I went here to check outtrucks and Cj in Sales helped me out. He is very professional and helped me with all my questions. I recommend anyone to ask for him.

Personal service that is hard to find. I definitely feel comfortable bringing my car there again to be serviced.
Approximately five years ago I decided to lease a car for the first time and I knew I wanted a Toyota.
I was dreading it because I've purchased about ten cars over the years and each time it was like going to war. You might be able to relate. In any event, this was not the case with Robert Fahey. He is extremely laid back and makes you feel comfortable. More importantly I felt in control because I was never pressured into making a decision or hit with one of the hundreds of lines that salesman like to use to move the deal along.
Finally, it seems like a month never goes by that Robert doesn't send me an email with special offers from Woburn Toyota. No follow up phone call, just an email. If you're in the market for Toyota I enthusiastically recommend Robert Fahey.
it is not my first and it will not be my last
Haney is my friend and my buddy
thank you Woburn Toyota for having him
Knowledgeable sales staff. Good value on the vehicle
Had to take the car in for the second recall on the same air bag. I asked for an oil change. Was promptly requested to spend $1000 on liquid flushing and replacement (total joke), and serpentine belt replacement (its fine) and battery cleaning (listen the battery is over four years old, I'll get a new one when this one dies, why tf would I want it to be cleaned and spend $100). They failed to mention the $500 of repairs (90k spark plugs, cabin filter, all pointless stuff, non of it is broken) from the first recall upsell. These guys cant even keep their story straight! Horrible dealings, will take to local mechanic and get a 100k tuneup and maybe a transmission fluid flush. These guys make a lot of money off of people that dont know any better. Also they didnt reset the maintenance required light, even tho there is nothing wrong with the car. If I get called in for another recall for this airbag again I'm selling the car and never buying Toyota again. Absolutely ridiculous!
I got good price for the car but they really need to teach their sales associates on how to talk to customers. The associate was not even aware of how the delivery of the vehicle was going to happen and he made me useless trip to DMV to get temporary number plates and later it was found that it was not required. He expected me to drive car without number plates and was not even willing to help in putting them on new car. I had to run around to find mechanic to put the plates.
I came in unannounced with an oil leak. Mark at the desk told me how long the wait would be and got to my car at the time he said he would. Vincent who worked on my car gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and how he would fix it. Thank fully nothing more than a faulty oil filter. Problem solved, excellant service from both Mark and Vincent.
Brunell was eceptional and such an amazing person. He was more than helpful and handsome
Wally Sabet did a great job for us. I walked away and he called us back and got me the deal i wanted.
Definitely recommend to everyone that i know.
Thanks to Wally we came back and bought the car i wanted.
Chris Costa and Hank were both so helpful. I came to the dealership alone and it was the first new car I ve ever bought and was expecting to be pressured. Chris was super awesome and let me feel things out without pressuring me to make a deal. Once the time came to buy, the team gave me an extremely fair price on the car. I had to wait a bit to meet with Hank but he was so apologetic and helpful when the time came to sign the final paperwork. Overall the team did everything to make me a happy Toyota customer. I would definitely recommend purchasing through Woburn Toyota, Chris, and Hank.
We met with Gabriel Zorrilla to purchase a used car for our daughter. We did not want to spend much on this car. Gabriel understood our needs, but he also wanted our daughter to drive away in a reasonably-priced, 'safe' car, and not just the cheapest car. He recommended cars that he would feel comfortable letting his own little brother drive. So we spent a bit more than planned. Thanks to Gabriel, we drove away with the best possible option for our daughter. Gabriel is genuine, honest, and clearly a hard-working young man. We left feeling like we made a new friend. And we wish him only the best. -The Pesce's
Awesome place to shop!! Highly recommended my salesman Chris Ojatabu!! He s informative and kept in touch with the sale the whole time and thanks the Financial Director JC and Finance Officer Dan W for such a smooth process.
I bought my car from CJ today and I went to 3 dealerships. CJ speaks Spanish also and is a super nice guy. Please ask for him when you go to Woburn Toyota!
