Il give the star as it is for the hotel. It's 12th of June 2018. Don't be scared by the recent reviews. And let it cloud you judgement. When we got here we nearly let it change our opinion and my partner cried. The room was dated and we didn't have enough beds in our room. We did arrive at midnight and there is no excuse , but these things happen. The resort is lovely, it is over run by Russians but there are plenty of British people her also. Not as many as you would see in the canary islands or Greece and Spain. We spent most of our time by the quieter pool so the facility's by us were good. But when you get here and understand how many people this hotel caters for, there is no wonder the main pool toilet is abit smelly. Anywhere in the world would have the same problem. Moving on some staff are ignorant but I did find that more of them are not. Food was amazing, that's why we came back to Turkey , once again though it didn't let us down. If you are coming soon. Just give it a chance if you do have a bad first encounter. And the rooms- you only sleep in them. Ps get up early to.put your towels down. I got up everyday at 6 to do so. Cause you won't find them after 8 oclock. Currently the only thing under construction is a section of the amusements. Lazy river is full and active. Obviously other occupants havent had such luxury
