Avoid shopping here for a car. Salesperson uses the same public-facing website to look at their inventory, and can't tell you which cars are available. They don't update their list often. Multiple vehicles that I was interested in were already sold.

The salesperson wasn't able to tell me if a specific vehicle was available without taking several minutes each time to speak with a manager. It got tiresome to waste time waiting for the sales rep to come back to tell me that the car he wanted to show was already sold.

After all this, we find a vehicle in their inventory that was available - except after another interlude the salesperson tells us it was on a different lot. They split their inventory across multiple sites and don't tell you where the car is (their own employees hardly know where their cars are).

Wasted time all around. Other dealers nearby were cleaner, more organized, punctual, and had their act together.

Terrible experience. Very unprofessional outfit. Set up an appointment to see a used vehicle. Confirmed it the morning of the appointment. Drove 1.5 hours to be told that the person I had spoken to had not informed anyone that I was coming. The vehicle was 15 minutes away in Wilmington. Drove there with sales rep. Once there I could see the vehicle, but not drive it. They hadn't even checked it out yet.

Time was more important to him than customer service. Maybe a training on how to deal with customers should be arranged for the person. Don t go there if you want a good car and customer service. Hello everybody.
I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had at Woburn Toyota this past month. The people there really came through for me and my sister.
My sister had serious car problems during the time the pandemic started. Her car literally broke down in the middle of the highway. It would have cost a fortune to get it fixed. She didn t know what to do. It was really bad timing.

Since my husband had a good relationship with a sale representative at that place because of a purchase he did last year I got her number and gave her a call. She put me in contact with one of the financial directors who helped me and my sister through the process.
Two weeks later my sister picked up her car and she finally had peace of mind thank God.
The people at Woburn Toyota really came through for us despite the difficult time.
I recommend this place 100%.

Husband finds a car he loves at Woburn Toyota. Contacts them about a viewing when we return from a trip, few days out. Schedules it, they say yes of course we ll let you know if it sells between now and then! Day of viewing, they call in the morning to confirm appt. They also send email an hour prior to appt to make sure we re still interested and coming to see specific vehicle. We arrive, place is a sh*tshow, asked in a rude tone if we re here for sales or service and they attempt to find a spot for the car because there is NO room to move let alone park your vehicle and browse comfortably. They request you leave the keys in because they intend on double-parking every vehicle to save space. Toddler fell asleep on the long ride so I stay in the car with him anyways. Husband comes back two minutes later furious, we drove three hours out of the way and wasted our time just to be told the vehicle sold the previous day. Despite the two vehicle-specific confirmations that day and its still being listed online as available. Terrible communication, awful location, not remotely welcoming. Will gladly take our business elsewhere! Would NOT recommend.

I hate shopping for cars and do it as seldom as possible. But I loved working with Bob because he doesn't act like a salesperson. He'd probably fail Salesman School. He doesn't feed you a bunch of hype or try to sell you something you don't want. He just works to find a car that meets your needs. I believe he treats his customers with honesty. Next time I need a car, I'll call Bob first to see what WFM has to offer.

Purchased a used Rav4 from Woburn Toyota in Nov 2018. I had a good buying experience up until speaking with the finance department. The finance guy pushed really hard, almost at intimidation level to get me to buy the extended warranty. Being new to NE and have spent more then 7 hrs at this dealership, I went with 2 extended warranty options. Getting them cancelled has been a challenge. The same finance guy told me the cancellation is underway but called Toyota financial services, they said the dealer never send any cancellation documents. BE REALLY CAREFUL with this dealer, especially with the finance guys.

I had services twice over there. If it was not emergency, I ll never do my car services over there. First time, it was the hybrid battery dead and needed to be replaced. Besides that, they also suggested a lot of replacements. Second time, my car had a warning sign showed on the dashboard. They suggested me to replace a bunch of parts but not fixed the problem. My car died in the middle of traffic two days later, so I had it towed back to Woburn Toyota. After then, the warning sign showed up again next day and I had my car towed back to them the third time. Now they told me that it's probably fuel pump failed and need to be replaced. It s another $1800, and not guaranteed! Woburn Toyota doesn t have experienced machanics and is not responsible for their services. They really put my life at risk after spending so much on their services!!!

So I went in today to look at a 2017 Toyota RAV4 SE metallic blue I was absolutely in love with this car the price was exactly 21,991$ I took a look over the car before I test drove it and I found some scratches also inside the door looked like it had been smacked against something a few times because it was missing paint down to the metal now it wasn't that big but we live in new England and if that metal is showing eventually will start to rust and for a 2017 it shouldn't be missing paint like that anyways regardless. So after I took it for a test drive I said if you take 21,000$ I'll take it and that's not asking a lot off only 991$ exactly well they guy said he needs to talk to his manager after he had told me his manager wasn't there today. And overall I waited 20 minutes before I just got up and left because if it's going to take you that long to knock off 991$ for chipped paint and scratches then by all means I will take my business elsewhere and my 21,000$ thank you I will never be back to this Toyota again very bad experience

Purchased a new vehicle and transferred plates from previous vehicle. Dealership was supposed to take care of registration. State of Massachusetts allows a 7 day grace period. After 2 weeks and not being contacted by the dealership to pick up my new registration, I had to call them. They stated that someone should have called me. There was an issue. But they would try and take care of it. I then informed them I couldn t legally drive my newly purchased vehicle since it wasn t properly registered. They didn t have any remedy and didn t offer a loaner vehicle. I was told to rent a vehicle at my own expense and they would try and reimburse me afterwards. A week later (now 3 weeks after purchase) I was told the paper work was available to be picked up and they would do the state inspection. After taking a day off of work and arriving at the dealership I had to wait almost 3 hours for them to inspect a brand new vehicle. Will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. They don t care about the customer experience.

