I wouldn't even give them one star. You don't schedule an appointment 6 weeks out and call the morning of the appointment and cancel it due to having problems on a "major job with issues" somewhere else. They have to understand that we work too and schedule time off of work to be here to welcome them to give them money to do a 30 minute job. Whoever makes these decisions needs to be replaced...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...DON'T HIRE THEM.
