Springhill Suites by Marriott - Moore Review

Room was great! Extremely clean, nice and cool! It was 99 outside. Nice shower! Beds were comfy! Breakfast choices were great! I would stay here again for sure! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful! Easy on and off to the interstate and several restaurant choices.

Great place. Same price as the cheap hotels. Might have even been cheaper. Shower was amazing and you can get in trouble with the back cuz you might oversleep. Really good breakfast and very convenient 12:00 noon checkout.

We stayed here on a Thursday night before a wedding. It was a nice place, but the bed wasn't too comfortable, the A/C was too loud, and the window shade didn't cover the whole window so light comes in at night and you will wake with the sun. The staff was efficient and friendly, but we ended up staying across the street at the Hampton Inn the next evening and had a much better stay. I really wish Marriott could figure out how to offer something hot for breakfast. This whole cereal bar and yogurt business is just so disappointing. We got smoothies and sausage, egg, & cheese biscuits and other items at the Hampton! They did allow us a late check out, but most places allow that these days. All in all if I come back, I plan on staying at the Hampton again. It was cheaper and offered better amenities during Covid-19 than the Marriott. The staff was great at both places.

Great location, friendly staff,fast food chain restaurants all in walking distance

Everything was really nice. The workers were friendly helpful & kind. The breakfast was good but the lady was very quick to put things away even while we were still gathering our breakfast. The room was clean and nice but the linens seemed grayish and limp.

Comfort, design, and affordability were 3 reasons that we enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites. The bed was quite comfortable with several pillows. The design was different in that it had a split bath meaning there was a stool and pedestal sink in one section with a sliding door then next to it was a shower stall with a vanity sink and sliding door. ..so two could be getting ready simultaneously. Additionally the rate was reasonable!!!!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room is clean and the shower is amazing.

Very large room, and a good value for the price. There were some paint chips on the bathtub, but other then that the room was in perfect condition. There is a pool on the 1st floor and a nice breakfast, though it was kindof small.

The room was nice but the hotel lacked a hot tub, and as night approached the curtains would not block out the light from outside. The room partitions are frosted glass so, although there is a seperate sitting area, when i got up early to read the light filled the room. Like wise when my wife went to the bathroom in the missle of the night, the frosted glass door filled the room with more light. Top it all off with thin walls and a noisy intersection outside and I will stay somewhere else next time I am in town. The staff was nice And compted us a razor we forgot.

I have never been treated better than I have here. I mean Everyone here is fantastic from the Breakfast crew to house cleaning. Its pretty rare these days to find any business with 100% customer satisfaction. You can expect it here!!!

Super clean and comfortable rooms. My family of five had a great stay. Plenty of room. Yummy, free breakfast.

We had stayed at a Hampton the night before and sadly Springhill did Not compare. The hotel walls are very thin. I was awake at 2 am and never returned to sleep. Between the toilet running once a minute, stomping upstairs, doors slamming, vacuuming, traffic noise, the room was a nightmare for sleep.

It offered what we needed at the bare minimum but really all we needed was sleep. Sadly that didn't happen.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was easy.

The staff is really friendly hotel is super clean really nice rooms, really the only thing I didn't like was the best tubs are kind of rounded at the bottom it's kind of dangerous for older people anyway, I would stay there again.

The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The layout is wonderful. Overall the hotel is well kept and the desk clerks are always friendly and enjoyable to talk to.

We like staying at SpringHill. The rooms are clean and accommodate our large family easily. The continental breakfast was very good. The location is a little odd, where you can't easily see the street you need to turn on. GPS had a strange way of arriving, but once you're there, it's easy to navigate from.

So shocked and disappointed with the customer service and lack of assistance from the front desk team today. I ve never had an issue before with checking in but for some reason today I guess helping a loyal and frequent customer wasn t a priority. I ve stayed plenty times over the last 3 months with this particular location. I flew in from from NY & lost my card while there. When I landed I went straight to the bank to get a temporary card.. they refuse to accommodate me even though other team members at the front desk and even the housekeepers recognize me. We could have even contacted the bank when I arrived so they could verify I received the card. All to say I won t be returning.

I stayed 5 nights here and have never ever had better service anywhere. This place is amazing and for the staff there are not enough words to describe how wonderful these people are. If i could give it a 10 i would. Thank you for such great service

The location was great. 7 fast food places in walking distance. Only 15 minutes from Bricktown. The complimentary hot breakfast bar was very yummy.... eggs, bacon, waffles, oatmeal bar, yogurt, cereal bar, and fruit. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. The pool is on the smaller side but indoor is still nice. We had a room with two queen beds and a sleeper coach. I was not a fan of the toilet being in the middle of the room. You can hear everything. The shower was in a separate room. I also registered online and it gave the option of lower floor, crib in room if available and extra towels. We got none of that. So if registering online don't bother selecting those options. We ended up on the 3rd floor and as far from the elevator as possible. Overall it was a good 2 night stay.... breakfast being the best.

Nice & clean. 2 Q bed room was large. NOT a fan of the frosted glass bathroom & shower room doors. Toilet is separate from shower room. Could still see plenty of flesh tones thru the doors. This wasn't exactly comfortable when you have 2 teen boys staying with you. Breakfast choices were slim but that was expected due to covid precautions. Our room AC wasn't cooling very well. We were offered to move rooms but it was late & we were too exhausted to move. We were able to get fans. It would have been better to switch rooms. Would stay again but not with my family due to the frosted (see-thru) bathroom & shower room doors.