Everyone was very kind and helpful but I was very disappointed when I took delivery of my car there were a couple issues. I noticed a few scratches that weren't there before. Thankfully they took care of them right away but then I got down the road to realize that 200 miles had been put on it since when I had signed the papers. All paperwork has current miles listed as under 20 and there were 230 on it when I took delivery. Check your car carefully before driving off the lot!!

I d like to provide my review of my experience when visiting this dealership today 7/16/19. While I was browsing the web I noticed that Toyota of Woburn had a used low mileage 2017 GTI for sale. I was interested so I asked about it and confirmed with Joyce Ferreria and Taylor Manzi (associates) that the car was in stock. I then proceeded to make an appointment to see the car today after work at 5:15 PM. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with the salesman and he told me he would go pull the vehicle up. 20-25 minutes later he returned and apologized to say that he couldn t locate the vehicle because the manager took it home with him for the night. Is this the kind of professional and respectful experience customers can expect? What a waste of my time!!! I arrived to the dealership excited and left furious at the managements lack of consideration of their customers. Is this dealership even serious about selling cars? What a joke. The only reason I gave this two stars was out of courtesy of the salesman who was honest with me. How can he sell a car he doesn t have?? Experiences like this are why many customers hate car shopping.

Outstanding service, pricing, and people! We got a great deal on a new Tacoma that was exactly what we wanted. Vinnie Capobianco took excellent care of us. We called ahead and when we got there the truck was ready to check out and drive. Vinnie went above and beyond, he answered all of our questions, got us a great deal without a lot of back and forth haggling, and delivered the truck to us in NH.

Deserae in finance was actually fun to work with, she made the paperwork quick and easy and was a pleasure to talk to.

All in all we were in and out quickly and simply with zero hassles, no hard sell, and no BS. An all around great experience and well worth the drive down from NH.

We will definitely be back next time we are in the market.

Our salesman Kennedy Depradine went way above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. Five star rating.
Rest of staff were fine as well. Friendly and helpful. We've bought several vehicles from Woburn Toyota and no doubt will again.
But nowadays many people wisely lock their credit ratings, and Toyota only uses 1 credit rating service, so they should tell everyone upfront which service they use so that customers know which credit rating to unlock (and some of those services automatically lock even if you don't know you are being monitored by that service, a fact which has caused us lots of lost time knowing that we had unlocked our listing but not knowing there was another listing, the only one Toyota was looking at). A very minor change in approach ("we use x credit rating service") would make a world of difference.

Came in with my wife a couple of days ago, worked with Alejandra who was very assistive and extremely patient with all our questions and requests. She didn t have the car we wanted to see but she did her best to find us something similar we would like. We were not ready to make a decision on the spot but after going home and speaking with her manager they gave us a deal we couldn t pass up! I thank them and the team at the front for the extent they go to to take care of their customers. I picked up my bee car now I m going to go enjoy it until next time!

Ernest was very knowledgeable, listened to us and provided accurate answers to our questions. He involved the sales manager when appropriate and there was no high pressure sales tactics. At a different dealership 25 years ago, we purchased our first new car. It was memorable only because it was such a bad experience. Our experience with Ernest Memminger at Woburn was the complete opposite. It has been six months since our purchase and hind sight has not changed our experience it is still EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Ernest and Woburn Toyota for your next purchase.

Unfortunately I had to have my brand new car serviced here for a warranty part. The nightmare began when I called to check on the status of the vehicle and FOUR different members of their team told me my vehicle was not at the dealership (it had been dropped off the day prior by our mechanic). Finally, I get in touch with someone who lets me know my vehicle is there. Fast forward a few days and I call back again to check on the status, two additional members of their team tell me the vehicle is not there and someone else picked it up. I'm sorry, what? You allowed someone else to pick up my vehicle? Again, I finally get in touch with someone who is able to locate my vehicle. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle (brand new, less than 500 miles on it in pristine condition when dropped off) it looked like it had been driven through the Sahara desert. It was completely covered in dirt on the exterior (dirt is stuck in the crevices of the windows) and the interior looks like someone went to a mud run and then climbed all over the interior of the car. This is completely unacceptable condition in general, never mind for a brand new car that certainly didn't look like that when it was dropped off. This dealership lacks in many, many ways but most importantly there is zero customer service or care for their customer's vehicles.

We went to the store and after taking the test drive and negotiating the car with the seller he told us that he couldn't sell the car because they didn't have the car title. And it could take 15 to 30 days to have the title.
How can you say that the car is available if it does not have the title?

Everyone in your service department are true professionals. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. I love that, as busy as you are, that every time I come in for my next 5000 mile checkup, that everything is taken care of, you take the car in right away, and by the time I have a cup of coffee, and read the magazine waiting for me, my car is all ready for me.

Mike in service did an amazing job walking me through the process of getting my car covered and setting me up with a rental car in a timely manner. I know nothing about the warrantee and or cars and Mike made me feel educated rather than taken advantage of and a big dealership like many others do. I highly recommend!
