Went to website to find out when order will be processed and initiated two separate chat sessions which resulted in no replies to my email. Later learned through phone rep that my order was not in stock, even though the website said it was in stock and available at time of order/purchase. Can t help but to think current crisis is being capitalized on or my order was diverted to other higher paying customers.

Haven't had to use the product yet, but customer service was excellent and very helpful

ordered 8/13, but nothing was ever delivered. 8/27. Kinda odd for an emergency rations company.

Had to register several times with different passwords every time my phone closed and the passwords were not available in the system or my phone.
Scrolling through the pages it would take me to top of the page if I let go of the page, please fix this to also be compatible with iPhone smartphones.

Website is very user-friendly .The chat is fast and helpful .My first time ordering.

The first communications were very good. I received a Norton Shopping Guarantee. I received a tracking number about a week before delivery to keep me updated. All of this was great. It was the best among the other companies that I have recently ordered from since the beginnings of the COVID19. When I received my package, one item was missing. A paper in the box showed that I had all of my items except for one. It had 0 next to the missing item. I emailed them and they said that it will be back in stock by the end of the month. I received it before the end of the month. It would have been nice to receive a tracking number for when the missing item was shipped.

great price for the amount of food I received. thought I was getting a how to survival book . didnt

I tried their free sample and found it to be pretty tasty. I will use their product for camping and maybe some for emergency storage.

I bought the sample pack. Prepared one, and gladly ate it for supper. Same with each. I plan to start purchasing more for long term storage, bug out bag, and camping.

Purchased several of the 30 day grab and go buckets from HSN. Pleased with the product and the shelf life and the excellent price. Sad to see their no longer on HSN. What happened to the HSN partnership?

Absolutely horrible company to work with regarding customer service I placed a order on feb 27th. Time kept passing by no word or email when the item would ship. Granted I understand things have been crazy in the world but have some communication. I started calling to try to get a refund, Would never answer the phones finally got through 3 weeks ago about just getting a refund which still has not posted my account. This place is great and stealing your money. I would never recommend anyone purchase from them.

I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery 7 weeks ago. Still no updates on my account. The order just says pending. I have gotten 2 different emails telling me different weeks that my product should ship, but that date has come and gone. I have tried calling but no one answers the phone. I know its a real company, but it seems like a scam at this point because they took my money almost 2 months ago, and I can't even get anyone on the phone to talk to me about it.

Easy orders and delivery I just need to eat and order more . recommended to anyone backpacking or light camping easy cooking.

I completely understand that the level of orders might be overwhelming at this time but I cannot rate something that I have yet to receive, I should have received my order by now. When I placed my order, it showed in stock and I decided with this company over the others because it appeared that the timeframe would be quicker than the others. This is a stressful time, please don't decieve people, this situation is escalating like a brush fire and people need to feel secure while purchasing emergency supplies.

Almost impossible to get an update on the status of my order placed just under 3 weeks ago. No one answering the phone, except an answering machine. No response to EMail inquiries yet. I was able to get someone via chat, but person said they didn't have abiltiy to check the status of my order?? Come on. I understand things are crazy right now, but this was placed 3 weeks ago. Surely I could at least get a status update. Hopefully once the product arrives, my experience with the product itself will be much better than it is with the company right now.

It took to long to go through the paying process. It could be that the site was very busy the evening I was making my order.

Simple to order and arrived quickly and accurately.

Price right, delivery on time, and best of all, the best tasting food available on the market. I have tried them all and most of them I could not eat to save my life. Wise foods taste great.

Ordered Sept 5th. Recieved it Sept 24. Four packages of Hamburger helper type pouches. (About a $2 bucks apiece at Kroger.) In a box, not a bucket. For $20.00 bucks.
Slap any box meal in a mylar bag and you have this product.
I wont be back.

Recieved quickly. Have not tried foods yet, but they are packaged well. I like the serving size. Will update when actually try them.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Wise Company and feel good knowing we have the food we may need. The only criticism I have is that I was not informed that part of my order was back-ordered. It finally did arrive.

I tried to send this order to my sister. The system wouldn't let me change the address. I re-shipped it and it worked out ok. It was the holidays, so I'm not real up set. This is good food and keeps forever. I'll order again.

If I wasn't ok with it, I'd let you know. Don't send any more solicitation for comments. YOU WON'T LIKE THE RESPONSE I GIVE!!!

Placed order, wait 5 weeks to receive order, on week 3 so still have 2 weeks to wait. Not sure how to rate the company until the product arrives. For now, will give 3 stars, it may go up, it may go down, don't know.

Husband ordered the food and made sure it was in stock they took payment, then after 10 days with no information they say it will be another month until it ships. They could have told us that earlier. I ll update this if we ever get the food to taste.

Customer service was nice enough I was supposed to receive an email about receiving a free sample because I want to taste before I buy and I never received said email or sample.

Okay out of the blue I received my sample package of Wise food with a catalog which is very nice and I love the prices.

Sells their product through the use of fear. There are reasons to have a little food reserve and they can be nice for camping. The end of world scenario demonstrated in their ads is irrational and a distasteful ploy aimed at pushing people to purchase their products.