I had a great experience at Woburn Toyota. Sales Manager Wally Sabet and Certified Sales Consultant Hany The Egyptian Guy are a great team. I was met with a smile and they both worked diligently to be sure I received my request. Hany searched high and low with a smile to find the vehicle of my choice (unable to find, was not an option). Every request was looked into and most, if not all was provided, again, with a smile. Plan to spend a little :) time to be sure to leave with what you came in for. I left Woburn Toyota with the car of my choice and a deal i was happy with. Hany is a great asset to Woburn Toyota and Wally is his backbone. The staff are all pleasant and ready to assist. I highly recommend Woburn Toyota.
The Dealership itself is beautiful including a great little restaurant upstairs in the service waiting area.... Crossroads Cafe offering a variety of meals from breakfast items, including Lattes, specialty coffees to salads and sandwiches and my favorite Ahi tuna salad or wrap. Matt is very accommodating.
Long wait, dearth of certified used cars. Really nice people though.
I was initially here back in April when I gave a 3 star rating after having a few issues. I am editing my review in August because I decided to give this location a second chance.
First, rude customer service rep AND manager when I called asking about getting a state inspection. Second, when I arrive for my service appointment and am speaking to the service department employee to get checked in, he is continually pulling his mask away from his face. A few other employees at the next desk over are using the f-word, more than once. When the employee I m dealing with gives me the paperwork to sign to okay the service, I saw in the rate box that it was $110 MORE than the price on the website when I tried to book the appointment. I asked about this and he very rudely says well yeah, that s our RATE, that doesn t mean that s what you re going to pay, this is all general info that doesn t matter like here it says your car is green. Then when he made sure my phone number was correct, he said they would send me a text when it s done. I was confused because when I had called to actually make the appointment they only had appointments to drop off my car but they put in a note saying I needed to wait for it there instead. I just asked to clarify this and again, extremely condescendingly, says ummm yeah we ll text you, I m not going to go running around looking for you when it s done. I have been to four different Toyota dealerships, including this one, for service and the service rep has ALWAYS come to find me (even during Covid) when my car is finished. I had a bad experience with this Toyota back in April and thought I would give them another chance because I live close by. Never again. For all future service needs and ANYTHING related to my car I will be driving the hour away to the Toyota in New Hampshire I originally bought my car from, where I am respected and information is explained thoroughly without an attitude. As a side note, the music in the lobby and service area both times I have been here are so loud you cannot hear the service rep talking to you.
I had the most amazing experience and totally recommend Woburn Toyota.
One and a half hours to wait for an oil change and you have to make an appointment not happy
The dealership appear to be under much friendlier and more professional new ownership, so I've removed my previous negative review.
I have purchased two cars at Woburn Toyota - a new one for me and a used one for my daughter. In both cases, I am very pleased with the car as well as the whole purchasing process.
A special shout out to Robert Fahey - Internet Salesman. He gave me a very fair price at the start with no need to play the haggling game. I will definitely go back to him for my next purchase.
We had a wonderful experience here buying a car to replace the one we have been driving for 16 years. They even gave us a trade in value - low, but it was still something - for our very old car. We now have a lovely, used Prius C in our driveway and we are super happy with the entire experience. Huge shout out to Michael Quigley and Scott Hoffman for both being really amazing to work with. We will definitely go back in 16 years when we are ready to replace this Prius.
I am a longtime customer of Woburn Toyota and have purchased all my cars from Robert Fahey. He is a wonderful salesman. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. I also have my car serviced here and I like that they have a waiting room with a television and drinks & treats available. It's nice while waiting for my car to be serviced.
such a beautiful facility. I had such a pleasant experience. I wish nothing but the best for Gabriel Zorrilla. Young, ambitious and very knowledgable!
thank you Woburn Toyota, Gabriel & Wally
I have had my Highlander serviced at Woburn Toyota for the past 2 years--I wouldn't take it anywhere else! All employees, service people and mechanics are friendly and well informed. I never feel like they are trying to oversell me and I trust them. They offer local rides when you have to leave your car all day. They are in the process of renovating and building a whole new complex which will be nice because the facilities are old. That being said, the people are so nice that you don't mind when you have to wait there.
