Although I was not overly impressed with the behavior of management at the dealership - I am happy with the service that Barry provided for me. I and my husband went to shop for a blue Rev 4 on last Tuesday Oct 2nd. We spent couple hours to negotiate on the price. We put down $5000 deposit on that car. We want to show that we want that car. When it comes to financing, they said they misplaced the title of the car. The financial guy told us to come back again next day. He will has the paperwork ready for us to sign. Next day, when we went back there, they let us wait for around 2hours, then the other guy came to tell us that they still look for title. He told us to go back home and wait for a call. Next day, he called us that he will request for a replacement title. It should take a day. And today, we contact them back, but no answers for us. I am not sure if they still looking for a title or they sold that car to other people. They didn t respect our time at all.

Just stumbled across this dealership when searching for a new vehicle. Great customer service, the staff was amazing, friendly, informative and easy to speak with. They were patient with all of my questions & concerns I had about purchasing a new vehicle. I think what I really like was the fact that I didn t feel pressured to buy anything! I took hours to figure out what I wanted and needed and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommend doing business with this place to anyone who may be looking for a new or used vehicle.

Randy (with Toyota Woburn) was a pleasure to work with and my new car lease experience at Toyota Woburn was about as easy and pleasant as possible. When I realized that I would be unable to pick up my new car up for another week, Randy offered to deliver it to my house for me. How many dealers and people would do that for their clients?!

I can't even give a star but in order to post this I have to. My wife and I felt like we were being punked. We came in to buy a 2018 Highlander because of the agressive programs, we came to an agreement on a price with Scott the salesman. This guy shouldn't be allowed to sell ice cream. The car we agreed on was "sold by the other dealership" they were getting it from. Scott waited 5 days to tell us this and the programs changed plus the car we wanted was no where to be found. We had to reach out to Wally the sales manager who was helpful. We ended up getting a good deal on a 2019 and came to an agreement again this time with Wally. On Dec 5th my wife went into the dealership to sign paperwork and agreed to pick the car up on Dec 13th. The day before Scott called to see when we were picking the car up??? The dealership had 6 days to have the remote start put in and cleaned but couldn't execute. When I called Scott to talk about this he raised his voice to me and said "fine i guess I will have to come in on my day off and deliver the car" This is at 10 AM when my wife was on her way to pick her car up for an 11 AM appointment set by the business/finance manager. Wally was able to step in an help us. He got the car ready but it was not done until almost 4 PM. Even when my wife showed (after already taking the morning off from work) up had she had to wait another 25 minutes before the car was brought down to her. That car should of been wrapped with a red bow sitting in front of the dealership after all the headache we went through. We even spoke to the GM Ken Conner and brought all this to his attention. He told me he was going to call me and follow up after speaking to the delivery team. It never happened. To add insult to injury we have the car now and were never given a 2nd key which we were told they were going to get it for us.
Take aways from this long review. Go else where to buy a car. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, and follow through this is not the place to go.

I would definitely recommend this place to all my contacts. I got my deal, and Prince was able to provide me all the information I needed in order to buy a reliable car. Update 6/13/18:

I received a bill of 484.00 from Toyota at the end of lease because they showed the vehicle return date as 5/29/18 instead of 4/25/18 when I actually returned the vehicle. So I am charged for lease amount for another month I didn't have the vehicle and they did not waive disposition fees of $350.00 they promised as per their email offer after I leased a new vehicle. Seems like very dishonest dealership and some completely careless, lazy people working. THEY EVEN DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF ODOMETER SIGNING AGREEMENT after returning the vehicle, required by federal law, for which I received notice from Toyota and had to sign and fax it myself.

Update 5/20/18:

And 3 stars to 1 star! 25 days of returning vehical and yet they have not informed the Toyota of vehical being received it is still on my account I am being charged for an installment of vehicle I returned. I highly doubt they are misusing the vehicle. I left a voiemail to finance guy for enquiry and never heard back. These people never seem to pick up call or get back to your voicemails.

Rating changed from 5 to 3 because the dealership didn't finish my vehicle return process for leased vehicle and I had to spend half an hour calling TFS and dealership to figure this out during my work hours.

Gives the best deal in Boston! Got a Camry sports in 2016 for 2yrs lease on a price that no on could beat. Came back in 2018 for another lease and gave me a price (although not same price as 2016, it was little more this time) that one other dealer as said "I would really take that deal from Woburn if it's still on the table". Sales guy Ernest is not just a sales person but a good friend who helps you out with anything related to your purchase!
Yes they are in process of redoing showroom and it's quite messy but don't let that hold you off from visiting! What matters is people working there who values customers!

Toyota of Nashua had no available appointments and I needed it to be serviced quickly, so I went to Woburn. Took me close to 2 hrs from start to finish for a routine 40k maintenance. I've serviced my car with Toyota of Nashua 6 times and not once has it been more than an hour (typically 45 minutes). Maybe Woburn can learn on providing faster service.

