Terrible.I got bit up by bugs. And the manager Sam didn't even offer to refund my weeks stay our offer a free night our anything.

You get what you pay for And I stayed in a King Suite.
Toenail clippings between the bed and nightstand.
The pool was so cloudy my 14 year old wouldn't get in.
Two TVs in my room, one was a terrible picture, the other one had a janky remote that you had to get out of bed to use.
Tile floor with markings all over it.
The night front desk lady has zero customer service skills and apparently doesn't have the ability to make any decisions, if you have a problem, the manager will be in during the week, call her then.

Room was nice, roomie and modern style, and pool was clean.
Cons
Its connected to another hotel so the pool was a little crowded, customer service needs a little help couldn't get towels when needed.

Pros:
EXCELLENT breakfast, with REAL scrambled eggs (the kind you actually want to eat!), a pancake machine, and a smorgasbord of pastry and cereal options.
COMFORTABLE tempurpedic-style California King bed.
FRIENDLY front desk staff
CLEAN lobby and hotel hall areas.
QUALITY soaps, shampoos, bedsheets, and towels.
REAL COFFEE CUPS in the room - it seems small, but I believe it makes a big difference in the room's ambiance
CHEAP rates on 3rd party sites (we used Orbitz)

Cons (only things stopping the hotel from a 5 star rating):
YUCK - Shower plug was rusted out, and the drain wasn't clean
A/C constant running fan setting was broken, so it turned on and off instead of constantly making noise - but, with a smile and no hesitation - the staff was eager to accommodate us with another room.
32" TV is a little smaller than desired

Facilities were okay. Pretty decent for its 3 star rating.

Great staff. But I got the spa tub room and it was dirty but still a great spot to crash.

Didn't give us the room we reserved. The elevators are falling apart. The woman at the front desk is rude. We will never be staying at this hotel ever again... ever...

It smelt really bad the workers stared at me in a really mean way and it was very dirty all in all I feel like no one should go to this hotel

This hotel was pretty clean, but in the process of renovation, so showing wear & tear in areas. However, the beds were very comfortable!

Everything was umpire I love the fact that you don't have to think about anything because everything is already supply for you in the right way and everything is accessible from your hotel also the staff are very attentive to your needs there is no worrying whatsoever you're in good hands.

Breakfast made me sick all day pretty sure it was the off color off taste juice ,not very happy with the stay,because of it

I m being generous with the 2 stars but the only reason I m giving it more than 1 is because the guy that picked me up at the airport when I flew back was so kind and genuine, the only good quality of the hotel. I called about the sauna before booking and wasn t told it was closed, nor was I told the gym was closed. The place doesn t look as nice as the pics make it seem. I tried to use the hot tub but it apparently closes at 10 but there are not times posted, every time I looked it had people in it, so I kept waiting. I was also under the impression that it was free parking for up to two weeks, I was told it was $10 for parking after I arrived for my stay and was told that it wasn t free because I apparently had a discounted price for the room, which I booked through their site, so I don t know.

The staff lost our reservation and we were given a room that was more expensive than the one we booked. I should ve gotten out of there right then because there was another guest asking to fix the heat and they gave her blankets instead. The elevator had the floors display dangling down and then the bad part started. When I tell you that I did not sleep one hour that night it s true. The smell of smoked meats in that room was unbearable!!!! To the point of making me nauseated!!!! The room was cold and clammy and just overall disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The beds were a bit firm for my taste but the atmosphere was wonderful the price was decent the hot tub hot and the pool cool. As a bonus the Italian restaurant next door is The best ever

This hotel is a dump. The bathroom exhaust fan did not function, the cover was broken and was hanging four inches from the ceiling. To top it off the air conditioning unit's cord was cut. So what matinence did to fix it was twist the wires back together and leave the wires exposed.

