I bought an Accord on 15 October, when I pick the car up on the next day, 2 rims got big scratch. They let me go back one week later to change the rims. On 17 October, they called me said I need to provide my SSN card, which I asked them on the day I pick the car up and they said they didn't need. So I went back, give them the SSN card, and 3 days later, I went back again for changing rims.
On 21 November, they called me again said they couldn`t register the car and get license plate because my non-residence form expired. That form is good for 30 days when it initiated. The dealership should know that since they sell thousands cars to military member on island. But they wouldn't go to DMV in 30 days and wait until it expired. So 40 days after I bought this car, I still drive with temporary license.
At least the staffs are friendly, but they should do better job to make the purchasing smooth, instead of making customer come back again and again.
