Yes sent out Bill Cooper to do my yearly A/C tune up. When he arrived he was very professional. He asked if I had any issues with my A/C I told him no, but I did ask if he could double check the ducts. He went the extra mile and checked everything out. Before he left my husband and I were discussing our smoke detector that was too high to reach and replace. He overheard us and let us know that his ladder would reach and he would reinstall it for us no problem. We were so greatful because it needed to be up before we sold our home. He really is one of a kind. Thank you
