I d like to provide my review of my experience when visiting this dealership today 7/16/19. While I was browsing the web I noticed that Toyota of Woburn had a used low mileage 2017 GTI for sale. I was interested so I asked about it and confirmed with Joyce Ferreria and Taylor Manzi (associates) that the car was in stock. I then proceeded to make an appointment to see the car today after work at 5:15 PM. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with the salesman and he told me he would go pull the vehicle up. 20-25 minutes later he returned and apologized to say that he couldn t locate the vehicle because the manager took it home with him for the night. Is this the kind of professional and respectful experience customers can expect? What a waste of my time!!! I arrived to the dealership excited and left furious at the managements lack of consideration of their customers. Is this dealership even serious about selling cars? What a joke. The only reason I gave this two stars was out of courtesy of the salesman who was honest with me. How can he sell a car he doesn t have?? Experiences like this are why many customers hate car shopping.
