NO CONFIDENT IN THE SERVICE DEPT OF THIS DEALERSHIP
Pros - Service Advisor was very nice and professional (the only reason a star was given)
Cons - I was there for a free oil change due to the service dept.'s errors from a previous visit. This visit was no better. Two different mileages were put on my paperwork and my car window sticker - neither
matched my actual mileage. Instead of doing a new multipoint inspection, the old one was sent to me. 4 of the items, including purchasing 4 new tires/alignment had just been done 2 wks prior! Yet the report status still said "FAIL" and included an estimate. They also sd I needed a service that was recently completed by a diff. Toyota dlrship. That dlrship was able to show/prove to me that they did do the service.
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP
