I ordered on March 4, 2020 and still have not received my food. They are quick to take your money but not so quick to send the product. And they don't return calls or emails. Very dissatisfied.

Great website, easy to order and a great variety of products to choose from. Was delivered right to my doorstep and was well packaged.

Talked with a great guy who was so helpful and transaction was fast.

Received a shipment of Wise food that was not ordered. Immediately contacted Wise to report the fraud and to return the food, unopened and unused. Also contacted the credit card issuing company and immediately disputed the claim and the charge. Food is returned and all is assumed to be resolved. Then one-month later, my bank informs me Wise is claiming I did order the food and the back pack, and that unless I can prove otherwise, I will be billed $430 for items I never ordered and that I returned unopened and unused. The survival backpack was never even shipped, but Wise is charging me anyways.

Website was easy to navigate and very well organized. I was offered a chance to try before i buy at no costto me. This was an important piece for me. I am always in the market to purchase long term food products and i am always leary when buying from a new company. I rotate through my food regularly so taste its important. I have not recieved my sample yet so 5 stars was not practical yet.

Food was well packed and arrived in excellent condition, we have stored it for emergency use.

I have ordered a couple times and I have worked with their customer service each time. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in their products. They took time to answer all my questions and get me the product that would work best for my needs.

My purchase of the Wise Car Vehicle Emergency Survival Kit with Jumper Cables turned in to a life saver. My wife is diabetic and her blood sugars dropped to dangerous levels. We were not near a store that I could get something to help, but I remembered I had just gotten my order from Wise. I grabbed the kit from my truck and gave her the Freeze Dried Bananas, and they did the trick. Thank you Wise Company.

Once items were ordered I received a prompt response regarding the order and it seem like the next day the order was shipped.Very pleased with the quick turn around time

I ordered and received a one-month supply of emergency food. I am very satisfied with the product I received. I will order more in the future.

Order that I received is packaged really nice, no visible issues. I have not tried it yet but if it is as good as the sample I got, there should be no issues when I do fix the meals. Long term storage does not lend itself to immediate reviews.

Charged way to much for shipping!! All other places I order from gives free shipping.

Purchasing was really easy to see the products and buy. Delivery was pretty quick. I did order hrough Rakuten and they told me you didn't report it to them. So they can't send my my money until that happens.

So many options and different costs for a three month supply of food, and I'm not totally sure why. A comparison chart would be really useful.
(And would be all you would need to get a full 5 stars from me)

Found a 72 hour emergency food package at a good sale price. was delivered promptly.

The wise system was down and could not input my order but called Dave at wise and he helped me input my order by working the system internal. Many Thanks WISE!!!!

Don't like the packages being 4 servings. I'm alone so I'd be wasting 3/4 of each bag. When we experience hurricanes, we lose power. No cold storage in Florida w/o electricity, lol.
The food itself is very good tasting.

Wise Company, now Readywise, has really stepped up their game during the pandemic. After my first 2 orders, I got free shipping on the third order. I had to switch from Legacy to Readywise because Legacy is not producing enough product. I get an email when items are available, a text once in a while, and good tracking on my orders. I am very happy with my purchases, I plan to make more, and I recommend that everyone includes Readywise as part of their shelf-stable food plan. I'm a customer for life. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe during these uncertain times.

I received a free dinner of Creamy Pasta & Vegetable Rotini. I was pleasantly surprised upon opening the pkg and very quickly having a tasteful and appealing dinner. I would recommend the Wise brand to anyone looking to prepare for disaster or out-in-the-wilderness cooking. In just a couple minutes you have a ready and filling meal fit for anyone.

I have ordered a lot from Wise and every time it is delivered on time, and exactly what I ordered. I have also ordered for family members and they were always excited to receive it for their emergency stash! Thank you!

I love a company with great customer service, a business model of convenience to their customers, and really good products. The trifecta of a business. Wise is one of those companies. I recommend them. And yes, I'm experimenting with their products to work them into my overall strategy of being prepared for various challenges where the modern super market is not always convenient, or possibly not even open (flood, regional outages, etc).

Order finally came after 4+ calls and little communication on their part. One month later and multiple call, I have my full $424 order filled.

I don't know much about the product but I do know it took over a month to receive it once ordered. So be prepared to wait.

Good all around, everything went smoothly, foods good...

Worthless. You might be dead of old age before your order arrives. Never again!

dear sirs ; I have over a years supply of wise food , ,plus I can between 250-300 jars of veg, jams , chicken @rabbit,,, dehydrate most our herbs organically sealed in mylar bags and I love your 30 gallon water containers they are so easy to handle @ store ,,, I rate your company 4and a half stars, respectfully, Ron Baudoux ;

My low marking is not because of the food quality. It is due to a lack of communication between the customer and company.
I ordered a bucket Feb 22nd. Other than the original email notification of purchase there was no communication ref any delays until March 14th, email about the delay.
Prior to that I had left 2 voice messages and sent 1 email on or about March 1st.
On March 6th, I made contact via chat with a Mike H. He indicated 1 to 2 weeks before shipment would be made, and that things were busy there. I understand that, but communication is an important thing between the customer and Wise. Just let us know what is going on. Wise has had my $$$ for weeks, as customer I just want a heads up, and know my order wasn't lost in the system.
I've seen several posts on FB from your competitor, Valley, and they explained things very well, and asked for patience.
I think your group has dropped the ball when it comes to staying in touch with your customer base.
This is only my second purchase through Wise, once several years ago. It won't be my last. I just ask for communication.

