I had a pleasant experience today with my Yes technician, Opio. Per my maintenance agreement, he checked my water heater, asked questions as to my current experiences with it and hot water, made recommendations, which I will consider as a future project (I am retired!). My previous water heater check was in May of this year, so all was still good at the 6 month mark. I am reminded from checking my past receipts (and face recognition) that Opio was sent to my home in 2013 and due to constant toilet stoppage in my Mom's bathroom, he recommended a power flush toilet. He subsequently took care of that for me and as of today, I no longer have those issues with my mother, who has Alzheimers. Thank you!

I called ,they came out on a sun ,with no extra hidden fees...Thats not true at all...The older gentleman never left my table and couldn't have his partner locate clean out ,told me it was Probally covered buy cement,which he wouldn't know cause he never looked once ...But assured me he's been in business for 25 years..Still unsure where clean out was to properly diagnose problem was trying to sell me a airconditioning package to maintenance my air.....im a single women ,and I felt like they were preying on that....So when I asked price to snake and the quoted me 535 dollors ....So I asked them to leave .I called hta,they came out found clean out on 5 mins and charged me 195.... spent 3 hours fixing my problem ...Call Kylie at the hta plumming if you want a honest plumbing company

Wow! Great service! I was kept informed at every step of the way: from setting up the appointment to reminders and even a call just before Matt was about to show up. Matt is professional, extremely courteous and considerate. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what repairs needed to be done and WHY! He even went several steps further by making specific recommendations about future improvements I may want to consider as we upgrade elements of out home.
This is a keeper. I will definitely keep this company on my short list of people to call when I have an HVAC need.
I truly, highly recommend their services ... and treat yourselves by asking for Matt!

We were being scammed by another AC guy so I called Yes Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Mr. Bill Cooper came out to check out our issue. Bill was able to figure out our problem & confirm what the other guy was doing & fixed our issue in under an hour. Bill Cooper, you are an awesome guy! You not only got our system working correctly, but you saved us over $400!!! From here on out, you will be the one we call & trust to work on our AC issues. Thank you so very much!!!

They came to do an annual service on A/C unit. Said we needed a new A/C fan motor. I just had another reputable company come today to give a 2nd opinion and they said we do not need a fan motor that it is fine. Also YES wanted to charge us $769.00 to clean out ducts in the house. I called L & K environmental and they came yesterday and did it for 15 cents per square feet which only cost me $150.00 and free sanitization. I am not impressed with YES and their overpricing. The guy that came and checked the AC the first time left dirty fingerprints all over my freshly painted attic panel. Will never use them again.

I had Yes HVAC/Plumbing provide estimate to replace HVAC systems due to age and Freon change. Within 20 minutes after signing contact they were on site beginning the demo work. Excellent and timely work. They were exceptional in getting new systems in place and ensuring I understood its operation. A few days later I had them back out to tackle plumbing issues. They reviewed my concerns and gave me options which resulted in replacement of Water heater and surging water regulator. Tech was on site immediately. Again very satisfied.

David called before arriving and arrived within his scheduled time! He began his maintenance and inspection of my Amana unit as soon as he arrived! He replaced a warranty part! David checked all our vents, filters and thermostat! David was very thorough! We will request David for our next maintenance call!
We've been a customer of Yes Air since Jan 1, 2010. Yes Air regular maintenance
calls have saved us $100's major parts replacement cost!

After waiting 5 days from another company to fix our air conditioner, we gave up and called YES at 2.30 pm, At 2.40 pm Mark (service tech) called and said he was on his way. By 3:35 he replaced the motor and cleaned the unit 1 hour total time. What more could you ask for.

I had a great experience today with my Home Service Plan heater and plumbing specialists today. This is the third time Chris Cody, the plumbing specialist came to my house. He is fabulous. If I ever have a plumbing issue, i will request him personally. Eddie checked my heater and ducts. Liked him, too. Everyone came when they were suppose to. It was quick and easy.

We had a problem with the small bathroom toilet not flushing properly, contacted Yes thru my landlord (my cousins) and yes sent two guys, I came out and first thing they did was use the camera and told me it needed hydro flush contacted my cousins and they said go ahead $2300.00 dollars.Two months later same problem called yes sent same two techs checked the toilet and said it needed replacement, why not advise us before.Said it would be 164.00 to auger it what a rip just paid them 2300, also AC service made appointment for between 4 N 6 I get phone call he here at 2 why make appointments

Bill Cooper did our maintenance service on out Heat Pump. He was courteous and wore protectors on his shoes when coming inside. It looked like he did a very thorough job. He even found out why our condensation drain pipes were not working properly and fixed them for a small additional charge and made sure everything was working right before he left. Thanks!