Let me start by saying, Woburn of Toyota is like no other dealership I've been to. They aim to work WITH you. Every other dealership that I've visited made me feel like just another check for them to take in. However, when I walked into Woburn of Toyota, I didn't feel the need to rush into a decision on a car. Due to my own circumstances, I was limited on time, but Gabriel worked with my mom and I to help find the best fit for me. His customer service was welcoming and he made us feel like actual people. He showed us many options and even printed each carfax right away without being asked. In addition, he went through hoops and stayed late with us even when we haven't fully made a decision. But the entire time, we didn't feel rushed at all. Last week, I intended on going there for fun and to browse, with the possibility of purchasing a car, but today I walked out with everything signed and the title in my hands! Especially with my circumstances, I thought I would leave the lot without anything at all, but Gabe persisted and kept fighting for me. Phil (financial department) also pushed through hurdles in order to help me purchase a car, and not just any car, a car that I WANTED. At Woburn of Toyota, they value you as people first, before even talking about money. They aim to make sure you're happy with what you bought, and not just settling for something just because. I'll never forget this whole experience. Gabe and Phil won my mom and I over as lifetime customers, but also as lifetime friends. I hope the next person who goes in, whether for fun or with the intent of purchasing, get matched with these two awesome people. I wouldn't be where I am now, without them. Thank you both
Because the staff are so nice and helpful. I just bought a new car there today!
My wife brought her car in for an alignment because we replaced a punctured tire with a BRAND NEW one last week. Not only did they try to sell her service she didn't need and tell her it was "undriveable", they also said her tires were all worn to 6/32 and recommended new tires, even though one was literally brand new. They tried to use scare tactics on her to make money, then tried to backtrack despite the fact they printed every thing out. We will NEVER do business here again, places like this are the reason car dealerships have a bad name.
Just had the best experience today. If you are looking for a Vehicle and still don't have an idea on what you want yet. You got to check out with my boy Gabriel A. Zorrilla at Woburn Toyota. He would do his best to make your visit a pleasant and easy going experience.
Sebastien is the man and got me hooked up with the the right deal on an 08 Highlander and in quick fashion too - Went from initial deposit to vehicle delivery in 2 days. Needed the car ASAP and Sebastien and the team at Woburn Toyota helped every step of the way.
I placed an online request through edmunds one afternoon and was quoted a price for a vehicle. Told them I would be down in 15-20 mins. Once I got there I told them how I contacted them online and was handed over to a salesman. We go for a test drive in a similar vehicle (one I selected was in another lot), when we go to sit down and discuss, the salesman we were talking to and the online salesman got into a huge FIGHT about which one should serve us. So my wife and I left immediately.
Story is not over. So the next day they emailed and said they were sorry, so the car was a decent price, and they offered a free car charger to remove the negative review on Facebook, so I decided to proceed anyways. I left for vacation and emailed them that I would like to place a deposit on the vehicle. No response. I call and was told they do not hold vehicles on online offers in case someone comes in and wants the vehicle at full price. Was told they would speak to a manager and call me back.. Well I'm still waiting and have not had a phone call back. I have now decided to move on and purchase elsewhere.
Randy was easy to work with, friendly, and knowledgeable. Within 2 hrs, we had a meeting of the minds & now I have my car. Recommend this dealership & Randy especially.
We have been with this dilership for a decade and truly love the service here! The appointments are scheduled quickly, and you get your car fixed very fast in case of some issues. The most valuable is we trust that our car is in good hands and we can rely on technicians there. So far, whatever trouble would come up with our car, it would be resolved with no much hustle. The atmosphere is friendly, the service consultants answer all your questions, and there is a good rewards program through which you can get good discounts.
The last time we had problems with our breaks , John Russo spent a valuable time to explain in details what was the issue and how not only to fix that, but how to prevent other mild current issues from becoming bigger in the future and what to keep an eye on to have our favorite Highlander Hybrid 2006 for longer.
Thank you for a great service, John and Woburn Toyota!
I truly recommend this place to others!
