Have stayed here multiple times. Anytime there has been a problem, it was quickly addressed. Our first room Air Conditioning was not working. The front desk attendant brought up keys to a new room. The rooms are always clean with a sofa in all rooms. The gym has a sauna in it. That is pretty cool. The only unusual thing is signing a "additional" Loss Damage Waiver up to 250.00 dollars that your liable for. We have stayed at a lot of nice places, but we never encountered this practice. All other hotels the Loss Damage responsibilities are listed in your rental. Your not required to sign a "additional form". Again, just a different practice. Enjoy your stay....we did.

There were ants all over room 429 on the night that I had the displeasure of staying in this hotel. By the time I discovered this it was so late that I didn't feel like going down to the counter and complaining. My flight was scheduled to depart at 5:55am and I checked in I attempted to sleep on the sofa to no avail as there were ants all over the room including the pull out sofa. I took a video of the ants crawling over the bed and even tweeted it to @TweetsbyWyndham but have yet to get a reply. I communicated my concerns with the concierge in the morning as I checked out and he assured me the manager one Brandi White would be contacting me within 24 hours. I have still not been contacted by anyone. Thumbs way down on this hotel. Except for the concierge Alicia who welcomed me when I arrived and called up to the room to confirm my shuttle departure time of 4:45am. The shuttle was also 15 mins late.
Booked a non smoking room & upon walking into our room(116) it reeked of smoke. We informed the front desk and she told us they were over booked and could not move us and the guests before us had been charged for smoking in the room. We woke both mornings congested and sick with allergies for the rest of the day. The toilet seat was very loose which I fixed upon my arrival. The bathtub drain got stuck and had to be forced open. Empty packages of coffee were in the basket by coffee pot on our arrival. We don't drink coffee, I only mention this because the room is not being cleaned thoroughly. Other than these things the hotel was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and a delight to be around. The rooms were good, though some small items are still open on the punch lists from the recent renovations. Spacious rooms, plenty of parking, and an indoor pool were all part of my pleasant stay!
Room was awesome! Clean and perfect for our needs! Bed was soft and my wife slept all night long. She doesn't even sleep this comfortable in our own bed. the only thing was the staff was not very friendly or welcoming. They basically whisked us in and out which is fine but still they did not acknowledge us as a customer. It was just money to them.
My room was not well maintained. Stains and scuffs on carpet, shower tub and bath floor. The room has been well used like a college dorm room. Just didn't seem clean and comfortable even though it may have actually been clean. Don't like the bed half pillows either.
Very nice, close to the airport. Had a pool and a hot tub that are open, the hot tub was not hot tho, more like a warm tub. Comfy beds and very clean. Excellent night manager, she was so friendly and engaging.
It would have been great if a man didnt follow me around askin if I wanted to get high, so my husband had to stick close bc this buy was relentless. If the hot tub had been cleaner and not had green on the side it would have been great. The beds were fantastic BUG FREE. Clean rooms, even better pillows, breakfast was good lots to choose from.
worst customer service ever. I made an reservation (and paid in full) for a friend traveling to the area. Before they let him check into his room (already paid) they required another deposit and my credit card information. I have never had so much trouble checking into a hotel! Would never recommend this hotel...horrible service.
The rooms was dirty and no extra sheets for the fold out bed was in room. Had to go get them both nights. Shower head was broken. Asked if they could fix it but wasn t done. Ants all over the room. Found dirty spoon and a shoe soul left under the bedside table.
Pretty Good Hotel They had a good bed and a good breakfast. Some people said in their review there was bed bugs here.I dont know if we got lucky or if those reviews were just lying because we stayed here for a whole night and until 12:00 in the afternoon but we didnt see any bed bugs and did not get any bed bug bites either. Great price and a lot of channels on the TV. The hotel kind of old but was maintained pretty well. Would reccomend this place to others!
By far the nastiest hotel stay Ive ever recalled experiencing, sheets stained, shower was filthy, carpet smelt like piss, non smoking room smelt like cigarette smoke, nasty gunk on the wall, I could go on. Will absolutely NEVER be returning to this hotel, oh and on top of everything the toilet handle is broke so it never stops running.
My first time here.... it's kinda dirty the staff was alright. There was seriously a old and new vibe going on. The rooms could be cleaned better. The sheets were dirty. But I guess for the price. The bed is big.. it definitely needs to be cleaned better it would gain 2 stars if it just felt clean.
Despite some bad reviews I had a good stay here. Good pre trip communication. A quiet and clean room. I felt safe at all times. Single traveller from the UK.
It is sad that Wyndham has there name on this place. Dirty, smoke filled and lots of people just hanging out in the halls. I do not recommend this place even if they paid you to stay. Go somewhere else.
I'm giving it a one star because I have to give at least 1! We have stayed at the particular hotel many times and have NEVER had an issue. This stay was the exact opposite and we won't be going back. The only positive experience was we requested a ground floor room when we made the reservation and we recirece a ground floor room. My list of complaints is pretty long... 1. We were denied extra bedding (pillow and blanket) for the sofabed. 2. The sofa bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and smelled. 3. Breakfast was not even close to ready when we had to leave at 7 am. It is supposed to start at 6. The coffee was leftover coffee from the previous day. It was not hot and tasted disgusting! 4. The lady that was getting breakfast ready NEVER got off her phone and was rude! She screamed at people trying to move around her to try and get to the things she had finally put out. 5. There were no pool towels available and we were told by the front desk to use our room towels and housekeeping would get us more in the morning. I asked "then what are we supposed to use for showers?" and was told "Use them twice"... 6. The man at the front desk in the evening was NEVER there and when he was you had to wait for him to get done doing whatever he was doing on his phone. It took me 30 minutes to check in!
