"Jerry for the People" is not about or for the people. Their customer service is horrible. I dropped my car off Monday at 7:20 and it is now Tuesday 12:05 and they still have not contacted me about my car. I have left multiple messages, with no returned calls. When i did get a hold of service manager, he could not provide me any information about my car but told me I would get a call back in 30 min (that was at 10:00). This happens every time I bring my car to the dealership for warranty services.

Excellent customer service! You have a very knowledgeable staff with Giraud Gully. He is courteous, helpful and a true professional. He listened to the customer's needs and tailored the sale towards meeting those needs. Other staff members were also helpful and enthusiastic. Took care of a recall for my Jeep Wrangler here. Experienced no issues. Had a Hyundai serviced here last year, not as good of an experience (lug nuts weren't torqued following a tire rotation). Still, a much better experience than Cutter Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Pearl City, where they will not answer your calls or call you back if you email them.

It was a great experience. I got what I wanted at a little higher price. Sticker stated 43,000 but charged 47,000 on the deal. I guess the 4,000 rebate/special was added to the sticker price instead of being deducted from the 43,000. Interestingly enough, I still purchased the vehicle.

Service on the vehicle was good (oil change/all point inspection), however only 1 service writer was at the entrance to the "Express Oil Change" facility; she was busy on the phone, and once off the phone just waited for me to come to her for the request for service. In previous visits, the service writer(s) made an effort to greet you upon arrival, even when they were with other customers.

Also, there was no discussion of a 'quote' for the service. That should be normal practice for ANY service, even a simple oil change!

Previous visits rate a 5-STARS; this one, however, was lacking....

If there was a way to rate and review this company with 0 stars, I would. But 1 star will suffice for now. My husband and I traded in our explorer for a brand new car. Plastic still inside. It was sharp looking, with tinted windows and a hood wrap we were told was factory set. That starts lie #1. The GM at the dealership next door disclosed HE took the vehicle to have those 2 things placed on the car. Starting year 1 of owning the car we had nothing but problems. Here we are on year 3 and the vehicle is still having electrical issues, my main complaint to windward when we were on island. Not only is the car a lemon, but we were also provided confirmation that when we arrived on the mainland we could access satellite radio. That too, was a lie. When contacting Mopar, they explained that our car was not even equipped with the satellite radio antenna and there was no way to install one. We paid over $25,000 for a car that constantly has issues, peeling tint and hood wrap and no satellite radio. Get a second opinion before coming to these guys. Sure their customer service is great, but they lie out their teeth just to grab the sale.

Great experience. Appreciated the efforts to find what we wanted expediently. We had no intentions to purchase, we were just window shopping, but our Salesperson Kalau was very professional and service oriented. The only improvement I could think of is that The sales office could use a bit of "freshening up". The heavy "smoke odor" was pretty strong and unwelcoming. Otherwise, we enjoyed our experience and our purchase.

He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about Jeeps! Only reason why i gave 4 stars is cause when we first pulled up we had a salesman walk up to us and first helped us out after he showed us a few Jeeps he probably figured he wasn't going anywhere with us so he passed us off to Wally which I'm glad he did cause Id rather not give my business to someone who profiles or thinks we ain't got no money because of what we are wearing or cause we look young ...but I just wanna thank WALLY so much for helping us out! My experience with Windward dodge has always been the best customer service in any capacity! I ve purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past 6 years. My most recent just last week was from a Gentalman by the name of Wally This particular purchase was for my 17 y.o daughter. This has to be the most emotional purchase since your own first brand new car . Wally handled us with so much T.LC. It was as if he was family at the end of this purchase!! Awesome job ! I have had my Grand Cherokee at two locations on the island. town side and then took it to Windward. What an absolute difference!! The people at Windward were so much more welcoming and discussed what was going on with my jeep. The big thing was that they kept in touch with me to keep me updated instead of just waiting and wondering what was being found and how long things would take. It ended up at the dealership for a week so it's nice to be in the loop.

They also handled everything through the 3rd party extended warrantee and got everything they needed for the claim. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled and very professional. Lei was specifically extremely helpful and kind and nice!

I will make take the time to get onto the windward side fo as long as we're here on the island 100%!!

My review is going to be on the service department.
I arrived at 7:15 am for a simple oil change service. I told them to check my tires as well.
1 1/2 hrs later I was told that I needed a tire. Yes, just 1 tire. Ok I agreed. Waited and waited! Went up to the podium and was told that they were waiting for my AC to be checked as requested by me. No I replied, my AC is fine. So he told me they were waiting for a quote on my tire. This is at 9:45. At 10:45 still no word. Went up to the podium AGAIN. They told me the cost of my tire, but because my acquaintance had to be at work, I could not wait any longer. Now O have to come back to fix my tire. I m afraid of the wait. In all I waited 3 1/2 hrs, mind you in the lobby with the notion that I was to just wait about 1 hr. In and than out he said. I was 4th in line.. I was very disappointed by this experience.No need to carry on on how I was actually feeling. You get the point. I was just expecting express care . Snappy service so to speak.
They seemed to be unorganized and the one checking in cars was not being communicated to on about the time it would be to wait. Im very disappointed. 3 stars was only because of the wait.