The website is way to complicated. They do offer a nice sample though. I hope to receive it

I ordered your special 50%off 72 hour kit. The order site charged me for 2 kits but only sent one. I know the site said 1 per household so I tried to change the order but when it wouldn't I just sent it. I spoke to the chat on the website last week but haven't yet heard back from the company.

Ordered 6 month supply plus two 55 gallon water storage cans Feb 24. When I talked to the man on the phone he walked out and said they had the water storage cans in stock in the back. I told them I would pick them up in a couple days and the food was promised in 2 weeks. Paid for everything. Called in a couple days on the way in to pick up the water cans only to be told they were gone. Didn't know if or when they would get them. Called in 2 weeks on the food and was told it would be another 2 weeks. Called in another 2 weeks and was told next week of March for shipping. Didn't get it! Called and was told it would ship the week of April 6th. Didn't get it. (Why can't they send emails and keep customers up to date?) Didn't get it that week either. Called April 13 and was told it will ship this week. Great! Got an email today, April 14 that now said will ship at the end of April. Are you kidding me?!
Called to cancel order and now no one is answering the phone....Left a message waiting for a call back to cancel. Does anyone know if this is really a company or a scam to get your money or just hold money for an indefinite amount of time. Sometime in the last 2 weeks got an email saying something about new people and getting orders out by 8 weeks from date of order now. Don't have the email now so I'm not exactly sure of what it said. On the second call I was told they had added more people and another shift to process orders. Wonder if that was true or just another way of excuses. Order food from somewhere else is my suggestion.....

Ordered 2 Grab n Go bags. Great products great taste. Had an issue with my order, called customer service right away on a Friday afternoon left a message and by Monday morning issue was resolved. Will have no problem sticking more products from this great company. Thanks again!!!

Food was great delivery was bad FedEx left my boxes outside my gate in the rain .

I have bought on a few occasions and had good experiences. However this time around I placed an order July 2nd and still haven t received it. I ve emailed several times and haven t gotten a response. It s important to note that what I purchased was in stock.

I ordered 2 buckets of preparedness food, and a cooker. I have not used any of the products nor tried the cooker, but glad I have them on hand in the event of an emergency. Everything went well as far as ordering, and shipment getting here in reasonable time.

After two months of being led on with false delivery windows and excuses, I never received the products I ordered. I had to initiate contact twice to request a refund, which was issued, but no apology or response. Buyer beware! Completely dissatisfied with this company. Had to go elsewhere.

Well I haven't bought anything yet but it's easy to sign up. I'll update more in the future. Ok an update. I brought a 3 day sampler and it took a month. And all the packages where ether cut or poked. They replaced my order but it over 2 weeks to get it. And the packages where still horrible looking. I will never purchase any from wise food's again.

Ordered almost a week ago and check the site and it shows still processing.....paid with amazon, but not shipped yet????

All of the individual boxes you mailed to family members around the county arrived safely. And we received the rest at our home is good order. Many thanks.

I am not what one would call a "prepper"... I consider myself more of a "mini-prepper". I think it is insane not to have food, water, and essential items in stock at home for disasters. A disaster can be so many things! Unexpected job loss. Family members going through a disaster themselves and needing some help. A freak snow storm that not only closes the roads for days, but also empties the shelves at the "not so local" mass merchandiser. It doesn't have to be an "end times" event... it could be anything.

That being said, I have been purchasing Wise Food Storage products for many years. They are convenient, easy to store and they actually taste pretty good. Wise has always shipped my purchase within 24 business hours and it has always arrived in discreet packaging in good condition. The only reason I don't give five stars is the lack of information about the quality and safety of the food itself. Is it GM food? Is the meat derived from ill animals that can't be sold at grocery stores? How many sprays were used by the farmers that produce this food? Etc. It is a concern for me and keeps me from rotating the product the way I should (Would like to feel good eating the product and ordering more to keep it as fresh as possible). I just tell myself that in a disaster situation, a person isn't going to really care too much about chemicals etc. But, again, it would be nice for health conscious people like myself to be able to eat product before it goes out of date and order more. Wise should seriously consider disclosing much more about what is in these buckets of gold. Disclose the companies that provide the produce, meat, fruit etc. If the company is proud of what they do, they will be happy to be listed on the labels.

