From the initial point of contact at Woburn Toyota with Victor Chaves, my experience purchasing a 2020 RAV4 far exceeded my expectations. Victor was eager to assist but not at all obtrusive. He was knowledgeable, personable, and courteous. Victor smoothly and promptly arranged a test drive for me. I also dealt with Malcolm Leng-King during the final stages of the transaction. My experience with him was high caliber as well.
Upon delivery of the vehicle, Victor went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and explain the features of my new car. Having dealt predominantly with Victor, I found him to have an excellent work ethic with an aim for high customer satisfaction.
Overall my experience with Woburn Toyota was exceptional due to these two outstanding employees. I would highly recommend Woburn Toyota to any of my family or friends in the market for a Toyota.

Liars. Bad business! Don't waste your time. Sales person confirmed a particular car was still in their inventory and made an appointment for me to come in to test drive it. When I arrived (following a 40 min drive to the dealership) I was informed that the car was in inventory BUT was in the body shop! In spite of being told it had a clean CAR FAX report, apparently it had been in an accident and was being repaired. And not nearly ready to take for a test drive. Total waste of my time. STAY AWAY!

These guys even failed to deliver the car after having purchase contract signed and the price paid. Then, instead of any 'recovery' attempt, they spent another day trying to impose a 'replacement' - generally, dictating me to purchase a worse car for more money. And after I finally claimed a refund, all of their managers just stopped returning my calls and started playing hide-and-seek like kindergarteners....
Add the habit of having their clients sitting for an hour before even attending them... What a service!

John Russo is the only person that knows what he s doing at the Toyota dealer for service. If John were ever to leave the dealer would lose 5 cars. Everyone else that works at service does not know what is going on. Take care of John Russo because if he leaves, lots of people will leave because he has great customer service and knows what is going. Unlike the majority of people there.

Personally, I have had the luck of owning an incredible amount of vehicles in my lifetime. I also dealt with an incredible amount of dealers also.
Which brings me to Woburn Toyota.
First & foremost Mr. Jamon Caswell extended the red carpet treatment, followed up for days & answered each & every question & concerns that I had so meticulously that left me totally impressed with the entire transaction from scratch to the point that I was expecting challenges, but in this case, there was none. Unusual in this day & age to obtain satisfaction without getting upset.
Then Jamon turned me over to Jonathan Warren who truly went out of his to appease in every way possible.
I finally met Hank the Business Manager, who was the icing on the cake. I was treated with the utmost respect, answered all of my questions and also went out of his way to get me the best finance rate possible. A true professional.
In short, a job extremely well orchestrated. I will let the world know about my enjoyable experience I assure you.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience today. I dropped my car off at 8:15 am for a recall service to be completed. I got a call at 4 PM that they did not have the part needed to do the work. I do not understand why you took my car if you could not complete the work. I also do not understand why it took all day to determine you did not have the part. What a waste of my time!

One of the worst customer service based establishments to be opened. Respect means nothing in this place. If you want to give your business and hard earned money and leave with no dignity or little to none self esteem, then by all means visit them. My family purchased a brand new car from these crooks and three times they have made us regret that decision. One time they even made my aunt leave in tears. Stay away!!! Far away!!!

Horrible customer service. I was ready o purchase a a car when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. They could not find the car that they already told me they had ready for me to see. I waited an hour made an appointment for the next day, came back waited another hour and a half, then they brought me the wrong car and still said they couldn t fine the right car. Waste of time completely unprofessional completely unhelpful and completely unknowledgeable. Horrible representation for Toyota. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Horrible car shopping experience. It was a busy Saturday so we didn t mind having to wait 30 minutes or so for a salesman to help us, but he was a disaster. He would not make eye contact with or address me, only my husband.

He couldn t find the keys to the car I wanted to test drive, and then tried to get us to drive TWO completely incorrect trims (one being a hybrid!!) without even looking up whether they had the one I wanted in stock. On the test drive he was not knowledgeable about the features or specs, didn t communicate well, and didn t seem like he was listening to us at all. I knew more than he did about the vehicle!! He didn t even have a business card to give us... not sure how he makes any sales.

We were loyal Toyota drivers and this guy turned us off. The ONLY saving grace at this dealership was the woman at the front desk, who was kind and helpful.

This was after being there on the 5th and told I had to come back on the 7th. I live over 30 min away and have already made 2 round trips. I call and no one wants to help or own this. I just want to be paid for the car you took from me. I feel my only outlet now is to complain hoping someone will reach out.

When I walked into Woburn Toyota I dint think I was going to a buy a car, But when I met Amine the sales guy , for some reason we walked out with a brand new Toyota Tacoma! We got a good price, and we dint feel pressured at all. We were impressed by his way of thinking and talking and as they say you buy the sales man not the brand/car . But here we bought both.