I would really like to see something put up to shield the afternoon sun from the service advisors. That sun is brutal and makes it pretty unbearable to work. I was just standing there for a few minutes and it was incredibly hot, I cant imagine having to work in that sun every day. Please take care of those awesome advisors that you have!!!!!

Had an issue with the paint bubbling up at the edge of the hood on my 2013 Dodge Dart Limited. The Factory Warranty expired in March 2016 and had just over 27,000 miles. Windward Dodge said that since the warranty had expired that there was nothing that they could do for me. They suggested that I contact Chrysler about the problem.

I contacted Chrysler Customer Care. I explained the problem to them and they wanted pictures of the problem. Pat was my case manager and had arranged with Lou at Windward Dodge to take the pictures and submit them to Chrysler.

They decided that they would take care of the problem for me. Pat authorized the repairs and also a rental car. Lou made all the arrangements for the body work and the rental. He said the repairs would take 5 days. I had my car back in 4 days.

They did a fantastic job. the hood looks like new. Pat and her team and also Lou at Windward Dodge worked wonders for me.

Thanks to everyone for great customer service!! :)

I went in for the changing of a switch that was on a dealer recall. I asked to have my oil level lowered since it was about a 1/4 inch above the full line. They actually did that for me because I told them that's the way it was when I first took possession of the vehicle. Whoever did it didn't bother to recheck the level after he drained some of the oil out, because I rechecked the level after I got home and it was about a 1/4 inch below the full line. I guess they did a quick job on it and just took a guess on how much to remove. Anyway the car wash was nice and the car was done before the est. time to be finished, but they called the wrong number to inform me that it was done. Other than that, the service was done as requested. It might be nice to have 2 more ratings instead of just excellent and poor. Thank you.

Work was done quick and efficient. I can't take my car in during the week, so Saturday maintenance was super helpful, plus can't go wrong with the 120 day safety hazard. Safety Check took awhile but that can't be helped, at least it got done.

Great experience with Chris Weaver from Windward, as well as all other staff during the purchase of our new Grand Caravan. They were working as a team to get the best possible deal for us.
Every day since the purchase my wife states that she loves the car which is her primary vehicle for moving around the windward area and work transportation.
We've been Dodge/Chyrsler buyers since 1996, love their looks, style, conveniences especially stow and go, and most importantly for my wife, comfort while driving. Also, we've already experienced the advantages of it's efficiency with at least 20 mpg in city driving.

Went here after having a "vip" appointment with Brandon or Quentin neither sales managers came to speak with me after waiting 30 minutes. I was "greeted" by Eric and after 5 minutes of me asking what the prices of cars are I get told well I dont know I have to go inside and look I can get you the hook up afterwards. All I wanted to know was what is the price of different vehicles. It's like going to a restaurant and looking at the menu and not having a price. Eric gave me and my wife the worst attitude and customer experience I have ever had In 14 years of car buying i will never return to this establishment again.

The first day we went in they were incredibly attentive and we're trying their hardest to get us in the vehicle we wanted, it got too late and the banks on the mainland were closed so they promised to continue working on it and call me back before noon the next day. Today I've called 3 times before I finally got ahold of Will, who was working on it for us, and said he would call me back in 30 minutes, that was 3 hours ago. I get that they have a lot of customers and they get busy, but even a heads up would be great, I refuse to just sit around all day and wait, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. If only the service continued to be as amazing as it was the first night, I wouldn't have had a single complaint.

Greeted by a cute, young & cheerful representative, named Jewels, w/excellent customer service skills. Who then directed my attention towards Lou, whom expeditiously documented all my concerns, to make this portion of the process thorough, but smooth. Lou was very professional, as well as knowledgeable. Willing to give explanations in layman's term, if necessary. Diagnostics and all other information needed, Lou gathered to present by 1:00, which was sooner than I had expected. Gave best summary of situation at hand and what he advises, as a expert in that field. With HONESTY at the forefront, I give this part of the Dodge Windward Team a 10! Two thumbs up!! Hats off, to Jewels and Lou!!! When asked for a timeline, they both replied, "I really can't say." That's a good policy...while they continue to work on my extended warranty policy. Tire change/rotate and balance were much faster than I thought it would be. But it would have been better if I did not have to speak with your parts department directly to "Special Order" the OEM tires for my car and wait almost a week for them to come in. Its not like I use my car for auto cross.

I will never return to the service department. I purchased my car three years ago from the dealership and had all my standard maintenance done there. I had an issue with my electrical system in my car. Their service department was unable to repair my car that was under their "warranty". They did not help me in any way to find a shop that could handle the covered repair. I had to find a shop and had to arrange towing without any support. Their service manager, Jeremy would not return my calls to answer about this repair. It took over a week with multiple emails and calls to speak with the service department to find out what they did and diagnosed with my car. They said the "properly" replaced my spark plugs. However, this is the cracked spark plug that the mechanic at the second shop found that they had installed. They have lost a loyal customer. I will never bring my car there again.

The service dept is awesome, especially Darian. He takes care from start to finish and also updates you if taking longer than expected. This part gets 5 stars. I gave a 3 because I am highly disappointed that the "free car wash for life" perk was discontinued. That is one of the reasons why I followed through with the purchase of my vehicle. Driving away from a maintenance with a clean and shiny car makes you proud to own the vehicle you do.