An additional star because the waiting room and the cafe is nice. Seems like a real coffee shop and not like a high school cafeteria.

I wanted to check out a used car I saw online. Turned out someone put a deposit on it. He asked what my timeline to buy was, I said anywhere from 2 weeks to the end of the summer (almost 2 months). He seemed pretty bothered that I didn't want to make a decision right away. He asked why I wanted to wait so long. I said I was still looking and doing research cause I'm not gonna buy a car after doing to 1 dealership. Plus I don't need it right away. He went to speak with his manager, came back, and said that he'll let me know if there's anything in my price range and I can call him if I see anything good online. He didn't even try to show my any other cars. Basically, since I didn't want to buy a car today (or in the near future), he didn't want to help me cause I wasn't worth his time. Seems like a typical car salesman to me. Always looking to sell and make money. I didn't want to buy today so he didn't want to waste his time with me. He also didn't seem totally honest either. I don't think he lied about anything, just left bits and pieces out and was vague about some things.

Sent a text to the agent asking to email me the items I need to get the car the next day... No response. Must not want my business. Maybe next time at another dealership.

Worst experience ever. Since I used KBB to check my car s value, I got a call from them to do a appraisal and they said the process will only take me 15 minutes. I came in on time for this appointment and I was assigned to John at first. He asked me to fetch my registration form, and 30 seconds later when I got back, he s helping someone else. I had to ask the front desk to find another agent, but the next guy knows nothing about the process. He took my key and registration form and let me to wait for manager Eddie. He said Eddie will be ready in a couple minutes and left me sitting there. I waited FIFTY MINUTES, no one come over to explain the situation. I asked the front desk multiple times, but they kept saying Eddie is coming. When Eddie finally showed up, without saying a sorry word, he brought an extremely low appraisal to me, which is 20% lower than CARMAX.

Earlier this year, I had a wonderful experience buying a Highlander from Mark Hickey. In fact, it was such an easy car buying experience that my mother went that same day and bought a Rav 4 from Mark. When my grandmother was interested in a Corolla, she wanted to go to Ira because that was what she knew. We went with her and got "okay" numbers, but mom and I encouraged her to go see Mark at Woburn. What another exceptional experience! We walked in, told Mark and the Sales Manager, Wally Sabet, exactly what we wanted and within minutes, the deal was signed. Literally no back and forth - it was one and done! Mark and Wally were incredible...they stole the deal from Ira, and have another Woburn Toyota customer for life!

I went in for a product recall (airbag). The guy I dealt with was very nice and the job was relatively quick.

BUT - they gave me a quote of $2800 for the other repairs they spotted.

I m not great with cars but when you see a quote of $44 to replace two license plate bulbs and $105 to replace two air filters I thought they were joking,

I replaced the above myself in 10 minutes for $25!

My local garage looked it over - told me that most of the repairs weren t necessary and I paid $500 to have everything done!

Wasted 2 hours of my time. I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. My husband and I took our time looking over the vehicle and really making sure it was the right one for us. Upon returning from the test drive we were told that car was already sold. Why in the world would you let us test drive it and not tell us beforehand!?! I will never purchase from this dealership and will never return. I do not like my time wasted due to lack of honesty.

Woburn Toyota s new sales tactic? Insult, belittle customer (attn Frank Smith, General Manager). I was already forewarned by 2 people that Wally the Sales Manager was particularly nasty but my wife and I couldn t ignore the opportunity to test drive the perfect car we were looking for. Two days ago (Feb 27), we walked in and the place was very busy so we were empathetic on why we weren t greeted immediately. Wally introduced himself and finally sat us down. After a long wait, Jim (he was tall and had a red hair) was finally assigned to us. He kindly retrieved the Toyota Venza that we wanted from their Wilmington facility. Although he was very nice, I was disappointed that during most of the test drive he didn t say anything about the car and was mostly on his phone. Shouldn t he be telling us a little bit about the Venza? Anyway, we got back and I told him that we were interested in buying the car. The situation took a vomit inducing nose dive as soon as Wally sat down with us. With a very hostile and patronizing tone, he asked how come our loan balance on the trade-in is so high? What s wrong with you? How did you let this happen? My wife and I looked at each other bewildered, embarrassed, and angered by his insinuation and verbally attacking us like this. First and foremost, this is absolutely none of his business! This has nothing to do with the trade-in or the price of the Venza! Then he brought up the fact that the Venza is a best seller, high demand by buyers and sellers, and that s why it was discontinued. What?!?!? So Wally has now verbally slapped us in the face and spewed verbal garbage everywhere, why are we still here? After he said that, my wife and I just got up and left. A disagreement over the trade-in and new car value is a natural part of the game and can be done amicably and professionally. The way Wally conducted himself is an embarrassment to Woburn Toyota. I seriously question the integrity and trustworthiness of a company that employs a person like him in a management position.

