This was my first time bringing my truck here, but along with me was my grandmother in her own car doing the same services as myself. We both were greeted immediately when we pulled in and checked in about 5 minutes after arrival due to customers before us being checked in in the order of everyone s arrival. Being that it was my first time here for an oil change and tire rotation I was a little unsure of how this service would go but the second we were treated by Kiki who checked me I immediately felt at ease because of her friendly warm hospitality and knowledge towards all the questions I had asked her during these 5 minutes of checking in my vehicle. After the check in process my grandmother and I both left our vehicles and ran some errands thinking it would be at least a 2 hour wait since we were about # 8 and 9 in line for oil change, we were contacted in less than an hour about our vehicle status and our vehicles were ready for pick up at about an hour and 15 minutes after drop off.
We are both very please with our complete honest and helpful service. They did everything we need done and checked extra things on both our older vehicles and told us thing that need to be fixed or looked at in the near future. Overall we are very pleased and will definitely recommend them to everyone and we will continue to come service our vehicles here every time. Service was ok. I asked to check my tires because i could hear a nail clicking when I drove... They said they would. I asked again when I picked up my car and they said there was nothing there. I could still hear the clicking so when I got home I checked. Yup maybe no nail but there was a screw in my tire. I would recommend doing a walk through before you leave.

Service was good and Gabby the service rep was very nice. The service took kind of long, and the price was higher than I expected based on my understanding of the charges. Gabby tried to explain, and I just took her word for it because I had to get going.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I was definitely walking in thinking one thing and my mind was totally changed. Kaleo is a great salesman that never made me feel pressured in anyway. Mike the manager was very nice and did a great job finding personal ways to relate to me. I know that part of all of that is their job as a sales technique but they were able to not be cheesy or creepy about it. I did end up purchasing a car here on a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. I went and test drove two cars the Tuscon and a 2017 Jeep Wangler. I originally wanted the Jeep but it was not in the cards for me. However the Tucson was and I am very happy with my choice. I am very happy with the customer service from windward dodge Chrysler Jeep. I called and set up a recall repair with Pat the service department manager. When I arrived I was greeted by Pat were he effently documented the issue needed to be fixed. I was on my way in minutes. My jeep was repaired with in the time frame given. I would return again for service on my vehicle.
Just replaced my 1998 Hyundai Tiburon' s thermostat. Tried to use aftermarket parts from local auto parts store and Amazon. First and second try failed with major leak at thermostat housing. Did a lot of research on Google and found others had same results with aftermarket parts, but good results from Genuine OEM Hyundai parts. Called Windward Dodge parts department and they had the thermostat and gasket available! Picked up parts and noticed the difference between the aftermarket parts and OEM right away! Went home and put the OEM parts on and bingo, no leakage!!!! Didn't use RTV sealant either and still no leaks. I love Windward Dodge Chrysler Jeep Eagle and HYUNDAI!!!!!!!! Always great customer service, Mahalo and Aloha from a grateful customer.

Typical dealership. Shady business practices, their salesman will go out to show you cars and then somehow not know how much they cost?? For those shopping with a strict budget, this is absolutely NOT the place for you.
The speed with which the service was accomplished was excellent. Your service staff was friendly and efficient. The only problem I had - and it was actually my own fault - was that I didn't realize their was going to be a charge associated with the service. Although, I believe everything was explained to me when I bought the vehicle, I somehow must have NOT realized that I didn't pick up any maintenance coverage that would have included FREE scheduled maintenance. So although it was my own fault, I was subjected to some embarrassment as I did not have any money on me and had to use an emergency credit card which I am supposed to use for different and very specific purposes which does not include paying for service. I wished that I had been given an opportunity to either be billed for the service or be told I could come back later to take care of it - which I was not.
I always rate five stars because that's the kind of service I get when I go there to get my car serviced
WHEN I BROUGHT A CAR FROM WINDWARD DODGE 2 WEEKS LATER MY A/C WAS BLOWING HOT AIR I TOOK IT IN , AND EZ AS THAT THEY PUT IN A BRAND-NEW MOTOR PUMP AND I GOT 2 BRANDNEW TIRE ON DIFFERENT OCCASION , CAUSE OF NAILS PUNCTURE THAT CAN'T BE REPAIRED. CHARGED ME FOR ONLY THE LABOR ONCE WHICH WAS $45 BUT ON THE RECEIPT SAID $25

