Extremely clean Hotel was there in conference room very friendly staff but definitely recommend staying at that location

Nice place .. bed was uncomfortable to me and my husband. Probably won't stay there again . Food was great

I have never written a review, positive or negative, since I'm generally easy going with occasional missteps nor give too much attention when someone does a job they are getting paid to do. However, my experience at this particular hotel left me with a sense of responsibility to other business travelers. I was going to start by complaining about how the exterior looks new but the interior looks OLD, but my biggest complaint is with housekeeping. The floor in my room was obviously not vacuumed since there were little pieces of paper everywhere. Then I found a package of crushed peppers (like you get with pizza) under a drawer that hadn't been closed and random long hair on a chair that wasn't mine. Again...don't usually sweat the small stuff. Room was comfortable enough for a single night and I've been in worse. HOWEVER, the following morning when I went to take a shower, I pulled back the shower curtain, and there was a DIRTY rag on the edge of the shower. Not just used, but gross...like someone had wiped their butt with it or something. I then asked to speak with a manager at the front desk and was told they don't get in until 9:00-10:00. Really? Wait until the business travelers leave so you don't have to hear the complaints? Of course, the girl at the desk, just said sorry and went about her business - not rudely, but only mildly apologetic. This and a high room rate puts this entire chain on my do not stay here list.

Marriott needs to step in at this location. Initially it looks okay until you are trying to fall asleep and can hear everything. Evening desk was very attentive, morning staff was too busy gossiping with each other to say good morning

Nice hotel with all the amenities you would expect. The suites are a little bit on the small side, but functional.

We required a bunch extra towels and every request was granted quickly and with a smile from the girls at the front desk!

Clean rooms and nice staff as always. I stay at this hotel often and I am always pleased. Keep up the good work

The location was great. The room was awesome and very clean. The bed however was very uncomfortable.

When we couldn t stay at our other hotel because of a booking problem they got us a room not problem & a discount. They are really great with out kid.

We love this hotel chain. The front desk staff are always pleasant and accommodating. We stay at them due to the easy access to the airports and the shuttles early morning to catch our planes. We have never been able to enjoy breakfast, yet my request for this site is to have the refrigerator stocked with yogurts and fast grab items for guests who do leave early for flights. Bakersfield location had toast and fast grab options just for that reason. It helped us in that early morning rush.

I reserved a king bed, but got a double queen room. Next door guest was making a lot of noise. Amenities in the bathroom seem cheap and poor quality. Felt itchy on my body after sleeping there.

Disappointing visit. Website states there is hot tub. It was filled in and not available. Mot towels for pool. Pool lock was difficult. Took several tries to get into pool. Someone during our stay played super loud music that rattled our walls. Front desk stated that they didn't know who was doing it. They said they heard it too and would try and solve the problem. It was never resolved. The breakfast was a great option when they finally put pork sausage out instead of Turkey sausage. The nicest part of the stay was breakfast minus the runny eggs and Turkey sausage.

First off let me say my stay was good but the most phenomenal part of this whole stay was after the stay. I left my childhood teddy bear there and the manager Noah returned it to me all the way in FL. I wish I knew the woman who answered the phone in the night shift because she went out her way to find it for me. Thank you so much!!! The best hotel ever!!

Meeting will be epic, barring any unforeseen toiletary incidents.

Nice Hotel a few blocks south of I-40. Nice meeting room and dining area.

The room we had included a spa-tub and a separate stand up shower. Room was very clean and tidy. Counter staff was very polite and courteous. Good job everyone! A++

Great stay rooms were nice and was well taken care of. Had some WiFi issues.

Room was amazing and well kept. Staff was very friendly and the accommodations were nice. Close to local restaurants and within driving distance to local area attractions. Shuttle provided to airport at a very convenient time. Highly recommended.

Overall it s not bad. It s clean beautiful inside and the staff are nice. The king suite was nice but didn t have a joining door. The bed was like sleeping on a rock, no give what so ever. The pool was chilly and they don t have a hot tub. I don t think it s worth the money. Maybe about 20 lower would be good

The location is great, many restaurants within walking distant and a short drive to the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and comfortable, and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi are awesome!

Very clean and updated hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver "Demetrius " was very helpful and he reccomend some good places to eat. Thanks again Demetrius and staff!!!

It's got a great location with plenty of places to go do things within walking distance. Whether it's food, dancing or entertainment. The service there is pretty good as well.

I love this place it's clean and spacious and a indoor pool for the kids... this is fabulous

It was quiet and clean. It was probably one of my best recent hotel stays. Good job on a job well done.