I had to give it one star but it doesn't deserve any. We stayed two days, July 30-31, 2017. This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in, not so much the room itself but the hotel facility and trash littered grounds. The carpet and furniture is aged, dirty and sorely needs replaced. The exterior doors located on the side of the building which is to provide security at night wouldn't latch due to missing/worn parts. Our room had no bed side lamps; I asked the front desk if they could provide any and although they promised a quick response none were provided before checkout two days later. I also mentioned a bathroom exhaust fan that sounded like a jet engine; no one ever attempted to resolve that either. I wouldn't think about using the hot tub with green water and didn't have the nerve to try their breakfast, so I have no idea what it was like. My advice is 'go elsewhere'.

Very dirty establishment, stayed 3 nights and the hallway outside my room had food dropped all over the floor when I arrived so I let the guy at the front desk know about it the following morning when I came down for breakfast. The same mess was still there when I checked out 4 days later. Executive suite was a very noisy room above the stairs. Room key only worked on 1 exit. Will not stay at a wingate motel EVER again.

Checked into this hotel for a wedding this weekend. The hotel's presentation has gone downhill from when I remembered it a year ago. The TV needed to be reprogrammed every time you turn it off and my door handle was not working properly. Worst of all, I had a reservation for two rooms, one for my girlfriend and me and one for my parents. I authorized the front desk to allow my father to check in to one of my reservations, and what did they do? They said the room wasn't ready and proceeded to book another room under my credit card and didn't tell me. They charged me for 3 rooms when I only needed 2. The front desk took advantage of my father who didn't speak English well, when all they had to do was check him into my reservation that I had set up for him. Totally dishonest and shady workers. The front desk had the audacity to accuse me for booking 3 rooms and being a no show for one. They then said I would be billed for it and refused to issue a refund on a room that no one used. What a total joke. I didn't know this hotel was in the business of scamming customers and then calling them a liar.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very friendly.

when I get in the room the toilet is over flowing with stool . I called the front desk and she said i will bring a plunger up(sighed). I demanded to be changed to a different room, had to chase her down ( at this point I was late to my meeting) . I return and the room looked like the bed had been slept on, no towels, and the restroom was dirty . In the middle of the night front desk help was not available. This place is disgusting. Poor customer service.

I will only give this a 1 star. Me and my family stayed there for 1 night and the room we were placed in had bed bugs. Yes they moved us to another room yes the compt our room but we brought them home with us. Me and my mother both have bites on us and I had an allergic reaction. If you do decide to stay here please check everywhere. They are nocturnal so you wont even notice them right away.

Nice staff. Pool area was clean. The sauna is being remodeled from what I was told the rooms were nice and clean. Little workout room was clean, laundry on-site. Free breakfast.

Not what I expected for the price. Dirty rag left in shower so they probably didn't clean up thoroughly after previous guest. Rust in the shower, wobbly toilet seat, lots of patch work in the walls, and molding around the carpet is literally falling off. I will never be staying here again!

No light bulbs in the lamp, no remote for tv, no handle for the hot water a nd will be a return customer!!!

Check in was great but my overall experience at the hotel was subpar. After I came back from dinner the parking up front was full so I parked oon the side. The keycard lock didn't work; I then went to the front desk. The attendant said oh that doesn't work. Later into the night I wanted to get a small snack and went to the front desk to ask where the vending machines were. I was informed that this big hotel doesn't have any vending machines and the closest corner store was about a mile away. Overall I don't think that I will stay here again. The service just sucked every else was just alright.

It was dirty the hot tub was broke there was rusr and mold all around the pool and hot tub area. The bathtub in the second room we were in was full of rust and the faucet ran all night nasty place

Horrible Will not be back . don't waste your money. No towels for the pool. Horrible service. Breakfast was served cold gravy when it was brought out. 6:30 in the morning After i got a cup of coffe and had already took a drink the kitchen lady came out and said sorry that was yesterdays coffee. Couches outside by the back door with trash in them. I felt like i was gonna walk to my car and see a homeless person sleeping ,mold in the bathroom.

Room spacious, bed comfy.
Bathroom floor so dirty we laid down towels to walk on it. I understand dusty if a room isn t used often but just no excuse for a bathroom to be dirty.
Tv did not work. WiFi did not work.

