Not good! Couple thousand spent on fixing the car, car engine light came back after driving for about 300 miles. Tried to call few times, still waiting for someone to call me back and resolve the issue.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Woburn Toyota. Although the model I ordered took longer than expected, the salesman (CJ) I worked with kept me informed the entire time with periodic updates and no pressure. Rick was also a tremendous help during the process and assured that when the vehicle arrived it would be well worth the wait. Lastly, working with Jay in finance tied a nice bow around the entire experience and I couldn't be happier with the final results.
If anyone is interested in buying or leasing a new or used vehicle, you must visit Woburn Toyota.

Then moved to an overpriced car. $750.00 For document prep, really! Then another $125.00 for nitrous gas in the tires, who cares. Cost after extra and about $1200.00 more than the list price of a used car with 173000, miles on it.

I found that Woburn Toyota had a great selection of used vehicles. I came in one day and worked with Manale on finding the right fit for me. She was very knowledgeable on inventory based on my preferences and we had a vehicle selected for test driving very quickly. The finance department was pleasant and helpful in getting me a better rate on financing. Overall, as a first time buyer from a dealership, I had an informative and satisfactory experience and left with a great deal on a vehicle.

The worst dealer ever, but after they sell you the car and get the money that's it they keep you there all day long with no help they have me pay for tax RMV and inspection registry and after one week the car still not done yet and I had to do all that on my own and put my car in the road but after 2 months they still holding my money they don't even wanna to answer my phone calls I had to leave about 4 voicemails and no respond.
I def will not recomande this dealership and this will be the last experience with them

Typically the car buying experience can be a daunting one. But I have to say that Woburn Toyota changed my mind about the whole experience. Rick Despres and Vinnie Capobianco were very accommodating and easy to work with. They were willing to work with me on my trade-in even with it being a much older vehicle. Even with all the changes in procedure bc of COVID-19 Rick and Vinnie still made the process very stress free. They were able to work with my budget to get me at a payment I was comfortable with and a vehicle that I love! Thank you Rick and Vinnie for all your hard work.

I attempted to purchase a certified preowned Rav4 in October 2018 from this dealer. During the entire process they told me the Carfax was clean but didn t have a copy in the folder (which they claim is a requirement for selling a certified preowned). It wasn t until I was walking to the cashiers desk with a check that i found out the car was in an accident. After walking away, they called for three days trying to get me in a different car without even mentioning the prior incident. Will not go back there because I didn t trust the dealership

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Thoroughly frustrating and confusing car purchase. The saleswoman was disinterested and very short until we started talking about money. She was very unclear about the different stages of the car buying process, was not knowledgeable about the car, constantly looking around/distracted until she gave me their first offer, then suddenly she was my friend. I remarked it was way higher than the online estimate from their website, to which she said, oh yeah, we don t like that tool. Then get rid of it! I went through with the purchase because I liked the car and went to talk to the finance guy. He was not much better. Just mumbled at me and went through the motions of cranking out paperwork. No one would tell me what the interest rate was until after I agreed to buy the car. When I came back to pick up the car I was finally told by the guy showing me to the car that there was only one key. I replied to the sales manager s prompt for a review and said the above, and his response in a nutshell was you said you like the car and you signed a form saying that we don t guarantee a second key by text. The saleswoman called me after said you were informed that there was only one key, right? I was not and you know it. I had already decided not to go back, which puts me back at least $350 for a new key and $150 for the nitrogen tire fee that I argued against but the saleswoman said we just do that, I can t take it off. What prompted me to finally write a review is that on top of that, now they are calling me and telling me that I have an open safety recall on the car. I checked and it was open before I bought it! Dishonest and terrible customer service.

Great new huge waiting room in the service area!! Has a very good selection of fresh food and drink, very polite staff, and multiple locations to sit privately and do some work on a laptop. Most service at dealerships will require an hour wait at least, but at least you can do it in a comfortable, clean, and very hospitable environment. Great job with the upgrade!!

