We have not received the order we placed 3 weeks ago and have had no communication from the company since the first confirmation email. The have not replied to my email or my two phone calls.

I noticed a mistake with my order upon delivery. I later see that it was I who made the mistake. However, the team @ Ready Wise stepped up and corrected my mistake without an additional charge which many companies would have done. Great Service. Great Value. Great Product.

I have bought a few items from Wise. The products I was sent are fine but the customer service is not so hot. I ordered the advanced AmmoCan medi-kit. They sent me the lesser kit. I had to wait a few days to get my rep to get back in touch with me. There seemed to be confusion as to when I would get this issue straightened out. I hope I will get refunded for the kit that was on unknown back order. I have not received a UPS return label created yet to return the lesser first aid kit. We will see what happens...

The products were handled poorly in transportation. I realize that this is out of your control but it was not good. One of the lids was barely on. If it had fallen off the contents would have spilled out of the destroyed box.

The company takes to long to ship out products ordered. Wise Company takes the money quickly however doesn't get the product out as swiftly. In today's eCommerce business order processing is key.

i have had a problem with an order and left a message 6 days in a row with customer service and have not had any feed back very disapointed with there customer service. this is the second time that you have sent me a review and still nothing has change you have e-mail me to see if there is anything that you can due to fix the problem and it has been 3 weeks and nothing has been done about it. very disappointed with your customer service

Good streamlined website. Easy to order. Lots of of packages to choose from. Good variety of foods. Additional survival items for sale. Water purification, etc. However, not all information is given for all packages on how long the package is designed to last. Other than that, a very good experience.

I am surprised you asked me how I thought you were doing. Since I placed my order exactly two weeks ago, I have received one email acknowledging my order. When I log in on your website to check the status of my order (just did that again), it says my order is processing . Does it really take two weeks to process? I expected receipt of my order before now. Or at least an email advising a delay and a delivery date. I ve ordered from Wise in the past and you were much better than that. Yours was a great sale - but not if I don t receive what I ordered.

I had a nice conversation with the person who answered the phone. I had to call the company because the website would not accept my credit card purchase (others do all of the time). I placed the order, but will have to wait to receive the order before I can give any real honest feedback on the product itself.

I luv the products they offer, nice variety, and the shipping time is pretty good compared to everything that is going on today. I would suggest, perhaps, one or two messages about where ordered items are in the shipping chain.

I tested the food I was ok for a camping or survival situation. I bought the 72 hour kit and the 1 BIG PROBLEM I have with it is what individual is going to eat 2.5, 4/5 or 10 servings of one item at one time. Half or more of the food goes to waste. Wise Company break each item down in to one serving for one person. The box even says 72 HR for 1 person. An easy way is to send Ziploc mylar bags with the kit. So if a person wants to break the kit down into individual servings and possibly use their food saver this would be a great added feature I don't know about you but I can't drink 10 servings of whey milk in one sitting. It's not about the cost. It's about preserving what you have when you need it most.

Got the products super fast... considering what was going on at the time (flooding across the midwest and the earthquakes here in California) the only down I'd have to say is the quiz about "how we did" in my email repeatedly was a bit annoying but till I taste the food idk. Hopefully I NEVER WILL HAVE TO.. as it is an emergency supply

I placed my order for 3 packages of emergency grab-n-go meals for my family's go bags. They promptly charged my account, then sent me an email that they were out of stock and it would be a while before they could ship my order. Patiently waiting to see how they perform.

Their product is great. If they actually ship it to you. Like some of the other posts I have read, I ordered some of their products that were all listed as in stock. This unfortunately was not the actual case with any of the products I ordered from them. They make no effort to tell you the items you are ordering are back ordered until after you have paid. That is right. They take your money up front then tell you it is back ordered and then don't supply the product. In my case for over a month now and counting. Like similar posts they keep telling me it will be next week, next week, etc. They have a canned response as they don't even ask you for any order information or anything. They simply tell you <fill in blank product> will be shipping next week. So you call week after week waiting for your product and not getting it. The entire time they have your money already. The term fraudulent comes to mind when I think of them. Also, morally bankrupt. If your products are taking a while to manufacture you tell the customer up front, take the order and then charge the customer only AFTER you have actually shipped the product. Disappointing to say the least.