Wanted to share an experience I had with YES... I have my service done twice a year for heater and A/C, not to mention Water Heater. This years Heat Service was a bit of a challenge.... The first service tech came in checked the furnace out and made a decision that the Heat Exchanger was rusted and could leak fumes at anytime. He showed me a video, couldn't tell what it was and that I needed replace it (whole system) that wasn't in my financial plan. Called YES and spoke with a John, he assured me he would get in touch with the tech... well we lost some communication there, but in the end Bill and Josh were sent back. I crawled into the attic space with them this time. Bill was a great help and took some great pics that made sense to me! Took the blower out crawled into the unit. Long story short... he identified some hot spots but no rust or damage. I would like to see Bill C back for the A/C check in 6 months not to mention the Heat Check next year! Thanks Bill and Josh...

I first met Doug who checked on the A/C and knew it was not fixable. Considering the unit was 20 years old, I was lucky it had lasted as long as it had. I worked with Mark J. to get everything established with getting my A/C installed and he was awesome. He sat down with my family and explained what our options were and told us what the process was for getting the A/C installed. When the system was installed, it was amazing to see how organized everyone was. Afterwards we had our ducts clean by Yes! also and Martin came over. Again, a fabulous job! I really appreciated how polite everyone was and even my dogs were relaxed around everyone. The politeness, the sincerity of everyone I met made me feel like I was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Yes! Everyone cleaned up any mess that was made and they even made sure to close my side yard gate--which was super important to me because I have dogs. If you want reliable, hard working, ethical people, pick Yes!

This guy, Chris Williams, is absolutely horrible. ...

This guy, Chris Williams, is absolutely horrible. It seems to me that he and/or the company he works for try to take maximum advantage of every customer and every situation. I just had a new HVAC system installed. Not knowing how much something like this should cost going in, I trusted Chris to quote me a price comparable to what any reputable business would give. After agreeing on the price and commiting to the financing, I was actually able to obtain several estimates for the same exact job from companies both where I live (Los Angeles), and where the work was done (North Las Vegas). I was beyond shocked to find that not one of the estimates I received was EVEN IN THE SAME BALLPARK OF THE PRICE I PAID! I got no less than six estimates ranging from $5,700 to $6,200. So let's say that the job according to these estimates should average out to $6,000. The forked tongued Chris Williams and Yes Air Conditioning & Plumbing's price that I actually paid? NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Look, if a job costs $6,000 and you charge me $6,500, OK, no big deal. At least it's in the same price range. But if a job costs $6,000 and you charge me $9,000, that's a HUGE DIFFERENCE. What a ripoff! And not only that, but when out of frustration with their price I ask for a breakdown of the cost so I can see where they are coming up with such an outrageous number, I'm told that THEY DON'T BREAKDOWN OR ITEMIZE THEIR PRICING!!! WHAT? How is a consumer supposed to know what he's paying for? These idiots at Yes, and especially Chris Williams, are complete crooks and will take you for as much as they can possibly get! The system works great and the installation went great. But charging me 150% of what ANY OTHER COMPANY WOULD HAVE CHARGED is simply bad business. Chris saw that I was in a desperate situation and took full advantage of it. My mom is 73 and can't live in Vegas without air conditioning. I live in Los Angeles and had a very limited time to get the HVAC unit installed. Chris Williams recognized these factors and screwed me, but good. These guys are crooks. Save money by choosing ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THEM!!!

I dealt with Charlene upon my initial call. She was upbeat and super helpful. She got me an appointment the same day. Mark H arrived for service and he was professional and had a good sense of humor. He didn't really seem to understand the problem with the thermostat but he agreed to replace it. Price seemed high but I really didn't call any other places to compare so I can't say. In the end, I unfortunately wasn't able to use their service because my thermostat was installed by another company who is now taking responsibility for replacing it. I would consider them again in the future because they are professional and efficient. I would however, suggest the company put their techs on salaries or hourly pays. Commission is no way for a service tech to be working.

Home AC wasn't working in the early hours of Labor Day,. Called Yes, and they promised to send someone by the next afternoon. I was able to get someone from another company, Air Supply, to come sooner, and their guy said that the system was worn out and offered to sell us a new one. When the Yes man, Phap, showed up, he fixed the problem quickly and easily. Saved us thousands. Not only was Phap admirably honest, but he also showed me, in detail, the condition of our AC unit. We are most impressed.

