Pretty disappointed with my recent service appoint...

Pretty disappointed with my recent service appointment. I brought my Prius in after the battery went dead, knowing it would be more costly to bring to the dealer but wanting the best quality repair, service and diagnostics. On the positive side, the service and follow up was prompt. However, communication over what needed repair seemed very uninformed and confusing for multiple items. I was quoted one price for a valve replacement (150), which I agreed to over the phone, and they tried to charge me double (over 300) once the repair was done and I came to pick up the car. The customer service person said he was new to the role/department and had misquoted me but did not initially offer to fix it and said "you're going to me bad at me but...." Don't blame the rep as he seemed to be trying his best, but it was obviously an issue of poor training and consistency on the dealer's end. He eventually got the price down but I still paid more than I agreed on and had to go through a lot of back and forth for them to get the price down to close to what I had been quoted. When my car was brought out, it was not cleaned and I had to request a wash, which I thought came standard with the service. The shuttle driver seemed annoyed to drive me to work, would do the Uber reimbursement instead. Will find another place to take my car for repairs next time...
