I absolutely LOVE the products. The ONLY issue and why the two stars is not for the product nor customer service itself but only because it was a gift, promised to arrive by Christmas... So, I didn't have anything to give to my dad or brother. I know it is coming so they will have to wait. I also know it's likely not the company, rather shipping during the holidays. This is the only reasons this is not a 5 star rating. Other than that... I'm a huge fan.

I am very pleased with the products that I purchased. I may never have a natural or man made disaster but having the food that lasts for years lets me be at ease.

I ordered a 120 day food pack a month ago. I have been told THREE different times that my product would ship within days. I cant express my frustration fully. Today, when I checked in the customer service team, they couldn't even find my order without difficulty. One month and still no product.
I really like this company for their services. It's nice to have decent food delivered to your door. Would have given 5 stars but I wish they had some more vegan options
I'm giving my experience a four star rating. While I have always found the product to be the best choice for emergency food, the shipping was a little slow compared to other retailers who sell their product. Is it possible they weren't in a hurry to ship a $20.00 order? Maybe. This was my first direct purchase. I will see how it goes the next time I order from them.
This email arrived about a minute before the physical delivery of my product .. that was cool. Personal and the company were very professional quality food for a long time storage couldn t be happier
Quality product in a quality plastic bucket. WISE is one of the few that has GF offerings and minimum unnatural ingredients. Would like to see even more GF options in the future

I understand there are shipping delays, but I ordered an "in-stock" item in the beginning of March and in the middle of May have not gotten my complete order. Two emails sent to find out an ETA and still no response. I would just like to hear from someone.
Placed an order end of Jan...never received my order and it s now April 20th and it still hasn t shipped, an email was sent saying it would ship first week of April and never did. Left many messages and no one ever called me back FINALLY got ahold of someone today they still have no idea on ship date so I canceled my order for a refund and they were super snotty about it too! Unacceptable!

Ordered 72 hour emergency kit on 11/29/19. It arrived 12/6/19. Opened it to make sure everything was good. It was not. Did live chat on 12/6/19. Told him 2 of 6 items were damaged (upon further examination it was 3. Two had holes, one actually leaking powder and the third had minor holes.) He didn't take any info except order number I previously supplied and email, stated customer service would send out. I called on the 9th where phone just rang and rang. After couple tries thru out day finally got ahold of someone and told them about the third pouch as well and that he didn't see anything from live chat. Said they would replace those and had my mailing address from order number. Again was asked for email. I didn't receive any notices thru email so called on the 18th. He gave me a tracking number and said it would arrive on the 23rd, which it did. I received the original two that was mentioned in live chat, of which one was just a gold pouch with no instructions, pictures or size. So now that I had thrown out the food that was torn I have no instructions fir the creamy vegetable pasta and am out the maple brown sugar multi grain cereal.
I ordered on 3-3-20 never received a conf. email or anything that confirmed my purchase and give me a delivery date. Called Friday was able to talk to someone who gave me a order number that I thought I could use, but not so. Was told my order was to ship to me by 4-15-20. I would not have ordered this if it was going to be that long. This is really bad business. I'm not happy about this and will not buy from you in the future if this is the way you treat a customer. there was nothing said about delivery time when I made my order. Oh, and I still have no confirmation of my order. Tried to look it up but no way to input the number I was given. Randy McConville
I cannot fully rate the experience at this time, as I have not received information regarding when my order will be completed, nor the actual product, but can provide the following information. Placing the order online was easy and the description of the product was thorough and easy to understand. I knew it would take some time to receive, but would like to have more description on the timeframe - several weeks is too broad of a reference and could vary in meaning based on the person (is it 3 weeks or 6 weeks?). I will update the rating/details once I can provide additional information.
There was not much variety to choose from. Also, to order over the phone was a minimum of $3500. That's way beyond our monetary budget. We live on a very limited strict budget. Mike was very accommodating.
Although not about a recent purchase, we have found WISE to be a reputable company with quality products. WISE is a natural go-to when looking for long-term or primitive camping supplies.
Products arrived quickly and well packaged. I have not tried any yet and truly hope I never need to, but it certainly is a comfort knowing I have a plan if I have to implement it.
These are troubling times but I have not been updated about the status of my order placed on March 2nd. I can be patient but am a little nervous about when and if my order will arrive. I will update my review when my order has been received.
Dave, the representative from wise foods was very nice and very helpful. We received our free sample and were amazed at how good the food was. Purchased a number of products since then and all were exceptional. I would highly recommend wise foods products.
Still waiting on a sample. I want to try your product out before I buy an emergency supply. I've tried 3 times on your sample page over the last few months but haven't heard back

Have not received my product yet. It was shipped to the wrong city and state. Not my fault I had the correct billing and shipping address. When I saw your mistake I called it in but it still went to the wrong address. Hope it comes soon.
Hoping to get the product I ordered on the 13th of May. Called and was told they are moving their warehouse. It's now the 27th and still no product. My account was charged on the 13th. Most companies charge when product ships. Have ordered before and not been this late.
BEWARE. They are selling food that isn t even produced yet, then repeatedly missing their promised ship dates. Over and over and over. The don t respond to email, don t answer the phones, absolutely abysmal customer service and fairly dishonest to make repeated promises and not keep them. I ordered THREE months ago, long before any lockdown. Still nothing but broken promises. Plenty of their competitors are far better companies with far more honesty and far far far better customer service. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Unfortunately I still have not received my order but I did speak to a representative and they let me that because of the horrific storms and the great demand of this particular product that things are on backorder which is acceptable .I live in Florida I just went through hurricane Irma so I do sympathize with your situation and I am graciously waiting for my product to arrive thank you so much God bless and have a great day
Works well. Could check on the dogs while away and hear my brother when he went into feed them. Couldn't talk to him through the camera which I thought was supposed to work but had never tried so I might have to change a setting or maybe it doesn't do that. I don't remember.
We bought our food Jan. 4th and have not heard from you about our purchases, We were told about a week and a half was the time for us to get our food and we haven't heard a word from Wise about anything...We have no idea what is going on and we would like to hear from you about where our food is and if it is coming or not...Not very happy
Going on a two week camp/hike and a friend recommended I try their sample, I get the sample in the mail and its smashed to dust and the sample was so small that the 3 bites you get is only enough to just piss you off. So needless to say I was pretty bummed out!! Went with mountain house instead.
The product is all that was advertised. The sample was pasty and grey white. It reminded me to be sure to put a salt shaker into the emergency box. Thank you for the product. I have shared with others.
