We went down there with no real expectations.
We wanted to see if they could possibly get us out of a lease. They made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Explained everything thoroughly and clearly without making us feel like we needed to agree to anything. I felt so good about the experience that had they not been able to help us I would have left feeling good regardless. Mr. David Nygaard was the sales rep helping us find a possible fit. He knows his vehicles and whatever technical questions we had. Rel down to earth guy. I recommend seeing him.
Mr. Brandon Naleieha (one of the managers) made everything else happen..gave us several options and we left with a vehicle and situation that was definitely better than before.

Would have received higher score, but no one acknowledged me by my name when I picked up my car and paid. There was no Thank you and on this rainy day there was no paper put down to protect my carpet in my vehicle. Yeah I was a little disappointed to say the least

Best car buying experience ever I almost want to buy another one just to do it again.

I received excellent service! I feel a great pleasure taking the trip all the way to one of the most beautiful parts of Oahu to maintain the quality of my vehicle. Their attention to detail makes me feel at ease :)

We purchased a new Renegade there a few years ago. We didn't get get the best price. However, we didn't work very hard to achieve a good price either. The real problem I have is with their service department. Our Renegade is stricken with what is known as the Renegade Rumble. Their service department stated that it was a known problem but, that there is no known solution for it. My own research has revealed that it there is a solution but, it may involve costly repairs involving the replacement of major drive components that should be covered by the warranty. They wasted our time to bring in our jeep at least 10 times in an effort to get it fixed and were told the same thing every time. Each time they would seem to play dumb about the issue and even would tell me the they could not look into on days that I had an appointment just for that purpose. They flat out refused to attempt repairs for 3 years. Now our factory warranty is up. Our only hope is to possibly get it fixed on the mainland by a more reputable mechanic that is authorized to work on it with the extended warranty we purchased. I also was given a hard time when it came to a loaner or rental that is promised in writing my the manufacturer but , that they did not want to honor.
I recommend people look elsewhere to buy or service a new Jeep.

The buying experience at Windward Dodge Chrysler Jeep was great! From the beginning of the buying process to the end actually picking up the car it went so smooth and quick. Dave Oh stayed in contact with us the entire time and kept us updated on the entire process. Dave was very knowledgeable about the process, he was also very professional. Could not have asked for a better salesman. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go buy cars from him. Hands down best car buying experience my spouse and I have had. Ever.

I had a great experience car-shopping here. My salesman, Christian, was entertaining, polite, and helpful. We looked at many different styles of cars to find the right fit for me. My trade-in was easy and they helped me get the best financing possible. I would recommend anyone on Oahu stop here first when shopping for a new vehicle.

With the worst credit in the world , I was still approved and given more then top dollar on my trade-in. Can't speak for everyone else's experiences but I love the vehicle these guys put me in. Some time in the future i'll definitely be back.