All in all it was an uncomfortable horrible stay and we won't go back.
The service was good. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the price was reasonable. The rooms were clean and pleasant. I only have a few issues. The maid could avoid allowing the doors to slam after cleaning the rooms. The cable also had some issues, it kept going out. OverAll, a very pleasant stay and I would book again.
I have stayed here for the past three years, and it has steadily deteriorated to the point that I will no longer use this hotel. This year (December, 2017), two of the three outside doors did not work, the hot tub was inoperative, and the hotel has acquired a tacky feel to it. It is substantially overpriced given its condition.
Please do Not go to this hotel. There was poor service. My room was dirty, the smoke detector was broken and hanging off the wall, the remote to the t.v. was missing.the bathroom was dirty. I asked for another room the front desk associate tells me that there's no more rooms. There were two gentleman behind me and as I proceed to walk out somehow there were more rooms available. I asked for a receipt and she said said there was no receipt to give because I was not charged. So this morning I'm looking at my account and I have been charged for those 3days I was suppose to stay. But I literally stayed there for 3 minutes bc everything was nasty. I BARELY WANTED TO GIVE THIS 1 STAR
Was booked in the wrong room. They did not have any rooms to change us to. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Bathroom in room was not clean. We had two spiders in the bathroom. A/C did not work half the time. And the couch had holes and rips in it. Will not stay here again.
I have NEVER had SUCH AN AWFUL experience at any hotel ever. I will NEVER recommend this location- to anyone. Pulling up to the hotel..everything looked nice, but that was not clue to how the inside was. Upon check in, the first room we had the bathroom was still dirty AND the bathtub faucet had a serious dripping stream going on with a rusted out drain. So we truck all of our stuff down back to the front desk and get switched rooms. We get everything up in the 2nd room, it is HOT inside the room. get ready to put some medical supplies in the fridge..the fridge is unplugged, and has MOLD inside of it. Not just a little...noticeable and VERY disgusting. So by this time, I've had enough, I'm frustrated that I'm once again going to have to trek all my stuff to another room. I called the desk, spoke with the clerk and she has a very poor attitude about the whole situation. Sighing loudly into the phone and acting like we are a hassle. We finally get to the 3rd room. While everything is "decent" I would not say it was very cleanly. There was hair in the bathtub, STICKY restroom floor, the chair ottoman had some kind of stain down the side, who knows if the t.v. worked..I wasnt in the mood for testing my luck, and for breakfast their "juices" were out of order. To top it all off, we get ready to go check out the hot tub and its OUT OF ORDER for "maintenance"...which was never disclosed upon booking. The morning if check out, I had spilled some hot sauce on the elevator floor, I wiped up what I could, butit was still wet...I informed the check out clerks who I had to get his attention since he was playing video games on his cell phone in the back seating area..and he said yeah it's probably juice or something, someone will get to it. I'm so very disappointed with this stay. I would never stay here again.
The location of this hotel was really nice there were about 10 restraunts near by in walking distance and the hotel itself was very nice and clean the only problem I had was my tub had a bit of mold in the grout and there was a piece of glass in the hallway on the floor also my bagel at breakfast had a bit of mold on it. Otherwise the staff was good and friendly and the breakfast was nice they had biscuits and gravy and eggs with other things.
Had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks at this hotel for an extended business trip.
Room itself was nice enough, however you could hear everything in the adjoining rooms, including screaming kids at 6am.
Housekeeping was an issue, 4 times in 21 days housekeeping failed to show up. When they did it was inconsistent, some days at 9 in the morning, some at 3 in the afternoon. They failed to vacuum or dust the entire time I was there. The cleaning staff was also noisy. One of the ladies had a radio playing on her cart the entire day.
Fitness area was terrible, had a stationary bike from the 90's, treadmill that for the most part worked, and an elliptical that was stuck on the highest resistance. Had an all in one one weight set that was a piece of junk, more apt to hurt yourself then get anything out of it.
Pool was clean but cold. Hot tub was nice, but generally a strange green color. On the last week of my stay the hot tub was over chlorinated resulting in some respiratory problems and a skin rash. Called the front desk to inform them of the problem, took them two days to take out of service.
Overall the message is this hotel is not managed adequately. I stayed 21 nights and was never once contacted about how my stay was or to say thank you. When large groups stayed at the hotel it was a zoo, kids everywhere misbehaving and making a mess. No one from the hotel stepped in to gain control, etc. things were constantly broken, never getting fixed.
Although it met my basic needs, I would never stay there again or recommend anyone else to do so.
I'd say overall it is acceptable. For the price, you can't complain too much. If little things don't bother you much, then it probably will be fine. But here is what I experienced and noticed:
1) When I called to reserve my shuttle, the lady was a bit rude and not very pleasant. Looking at other reviews this seems to have happened to others.
2) Smell isn't the greatest in some places of the hotel.
3) Bathroom fan was really loud. I put my hand on the wall and I could feel it rumble, hahaha.
4) You can easily hear other people around your room.
5) Toilet at the hotel was clogged. Went to the front desk and they handed me a plunger. Hahahaha.
6) Floor of hotel room had several smashed raisins (I hope that is what it was) on the floor. Guess the floor wasn't cleaned well.
But shower was fine, bed was fine, I got sleep, I got a shuttle to and from the airport. So that's what I mainly needed.
The hotel was really nice but I will have to say the bed was awful we stayed in room 426 March 25th an the head of the bed was broke slanting down hill. I had family stay in the adjoining room an there bed was just fine. I didn't get much sleep because of the bed. I will check the bed next time just to be sure it is level.