So, anyway, I have done a lot of homework about food storage companies over the years and Wise Food Storage really does provide a relatively quality product at a price that almost anyone can afford. If you call them they can help you get something you need at a fair price so there really isn't any excuse for people not having emergency supplies. If you think FEMA will take care of you... think again! Be Wise! :)

I have not tried you product as of yet. I would love the oppertunity to sample your products and spread the word to all of or friends, family, co workers, or anyone with ears and an openion! Have a fantastic day

I am terrible with names, but the individual that I ordered from was wonderful (quite helpful). He didn't try to get me to order additional product, only what he felt my family would need to get me through this trying time. I haven't received my order to date, but I was told the product was on back order for 4-weeks. It has only been a little over 3-weeks to date.

Stocking up for hurricane season with Wise Company products. Have only tried one entree, but it was really tasty! I also bought a little camping stove and fuel. After dealing with Hurricane Michael last year, going to plan ahead and not wait till the last minute this year!

I am grateful that a product of this quality is available for retail. It is a perfect emergency supply for the family!

Ordered Feb 22nd and still waiting for shipment of purchased items. I have contacted Customer Service and they have been helpful however I was unaware there would be this long of a delay in shipping items. Additionally it would have been nice if I would have received an email or update of status of shipment.

Easy ordering and received in a couple of days. Just figured I'd be a bit prepared. I'm sure I'll expand my stored foods soon. Thanks for the meat and rice bucket, dried fruit and veggie buckets as well. I feel a bit better today if something ever happens.

Seemed easy enough. The chat person at the end never finished the chat. I just left the chat and placed items in my cart.

It's mainly your prices they are a little more than I can afford although when I bought the powdered eggs I've been looking for them and couldn't find them so when I did I went ahead and put the money out for them. I've tasted other brands of powdered eggs but I haven't tasted these so once I do taste them I'll let you know have a great day and stay safe

Ordered one bucket of meals with 2-3 week delivery time. Materials have yet to be received and are still processing four weeks later...no updates from wise on why the delay. I should not have to reach to you...you should be updating me regularly on the shipment. I ordered when materials were still in stock- so this is really annoying and is no better than other long term Food store companies. You can do better- I know it.

I truthfully cannot rate Wise Company as I have not received my sample product. I ordered my sample around September 11th. I will gladly rate Wise Company as soon as I try the product.

I love y alls site & Deals, Nic Zarbock is great! But I m Just getting pounded with so many emails. Maybe y all could bundle some of them together. Let us know so we can prepare ahead of time on the daily and flash sales coming up.
We are preppers we like to think things through speak to the other families involved in the decision making. The buy right now Johnny on the spot ordering doesn t work for all 14 groups we re working with. They do like what they see and the deals your Co. offers. But time is needed to make it work for us.

Play Store order received no communication no product no nothing what a joke

I ordered on February 27th. They said shipping would happen within two weeks. Today, April 10th, I finally received my order.
I know there is a lot of demand right now and am guess some customers paid more for quick delivery. Still, I waited so long they literally changed their companies name while they held my money.

we placed and order over 3 weeks ago and have still not received our order or a shipping update.

I received my order quickly. There was 1 item missing from a backpack, called talked to a live person and it was shipped out immediately. The great customer service has me ready to buy agian.

We have a lot of trust in Wise Company. I do wish they shipped quicker.

Even though the marketing emails have no issues making it to my email box (the one with the link to this review being a prime example), the details of my order seem to continually never show up. I had to call to get the status and tracking number.

I didn't get the 10% discount of my order. I called Wise the very next day and told them what had happened. That it was my mistake not theirs. I didn't put the code in on the order. They corrected the order on that phone call, no supervisor, no manager, no boss. One call and it was done. Thank you Wise Co. for giving the ability and authority to customer service to fix problems.

Hello, the reason I didn t give a better rating is because of the web sites difficulty navigating. It seemed every time I tried to check out there was another product pop up that was impossible to ex out of. I m not In any way a computer savvy but I m not sure these pop ups are good advertising. If your finished shopping you want to check out. It was almost impossible. I even gave up and called in to make this order and the sale rep didn t have a clue what I was talking about ???????? To much work and confusion.

QUick delivery...so far so good...haven't tried one yet...plan on it this weekend...

Placed an order on 9/1/17. It s now 11/4/17. Still hasn t been shipped. The last time I complained they said they would ship by 11/1/17. They haven t. Thank goodness we didn t need it. I hope it arrives before we do need it! Very frustrating. And they keep sending me advertisements. I ll order from somewhere else next time. I would rate it at zero stars if it would let me. An emergency food company that doesn t deliver because of all the emergencies...

Been 10 days; haven't yet received any tracking data.
Was in my mailbox today; never did get any tracking data though.

I couldn't get it to work on the free sample so I'm not sure how I really feel about this company. Thank you.

Our shipment came quickly and no damage. We have not tried any meals yet, but one reason we went with Wise is because of the gluten-free option.