I visited SpringHill Suites to visit my family members and it was a very nice place as soon we we walked in. The employees were friendly, and the lobby was very clean. Their room had nice furniture, and was very clean. If I were to recommend a hotel for someone, this would be it.

Very nice hotel close to I-35. Clean and modern decor. We stayed just one night but would like to come back if there is another opportunity. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is modern and clean. Breakfast has decent varieties. Overall, a nice stay.

Very friendly staff! Indoor pool is small but perfect for the little ones. Water was a nice temperature and bonus that the room was a good temp. Bathroom setup in room was neat. Liked having the seperate toilet and shower/tub areas. Breakfast was really nice with a great selection and variety. Also, both mornings varied what was offered.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The room smelled so fresh, and was extremely clean. We had a separate sitting area with a couch and desk, a refrigerator, a microwave, and coffee maker. But the thing we liked the most about the room is that the toilet and a small sink were separate from the shower area (which also had a large sink and large mirror), so that someone could use the restroom and not bother the person taking the shower. There was also a huge closet with a full length mirror. Breakfast was hot and yummy. The beds were comfortable and were CLEAN. There are several fast good restaurants next to the hotel....Taco Bell, Braums, Long John Silvers, etc....within walking distance. My husband wanted some milk so we walked across the parking lot to Braums and bought some. It was very convenient. They had a small indoor pool and workout area but we didn't use it. We plan to visit again!

I must say I'm very impressed by the 5 star service we have received here today. The setup in the rooms are very well done and everyone I have come in contact with from the front desk to house keeping has been very polite.

There was a awesome front desk clerk who helped me with many different things and never complained actually asked me if there was anything else let him know. His name was Zack my family will be back because the service was great !!

I stayed one night at the hotel. It was very nice inside and the room was great. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything I could have wanted. The hotel had a room with gym equipment and a pool. Overall, it was very nice experience.

We had a Lovely stay. The staff was so sweet and the room was crisp and cozy. Things I would have changed include the moldy shower curtain and the water stain on the ceiling. The pool is a salt water pool and it's actually pretty small. Breakfast was EXCELLENT. I stayed in a queen suite and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Ideal location lots of stuff around to do!

When we travel to Oklahoma, this is usually where we stay! Always clean and people are friendly. Close to some good food as well.

Bed was hard but room was nice. Breakfast was slightly better than avg. Shower was weird but once figured it out was nice.

The rooms appeared to be very clean until about the third day when I was in the room and the cleaning lady came in to clean and refill the towels. I saw her carrying a toilet bowl brush and a small bucket filled with cleaning solution and didn t think twice about it. She cleaned the toilet bowl and then that s when I saw her take the brush dip it back into the bucket and proceed to clean the sink and faucet with the brush she just 20 seconds ago had my toilet and every other toilet and sink in that hotel. Needless to say I told the front desk and immediately checked out and moved across the road. If you re planning on staying I would reconsider or not use the sinks.

Broken mirror in our room, our 11 year kids got yelled at for being in work out room, breakfast was sub par for what you pay, we had late checkout at 2pm but they cleaned our room anyways at 11am when we weren't there and took my phone bc they thought I left it behind so had to chase down the housekeeping to find my phone, they told me to call it from my room and ended up charging me long distance call fees for calling my phone they took
The pull out couch sheets smelled horrible like they havent been washed ever.
Kids had fun at the indoor pool and there is a nice patio area outside to relax. They did let me check in early and check out late for no extra cost.
Lots of fast food nearby and dollar general

I love staying here I never seen him around before the couch there was just super comfortable and if you're not comfortable pillows in the shower was like the coolest hotel I definitely recommend the Marriott cuz they have and then pancakes Cooper

Two rooms, sir some reason we were not assigned joining rooms. They were across the hall from each other and worked well.
There was a strong musty/stagnet smell that Lysol was able to remove. The fan being left on could have solved this problem by the staff.

Had a birthday party asked for 2 conjoined rooms and was told no problem to get got there then told me they over sold the rooms sorry nothing we can do to help that's why I chose this hotel. The hotel was clean and the kids had a good time swimming.

Great experience! Even though we booked day of on a holiday weekend, we still got a Queen Suite for just under 150! Loved the split bathroom, rooms were bright, clean, and cool. Beds were comfy, even the pull out sofa. Breakfast was good, a lot of yummy kid-friendly options. Staff was friendly, even helping quickly when our 18 month old managed to lock the bathroom door from the outside! Overall great stay and will use again when in the area.

This is absolutely my go to property when in OKC/Moore. Modern look and amenities, along with bright, friendly, helpful staff is a winner in my book.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but i cant get over how unprofessional the front desk staff was. She was wearing an old ratty sweatshirt and wiped her nose with the back of her hand then touched my id credit card and room keys.... gross especially during a pandemic.

Very nice, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. It is quite unfortunate that the bathroom doors are see through. This is a major design flaw. While the complimentary breakfast has a few delicious options, there is no meat, sausage, bacon, anything! This was especially disappointing to my Dad. However, you can make your own nutella and banana waffles, so this redeemed the breakfast situation for me!

We stayed with our Special Olympics group of 30+. Friendly and patient with our students. Went out of their way to be accommodating, even had paper ware for our pizza party. Room were nice, cleaned well and comfortable. Breakfast was great and they made sure all of our students had fresh food until the last one had eaten.
