I had Yes! Air Conditioning come and give me a quote on a possible replacement for my AC unit. Mark was very informative about the company and the type of Carrier AC Unit he was quoting me on. The experience turned pretty bad when I mentioned that I wanted to think about it before making a decision. He started to get really pushy and kept mentioning that I needed to make a decision today or else he couldn't offer me the same deal tomorrow or even an hour later. After an hour or so of let me talk to my "boss" and see what we could do, I made it clear that I was not comfortable making this decision. He became very rude and basically call me stupid for not accepting the deal and how could I pass this up. If their work is as rushed and pushy as their sales team I don't want to ever do business with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
