Had a great room with a jacuzzi- totally worth it. Wish they had a hot tub near the Pool but oh well. They let you stream videos like Netflix and YouTube on their wifi. no free meals here.

Great beds, great rooms...nice and roomy! Just have one complaint about the hotel not having free breakfast!

Halie, girl at front, needs to be replaced. There is NO customer service, specifically because of her. We asked for pillows for our son, she said don't think we have any. Bar closes very early, sign says 10, try 8:30 or 9. Towels hurt to use, TV doesn't work, light bulb missing out of lamp. Would not recommend! Would have been better taken care of at a campground!

Very nice and clean. Staff was really nice. Desk Clerk didn t offer the special price for breakfast. When he checked us in. Wasn t told it didn t come with breakfast.

Our power was out and we needed a place to stay. The Holiday Inn price was reasonable and the kids got to swim. Our room was clean and big, definitely worth the money.

The first room we got wasn't cleaned, an ongoing issue according to the other reviews. Fortunately the desk staff was friendly, deeply apologetic, and offered a suite at a discounted rate. Breakfast was a step above normal hotel continental breakfast fare - bacon was crispy, eggs cooked to order. Will stay again!

The room was dirty. The beds weren't made properly. Bed skirts were hanging about 5 inches extra on the floor and dirt and crumbs fell out when lifted. The bathroom floor was sticky. Three of us stayed in a room but was told only 2 could have vouchers for breakfast so was refused to be given any food.
One good point was the lady who worked at the desk on evening and night shift was very kind and very helpful.

Wasn't given the room I had called and requested. I made the reservations online. Upon arrival I was given a total different room and was told that the room I had requested was now already checked out. I was very unhappy

Most horrible experience - Front Desk had no customer service. Made reservations for 2 connecting rooms. Checked prior to arrival and was told only one room on reservation. So I booked another room and again requested connecting rooms. When I arrived they said I had three rooms reserved and no connecting room. I had 3 rooms on 3 different floors. Said they would take one room off our reservation and then re-arranged and got atleast 2 rooms on the same floor. Nice rooms. To much noise at night from kids running around and drunks in the hallways. But the kicker of this stay is my credit card was charged for 3 rooms. I called and did not get any satisfaction......they said I had 3 reservations. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY

When we arrived to check in the front desk was on her personal phone on a personal call. We waited around 5 mins for her conversation to end. Upon booking the rooms we were assured our rooms would be at least on the same floor as the guests we were staying with were on. This was not the case and no extra steps were taking to fill out requests. When my husband and I arrived to our room we noticed the floors had not been swept, the fridge had leftover food from the previous guests, sheets looked dirty and unchanged and there was hair our bathroom floor. When I called the front desk and asked for a refund she agreed. As we were walking down to leave to go stay somewhere else the housekeeping staff was talking very badly about us not knowing it was us they were talking about. All around a very bad experience.

Room was very clean and comfortable the stay was wonderful, the only reason for 4 stars is the guy at the front desk was very rude and quite inconsiderate.

The room was nice. Slightly outdated but still clean and comfortable. Everything worked well and the bed was super comfy. Lots of soft towels and I really like the bathroom products. One of my favorite Bath and Body works scents. There are many restaurants right next to it as well. Made finding meals super easy for us.

Not like it's better brother Holiday Inn Express, that serves a free breakfast, this place serves a dry, overcooked breakfast.

If my company wasn't paying for this place, I wouldn't stay here.

Super surprised at all the bad review, it s our 3rd time staying here, and everything/everyone is amazing. Our room was clean, beds were great. Christian, the front desk employee was amazing, the restaurant employee Lee made my day with all the recommendations on where to go, and what to eat. I ve had issues with the cleanliness of rooms before back in June, but noticed the Russian lady with the accent, seems to be doing a really great job this time.

We all have a lot of options when it comes to lodging. Do yourself a favor and choose a different one when you are in Oklahoma City. Incredibly dismissive customer service, WiFi which was so bad, it was like having nothing, and did I mention the poor customer service! Yeah, it stinks.