Because this business is one kind of cheat business which is run by unprofessional staff or what I can say them-as thrift people. where is working Nick co. If you are going there for any kind of car servicing they offer you drinks/tea/coffee/breakfast/ lunch. whenever you accept their offer, they gone charge that money as * 3, like if you took $5-8 food they gone charge you $26-30 as miscellaneous charge with your servicing bill, wherever there is no reason for miscellaneous charge. if you asking about misc charge- why misc charge? they gone give you answer including tax, whats? wherever has another separate column for tax. what you think this is cheating or thrift behind the business right? Terrible. I'm still here now. Arrived at 9:52 for my 10:00 appointment. Just needed an oil change and a tire rotation. It's now 12:22 and I'm just getting back in the truck. It started with the call to get pricing. I was specific as could be : 2014 Tundra with 0W-20. She told me $35. Turns out it's $50 and only includes 5 quarts. Tundras take 7qts. Charged an extra $10 for the 2 additional quarts. Initially presented me with a bill that included a new air filter and new cabin filter. The new filters I expressly declined when asked if I wanted them replaced earlier. Had to get them to pull those back out and put the old ones back in. This is why I only go to a dealership to buy, and never for service.....

As a young person who's never had any experience purchasing from a dealership before, I was very concerned and wary of the process. Fortunately a newer salesman named Appo Obyat helped me out and showed me the inventory of Tacomas I was interested in, not once brushing me off or treating me unfairly. Appo was very receptive to any concerns and suggestions I had and went the extra mile multiple times to work with me every step of the way; Unfortunately one of the sales managers were the polar opposite and after bragging about his jetski (for whatever reason) proceeded to rudely trivialize every question I had about the truck, even criticizing my chosen form of payment at one point. This sales manager was either trying to bully me into financing the vehicle at a price I wasn't happy with, or just has no place working with customers. All hiccups aside, after becoming fed up with this manager's behavior and almost walking away from deal; he finally backed off and I was able to work with the general sales manager, Rick (who was incredibly helpful and polite). Together, he and Appo saved the sale and I was able to purchase my Tacoma. Appo and Rick were so helpful and professional that it completely outweighed the single sales managers' rude and unhelpful behavior. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

I recently bought a Cadillac CTS there. Within a few days, I noticed a transmission fluid leak. I immediately called service and they told me to bring it in. Later that day, they told me it needed a new transmission. I was skeptical at this point, but they told me that they would replace the transmission and get me a rental until my car was ready. About 10 days later, they called me and told me the replacement transmission is also no good. At this point, I wanted no part of the car. Service referred me back to the salesperson that sold me the car. He got the General Sales Manager involved. I told them that I was not interested in this car any longer, but I was willing to swap/purchase another vehicle from there. Over the next two weeks, I had sent the salesperson a number of links of cars I saw on their website. Never got a call back. Finally, I walk in, and they tell me he no longer works there. Enter a new salesguy. I drive a few cars with him. I ask him to get me numbers on one of the vehicles. He comes back after talking to a sales manager, and they are trying to charge me:

A: Sticker price ($4000 more than trade-in)
B: Trying to charge me a $499 "Documentation Fee", which I had paid on the original car, which I had for less than a week.
C: Trying to charge me for all the registration fees, which I had already paid for on the Cadillac.

It was the stereotypical, sleazy, car dealership tactics. Literally, the only redeeming thing there has been Matt in service. I appreciate his honesty and understanding.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Called about a car for 2 weeks ask multiple sales reps to look over the car for me no one bother besides one rep. Everybody beside Mike Q was unprofessional. I drive 50 miles to purchase the vehicle and its missing the carpet in the driver see down to the frame and the outsided is destroyed. I still was willing to purchase as long as they fixed what should of been fixed before they offered the vehicle for sale. I didn't even know the dealers name until after I purchased the car and he handed me his card. I get a call the next day and they give me some bull story about damaged they didn't notice after having the car for over 2 months. This place gives car dealers a bad name.

Let me say first that i had very high expectations as i am in the car business. not many people leave good reviews and usually do it for negative car buying processes or if they are asked....i was never asked and am doing this because it was so perfect. i went To woburn toyota knowing exactly what i wanted searched online and found they had the car i want at the best price. I was told to work with a gentleman named Mo who was referred to me by someone in the business as well. It couldn't have gone any smoother. no hassle, no waiting around...my wife who was there for-moral support even enjoyed the experience. there dealership is clean, and friendly. the people there treat you like your in your own home as well. Finance was quick and respectful no hard pressure. the car was clean and a full tank of gas. everything they promised was delivered on. Again i am in the car business had high expectations and it was flawless. they drove the car to my town hall in NH(was 1 minute late lol) but again didn't disappoint had all the tools and paperwork correct(out of state buying can be difficult but not here) if you are in the market for a toyota go see MO you wont be let down. it was by far a great experience and couldn't have been better unless you purchased a jeep from me lol:) thank You to everyone there GO SEE MO MO MO MO MO MO !!!!!!!!!!!