My fiance just bought a used truck here at Woburn Toyota. Initially a friend and I came to look at the truck while he was at work to see if it was worth his while and something he would enjoy. During my friend and I's first visit we were met by a salesman, CJ. He was very intense, motivated to make a sale. He explained things went south and a customer changed their mind on this truck, and that they were looking to sell it quick. My friend and I checked it out with no complaints. Pressure was on when it was just CJ and myself discussing the truck, I had to continuously state that it was going to my fiances truck if he liked it, not mine. I put a hold on the truck, and went and ran errands until my fiance and I could meet up at the dealership, and have him check out the truck. My cousin who is a mechanic tagged along the second time as well. Later in the day CJ was much more workable and my fiance fell in love with the truck, a down payment secured. It was late in the evening as everything took a long time. But, we made it up to the finance office, where Phil was a superstar. Explained the why's and how's of it all, stayed WAY past his clock out time to help my fiance and was 100% in the moment and there for us instead of spitting numbers, ripping apart his credit score and shooing us away like other dealers do. Phil followed up with my fiance the next day and paperwork was signed. Phil & CJ even helped us find a new and better insurance company to insure the truck. Afterward it was mainly smooth sailing, set up a day to come get the truck and trade in his car. CJ was great the day of pickup, and checked in with us even hours after driving off the lot. The only thing keeping me from penning a 5-star review is the constant hurry up and wait and the chaos that ensued in the beginning, making me almost walk out of the dealership. (I wasn't running my credit without my fiance there/wasn't co-signing and made that abundantly clear.) When it is my time to trade my Corolla in, not for many years down the road I hope, I will definitely be buying from Woburn Toyota. Thank you Phil & CJ.
Randy was great to work with. I would like to work with him again.
Thank you so much for the call and fix the issue.
excellent customer service.
They will sell your information after you buy a car and you will get daily calls from warranty scammers. There were also a number of issues with having my car ready for pick up on time.
Worst dealer I have ever been to! Was going to buy a 2016 Toyota Highlander, cash, but quickly, (after an hour or so) changed my mind. The sales guy I had said he "couldn't find the keys and they were shuffling cars around". Should've left right then and there. Once he found the keys, he asks, "How will you be paying the deposit?" Deposit for what?? In the end, they require you to make a deposit for the vehicle you want to drive, also, on the paper for pricing disclosure, there is a "Nitro Fee". That's a joke. I'm buying a small family SUV not a race car! I don't need nitrogen in my tires, and I'm most certainly not paying $250 for that! I prefer anyone that wants a vehicle from here to go to Lexington Toyota or Tewksbury Toyota. They'll even get the vehicle from Woburn, if you really want it. Aviod Woburn Toyota at all costs, they're scam artists!
I have been purchasing Toyota's @ Woburn Toyota since 1982, my last three transactions with Robert Fahey (since 2003). I love Robert's no nonsense way of doing business, he listens to what you are looking for and makes sound recommendations. I have never been pressured to purchase any add-on's, and the transactions have gone smoothly from start to delivery. I have recommended Robert to family and friends, and they were just as happy. Update - just picked up my new 2016 Camry XLE, so now I've completed 4 transactions with Robert. Once again, Robert was patient with me as I tested different vehicles, went over all the different lease costs associated with the cars I was considering. All said and done, I was delivered a top of a line car, plates, sticker and a full tank of gas. A satisfied customer!
Sketchy, rude, and deceptive; Especially David the sales manager!!!! I called dealership to discuss advertised "e-price" on used vehicle. Although the advertised "e-price" implied a lower price, the sales manager very rudely told me they had the lowest prices in New England and there was NO negotiation. I let it go. Asked about a rough estimate on trade in and if it was better for me to discuss with the salesman I had my original online contact with. The sales manager replied in a terse tone that "neither he or anyone else there would have that conversation with me". I again let it go and apologized if I had offended him in any way. He continued, in a rude tone, that estimates on trade ins were only done on site with "no ifs, ands, or buts". A fair principal, but I was simply trying to have an initial conversation on value (I assumed they were in the car business) and thought someone trying to sell a product would be a bit more engaging and pleasant. I let it go. We decided to purchase the vehicle none the less and explained we would be financing locally and could travel the upcoming weekend to provide a certified bank check for purchase. We asked about additional fees and sales tax and were told that I would pay sales tax in mu home state upon registration plus a $499 doc fee and some added $5 fee. When sent a bill of sale, almost $250 of additional costs, plus sales tax was conveniently added on even after explicitly asking. I let it go. Knowing we could only finalize the deal on the weekend, I asked the dealership, on a Wednesday, to fax the pertinent info to my bank. Followed up on Thursday, explaining that our bank needed sales/title docs faxed if we were to travel down on the weekend. We, as well as our bank, emailed and called multiple times on Friday in an attempt to get the required paperwork faxed (in the mean time getting all required insurance coverage set up; as known by the dealership). I tried again tried to reach the sales manager and left multiple messages explaining the about time sensitivity, even after they had multiple days to send a fax. Interestingly, at 5pm on Friday, I was contacted by the sales manager saying his "supervisor" said they could not follow through with the agreement because they had bad experiences with out of state banks?!?!?. However, if we wanted to finance through THEM, at an undisclosed rate, they would be more than happy to assist. When I asked why they could not accept a bank certified check as payment in full, I got no response. When I asked if I could have the name and contact information of the supervisor, I got no response. Read into this string of shady practices as you may....