I really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff! Kelly at the front desk was super helpfull with a reservation mix up. My housekeeper Traci was very friendly and Daniel the shuttle driver! See you guys soon and thanks again!

This hotel needs to be cleaned. The elevator is absolutely dirty. The room where the ice maker is stored has cups and wrapping all over the floor. The hinge of the toilet cover in our room is broken and looks like urine has settled in it. Our room door has issues opening. And worst of all the entire hotel smells like sewage. I do not recommend this place.

I was leaving my room for a wedding today. When I passed the house keeper's I asked them not to clean my room only because me and my wife have some very valuable items in my room. . When I came back to the room they cleaned it anyway.. I will never stay at this holiday Inn again nor any other one again. Lizzie at the front desk was no help. She acted like she had no care about my experience. I'm very upset and frustrated with the whole thing..

My room was really spacey. Two elevators. You can do your laundry in the hotel for only $ 2, plus detergent and $ 1.5 for the dryer. Only down is that the machines just take quarters.
The front desk clerk are friendly. The gym is just for cardio lovers (2 treadmills, 1 bike and a stepper which doesn't work).
Pool is ok. Breakfast is awesome. Cooked to order and tasty.
Some guests can be a little loud.

Solid 3 star experience. Rooms bit dated, small bathroom. Comfortable bed. Overall decent experience. Bar closes at 930pm.

This once was a nice place to stay. My current room has lights that will not come on and a bath tub that takes forever to drain. The girl working the front desk last night should find something else to do. She obviously does not enjoy her job.

You would have a better experience if you slept on the sidewalk leading up to the hotel. First, there was no receptionist for 20 minutes. Had to call hotel to get someone to check us in. Stains on the walls, floors, rooms, curtains shredded, room layout completely impractical. Asphalt is more comfortable than these beds. Hands down the worst Holiday Inn I have ever seen.

Nice place, comfortable beds. I slept quietly and enjoyed my stay.

Get ready for a Long one Trip Advisor!

We had a less than stellar stay at this Holiday Inn. It was a nice enough hotel for the price and location- but the staff was absolutely subpar.

I originally booked this room for 3 nights for my mother who was coming into town for a visit-plans got changed so about 2 weeks out I added 1 night to the beginning of her reservation and 2 nights to the end of her reservation (This was done through an outside hotel search engine site-not directly through Holiday Inn). That being said two days before my mother was to fly into town I called the hotel (08/0516 @630am) to verify that the updates we had made to the stay were confirmed. The girl on the phone (I don't recall her name) was extremely rude and cut me off 3 times telling me I needed to call the company I booked the room through and refused to check the computer to ensure my mother infact had the full 6 days we needed. I finally decided I would call back at a later time and talk to someone who had customer service skills.
Check in was great. We dealt with a very nice gentleman (i believe his name was Richard? I could be wrong-SORRY!) who helped us sort out our confusing 3 separate reservations and connected them all together so we wouldn't have to check out and check back in multiple times.
Fast forward to Thursday 8/11. I dropped my mother back off at her hotel room close to midnight after a very long day. She called me when she got to her room to tell me that she had NOTHING besides her luggage in her room. They had completely stripped down the beds of the sheets, comforters and pillow cases.. There were no towels or toiletries of any sorts in the bathroom. When she called down to the desk the girl seemed annoyed to be getting bothered and told my mother she was the only person working in the hotel and if she needed something she would have to come down and get it... after a little arguing she finally caved and ran upstairs fast enough to give her a set of sheets and a comforter. When my mother asked for towels and pillow cases the girl said she would have to come down and get them herself. She told my mother she could get her a voucher for a free breakfast (Which she never received) for her trouble.
The next morning I called and asked to speak with a supervisor to get to the bottom of what happened and to make sure my mom wouldn't be making up her bed for another night while on vacation and no one was there that could take my call. So I asked to leave a message.
I received the answering machine of the GM named Cindy and left her a message stating what had happened and that I would like to talk, left my contact information as well as my mothers and never received a call back. My mother was there for another two nights and never once received an apology.