Service is good, advisors managers are friendly. I have bought 3 vehicles there. 2 Hyundai's and 1 Dodge. Most of my maint. and warranty work has been performed there. Car was just fixed over the weekend, but problem is still there. Not the dealer, this is a Dodge/ Crysler build issue. Have already had 4-5 phone calls complaining about it to the national customer complaint line, and they really didn't do much. Referred me to the dealer. The dealer agreed to replace the part, which I though was stepping up. Should have been the factory IMO. Dealership needs to change thier website, so you can just look if you want. You have to put your phone # and email just to look at thier inventory, then you get phone calls and texts from sales people who which is very annoying.

quick and easy. only thing I would say could be improved is that when I left after the service that day, there was a check engine and a service light indicator ON, on the dashboard. I wish they would have checked what was wrong with car, especially since the car has an engine warranty with Windward Dodge. The service light and check engine light is still on, so I will need to call perhaps, to make an appointment.
Here is the place to get a car, they were awesome, on top of everything explained everything. Main part of it all they helped me with what I got to put down. My mom, sister and I had the best experience buying our car. I feel sorry that I did not give my budget at first and got to test drive a Sonata and fell in love with it, but when we finally got the price, I could not afford it. We ended up buying a new replacement to our old Elantra but we were sooo happy that they had the color we wanted and it was ready to go. But the best part of the whole experience was Jay Lee and Rachael Schell. They are the best people you have. Jay is a wonderful person to work with. He is very informative on the car features, we are so comfortable speaking with him and we have some things in commom with him like the Korean soap operas. We love him. And Rachael came in special for us that day to help us get to the right price and she worked very hard and was able to get us the right price. In all, the experience was the best we have ever had in buying a new car. We also got invited to a car clinic in which they should us how to handle our cars, how to keep them clean, we saw underneath the cars, how to check the oil, radiator fluids, at least we can see what needs to be changed. We know to keep a good schedule for maintenance so the car with have a long good life.
So again, we had the best experience, we have friends to call on for help and we have the best car in our posession. We are very happy with Hyundai. Thank you very much - The Prado girls

I have to say, I actually liked buying my car from here. My family and I love our new Sante Fe, and have had a great time with it on the main land. The service was always great whenever we took it in while I was still on island and the salesman never hesitated to help me out whenever I came by. I was a bit disappointed that they never fixed the curb rash on our trims when we bought the car but yeah. Still a good place. Here's some pics of just one of our road trips with this great car.
Bad customer service. Sold my vehicle to them and attempted to cancel my warranty. Once I left the island they called and told me that they gave me the wrong paperwork and I should go to a local dealership to get the correct paperwork, which is clearly them trying to throw their problems on another dealership. Now, 4 weeks later I still have not been able to cancel my warranty due to negligence on their part. Still currently in the process of trying to cancel and get my money back that they don't want to give me.
The atmosphere at this Dealership was stress free!! I had a salesperson who was brand new to the team, help me. He really knew what he was talking about. His team leader was real helpful too. Overall, a great Dealership to shop for that new ride in Hawaii! Mahalo:)

The vehicle I was looking at was at least 10k over blue book and they were trying to give me 5k under fair trade in for my car. On top of that now I'm getting a bunch of junk mail. Don't go here!
This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I understand they don't make money on warrenty repair but when I book an appointment on something that should take two days at most, it shouldn't take two weeks.
I've always had good service when checking in through the express. Lei is very quick to greet and efficently takes information and moves you along the process quickly. There was no back up so doing the service and checking my brakes was a breeze and I was in/out within a 1/2 hour. keep up the great service.
Brought my Jeep to Windward Dodge Chrysler Jeep when after trying for 3 years to get an OCR recall done at Honolulu Dodge Chrysler Jeep and them telling me they didn't have the part. After 3 years and 5 recall notices they couldn't get the part? So I called the NH&TS and they called Windward DCJ and they said they had the part and could do the job the next morning. These guys really showed me the Aloha spirit and professionalism when I brought my car in the next morning, and they even gave me a ride home to Kaimuki and later came back and picked me up to bring me back after my car was done. From now on all my service work will be done by Windward DCJ. Never ever will I go back to Honolulu DCJ. Thank you Windward DCJ and especially to Lou Pelekai the Service Manager and Hiram our shuttle driver for all that you do!