Replacement of a hot water heater and several valves in bath rooms and water line was accomplished in one day. A small leak at one valve was noticed the next day, but Yes plumber returned immediately to correct the problem. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Brent from YES came to my house last week to perform regularly scheduled Autumn maintenance on my aging HVAC. Brent found that I would need a major part replaced to maintain proper heating. He also noticed that I wasn t getting good air flow from my vents and further investigation revealed that the duct system was in very bad shape and leaking air. I agreed that the duct work needed to be replaced and also decided it was time to say so long to my old HVAC. 24 hours later a team of 8 YES employees had replaced the old duct work and installed the new HVAC just in time for the cooler weather we are experiencing. It s never fun to face major home improvement expenses but it is nice to know that I will stay warm this winter and cool next summer. Everything seems to be working OK and as near as I can tell it was a job well performed. I m not aware of any problems that occurred during the work. I will continue to work with YES in the future thanks to Brent and his team.

I call Yes! for a quote for replacing my rooftop AC. They sent a salesman out who acted surprised the AC was on the roof and said he forgot his ladder. He showed me some general prices for units, then said he would send someone back that afternoon with a ladder for the quote, but no one ever came back. Poor service. Not true to their word. Not recommended.

They came within 2 hours and were so professional, reasonably priced and actually followed through!!! Andrew Maxwell, you saved us- thank you so much!!!!

I had a shut off valve under the sink begin to lea...

I had a shut off valve under the sink begin to leak. While trying to repair that, I had to shut off the water to the home, and the shut off valve was in the garage. The home is 17 years old and the valve has never been off. I repaired the shut off, and went to turn the water back on, and it would not work, the valve became stuck. I called YES, and they arrived in an hour. He checked the shut off valve and said I didnt fix it right, and wanted 192 dollars to fix it, and then checked the shut off valve in the garage. He said it needed to be replaced, and wanted 288 dollars for that. I needed to get the water back on in my home, so I said ok. Both these jobs took an hour, and cost me over 500 dollars.
While they did come out when I called, and did a good job, the prices they charge are outrageous. You should find another company if you want to avoid getting ripped big time.

Josh was early for the appointment for our air conditioning service. He was very friendly and happy to help. We needed the coil cleaned and he directed me to the website to print a $50 coupon. This saved us money on the service needed. I appreciated this because our son just had surgery and we have had many medical expenses! YES is very lucky to have such a happy technician working for them. The coil was cleaned and he was on his way before the window of service was over. Please share this with the appropriate members of your management team. He deserves recognition for a job well done! You have wonderful and friendly technicians working for your company!

I wont use or refer anyone to this company. Gi somewhere else. Had a service tech set up to come to the home with adult children present. The tech came in the house and turned on the one unit in question then went back outside to the unit. He never came back, they never sent a text, email or call regarding the unit. When I called to question Cristin was pleasant and said we tried calling you that day and no one answered so we sent the guy out anyway. I have no phone history or messages of them calling.prior or after the techs service call. They also said tech did not go in the house so he left. Not sure what the problem is with the tech and what he is saying but the kids there do not know.how to operate the control system and want nothing but the AC repaired. Not a trust worthy company or maybe tech which reflect the company.

My husband and I were panicked when our downstairs AC went out and it was 113 degrees outside. One quick call to YES Air Conditioning & Plumbing fixed that. Originally we were given a service date 3 days out but after a last minute spot opened up, we were so glad to see our technician Phil F at our doorstep in less than 30 minutes of receiving our callback. He was quick, personable and know his stuff - we were super happy with his service and are happy to be cool again!

Home Depot sent out a local HVAC company (Yes! Air...

Home Depot sent out a local HVAC company (Yes! Air conditioning and Plumbing) to do a consultation for a mini split ductless air conditioner for our master bedroom which is the hottest room in our home. The consultant (Vince) that came did a thorough evaluation of our home and suggested that a mini split would not be the best solution. He offered 7 other options and varying price points and explained how each would improve the issue and what combinations of the options would be most beneficial. He even came back a second time with an installer (Zach) to take a look at the our tight attic space to ensure the work could be done and the price quoted was accurate due to the extra labor involved in the tight work area. In the end we chose to upgrade the attic insulation and add a return vent to the room to suck out the hot air that gets trapped in the dead space due to the vaulted ceiling in the bedroom. The insulation alone has improved the temperature in the house both upstairs and downstairs dramatically. It's hard to tell how much the added return vent is doing since the room doesn't get nearly as hot as it used too despite having 100+ degree weather already. By using the suggested options, I saved over $7K and I am beyond satisfied with the results!