Very clean, comfortable, furniture in the suite was clean without stains. Towels fluffy and there were actually also extra linens, blanket, and pillows in closet. The complimentary soaps and lotions were good quality products. Shower had really good pressure. Breakfast was fresh, hot, and very good. The desk staff were very friendly and understanding when we had to check in very late. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were great! Even though the hot tub didn't have very strong bubbling. Very good place for the low price we paid!

This place is horrible its dirty and outdated i got the deluxe room broken fixtures.broken sofa, hall way dirty and it smells liked weed my wife also saw a roach i tried to check out the next day and front desk was still charging me for a 2 day stay. sevice really sucksss....really what a huge dissappointment ....the pictures on their website doesn't match how really it looks....people do your homework payextra or research the hotel where you stay....

This place was disgusting my room was dirty found a needle under my bed. The fridge didn't work nor the AC it was in the midst of summer when it was already super hot. The bathroom was so gross and dirty. I talked to the manager and they wouldn't even refund my money I didnt even stay all night cause of the heat and had a newborn that has medical issues. They could have cared less as long as they got their money.

Hotel was filthy and disgusting!! Carpets were stained everywhere in the hotel. Outside doors were broken and didn't pick which meant anyone could just walk in.

Decent enough if you just need a place to sleep while passing through like we did. Wouldn't stay here for a dedicated vacation though.

Dirty. Carpets not vacuumed or entire stay and cleaning staff talked on telephone while she mopped the tile. Elevator was filthy. Our room keys didn't work for our second day and desk clerk made us get in a long line to wait for new keys. Discouraging when we needed to get in our room before we could make it to an event in time. Guess what... we were late! Not a good experience here. We visit OKC but won't stay here again. Sorry Wingate but we can't give you a good recommendation.

This is a Wyndham in name only. I've stayed in numerous Wingate/Wyndham properties over the last two years, and twice even at this one. Unfortunately this was worst experience I've had at this chain. The location is great, right off the I-40 and it has a well lit parking lot. But that is where the glamour ends.
The carpets are old and fraying. I think the last time they were cleaned was when Nsync was popular. The light socket covers are yellowed and sagging in most places and there's so much caulking around the bathroom it looks like a birthday cake Pinterest fail. There are 4 doors into the hotel but only two work. They repainted since 2012 so that's nice, but otherwise it's most certainly on the dumpy side.

Friendly staff vic and the night girl were very nice. Stayed for two weeks... loved my bed. Good internet for my use...

This was one of several stays at this hotel. We love it there! Staff is always nice, rooms are always clean.

Bed was comfy, but pool was only about 1/3 filled, only 1/2 hot tub jets worked. The room shower head was broke and was not very good. Tub needs an anti slip mat! !!! I would like to give a better review, but unfortunately, not this time.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. They give options with the pillows. 4 on each bed you could choose your firmness. Business center was well stocked with several computers and printers. Airport shuttle provided 24 hrs. Close to restaurants

Stayed in room 206. I slept on the couch and came home with bed bugs. I made the manager aware. She never said sorry just that she would take care of the situation.

I ll just let the pictures speak. I asked for a full refund and received half back because I didn t complain to management after checking in. I explained I left for a dinner immediately after placing belongings in room but didn t matter. I ve stayed at a lot of Wyndham Hotels in my life but none have been in this condition. The staff are very friendly (5 stars) and the bed was very comfy. It s the hotel condition that needs corporate attention.

Terrible. Checked in. Saw my room, checked out. Bathroom floor was filthy. Tub was horrendously dirty and leaking water. Bed had debris in it. Carpet floor was sticky and gross. Closet handles literally had some type of goop on them. I get it that it's a cheap room, but this was ridiculous.

Clean, they have nice smelling soaps and shampoos which are important to me. The best staff.

Our first room was dirty. Had to wait for the front desk guy to get back from driving the airport shuttle before we could get switched to a slightly better room. Decided to stay even though we weren't thrilled so our kids could avoid going from place to place. They were so ready to get out of the car. Pool had no towels and not enough tables and chairs. Asked the front desk multiple times for pool towels and eventually was given a single hand towel after having to use a t-shirt to dry off my cold wet baby. Equipment was worn out and floatation devices strewn about the floor. The whole place was not very clean in general and had a nice look at first but if you looked closer things were quite worn Definitely not pleased. Will not come back. Seems to be understaffed for sure .

