New hotel, while finishing renovation! The territory is big and beautiful!

Resort is excellent, so clean and very well maintained we thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and the food is of High quality. The entertainment is the best I ve experienced in a resort, something for everyone and a constant flow throughout the night. Zuliaha and Rada are both an excellent asset to the entertainment team, both super friendly and kind, 5 star service! Would highly recommend the hotel, if it s this good during a pandemic I d love to see it post coronavirus!!

The hotel was not bad in general, the food was average when it comes to the food, so I cannot say that it was very good, maybe because of the pandemic. Simply perfect! I love everything about this place!

The architecture of the resort, the gardens, the pools the beach everything is so beautiful, makes you want to take a picture in every corner. Every part of this place is clean, the staff is doing a great job maintaining safe enviroment for the guests during the pandemic.

There is always plenty of food available, with rich variety. They have something for every taste! The menu of the main dishes changes everyday.

Drinks are easy to get, of course you cannot expect Blue label to be served in the "all inclusive packet". If you like a bottle of something more fancy, they will be happy to provide it to you for a certain price. The free alcohol is fine.
They have varieties of activities for people who don't want to just lay down all day, like yoga, beach games, tennis. Every night they have show, live music, dancers and much more, it will take me time to explain. In the late hours they open a club, for the fans of loud dance music.

We stayed 7 days, but it was not enough to try everything they have, would definitely visit again!

Hello, we are at the hotel, a very nice hotel. We are staying in room 5341. We had hesitations due to Covid-19, but we made the right decision by coming to this hotel.
1-Every precaution has been taken. I especially mention that we had the most beautiful and quality meal here among the hotels I have stayed in so far. You can reach all kinds of food and drink 24 hours a day.
2-In accordance with the Covid-19 regulation, we choose open buffet meals without contact, the staff in charge give them as much as we want. Drinks are served to our tables. This system is very nice. The staff are helping in all matters. We have not encountered unhappy staff. Just because of this new system, having additional staff for service at meal times will provide some relief for the staff.
3- It is very easy to reach the food and beverage sections, resting areas, tea, coffee, snacks and all other food and beverages located in different parts of the hotel.
4-Pools are clean and pleasant, you can have fun as a family in Aquaparks.
5-The hotel's beach is very beautiful sandy beach, the sea changes according to the weather conditions are often wavy. There are food and beverage service areas, staff are constantly cleaning.

The hotel is good, standard 5 *. The rooms are after renovation, the restaurant is large, the food is decent. The territory is good, green, there is where to walk. Giant plant. We had a very nice room in a perfect location. Our daughter has celiac disease and vacationing in a hotel abroad is therefore very difficult. Here we were absolutely TOP cared for. One of the chefs came every day to ask for the wishes of our daughter. During excursions we were allowed to put together a sumptuous lunch package for them. The guest relation people really did their job well over our care. The cleaning staff left no room for complaint, on the contrary!

On the day we entered the Hotel, they expressed their appreciation for the interest they showed towards the Hotel guests from another country, and we felt very special for doing all our transactions with great care.