I contacted Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing on 2/11/2016 when my wife noticed that our Heating/AC unit was not blowing any air. Mathew B. from YES! came out, and spent about 15 minutes looking at the unit. He then proceeded to tell me it needed a controller board that was no longer available, and that my best option was to spend $11,000 on a new unit for the house. When I explained that I could not afford such an expense, he told me he could get a retrofit board for $1200. I told him I needed a couple of days to think about it, and he then stepped out to call his manager. He came back in and told me he could get a retrofit part and do the job for $650 the next morning. He came back the next morning, and spent less than 1 hour (less than 1.5 hours total for both visits) changing the board. I had my wife request that he leave the old part, and he did so very reluctantly. A quick Google search revealed that not only is the part still available from several sources, it only costs $100.00 retail. YES! charged me more than $500 for less than 2 hours of labor, and when I contacted them to have this corrected they refused. I explained how their tech misrepresented the state of my unit, lied about the availability of replacement parts, and lied about the true cost of the repair. They told me there was nothing they are going to do about it.

We called Yes! after another company came out and attempted to repair our AC unit. The previous company misdiagnosed the problem and overcharged the system with coolant. Yes! sent Joshua M. out, and we are 1000% pleased with the result. Joshua is clearly an expert in the field. He quickly determined the real problem, made the proper repair, and removed the excess coolant from our system. Our experience could not have been more positive. Our AC system is working better than it ever has since we purchased our home 2 years ago.

If you want the job done right by a professional that is an expert in the field, you need to call Joshua M. at Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing.

New the area, not knowing local services, I did due diligence on google reviews. Boy, they were accurate. Courteous receptionist, with accurate information exchanged. Technician called prior to same day appointment. Truman was personable and knoeldgeable of my situation. Had us up and "hot water running" again in less than 30 minutes.
Would highly recommend. Note the senior discount!!

A little story: about a week ago, my wife and I began hearing a noise coming from one of our vents after changing the air filters. Naturally given the costly nature of a/c repair, we decided to get the unit serviced and tuned up and determine what the problem was. Given that their ads are everywhere, we contacted Yes! Air conditioning & plumbing. The good: the response time after filling out the online form was immediate. I was called to schedule an appointment within 5 minutes for the next day. However, MAJOR red flag when asked if I had a home warranty and was told they don t like dealing with those .

The bad: everything else. While the service technician was friendly enough, he proceeded to attempt to upsell me on $6,000 of work he felt was needed. Including an $1,800 fancy dancy UV light for the attic. Say it with me, Oooooooooooooo! Ahhhhhhhh! This $1,800 light is available for $400 online if anyone reading is interested. Only a 400% Yes! Markup there.

After declining all the unneeded services, the technician reminded me that his discounted prices were good for one year! and left his card. As you can tell, these were clearly necessary on the day he came out. As the disappointed technician sat in his van out front, I heard the unit kick back on and the scratching sound (the original issue for the call) remained. Having been willing to pay for solving this problem, I am tremendously disappointed with the quality of Yes! s work. In summary:

Needlessly upsell? The Yes Man Can!
Solve a/c problems? The Yes Man Can t!

Oh, and they misspelled my name in the text message in which they asked for a review.

Avoid the company at all costs.

Edit: Ignore their "attempts" at trying to make things right as well. I've called Sandra below multiple times and she has chosen to not respond to my messages.

Called for an estimate on a fairly simple gig - installing a toilet and bathroom fixtures in essentially new construction. Three guys and two trucks show up. Estimate was more than double the price I ended up paying their competitor. I can't tell you how good or bad their work is - but price gouging is not something I enjoy. The men were professional and polite, though.

Our call to your company was an emergency, as our air conditioner went out that morning. Marie was very professional and took care of our request promptly.
Jerome arrived later that day and informed us that our compressor was damaged. He informed us of our option and the best one was a new air conditioner. We agreed to purchase the air conditioner. Jerome presented the information on the type of systems and the financial plan in a professional and comfortable matter that made us fill that we were dealing with the right company.
When the installer, Jacob arrived the next day the installation and presentation on how the thermostat worked was very professional.
We are very pleased with your staff and service. Keep up the good work.

Jessica was polite and helpful. James W. (plumber) was knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST. He should get a raise! Didn't need work done after he inspected connections for my stacked washer/ dryer...and no charge for the visit! I will go to Yes Plumbing first for any plumbing or heating problems I may have.

He was very neat with his entry and exit to the attic.
I assume he did a good job in the attic.
I would request him to do our May maintenance on the AC
