17 Years ago we purchased a new 1999 Sienna from Robert Fahey at Woburn Toyota, he treated us very well, yesterday we just bought 2016 Sienna 17 years later dealing with the same sales person, we were treated with respect and fairness, it was a great experience dealing with Bob, it was quick, easy and pleasure, Bob is a very kind and friendly person, I highly recommend dealing with Robert Fahey at Woburn Toyota.
They've always serviced my car promptly and with a smile. Their waiting room area is also very modern and comfortable with a small cafe, plenty of seating, drinks, and charging stations.
Since 2003, I've been purchasing cars from Woburn Toyota. I will never go anywhere else for my cars or service. The service department has done excellent work and for a dealership, the costs I feel have always been reasonable. Couple of times I did have a complaint and it was very quickly addressed. Example, missing hub cap after a tire rotation. Woburn Toyota replaced the hub cap.
Now for purchasing a new car, Robert Fahey is the sales person for me. He does not pressure and he listens. He knows what I want and will show me exactly what I want. Purchase and the delivery of new cars has always been a lengthy process but with Woburn Toyota, they make the process easy and I am out of there quickly. I will never go anywhere else.
Mike Q was amazing! He helped my mother and I purchase a car and man was he a pleasure to work with. The last time I went there it was not a great experience but this time, he was so genuine and helpful that I will now send everyone that I know to him. #RealDeal
These people are the worst. They will lie to you on the phone just to get you in the door. The deal you see may not be the deal you get. Be aware their "fee" on top of your price is another $500. They are on a "bad deal" watch list for a number of local banks since people overpay and end up badly upside down.

I scheduled my car for a regular service change on a weekend afternoon. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told "we are closing in 30 minutes and you need to come back another time". This place has the worst customer service and is a like circus. That was the last time I brought my car to this place. Avoid!! Don't recommend them. Go to other better places where they treat people right.

After he couldn't make a deal I got a call from the dealership and the sales manager goes "Long story short, we can't do the deal. Bye" Unprofessional and now glad I didn't end up doing business here.

When your lease is about to expire and you need a new lease in the midst of a pandemic, Woburn Toyota is the place to go! I worked for the second time with Jamon Caswell, the finance director, and he was fantastic! He was responsive and met my every need in this transaction. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with JC. I also worked with salesperson, Samantha Lalumiere. Sam was terrific as well. I was impressed with her ability to get the job done and her positive attitude. I had no idea what to expect given the current circumstances but all went very smoothly and I am a very happy customer!
The dealership is good but....Richard in service requires some serious retraining in customer service. Richard did not present a customer orientated attitude and seemed self serving. When he gave me back my vehicle, he did not go over anything that was done or how to use the new equipment installed.
I wish I was writing this review to tell you about the car we bought, but more importantly I am writing to tell you about the quality of service we received from Woburn Toyota. We've only put about seven miles on the car, literally just brought it home so we may not be qualified to give a full evaluation of the car. However, the people that we worked with made such an impression it would be impossible not to write about them.
First of all Earnest was all you could hope for in a salesperson. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I have never felt more confident in a decision of this type ever. So confident in fact that we drove away without realizing we had left an iPhone in the car we traded in.
Now this wouldn't be a big deal in most cases, but they close at 9pm and we only figured out the phone was lost at around 8:40. So, after a few panic stricken minutes that felt like hours (literally can live without our phones) and a pretty tense call to Woburn Toyota, I was racing back to the dealership (in my pickup truck not in the car we bought) desperate to find my sweethearts phone.
John, the Senior Service manager did all he could to help me chill out and better than that, he found where they had moved the car, even though everyone involved in our transaction had left for the night. He worked the buttons on his phone like virtuoso, texting and tracking and tracing and finding exactly what we needed.
I would never, ever, ever waste my time writing a review on a car or a car dealer or anything like that, but to fail recognize that these two, first took the stress out of a pretty big purchase and second took the stress out of a pretty big oopsie made all the difference in how I feel about these guys and this place. 5 stars for sure