ReadyWise products are great and very convenient. We love the taste of the meals. We have had no problems with our orders. I love knowing that we have a food supply we can use in an emergency and the self life is great.

Shipping is fast, People are amazing. I also, loved the price.

I ordered a free sample and never received anything so I can't respond on the product. I would still like to try it. Thank You

If you want Excellent Quality and Service "Wise Foods"

I ordered a 24 month supply of Wise food from a 3rd party retailer. Most of the order was fine, but there were a couple of items missing and a couples of items damaged. Of the 700+ individual items in the order 6 were missing and about 10 were damaged. Overall a good percentage. I reached out to the retailer who I ordered through and was stuck in customer service hell. So I reached out to Wise directly. Blain and Lynn were excellent. They listened to my concerns, took my information, and reached out to the retailer on my behalf. Two days later my replacement items have shipped. They could not have made the process easier. I'm incredibly pleased with the products and even more so the service that they provide to their customers.

I got a sample package of four different meals each in a mylar bag. One of the bags had a seam that was not sealed, the vertical one. This allowed the freeze dried powder to shift out inside the box. As soon as I opened the box the powder was all over. If this was not freeze dried then I would think the contents were unsafe but I will cook it up per the instructions and see what my dogs think. But that was a 25% failure rate on the product and IMHO that is a way too high failure rate. That bag should never have gotten out of the factory as it was pretty obvious it was not sealed.

Still waiting on my order from September. Told it was because of the floods and now the fires. Odd, since I ordered before both events. Told on three occasions of a new shipping date and it never happened. Called today and it went to voicemail. Oddly the voicemail doesn t even say it s customer service....just leave a message. Got on chat and told hopefully next week and then Nic disconnected. Hopefully will get this prior to the zombie apocalypse.

I think this is a excellent company and like their product a lot. Their customer service was fine for me.
In general I like most freeze-dried food. I do like Wise better than Mountain House - especially price-wise. The fat content is much better (about 1/2) on the Wise brand than on National Geographic brand- at least on the Stroganoff. (I bought both recently to try them out) I did like the Wise peaches as well.

Terrible company to deal with and work for. They state they have inventory available, but don't actually ship it, and recently fired an employee who saved them over a million dollars by catching an ongoing error. Avoid this company at all costs. Horrible values.

Everything was as expected. Packaging is perfect for storage and is sturdy. Very pleased with our purchase.

The site is easy to navigate and the product descriptions are thorough. Due to current conditions, the delivery times are a little longer than anticipated. The company just sent an updated schedule for expected shipment, which is greatly appreciated. Once the shipment arrives, I will be able to taste and complete my review.

I ordered 3 items from the Wise Company on August 9th. Three weeks late I received 1 of 3 items but it was damaged. I call the company and they said they would replace it for free. I still have not receive the replacement item nor have I received any of my other items. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY any products from this company. They will take your money and not deliver anything.

I understand being out of stock, but don't charge a customer until the item is shipped. Notify about out of stock conditions in a timely manner. And return phone messages in a timely manner.

They ovver samples, I have requested samples several time. Never got one. I ordered based on reviews and was billed right away but my order did not arrive for weeks. At this time I am trying to get a delivery date on my second order. My CC was charged over a week ago but still no date for shipping and no answer to my email contacts to the company.

I am escpecially in favour of the dried fruit they have OMG and you never was one for trail mix or dried bananas but the dried fruit is so sweet and bursting with flavour in your entire mouth

I have not received the product at this time. Therefore I AM unable to give you a proper rating. However the shipment process is pathetic. I guess that is what free shipping gets you.

They are sending me a sample for me to try their product before I place an order. It's wonderful to be able to 'try before you buy'.

I was a little leery of freeze dried food that would last into the next millennium. I got a sample and boy was I amazed. It was delicious and the texture was perfect. You couldn't even tell it was reconstituted.

Terrible customer service. Buyer beware. I have tried to talk to someone in customer service for a week. No response. Left messages and sent an email. They happily take your money then don't provide any response to the status of your order. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

We purchased the 2 person elite survival packs for our family members for Christmas. There was a 20% deal going on which made them very affordable. I concerned about the quality of the backpacks especially. The packs were amazing and the contents are quality. We ordered a 5 person bucket as well. I does come with a toilet lid ( not attached) but it didn't come with a regular lid? The contents are taped into place. I was surprised by that but pleased with the toilet lid that fits the bucket. All in all I am very impressed.

Placed an order back in July - only part of the order arrived with no email or update as to the ETA of the missing item (fuel). Reached out in August and September looking for an update, was assured it was on the way. Finally in late September I requested a refund, which I was told would take 5 days. (proving it obviously hadn't even shipped at that point.) I still have not received the refund to my account, although I received an email from Wise Company stating it has been refunded. And still I'm receiving sales calls to sell me more product - what?? I do not recommend this company.

I had a creamy pasta dish with peas. It was a rather small portion, but the biggest problem was it was very bland and almost flavorless.