As a nurse, I was really concerned about going to a dealership on a busy weekend during the pandemic. Luckily, Reidar Davies and his team made this process nearly entirely virtual, and I was able to get in and out of the dealership quickly, safely, and with a great deal!
Keith helped me this morning (a Saturday!!) and was an absolute pleasure. He had all of the details sorted out prior to my arrival at the dealership. From arrival to the time I was able to turn in my old lease and drive away with the new 2020 RAV4 was under a half hour!! I m telling you - these guys are great.
JC in finance allowed me to review and sign paperwork by email, saving me time & exposure. Two very big deals for me!
I drove off in my dream car, in the color I wanted - and for an amazing price. I seriously cannot thank these guys enough! Thank you Reidar, Rich, Keith, & JC for everything!!
Great car buying experience. Everyone was professional, polite, and friendly. I would buy another car from them in the future!
I m very happy with The guys on Woburn Toyota where I purchase the car Gabriel Zorrilla Wally Sabet and Rick Despres I have excellent Service and very good deal I appreciate them and I look forward to work with them again thank
Was scammed by Jason in finance. Do not believe them when they ask you if you want to sign up for auto pay. The office does not make it clear this is a 3rd party service that charges $400!! Jason was shady and did not state this was not directly done with the bank. Stay away from Jason in finance at Toyota of Woburn. He is shady, will lie right to your face, and will sell you products you do not need
***You can manually set up withdrawals with your bank that will not cost you this fee.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Woburn Toyota! Randy was great to work with, he made the process very easy and non-intimidating. Would definitely recommend seeing him!
Wally did a great job getting us the deal we needed. Highly recommend going there to buy your next car. You will not be disappointed!
It was easy to buy the car. Service was fast and courteous.
Ernest was my sales person and he was amazing. It s the second vehicle we ve purchased from him. He knew what I was looking for and proactively reached out to me when a Land Cruiser became available. He is a great relationship builder and I look forward to working with him again.
Alex was a great salesmen. The whole experience was top notch. I would definitely recommend buying your next car at Woburn Toyota!!! Everyone goes above and beyond for you!
Victor Chaves is an excellent human being, always attentive and he answers the phone at all times. I recommend it when you go to Woburn Toyota, look for Him to buy your vehicle!
Sad! I gave up buying at this store because the seller and staff (including directors) are very aggressive. Regrettably focused on selling and forgetting the customer.
Randy D was very professional and knew everything about all the cars I was interested in and I love my car. Thank you Randy
Robert Fahey is exactly what I want in a salesperson. No pressure to buy and he explains everything. He is the complete opposite of the classic "car salesman". Have purchased my last 5 cars thru him and I am totally satisfied with him and Toyota.
Great customer service!
I brought a brand new car with a outstanding deal! Thank you Keenedy and Tran! Highly recommended Toyota store! If the manager reading this, I would appreciate if you could send us a lovely Toyota keychain!
My husband & I have had several of our Toyota Camry's serviced at Woburn Toyota for the past 10 years. The service has always been above the mark. The technicians know the vehicles and have a professional way about them. The service is always done correct & on time. I would like to give a shout out to the Service Manager, Mike Gilgun for his willingness to listen to us about our vehicle and to accommodate us far beyond our Expectations. Thanks Mike!
had a great experience Kal Dabliz was our salesman he was fantastic he we t on and beyond to make sure we were satisfied highly recommend
Be ready to experience the worse customer service of your life.
Gabriel was great, he helped us with the whole process, it was easy and we are very happy with the service. Thank you very much for the excellent service. We thank you very much.