I had an issue with my check engine light and they said it would take $12,000 to fix and that I should just buy a new truck. It was a knock sensor harness, and took $1100 to fix because the whole intake had to be removed.... but that's a pretty big difference than the knock sensor ($3500 quoted) and a total of $12,000 with the transmission. Either they don't know what they're doing or their scamming people.

These guys are complete liars. I was given an online quote for me trade in, which I verified prior to driving over 2 hours to the dealership, clearly stating if they wouldn't honor the price it would be a deal breaker. They assumed that since I drove so far I wouldn't leave without a car, and told me they couldn't honor the price given to me, and ended up offering $2,500 less than what they said they would do. I showed them the chain of e-mails with their online representative, and they said they had them in their system, had already looked at them, and couldn't live up to what they promised. I asked for me keys back and left. They didn't even offer to give me a gas card after wasting an entire day, having to drive 5 hours round trip for nothing. These people are the epitome of what gives car dealerships a bad name, so if you chose to go there, don't think having anything in writing will make a difference, they will tell you anything to get you in the door, even if it's completely false. Terrible practice, and a terrible dealership.

Leon is an excellent salesperson, and by far the best I've dealt with in quite an extensive car search. He is professional, efficient, and hospitable. I actually ended up buying a car from another dealer, but Leon's service alone easily warrants a 5 star rating.

Ok so we bought a new car here at the new facility...

Ok so we bought a new car here at the new facility on a Wednesday evening this September. I say that because I see a lot of negative reviews based around experiences at the old facility with used cars or service.

So my review is based on buying a new car and nothing else. I suggest using a car search tool like Auto trader to do your research before going into any dealership.

Our salesman Pedro was very nice and helped us buy the exact car that we wanted. There wasn't much waiting and we bought the car after some price negotiation.

The car was ready and all documentation complete the next week as we arranged.

I don't buy new cars often but would definitely buy here again based on my experience.

For anyone looking to buy a used car ABSOLUTELY do NOT go to Woburn Toyota. We had an amazing experience with the purchase of our vehicle initially with Chris O as our sale guy but it all went down hill from the second we took the truck off the lot. We had the truck for 5 weeks total and out of the 5 weeks the truck was back in the dealership for 3 weeks and we had a rental. We picked up the car on a Thursday and by Tuesday we had nothing but problems. The car was shaking if we drove past 65mph, no fluids were top off so the fluid lights came on. They had the car for 7 days said the problem was fixed which it was not and it was still shaking and the DEI fluid light came on, on the drive home. Four days later the truck wouldn t come out of park, was stuck in that gear for hours. Randomly came out of gear called the dealership and they said to bring the car in. On the way to the dealership the check engine light came on to top it all. They had the car for 15 days after multiple visit to the dealership because no one would return my call I finally got a hold of the service manager number who was very helpful Mike. We waited 15 days took the car home on a Wednesday and by Friday the truck wouldn t come out of park again... This process delayed picking up our new camper, had to cancel 2 camping trip which we did not get out money back for and multiple trips to the dealership on my days off sense no one could return my call. Called the general manager Richard over 10 times and left 5 voicemails and still never got a call back. Same thing with the used car manager Mike. Thank god for the lemon law and we were able to return the ticking time bomb we bought and got our trade in back. They towed the car to our home we we were home because we had no plates for it and didn t send the spare keys or title back... and then they tried saying we never gave them a spare keys in the first place!!! Ugh such an awful 5 weeks of nothing but headaches and the problem still isn t fixed!! And to really top it off, they never paid the loan for the car we returned so we got a late payment on our credit and of course they still haven t paid off the loan and we returned the car more than 4 weeks ago. Long story short.. Simple don t go to Woburn Toyota!!

We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay and Gabriel heard us out and made sure to get what we wanted! We recently moved to the area and needed a new vehicle for our family. We went to Woburn Toyota based on online reviews and proximity. We were lucky enough to meet with Robert Fahey. Robert isn't your typical car salesman. He is so laid-back and truly listened to our needs and also our budget. He even showed us a used vehicle that we ended up buying due to the seating preferences that we had for our SUV. We would definitely work with Robert again for a car purchase in the future. The office staff was great also and made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Our kids were even there, and they liked it! We tested several vehicles with Robert and ended up deciding between a new and used Highlander. Thanks for such a great car shopping and buying experience!

