Customer service was nice enough I was supposed to receive an email about receiving a free sample because I want to taste before I buy and I never received said email or sample.

Okay since I cannot reply to the company's responce I have sent a copy of the chat to wise corporate office.

Okay out of the blue I received my sample package of Wise food with a catalog which is very nice and I love the prices.
