When ones a/c ceases to function, this is the absolute company and employees you want to be compassionate, understanding and caring....... These people make it their PRIORITY to assist and resolve the situation in the utmost expeditious manner!
I personally have some dire medical issues and all my pets are seniors -- one with critical heart problem......
Justin F. was tech that came to my residence -- temps were 110-112 next day...........He diligently preserved until he resolved the problems..... At ALL times he was extremely professional and personable with an awesome showing of concern for the burden to me /pets having no a/c..... He NEVER indicated lack of repect/manners and was very kind to my pets!!!
When problems resolved he politely showed me invoice and explained everything done and answered all my questions to my extreme satisfaction!
Recommend to anyone -- buy your warranty!!! EVERYTHING (parts) covered -- so instead of paying a couple thousand -- I just paid labor!!!
Sorry this is so lengthy -- I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this company for all needs/services they provide! I WON'T use another should any other needs occur......