I don't work in the hotel industry- but we do own a small business here in OKC and I know what good Customer Service consists of, and I wouldn't even consider this staff to have mediocre skills.

That being said- Id steer clear of this place!

Upgraded us to a suite. Nice room. Very cold. Loved it.

The staff made the stay amazing for us. They turned a sorrowful trip into a comfy stay. The suite was nice and enjoyable. The location is ideal and the restaurant selection is great.

Seemed to be clean, they didn't disclose an additional 25$ accidental fee at least at this location. Also we came in at midnight as listed on our reservation notes and the front desk clerk was rude.

Lobby is beautiful. Although check-in is at 2PM, I was able to check in at noon. Showers are awesome, and the whirlpool is absolutely worth it. If you come, check out the restaurant.

My fault for not rejecting my room right from the start. My fault for not complaining before I left out. But I wrote out comment card provided in room. I wrote the following deficiencies :
1. Stains on bathroom floor discovered in the am. The only thing I went into bathroom for was to full water on bottle. I arrived tired dis-robed fell asleep almost after arriving. I pulled myself to find a 10 inch long blond hair on me. It's had to be in the bed linen while sleeping. Went into bathroom stepped in to a sticky stain on bathroom floor. Decided to shower to find the far shower wall with dried soap hand prints on wall. Yuck. Stepped out of tub after shower into another sticky stain on floor. Walked to the basin and discovered counter top nor wiped down and miscellaneous hair around rim of basin bowl as under mounted bowl meets granite top.
While getting dressed I noticed part of a peanut butter cookie snack wrapper on floor near bed. I am thinking all they did in this room was pull tuck bed dressing dump trash and add towels. BTW this a three star hotel.
Called Travelocity and no one takes ownership of trying to make this right. I gave my key at exit of day 1 with 3 nights to go.
With at least one vmail with manager without the courtesy of a return call. But all of this was my fault since I gave the key back.
Sorry excuse of housekeeping.
Poor customer service by manager.
Not recommended to even let my dog stay in that room. Totally gross.

The staff in the hotel are amazing. Both rooms had a bad smell ( they cleaned both of them) and one had wet carpet by the AC. The staff came to the room and checked on the AC. All the amenities were include. The staff we spoke to over the phone were very professional and nice. I know that the Baptist Convention is going on right now and the Holiday Inn is packed.

My stay was good, the front desk was extremely helpful, I had a few issues with my room but they were handled promptly.

I wish I could give this place less than a one. I drove from Texas to Oklahoma for my son's tournament and when I try to check in (after 4 pm) the front desk informed me my room wasn't ready. To be clear, check in at 3. James (CSR) informed me that once I get back from my son's 2nd game everything will be ready. He also gave me a number to contact someone to explain my experience. I decided to wait after the 3rd game. When I got to my room, what a joke! There were no face towels, my bed sheets looked like there was makeup on it, the TV wasn't working, there were crumbs near the air vents and outside the door, and the air conditioner vent had particles stuck in there.....just gross! Do not stay here.....this place is not worth it!

I went to the holiday inn on memorial in Oklahoma City to celebrate my daughters birthday. We had the worst experience ever!! The pool was supposed to be heated and it was ice cold, and there was so much noise that we could not even relax in our room. The worst of it all is waking up with bites all over us from head to toe. It's disgusting and still keep on finding new bites. I pray that the bugs didn't find a ride to my home.

It was a very good place for the event that we attend on Friday evening.