When I leased my car the the sales representative notified me that they were looking for the second set of keys. After persistently pursuing the matter my original sales representative quit his job and no manager was willing to help me. I called everyday and was constantly given a speal about making a new key and often being forwarded to different managers voicemails. After multiple visits to the dealership they were still unwilling to either locate or make me another key. I leased my car in August and it is now November and I am still without my spare key. When my lease term ends I won't be purchasing from this dealership again. The customer service is terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time at this dealership if they value customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Prince who greeted me as I walked in the door the first time I came. I was extremely overwhelmed and unfamiliar with the car buying process. We all know Toyota s hold their value but what s even better is the customer service and sales department that makes you feel comfortable and right at home in your decision to purchase, lease and or trade in. I was a bit nervous going in because I was trading in a 2015 Nissan- it was in great condition and blue book value was way less than what they gave me for my car. Kal and JC ended up giving me $1000 more than what my car was worth to help me out reducing my payments monthly so I could walk out of there with a brand new car. One thing I hate about car shopping is the salesmen can be extremely pushy and or get aggravated if you need a bit of time to rethink. I wasn t pushed In either way or pressured if anything I got told Information about buying and leasing that I didn t know much about. I would 100% recommended anyone to go see the deals they have at Toyota in Woburn, MA and I d make sure you go through Kal and JC because I m beyond grateful that I did. Also to top it off I went to Jesus in the finance department and I was in a bit of a rush as I had to get back to work and be was extremely helpful in making sure I was understanding what I was signing all in a timely manner so I could leave ASAP. I ll be driving my new RAV 4 and you could be too!
Scheduled the test drive online with the online sales associate. We got there and it took over an hour and a half before they could get the car that we had agreed on test driving to be ready to drive. We couldn't wait that long we had an infant with us so we had to leave before we could even drive the car that we had predetermined that we would test drive. Why should it be so hard to test drive a car?
Very disorganized. I bought a brand new car on a Sunday, so I left without it being registered or inspected. My insurance agent and I called a total of 5 times to just get them to send over the paper work (Toyota claims it was faxed over before but my agent never got it). After confirming that my insurance agent sent everything in, I gave the dealer 24 hours before I called, asking what was up. 10 minutes on the phone and being passed around to 3 people, I was finally told that it was ready (why did no one call?). The agent who sold me the car went out on vacation but he didn t tell me that (wasn t until the 4th time I was calling did someone mention he was out the whole week) so it was difficult to get answers from people. Everyone there is friendly but seems surprised you want answers to questions. This is my 3rd Toyota I bought from a dealer and by far the most disorganized dealer. Most of the time, I felt like a nuisance instead of a customer they care about. Hopefully their service department will be better.
Manale at Woburn Toyota, was very helpful and accommodating, keeping me updated on the process of buying a Jeep Wrangler and acquiring the title. She was very friendly and made my experience as a first car buyer smooth and comfortable to ask questions to. Great experience overall!

Robert Fahey was very knowledgable and extremely efficient. I was dreading buying my next car, expecting the dealer to waste my time with sales pitches and dishonest tactics. Mr. Fahey asked what I wanted and gave me the best deal for it. He was honest and straight forward, no time wasted and I walked away with the car I wanted and a deal I was very happy with.
The salesman Ralph was straight to the point with the sale to my daughter and made sure everything went well for her.

My experience at Woburn Toyota has been up and down. I would say the first sales rep I had the experience with was not the best. I was a new customer to Toyota and it was not what I would say was the best experience. What we initially talked about for payment per month for the car was very different than what it actually became to be. Both myself and my husband purchased cars that day. I felt mislead and after receiving the car the next day it would not start. I had to bring the vehicle back three times before the problem was resolved. When I asked for a different vehicle was denied that. They assured me it was because a micro chip was not properly installed but that furthered my frustration and made me feel they did not pay attention to detail especially to a brand new customer. I could be a Toyota lover for life based off my experience if it was a positive one.
As far as service, this department needs some work for the lower level experienced mechanics but the experts or master mechanics are for certain top notch. My feedback to corporate would be to train the lower level mechanics better or have the master mechanics over see them through their work so they have the opportunity to become extremely experienced.
The new cafe is lovely. Food is delicious and the waiting area convenient and comfortable to wait in.
The reason for a 3/5 star rating is because I spoke with a different sales man and he was very honest and genuine about me trading my vehicle in halfway through the loan. He advised me in a proper, professional manner for the long run instead of lying and pushing me into a new car. I was thoroughly impressed by him. Furthermore, the master mechanic went on a test drive with me regarding an issue with my car and went out of his way to fit me into his busy schedule and finally found the problem that other mechanics there have not been able to. Lastly, turns out the issue that was overlooked prior to, is covered under warranty. If I did not have the inclination to bring the vehicle back again I would have missed out on the warranty by a few months and paid a few thousand out of pocket. This is not acceptable. But I am grateful for the master mechanic.
In turn, there is a mixed feeling with this location. Some individuals are top notch and really take pride in their work and others seem to not have much attention to detail. I would like it if it seemed more consistent.