My 2006 Corolla developed a serious problem while I was driving back from Boston. I quickly drove to Woburn Toyota and spoke to Rich who was able to look at my car, assess the problem and get my car fixed without an appointment! Rich reassured me and even set me up with a rental car so I could make my meeting on time. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I fully expect to continue using Woburn Toyota service for the foreseeable future.

Ive never had so much fun buying a car before. I have now purchased 5 vehicles from Woburn Toyota with my family and never have I felt more comfortable. I love the new building and what they've done to the place. My salesman Gabriel Z. went above and beyond. He knew exactly what he was talking about. He even bought me lunch while I waited to speak to the finance manager Phil. Me and my family will most likely be purchasing vehicles from Woburn Toyota for many more moons to come-

Completely horrible. The great deal you see online, you are not paying that for a car. Do not shop here for a car. They charge a 500 dollar document fee and every other fee they can get away with. A ton of games and tricks on there words on how they talk to you. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE.

Visited Woburn Toyota for a tundra, the price was good better than the competition. Agreed on a truck, then changed our mind, and we went through a few highlander and gets to see a few new 2020 option but at the end we brought a 2017 Highlander. Our sale rep Michael Garas was patient with us. We went with financing and with three warranty purchased and had to call back to take it off. It took a few day to decide but the customer service of Woburn Toyota has been great. Steve the General Manger didn t took long to respond to help, Daniel Whitehouse the Finance Manger was understanding, to the Michael Garas for having patient and friendly service. Picking the car up was easy also. Great price at Woburn Toyota.

He was resistant to answering questions, didn't want to print simple things like a car fax and was hostile to showing us a second car. He disappeared for long intervals and when asked to re-submit financial information and took down my friend's information wrong. We ended up walking out. Couldn't find Sydney.

First and foremost, working with the sales team at Woburn Toyota was beyond a 5 star rating. I visited four dealerships prior to making my purchase at Woburn Toyota. I worked directly with Randy Davies when making my purchase, along with support from Wally Sabet. My decision was not just based on price, but the transparent and honest approach that the sales team had towards me. Also, if you need to learn a little bit about a Toyota, Randy definitely has the knowledge from many years of experience. There was a lot of foot traffic that night, which speaks for itself as it further exemplifies the service at that particular dealership. A lot of smiling faces on customers coming in and out of the building says it all.

Misquote how long it takes to do a simple service. Was told less than an hour, waited over2 hours. Very unprofessional when confronted, takes almost 5 minutes to have a representative even say hello to you. Worse service center I have ever experienced. Never coming back and I don t suggest you waste your time here.

Very happy with my recent car buying experience thanks to Shaiane! I was nervous about making my first big purchase on my own, as my first car had been about 12 years ago with my parents, and my salesperson, Shaiane, helped make sure I was comfortable and happy and understood the entire process. She helped me to find the perfect new Corolla in a gorgeous white color and ivory interior. My last Corolla was a 2004 (new at the time) so I had a lot to learn about the new 2016, and Shaiane took the time to show me everything I needed to know, including how to set up the Bluetooth and voice recognition. Wonderful overall experience and very happy with my new car! Thank you again for all of your help and kindness through the last week!

Worst customer service ever! No communication whatsoever! Dropped off the car very early in the morning for a diagnosis and was told it's be done about 1-2pm. Nobody called to give me an update after 5 hours. Called them a couple times just to get an update and finally was called back around 3pm. It's a major repair so they said it'd take 24 hours. 2 days later, I called very early to get an update/picking up for the car. No one replied / called back, turned out the car wasn't done. And after all that frustration, they gave you a car wash coupon to appreciate coming in for service. What a joke this place is! Definitely will not go back again.

No one hates the car-buying experience more than I do, but our salesman Bob Fahey made the entire experience painless. I had already paid for the van and when I went to pick it up a week later it had new scratches all over it. Horrible experience altogether

I have purchased several Toyotas (four, I believe) from Woburn Toyota due to the great service provided by Robert Fahey. Robert is a true gem--practical, reliable, no-nonsense, and trustworthy. When the need for a new car arises, I always think of Robert first. The last two purchases I made were with my wife and my daughter, and both were also very impressed. I hope that Robert remains where he is for many years to come.

