come in to do multiple projects over the last 3 months, and have always been very pleased with then and the work performed. Recent project was to replace the plumbing fittings for a shower remodel; another company removed all the old shower walls in the morning, YES! came in with short notice in the afternoon to check the exposed plumbing and install new value before the tilers came in the next morning. They returned that afternoon to install the shower fixtures. Chris R. and Cragun R. were both extremely professional, friendly knowledgeable, courteous clean and very likeable. Cragun explained some extra things to me in plain English that he didn't have to show me regarding certain maintenance issues that I could take care of on my own or they would do it for me, was great education for me! They didn't push anything extra on me, except the benefits of their maintenance plan, which I took, that covers not just the plumbing job they did but all their services insulation, HVAC, etc. Their prices are a little high (but I got a senior discount) but reasonable given the quality of work and responsiveness. They came at the exact time they said they would be here. I highly recommend this company and you will too if you experience their service.

I have been a customer of YES for over fifteen years. The reason I've stayed is their service and personnel are far above the norm for this city. The scheduling is simple, and I appreciate their two-hour window. Always punctual, the service techs are polite, knowledgeable, proficient and clean. And they leave your home in at least the same, if not better, condition that when they arrived. YES even lets you work with a technician whom you prefer upon request. I give them an unqualified across-the-board "best" rating.

When we stopped using Yes! for plumbing, we stopped having plumbing problems!

I wish we would have cancelled air/heat inspections too. The best air/heat unit on the market that Yes! installed only two years ago cost $395 to repair this year. Heck, we didn't even get a discount on the repair despite having a service contract with them for 20 years. Never mind what their website says. "Everybody pays it!" demanded our technician, meaning the diagnosis and repair fee.

That wasn't the worst of it. The most unforgettable part of the visit was when the technician discovered we might another company to service our repair, he suddenly insisted it wasn't safe to leave overnight. When I asked him why it was safe to leave a few minutes before, he "I donno. That's the way it is! It's a safety issue and I have to remove the part!" ... Maybe because there was nothing wrong with it or the last inspector missed something? Who knows? Avoid!

Yes Air Conditioning is awesome. They are Fast, Friendly and Honest with very reasonable Prices. Ask for Richard French, Very Knowledgeable with complicated systems like mine. I had other companies take a look at it and they gave up. Rich stayed on the project, communicating every phase and was a pleasure to work with.

Alex V. and the rest of the crew at YES! Air conditioning and plumbing are life savers. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year and they were there the next day. Alex inspected our AC and let us know our options. He was professional and courteous throughout. I highly recommend the company.

Somewhat disappointed, not with Jason, but with your sending someone with a price list that is atrocious. Jason tightened a faucet, granted with a proper tool, and charged $200 after a so-called $50 coupon discount. This was a 2-minute job with my son helping.

I dealt with Alex personally and Tad on the phone. They were very professional and I am completely satisfied with the product (although probably the most expensive), but there was a definite lack of communication. The initial tech said he would be at my house for the install but was not, so the information that I thought would be relayed was not relayed to the install tech. I never met the install tech or signed off on the job. If he weren't able to be at the install, all he had to do was tell me. Otherwise I was left in the dark because I was at work. Tad left before I drove the 5 minutes to the house. Not the best way to do business in my opinion.

I had the YES! man come out and do an evaluation. They sent out Craig and let me tell you.... This guy knows his stuff! It is extremely rare to find a knowledgeable, seasoned, honest technician that has good customer service. I would 100% use them again and highly recommend Craig!

My water hearter that was only 2 years old broke down, i happened to see a Yes plumbing truck on the next block, so i called them to have someone come out and check my fairly new system out. They were there the following morning as this was not an emergency...only to find that it would cost more to repair it then to buy new one. Both James and Mark took time with me calling the company that i had my current water hearter thru to see if it could be fixed or not. I never felt rushed into making a dicisison wether to go with Yes or have them fix it. My representative James Insley had to come back per my request as i needed to go to work, James was very accommidating and did come back later that day. James not only set our new water heater to code but did it in a very professional manner, he Karted everything away, left the area clean. James explained to both my husband and i in very explicit detail regarding temp control and what to do if there was a failure with the system down the road, explained about our warrentee, He never gave us the bums rush, he took his time explaining every part of our new system, what he replaced and why. I would definitely call Yes plumbing again and request only James Insley as he gained mine and my husbands trust. Thank you James Insley for being patient with us.

Buyer Beware! This company is a JOKE to say the least. I paid $7,000 for a tankless and it s definitely that tanked! I ve had more cold showers than not. I ve tried to work with them to get this resolved but they are beyond unprofessional. I ve sat at home day in and day out waiting on a technician only to be told at the last minute they wouldn t be there. Please spread the word I wouldn t want another consumer experience this.

Josh showed up on time and started his work immediately. He let me know each step that he was doing and answered all my questions. Very professional, clean and polite. He was very considerate of our home. It was a pleasure having Josh service our two units.

There were quick to come out to fix my Water Heater on the same day.

I scheduled Yes to come out and repair the water line to my refrigerator. As Mark was reviewing my records, he reminded me that previous staff recommended replacement of the water heater. I told him I was ready to do that, and his co-worker, Chris, replaced it on the spot. It was a good job, everything was brought up to current code. The installation took a little over an hour.

All was done efficiently, the space was left clean and neat. I've used Yes for several of my plumbing and air conditioning issues over the past few years. They are always pleasant and competent.

YES came out to clear outside plumbing lines at a cost of $342. Then they said I needed a Sewer Hydo Jetting and the cost would be $2200. I said no. They said ok but don't use toilet paper. I hired another company who did the hydro jetting for $350 !!! Be very careful and do your research.

I called Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing to fix my AC unit, which was blowing warm air. Phap N. was the service technician. He was extremely professional and respectful. His knowledge-base was very extensive. He explained things to me and let me tag along outside while he repaired the unit. He made sure I understood what was malfunctioning and why it needed to be repaired. Afterwards, he inspected the other AC units, the filters, the air ducts and the attic fans. He gave me a thorough eval and report on the different components, warning me of possible future problems. Phap is very skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I appreciate the time he spent on the job, though the actual repair just took 10 minutes.

I also was impressed by Viletta, the manager who took my initial phone call. She too was very professional, respectful and courteous. She immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience.

Mark R was not only on time, he was early for the appointment. He was professional, listened, asked the right questions, had a sense of humor. After using a camera to determine why there was blockage in the pipe leading from the house, it was determined that pine tree roots in the front yard were the main cause of the problem. What I hoped would be at most a 2 hour service appointment turned into a 5 day issue because of needing to dig a long deep trench to reach the tree roots/damaged pipe, then waiting for a rep from City of Las Vegas to provide an inspection and give written approval prior to YES! personnel backfilling the trench. This all happened in the time frame Mark predicted, so all worked out well by the 5th day.

Josh T and Brian were fantastic showed up on time, very helpful and honest. I would recommend Yes !!
