Horrible car shopping experience. It was a busy Saturday so we didn t mind having to wait 30 minutes or so for a salesman to help us, but he was a disaster. He would not make eye contact with or address me, only my husband.

He couldn t find the keys to the car I wanted to test drive, and then tried to get us to drive TWO completely incorrect trims (one being a hybrid!!) without even looking up whether they had the one I wanted in stock. On the test drive he was not knowledgeable about the features or specs, didn t communicate well, and didn t seem like he was listening to us at all. I knew more than he did about the vehicle!! He didn t even have a business card to give us... not sure how he makes any sales.

We were loyal Toyota drivers and this guy turned us off. The ONLY saving grace at this dealership was the woman at the front desk, who was kind and helpful.