Olga and Miguel
Gabriel has a very good deal for clients and speaks Spanish
Brought my friend in to buy a car from Randy Davies and she had an excellent experience with him! Highly recommend Randy to anyone looking!
When to buy Toyota rav4 used on special first wouldn't sell for price. Second the car was in other storage area all dented up. The said they work it but no discount. Wait of 2 hours never go back again .
Aside from the great pricing, the salesman Jon w, and finance department made my new purchase smooth and this was after 2 weeks of bouncing around numerous other nearby dealerships! Go there if you want to eliminate the nonsense.
Real Con Artists!
Never go there to have them diagnose your car. They will charge you a flat rate per hour, about $40/hr after tax which seems reasonable at first. But after the first hour, they'll obviously need more time. Now you can either go home $40 poorer with nothing resolved, or let them "diagnose" for another hour.
After you sign up for hour number 2, they have you! You either pay them $80 and not get anything fixed, or pay them overpriced $xxx to have it fixed there, cuz they'll tell you it will save you time.
Instead of leaving this place knowing I "lost" $80, I went for the idiotic move of having it repaired there.
Save yourself some money, go to a local repair shop that'll diagnose for free...
Salesman Chris O. did a great job helping us buy a very nice late model Hyundai Elantra. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fair and accommodating. He didn t pressure us in any way and did what he said he would do. This is the second vehicle we ve bought from Woburn Toyota because of their commitment to excellence in all they do!
Do not buy a vehicle from this place! I had an absolutely terrible experience. I tried to pick up my new 4Runner after waiting five days. When I showed up they did not install the remote start, running boards, or complete the state inspection. All of this was supposed to be done. I scheduled another day to have these things completed. I was later contacted by the dealership and told that my vehicle was ready. Once again, my vehicle had not been touched! No remote start, no running boards, and no state inspection sticker. Do yourself a favor and find another Toyota dealer! This dealer caused me to waste multiple hours and left me without a vehicle!
With all that said, the staff was friendly and polite.. However someone really dropped the ball!
I had such a good experience with Gabriel Z. that I have no other choice but to recommend him to everybody. THX Gabe your the best !
After a scheduled oil change appointment, Woburn Toyota didn t know why I was there. The appointment was in their system, my vehicle was dropped off and waiting when they opened, and when I returned to pick up my car hours later, they looked at me wondering why I was there. They offered to give me a loaner vehicle for THREE DAYS while they completed an OIL CHANGE! Three days for an oil change is unacceptable. Don t waste your time giving them control of your vehicle. Go elsewhere.
Great experience today with CJ. He helped me navigate through various options which lead to the perfect car for my family.
I have bought 3 cars from 3 different dealerships over the last several years and this has been the best experience thusfar! My salesman, Michael Garas, and finance manager Ernest are top notch. They were knowledgeable, extremely polite and made my entire experience effortless. Michael went to bat for me making sure I could afford every accessory and option I hoped for. Ernest secured me staying in my budget and kept me in the loop through the whole process. It was the easiest process and I got the exact Rav4 Hybrid I hoped for! On delivery day, Jason was wonderful, too! He explained all of the features and made special arrangements for me to get the car as I couldn t stay at the dealership for very long. Kudos to the staff of Woburn Toyota and many thanks. I ll be back for service and for future buys. 100% recommend!
Woburn Toyota has a phenomenal selection of vehicles to choose from. On top of that a large amount of courteous, genuine, nice, friendly, helpful staff to help you choose the perfect car. My salesman Michael Quigley was excellent and I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing or leasing their next car that it be Toyota and you work with Mike Quigley . Mike was so honest and outgoing. He also was very easy to talk to, throw questions and concerns at. Mike broke down the process of buying a car understandable and very easy. He also is a very funny, personable, approachable guy. Highly recommend seeing him!!
Took way too long for some one to come over and connect. It was just chaos... Realized that they are under construction, but a car purchase is a big decision, did not instill confidence.
Bait and switch technique for used vehicles. They would not sell the vehicle we had been messaging back and forth for a week. Not a good experience, wasted a whole afternoon for nothing.
Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Thanks mike!
Sales people never followed up and in turn ended up buying car elsewhere
Had 2009 corolla in for a power steering issues. Payed $65 for them to tell me it was the alternator, which I replaced and still had the issue. When I had time to work on it myself, I cleaned and sanded all the electrical connections and voila 14v on the battery and power steering works great. These techs should know how to troubleshoot a voltage issue better than me.