This dealership is not friendly and horribly high pressure. My husband and I did extensive research on line for the car we wanted and narrowed it down to 2 dealerships, Woburn Toyota being one of them.
A friend of ours says that buying a car should be a good experience not a hostage negotiation, and we started to feel that the latter was the way it would be here - way too many phone calls which became more irritatingly high pressure with each one. We will not do business this way again. If Google would have let me I would have posted this with no stars at all.
We ended up going to the other dealer first and so glad we did. We have bought many cars in our long life together and it was the most pleasurable easy car buying experience we have ever had. If all dealerships did business this way, they would all sell many more cars, I am quite sure. I was so relieved to be able to call Woburn to say that we would not be coming there.
I would like to add, however, that Prince really tried hard to meet our needs over the phone. It was the other callers who made us feel so negatively about the dealership.

Made an appt for an oil change. Brought my car in and waited 2 hours. Went back downstairs and no one around. Found someone in an office. After about 10 minutes, they realized no one worked on my car! Not sure what happened, but the service advisor never did any paperwork. I wasted 2 hours sitting in their waiting room! This dealership has gone downhill since they completed construction!

Brought my car here for a service appointment. They were "very busy" and had to keep it overnight. They never called the next day with an update. When I called at the end of the day they said it was ready to pick up. I got it home only to realize they never actually did the service.
This was my first and last experience at this dealership. Seems to be poorly managed, if they can't do a simple minor service in a timely manner.

I purchased my car in Feb, they weren't able to get the inspection sticker for me, so they said I can do it myself and they will reimburse me. I text my sales guy the receipt and I still have not receive my refund. Anddd when I got my car it did not get a washed, I picked up the car at night so I couldn't tell. I got to get it detailed myself. I referred 2 people here before hand because my first car my father bought me was from there. The sales guy was name Sydney, horrible service. I will no longer be referring my family and friends.
DO NOT waste your TIME here. They baited me in for good deal on car from online. Promised me an appointment, took my deposit then later found out the car never there at the deale (or maybe there is no such car). Wasted my whole day my time of driving as I live out of state. Do not go here, the deals thry posted are not real.
We had a great experience with Kal Dabliz, and would request him in the future should we purchase from here again. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is... We're disappointed in the warranty we purchased, and the lack of common sense it utilizes. I will spare everyone the details. And will be cancelling the warranty!
I regret bringing my car here for service. I brought my car in on a Monday for brake rotor/pad replacement and 4 tires. I was quoted $2400 which is well above what I'm finding online for average repair costs and they wanted to charge me $50 to replace an air filter (I am an absolute layman when it comes to car repair, so if I caught this blatant upcharge, what did I miss?).
I was also told that my car would be ready on Tuesday. I am in chemotherapy and was sick all day Tuesday so when I didn't get a call on Tuesday I did not care. Then Wednesday rolls around and I called twice, both times I was told to expect a return call that never came. So now today is Thursday and I am told my car will be ready around 1, it just needs to have the new tires put on. I took an uber from chemo to the dealership and my car is not ready. I called on the way over and they told me I could pick it up at 6. I would not have ubered here if I had known putting tires on takes 5 hours. When I called, the service people said my car was in the process of having the tires put on. Well that was twenty minutes ago and I'm currently looking at my car through the glass window upstairs in the service center and nobody is even near my car.
EDIT: It is now 3:51, almost 3 hours after I was told it would be ready. I just watched someone roll a tire up to my car, put it on, and walk away and that took less than a minute. I don't understand why I've been given such a runaround.

I recently purchased for the first time from Woburn Toyota and was very impressed with my salesman, Austin Stamegna. He made purchasing a new vehicle pleasant. I did not feel pressured, and he handled all of my questions and helped me get what I wanted for my trade. He has a great personality. I would definitely purchase with him again, and I recommend him to all.
I sometimes think that the Totota representatives can have a better knowledge of how their system works, and about the customers information in the computers. Each time I go there I need to ask them twice to check the system to see that I have an extended Toyota care. On the first time they usually don't find it in the system and it can be frustrating.
We weren't given the correct information on who can pick up my car yesterday, and bringing back the rental car. I was sick and asked my friend to do it. Before I send him, I called Toyota and they told me on the phone that it was ok. But when he went there, he had a hard time because he had driven the rental car.