Awwwwwwwful! "Continental breakfast" is a joke, only cereal and milk. No fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner was garbage. Sweltering or freezing....no in between. Wish I had picked a different hotel. Will not be back

No free breakfast, Room keys needed trio be replaced everyday

We had a really mediocre stay here. From the get go they put us in different types of rooms than we reserved and then tired to tell us that they couldn't fix it in house because we bought the rooms online. They eventually got it sorted but it wasn't a good start. In general the hotel is just kind of in a wierd spot. It is like this Holiday inn is trying to be a fancy hotel, but you end up basically getting the worst of both worlds. For example, they charge for breakfast but it is still the same basic breakfast buffet you'd expect to get for free from this caliber of hotel. The rooms were in okay shape, but our bathroom had rust in the tub. Overall not thrilled.

Very nice hotel. It smells a little weird, like some type of ointment I can't quite place but, other than that, it's in a pretty convenient, yet quieter, type of location. Plus it's seems really well maintained and cleaned, which, I am a fan of.

I expected a working bathroom or at least moved to a room with a working bathroom but unfortunately Josh the manager didn't feel like that was an important amenity so lobby bathroom it is. I have never stayed in a hotel ( I travel a lot) with so little concern about the guest. I will never stay in a holiday inn again.

Comfortable atmosphere; good location; friendly staff

Mediocre at best. Clean hotel and room. Hard bed. Lukewarm breakfast and stale bagels. Crawling cockroach in lobby restroom. Good location. Four staff members lingering around desk at check in offered no smiles or warmth. Would stay again only if price beat 4 or 5 neighboring hotels.

Wonderfully clean, affordable and quiet. Keurig coffee in the room and tasty creamers in the lobby. Thanks for the great night sleep.

The hotel was great, the only downside was a soccer tournament was going on and it was loud during early hours.

Every employee at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. Entire experience from check-in to checkout was perfect. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable and modern. The pool was nice. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The waitress both meal times was very friendly and provided excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel. Price was very reasonable too.

Love that it has a in side pool and the rooms are big and comfortable...

Nice room and nice staff. The only downfall was a mess up from my company booking too few rooms which isnt on the hotel, and the lack of a free breakfast.

It's a holiday Inn express, what can I say? Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff are pleasant. Breakfast is extra and not worth it when you have Rudy's next door which does fantastic breakfast tacos.

Our room smelled like rotten eggs. When we informed the staff they said their was nothing they could do about it. Bedding was dirty and in the morning we were abruptly informed that the Buffett breakfast was $10.78 per person for a continental style breakfast!

Stayed 1 night. When I checked in the staff was distracted. They never ran my card properly. Said I was checked in and sent me to a room. Then they gave us men keys to my room. I am sitting at the desk when 4 other people burst in with a key and all their stuff.

I am so upset and shaken. The staff has not been helpful to easing my safety concerns. The manager took off work to avoid me. The woman at the desk this morning belittled me for not moving rooms. When it wasn t a room issue, it s a staff issue.

Super clean. Great room service. I think they even left extra towels after each cleaning.

This is one of the worst places. When we arrived to our room the a.c. was on and it was 39 deg in room. Next morning they had no breakfast when i asked they said they had continental breakfast because kitchen was closed. Cereal or bagel no milk and coffee.

I was visiting family that was in from out of town. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice as was the room.

Seemed like a good location. There were a few other hotels close by. Rooms were nice. Disappointed that the bar closed before 9:00pm on a Friday.

Very nice and respectful at the front desk. The room was very nice and clean. A nice sized suite with a a/c that will cool ya off. I would highly recommend staying here.

The area is good, the rooms are OK. Only flaw was I needed to cancel my second night, due to change of work location and they would not let me cancel the roomm.

The experience at the hotel was fine. The customer service afterwards was the issue. They messed up and charged my sister-in-law for my room. Her credit card number was never attached to my room. When I called to get it corrected the front desk attendant accused me of yelling at him, then hung up on me. The manager offered an apology, corrected the charging error, but nothing more. There are other hotels close by and I m sure their staff won t be so rude.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were polite and recommended things to do in the area for fun and the rooms were spacious and clean.

That room does not fit in for so called "free continental breakfast" so if you stay here...be prepared to PAY for FREE breakfast!