All in all I payed $65 for a misdiagnosis.
Sebastien was fantastic and made the whole car buying experience quick and easy. He was very friendly and answered any question I had. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car!
I'd give negative rating if it was possible. Disgusting service team. All they care about is silly expenses. Bad staff - rude, racist, and disrespectful. They did not even bother to wash my car after service. When I asked where is the car parked, they were like use your panic button on the car key.
Apart from these, the quality of work is not at all good. The defects or issues are solved in portions so that they can charge you extra. I am utterly dissatisfied with these people. Have dealt with many Toyota dealers in the past, Woburn Toyota is the worst and most terrible one I have ever dealt with.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE. SALES, I DONT WANT TO EVEN THINK ABOUT
They value your time and great customer service, called them as my car was shaky when I went over 60, this was after a winter storm, they said there should be ice inside the rims instead of asking to bring the vehicle and charge me. I trust them.
Huge beautiful dealership! CJ was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles.
I bought a used vehicle here about a year ago and that experience was okay. That is the only reason why they got the 2 stars. All service afterwards has been horrible. Everything is a hassle and nothing ever gets done. They sell cars they are unable to service later on (even though they assure you that they can when they are selling.) that I still pay for through them. After sending me to multiple locations that all were almost as big of a disappointment as Toyota Woburn was, I know that I will never buy, never go back, and never recommend this place. I regret buying my car here and hope that others don't get ripped off like I did after my initial purchase.
Great selection, low pressure. Used vehicle inventory is top notch. Would definitely purchase a vehicle here.
saw the truck online, drove there, internet price is not negotiable per sale manager...
Bought my first car there and I'm completely satisfied everyone was nice and friendly specially Ernest sales person who helped me a lot through the process
Thanks to Joseph Brunelle for helping me out with the purchase of my Lexus RX350. Smooth process and no issues. Helpful and professional sales/finance staff. Highly recommend Woburn Toyota!
Im being generous giving 1 star i will never step foot in this place again !!! Tird to have me do service i already had done myself then my girl went to buy a car that was on website and they brought up a totally different car because the car we made an appointment to look at was no longer there we walked out and woman at desk on way out made a stupid comment i wouldn't bring my bicycle to this place and definitely would not go there to buy car stay clear trust me
Woburn Toyota is hands down the place to go. Weather you are buying or having you vehicle serviced you get great customer service all around. Woburn Toyota has an amazing staff and Hany is hands down the best salesman ever, he was respectful and professional and extremely helpful! I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Hany 3 months ago and now I just leased my 2019 RAV4 XLE. The experience is wonderful and smooth. The sales manager I got to work with was very efficient and very friendly. They matched a price that I can afford and work with. Very happy with everything and cannot wait to take delivery. Special Thank you to Ray and Destiny in the BDC sales department for helping me with all the car details and making me an appt. Also thank you to Donna in the registration dpt. Everyone has been super helpful
The experience was solid. Not everything is perfect, but the way they handled and treated us was on point!
Ernest Memminger was amazing to work with. He helped me find my perfect fit in a vehicle, 2018 RAV4 and I couldn t be happier. Thanks again Ernest!!
Ernest was amazing. Highly recommend him and Woburn Toyota.
Bad customer service. I was standing at the entrance and there were a lot of salesman walking around and no one stop to ask if I need help with anything or if I m all set just waiting to be seen by someone. It s not like they were busy assistant other customer. There were people that come in after us and got greeted and ask if they need help with anything. I will never come back here again.
Couple weeks ago I bought my 2017 Rav4 limited from Woburn Toyota let me tell you that was a great experience, excellent service they know what they are doing. My sales Associate Ernest Memminger is exceptional very friendly, willing to listen to his customers needs , takes time to explain everything and especially makes sure you are satisfied. I would definitely recommend Woburn Toyota to anyone interested in buying or leasing a car. Be sure to ask for Ernest M.
Had an amazing experience getting a new van for my family of 6. The customer service was so great and welcoming. Didn't feel pressured at all and walked away with a great deal on a great car. I would refer them to anyone, especially our salesman CJ. He went above and beyond to get us the car we needed in the time we needed. Would buy from them again.