Stayed one night, found the pool needs a thorough cleaning. The room was alright, several light bulbs needed replacing. Spoke with the manager and he is new to the facility. I believe given a little time he will make this a cleaner, more comfortable hotel. Will give it a second chance based on his response.

Planes taking off every five minutes, noise highly disturbing. Need to reduce the sound level. I originally thought it was an earthquake! We will never stay here again. When front desk staff was contacted they arrogantly responded "well this is the Airport Marriott".

Clean, good breakfast, bed was very hard. I would stay again if I had to but prefer a softer bed

Beautiful hotel set apart from the rest kinda makes it feel like it's not in the city. Very comfortable rooms. Kind of upsetting that it doesn't have a hotub though.

Horrible Service. No television for 2nd day now. I called help desk and she was rude. Door on closet door broke and hanging off!!

Our hotel room was leaking water from the fire sprinkler on the ceiling. There was another area in the ceiling falling apart. Told the gentleman at the front desk he didn't care nor did anything! We have stayed at several marriott hotels across the country this one by far is the most run down and unprofessional hotel we have stayed at. Save your money and stay some where else!

Rooms are very worn down for such a new hotel. Bed is hard and air fan will not stay on to block out noise from other guests. View is boring from my room. Best part is internet. Not lighting fast, but fast enough to stream video and work. Short blinded so no privacy.

Room was great had to check out at 230am and the front desk lady was not there. Found out she was asleep in a back room somewhere. I yelled and no answer. Had to call the front desk it rang 20 or more times then she came out front. You could tell she was asleep. I work nights and I do not know of a place where you can sleep on the job. Very unprofessional other than that I would stay there again. The rooms were nice and quiet.

Staff was amazing.. shout out to Aliyah she was extremely helpful when we were trying to print necessary documents to check in. She was very knowledgeable, the room was nice and clean, the nice gentleman was very helpful at breakfast and the continental breakfast was worth it... prices were fair as well. Will recommend and be visiting again soon!!!

The front desk was wonderful! Expedia has reserved us a room, and many other people as well, when there were no rooms available. However, the front desk took care of us and gave us an upgrade.

Am a marriott member, and was going to stay the night. Was told that my pet dog wasn't allowed. This was only after the coworker saw my wife with the dog. Otherwise my dog would have been just fine there. Stayed at the Hyatt instead - no problems.

My family and I drove 12-13 hrs to only arrive at the Spring Hills in Dell city and told our reservation had been cancelled that there was nothing they could do. Due to policy of a Credit card. As nd notification we never receivedWe came here to see my Grandson who has cancer and only weeks to live..shame on you Dell City Spring Hills. The young lady was rude and kept saying that's our GM policy...mind you we called the night before ...Thank God for this Marriott in Oklahoma City 4521 Sw 15th and Meridian..kudos

Good price but I'd say on the whole this hotel is a little below par for a Fairfield. Nothing in particular, just in general. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff is kind and friendly. I was surprised rooms were not better furnished and bathroom fixtures were dated for a hotel that is less than a year old. It is a quiet and clean place to stay continental breakfast is average fare.

Great room and great staff! Even though it's close to the airport the hotel is very quiet.

Rooms were nice, food was great, was afraid to get into pool or hot tub they were so disgustingly dirty

Location has many restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is literally down the street from the airport. Very convenient. They also have a shuttle service that will drive you to places like the outlet mall.

Stayed for a week on a business trip and was pleasantly suprised! Great service, really good breakfast supplied free of charge. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to OKC. Clean, quiet, close to many restaurants and downtown without the noise. Staff was great amd attentive. Many thumbs up to this place. Keep doing what your doing!

A nice place, close-enough to the airport. This brand is the efficiency-end of the Marriott family, so don't expect things like a bar or restaurant, but the beds were comfortable and the facility clean.

arrived at the hotel and planed on staying for two days so i gave them my card and paid for a two night stay.got to the room and it smelled like mildew or body odor not sure but it stank. notified the manager he came up and sprayed some netralizer. woke up in the morning to a cockroach crawling on the wall in front of the computer desk.went down stairs and asked for a refund and they refused. so i shortend my vacation to a one night stay and they could not refund the second night for three to five days.staff was not people friendly and really didnt care if i wrote a google review she said. i do not reccomend this hotel.the room was not clean and the staff was not friendly.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Amazing customer service, great coffee, and everything was spotless. I very much enjoyed the pool and my son loved having his own big bed.