Stayed there just for the breakfast but it was bad. No chocolate milk. No pancakes. No cream cheese. Eggs were overdo e and sausage was underdone. Usually their breakfast has all that.

Although the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, this room rated at a zero because of uncleanliness. The floor was nasty in the room and bathroom. There was trash beside the tables and in the couches. Horrible

Not clean! The staff is rude. We had to go get our own bedding out of the laundry and change it ourselves. Furniture in the lobby was ripped up. Outdated is okay, unclean is not. Worst hotel experience ever.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and comfortable. I had an early flight so I didn't get to try the breakfast. Be advised you have to book the shuttle 24 hrs before you need it and not upon arrival to the hotel or upon arrival to the airport.

I haven't stayed at many hotels, but this one is definitely the second worst I've stayed in. The only reason I stayed twice was because it was cheap and my school had a good discount. The price is probably the only half-decent factor of this hotel.

The bathroom: The toilet was flaky, the floor had hair swept into a corner, and the shower handle FELL off, and when I picked it up to put it back on, there was mold inside of it. This is from my second stay. The first room also had a hairy floor, though it was quite a bit cleaner than the second.

The beds: In my first stay, there were hairs that were not mine on and under the blankets. The sheet had a sizeable stain, and though it smelled fine, no one wants to sleep on a stain. On my second stay, I had the same problem. There was a chunk of earwax or something resembling on the corner of the person in the adjacent bed's pillow, and she was disgusted to find out after she slept on it.

The room in general: I stayed in a non-smoking room, which may have been a smoking room once before, since it is an old hotel, but it doesn't excuse the appalling smell. Most of my neighbor's tv remotes didn't work. It was dusty and dingy.

The back staircase smelled like smoke, urine, sweat, and rotten food. The management and maintenance of this hotel appears to be terrible.

It may have just been our rooms, but every room should be kept up.

All I can say is awful. They advertise free shuttle to and from the airport. They refused to come get us. After paying for the taxi, they wouldn't take that charge off our bill. The manager was not helpful and there was mold around the tub. Not a good experience.

I travel often and. And this is by far the worst service ive ever had . Not only was I called a liar and a thief but. But my my reservation was canceled twice.

This is a okay hotel but the price needs to cheaper. Their prices may be aligned with the area though. Atmosphere was okay thiugh.

We checked in after 9pm. We drove from Albuquerque New Mexico. The room was stuffy but turned on the AC unit just for the air. It was ok. Then I went to wash my face. The bathroom was very run down. The chaulking around the tub had several moldy spots, tub bottom was peeling off, no safety bars to get in and out of tub. Having several disabilities, I felt a bit unsecured. The baseboard under the sink was broken. The bedroom looked great, beds comfy. The bathroom messed up this visit. Night desk clerk very nice. I don't think we will stay again.

This would be my first and last time in Wingate hotels. I normally do not riview hotels but I am strongly compelled to write this. Our stay at the hotel was not a comfortable one. We were welcomed by dusty carpets and dirty bathroom floors. The startling thing about the entire experience was a crawling black spider on my blanket just when I was about to turn the lights off. Also there were small winged bugs on the bed lamp. Please keep the hotel clean and have a pest control system....

BEDBUGS !!!!! BEDBUGS!!!!!! I ve stayed in this hotel couple times never had a problem until 05/27/19 we were woken up by bugs crawling all over my daughter .We talk to the manager at the time and she didn t believe us even though we had pictures even took a bug to the front office . Horrible experience horrible experience !!!!!

My stay at Wingate by Wyndham was great. The rooms were wonderful and the staff was great and very accommodating.

It was nice, the breakfast was ok but the samething every morning didn't even have biscuits and gravy. The rooms was OK but the bed and and pillows was so comfortable I slept so good both nights.

Breakfast was great and front staff was friendly. They lose 3 stars because of the condition of the room, looks outdated and untouched. Another guest had part of the ceiling fall and water leaked onto his luggage. I won't stay here again.