I test drove a used car. I realized that the drivers door had a shattered and mising window. I loved the vehicle, so I was willing to wait a few days to have them repair it. I gave a deposit to hold the car. They bought it through the sevice department and realized the door needed to be replaced and had to be bought to a local body shop. 2 weeks went by and was told it would be done later that week. The carfax report showed no accidents but I can't see how a whole door needs to replaced if it hasn't been hit. The sales guy was nice but didnt understand a lot of my questions and spoke little english. I kept getting the run around as to when the car would be fixed. The finance department changed my insurance before even purchasing the vehicle and removed my vehicle that I was currently driving without notification. Luckily my insurance company notified me of the change via email. I was obviously upset since I had not purchased or had possession of the vehicle and had my veichle I was currently commuting to work with removed from my insurance. The communication between staff was very poor and I never had my phone calls returned and had to keep calling several times a day. Eventually after going to numerous dealerships and tying up my money I cancelled the purchase and purchased a vehicle elsewhere brand new for almost the same price with full warranty. Toyota said they could only give me gap insurance and I couldnt purchase an extended warranty. I have never heard that before which made me believe that they knew more about the vehicles history then they were leading on. I am glad I didnt purchase a car from them. I wouldnt recommend them unless your buying a brand new car. It was unprofessional for them to list the car before ever bringing it through the service department. It should never take almost a month to purchase a car from a dealership.

After we were talking with the sales guy who had no idea what the cost of the vehicle would be, and then when we got the price from a manager it was ridiculous, over twice what was posted online and considerably more then what it would cost to lease a Range Rover. When we called them out on there prices the manager got aggressive then eventually angry. High threat car dealer do not shop here!

I have purchased cars from many dealers in eastern mass and Woburn Toyota is definitely the worst! Make sure you have a REAL mechanic look at the car you are buying BEFORE you buy it. I bought a used car from them in February 2016, for which they gave it an inspection sticker. After a few days of driving I noticed something wrong with the transmission. Victor Burgos in their service department denied it twice, wasting my time having to pick up and drop off the car. I complained to the sales manager who basically said "oh well". I got another dealer to test drive the car and they noted there was indeed transmission damage and the exhaust was leaking. I finally got Woburn Toyota to fix the transmission but they REFUSED to fix the exhaust. Turns out 6 months later I find out the TIMING BELT was installed wrong, there's another 1500$ I had to put down to fix this car. Do they even look at these cars? I doubt it. Skip this place, it sucks to get to, their service is awful, and their cars are junk.

My car was damaged by the service team the same day of delivery , i was given an appointment to have the door damaged re-painted i was treated extremely poorly to say the least. There's no communication between sales team and service team , this is a very long story so much more happened and was done to me . i will not make the public read all of this just remember guys that it does not matter how big or how small your purchase is we are all humans and we all deserve respect.

If you're looking for a seamless purchase experience, I would definitely recommend Woburn Toyota's online process. We bought our Toyota Yaris there and Robert Fahey was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgable. I really like shopping cars, but have come to dread the actual purchase process. Robert took care of everything - there were no surprises. It's just a pleasure to deal with a seasoned and reasonable professional.

I'm not somebody who enjoys the car buying process. Quite frankly, I can't stand it. I generally come in with my guard up, fully prepared to have to sort through an inordinate amount of "sales talk" in an effort to secure a car that works best for me and my family. Yesterday, my wife and I visited Woburn Toyota and met with Jeremy Kelly, and I must say it was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Jeremy listened to what we had to say. He considered our needs and financial situation. He treated us as valued customers. There was no BS. I walked in skeptical, and walked out the proud owner of a certified pre-owned 2014 Toyota Sienna LE.

I had a great experience at Woburn Toyota. I had a recall on my vehicle and they were able to take me right away. Once I was there they took me right away and gave me a rental car for the day since I was unable to come back that day. I returned the next day and processed me super quickly and I was out of there within ten minutes. Every one I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend bringing your car here if you need it serviced.
