Went to website to find out when order will be processed and initiated two separate chat sessions which resulted in no replies to my email. Later learned through phone rep that my order was not in stock, even though the website said it was in stock and available at time of order/purchase. Can t help but to think current crisis is being capitalized on or my order was diverted to other higher paying customers.

The first communications were very good. I received a Norton Shopping Guarantee. I received a tracking number about a week before delivery to keep me updated. All of this was great. It was the best among the other companies that I have recently ordered from since the beginnings of the COVID19. When I received my package, one item was missing. A paper in the box showed that I had all of my items except for one. It had 0 next to the missing item. I emailed them and they said that it will be back in stock by the end of the month. I received it before the end of the month. It would have been nice to receive a tracking number for when the missing item was shipped.

Absolutely horrible company to work with regarding customer service I placed a order on feb 27th. Time kept passing by no word or email when the item would ship. Granted I understand things have been crazy in the world but have some communication. I started calling to try to get a refund, Would never answer the phones finally got through 3 weeks ago about just getting a refund which still has not posted my account. This place is great and stealing your money. I would never recommend anyone purchase from them.

I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery 7 weeks ago. Still no updates on my account. The order just says pending. I have gotten 2 different emails telling me different weeks that my product should ship, but that date has come and gone. I have tried calling but no one answers the phone. I know its a real company, but it seems like a scam at this point because they took my money almost 2 months ago, and I can't even get anyone on the phone to talk to me about it.

I completely understand that the level of orders might be overwhelming at this time but I cannot rate something that I have yet to receive, I should have received my order by now. When I placed my order, it showed in stock and I decided with this company over the others because it appeared that the timeframe would be quicker than the others. This is a stressful time, please don't decieve people, this situation is escalating like a brush fire and people need to feel secure while purchasing emergency supplies.

Almost impossible to get an update on the status of my order placed just under 3 weeks ago. No one answering the phone, except an answering machine. No response to EMail inquiries yet. I was able to get someone via chat, but person said they didn't have abiltiy to check the status of my order?? Come on. I understand things are crazy right now, but this was placed 3 weeks ago. Surely I could at least get a status update. Hopefully once the product arrives, my experience with the product itself will be much better than it is with the company right now.

Slap any box meal in a mylar bag and you have this product.

I ordered a 24 month supply of Wise food from a 3rd party retailer. Most of the order was fine, but there were a couple of items missing and a couples of items damaged. Of the 700+ individual items in the order 6 were missing and about 10 were damaged. Overall a good percentage. I reached out to the retailer who I ordered through and was stuck in customer service hell. So I reached out to Wise directly. Blain and Lynn were excellent. They listened to my concerns, took my information, and reached out to the retailer on my behalf. Two days later my replacement items have shipped. They could not have made the process easier. I'm incredibly pleased with the products and even more so the service that they provide to their customers.

I got a sample package of four different meals each in a mylar bag. One of the bags had a seam that was not sealed, the vertical one. This allowed the freeze dried powder to shift out inside the box. As soon as I opened the box the powder was all over. If this was not freeze dried then I would think the contents were unsafe but I will cook it up per the instructions and see what my dogs think. But that was a 25% failure rate on the product and IMHO that is a way too high failure rate. That bag should never have gotten out of the factory as it was pretty obvious it was not sealed.

Told on three occasions of a new shipping date and it never happened. Called today and it went to voicemail. Oddly the voicemail doesn t even say it s customer service....just leave a message. Got on chat and told hopefully next week and then Nic disconnected. Hopefully will get this prior to the zombie apocalypse.

I think this is a excellent company and like their product a lot. Their customer service was fine for me.
In general I like most freeze-dried food. I do like Wise better than Mountain House - especially price-wise. The fat content is much better (about 1/2) on the Wise brand than on National Geographic brand- at least on the Stroganoff. (I bought both recently to try them out) I did like the Wise peaches as well.

I ordered 3 items from the Wise Company on August 9th. Three weeks late I received 1 of 3 items but it was damaged. I call the company and they said they would replace it for free. I still have not receive the replacement item nor have I received any of my other items. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY any products from this company. They will take your money and not deliver anything.

We purchased the 2 person elite survival packs for our family members for Christmas. There was a 20% deal going on which made them very affordable. I concerned about the quality of the backpacks especially. The packs were amazing and the contents are quality. We ordered a 5 person bucket as well. I does come with a toilet lid ( not attached) but it didn't come with a regular lid? The contents are taped into place. I was surprised by that but pleased with the toilet lid that fits the bucket. All in all I am very impressed.

Placed an order back in July - only part of the order arrived with no email or update as to the ETA of the missing item (fuel). Reached out in August and September looking for an update, was assured it was on the way. Finally in late September I requested a refund, which I was told would take 5 days. (proving it obviously hadn't even shipped at that point.) I still have not received the refund to my account, although I received an email from Wise Company stating it has been refunded. And still I'm receiving sales calls to sell me more product - what?? I do not recommend this company.