On march 11th I purchased a BMW 328 IXDrive from Toyota in Woburn. Picked it up on the 18th, less than 2 weeks later the battery died 4 times in one day. I went out of my way to purchase new battery for the vehicle for about 200 dollars. I then paid a local shop 120 dollars or so to install it for me. About a week later I went back to Toyota and asked my salesperson Chris O and Wally to reimburse me the money. I shouldn t have to go out of my way to change the battery of a car i ve just recently purchased. Their response was its your car now, it's no longer our responsibility I then asked for the manager. He began to give me a hard time.. I was persistent and explained to them why I felt as though I should be given back the money I used to purchase a new battery for a car they just recently sold to me. That s when they told me that they would send me a check in the mail.. It has now been about 4-5 months and I still haven t received a check. I m utterly appalled with their behavior and dishonesty. They do not care about their customers, and their service is terrible. I am sharing my experience with this company because I believe no one should have to put up with such behavior.

Not only did wally treat me with the utmost respect but he was personable and talked me through the process and was willing to listen to my need and budget.... The WORST dealership I have ever been to. Not only is it slow, but the salesmen ignore their customers and keep them waiting for many hours on end without any explanation. When you try to get answers from them they ignore you or tell you to wait even longer. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate it a 0/5 stars I would. You're better off going ANYWHERE else other than here. Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. Disrespectful.

I had never been to an actual dealership to make a purchase before so it was a bit daunting however CJ, my salesperson, was a great help overall. I tried to do most of my research ahead of time however whenever I did have questions CJ either was able to answer on the spot or was able to find the answer for me in a timely fashion. This place is a joke. Especially the salesman we worked with, Randy Davies, and the manager, Wally. It took us over 6 hours to lease a car working with Randy. I made an appointment and was told i needed to wait when we got there because some other guy who had an appointment later that day showed up early. pretty sure thats not how appointments are supposed to work. i then had to wait an hour to test drive a 2018 Highlander, which had no gas. Those should have been red flags to go to a different dealership. However, we still ended up leasing a car and a few weeks after picking it up I noticed it had two different license plates - the front license plate is one letter off from the back license plate. Along with a few other minor issues with the car. So we call Randy to discuss the license plate issue with him since I'm pretty sure this is illegal and it takes him an entire week to call back. That same day the manager Wally calls, who tells us he would make us an appointment with service for the other minor issues at 8am on Saturday. We get there - there's no appointment for us and we're told we need to wait an hour or 2 for them to look at the car. Your a manager at a car dealership and you can't even handle making a service appointment for someone? Like I said, this place is a joke.

I recently traded in my car for a newer used vehicle, with the help of Sales Manager Wally Sabet and Sales Consultant Malcolm Leng-King. In a deal that provided some challenges, these two individuals provided me with excellent and commendable service throughout the process. Both were communicative, efficient, kind, and went above and beyond to address issues as they arose. In particular, I want to highlight the efforts made by Malcolm; he is a thoughtful and excellent leader in his role. Had everyone throughout the purchasing process shown an equal quality of service as these two men did, this most certainly would've been a five-star review. While I don't plan to buy another vehicle for some time, my hope would be to deal with these two people again.

Don't waste your time. Promises are made which cannot be kept. The atmosphere is high pressure. You'll end up wasting a ton of time and not getting your car needs met. I personally experienced people leaving in a huff before I ended up doing the same thing.

Bought my first car here with Victor and the floor manager Wally. Both did an amazing job making sure I was happy with what I was getting with my car. Victor is an amazing salesman that spoke my native language which helped a lot with the communication. Wally did everything in his power to make sure I got everything I wanted in my car. I am really disappointed in my experience I had here and honestly the fact that I decided to go ahead and do business with these people left me feeling icky. First, I showed up and they said the wait would be about 15 minutes for a salesman. That 15 minutes ended up being 40 minutes. Then I was paired with a salesman that seemed extremely disinterested in my business, he barely even said anything to me. Maybe if I was buying a brand new car for triple the price I would have received better service. When he gave me the list of financing options I was being shown 22% INTEREST! I also had to go ahead and do the math myself because they will not tell you your interest rate! Did you know that in Massachusetts it s illegal to charge over 21% interest? Not to mention, my credit is great and there would be no reason to be charged that much. After showing me this price and me showing how shocked I was at the rate, he had the nerve to ask for my debit card to pay for the down payment with no regard for my interest rate concern. I finally got a new financing options sheet (after having to make a fuss about it) and I was okay with it. I was then told that it would be an hour to speak with a financing person. But, you guessed it, it took an hour and 45 minutes. I should have just left then. Once we got in there, the small talk endured by the finance person was far less than appropriate. Then, the loan that I had agreed upon magically turned from 48 months to 54 months. I also bought a warrantee (which the finance person really didn't want me to get) but I never even got to see what the warrantee covered. This whole process has left me feeling that my naivety with buying cars got me taken advantage of. There was absolutely no transparency. I don t know my exact interest rate and I don t know what s in my warrantee. Never, ever again will I be taken advantage of by Woburn Toyota. OH! And I just got my first bill in the mail and the total amount is ONE THOUSAND dollars more than what I was told it was going to be! Complete scam artists and not transparent at all. Do NOT do business here.
