One of the families was able to receive our room at 14:30, the other at 15:00, and our third family at 17:00. the receptionists are not polite, but dour. reluctant to solve your problems. they could not even apologize for the delay.
The general areas of the hotel are clean and renovated.

The pools are clean and the size is quite adequate, although the hotel is full, you can swim very comfortably. The only missing part of the pools is sand on the ground, as it is not controlled, some guests get out of the sea and enter without cleaning their feet.

aqua park is sufficient. but there is a lack of discipline.

the sea is sandy and does not deepen immediately. the hotel is by the sea, children can swim very comfortably. but not very clear. beach facilities are fine. those who care about the sea will be satisfied.

The restaurant is big and clean, the food varieties are sufficient and delicious.

rooms are very old (except 5th block). but it is comfortable and well cleaned. And the facades of the rooms are very beautiful, most rooms do not even get the sun. In July, we could sleep at 40 degrees without air conditioning in the evenings (very important for families with children). Both elevators in the block we were in were broken. At least one of them was constantly failing, and although we reported it to the relevant authorities, they could not solve the problem and were not willing to solve it. We had this problem every day for 6 days.
