They are the best. I was in and out in a flash and the part for my car in stock.
The parts department never answers their phone. I try to understand they may be busy with in house customers but I've called and left messages the past four days and never received a call back. In all the calls I have made, I have gotten ahold of someone once. I would rather they put me on hold at least, over having an answering machine they never check.

After working with their service department, I have updated my rating to 3 stars. For everything that the parts department lacks, the service department makes up. They kept me updated every single step of the way and they beat every timeline they gave me along the way too.

Great customer service. Only problem was that it took hours for my truck to get an oil change due to my truck being too large for the express lifts thus needing to go on a repair lift.

I've been coming to Windward Hyundai for 2+ years now and I've yet to be disappointed. The staff is great in both sales and service department. Gabby at the service desk is always friendly and knowledgeable. I always get the facts right up front, including how long the wait will be depending on the circumstances. If the situation changes, I'm always made aware promptly. I don't mind waiting for my car to get serviced, but it helps to know the time-frame so I can plan accordingly. I would recommend Windward Hyundai to friends and family.
Service was provided during the pandemic and was completed quickly and efficiently in the time frame discussed. I had however been misled that recall work could be completed when I brought the car in for general servicing. Parts needed to be ordered rather than addressed electronically w/no problem. Also, the man who signed me in had no mask or gloves on. Not as it should have been.

I tried for two days to set up an appointment for service and all I got was bounced around on the phone and then hung up on.
Ya know.... whenever your car doesn t start and you have to call the roadside assistance, it s never going to be an easy day! Sure the Happy Day Doggie Mobile had some electrical issues! But I wasn t concerned, because I knew the crew at Windward Chrysler was going to take care of me! You see when I go to the dealership, for me, it s like coming home! The service Department took awesome care of me and set me up with a rental! Within 1/2 hour I was back on the road in a Dodge Caravan with the help of Hertz rental car. The next day my vehicle was all pau! I highly recommend Windward Dodge, Chrysler Jeep as a place for Service! If you are looking to purchase a new car or need parts for your vehicle, this is the place to go! Friendly happy people there!

Make sure that when they tell you they are giving you free oil changes that it gets written on your sale. They will tell you what you want to hear then not be true to their word. I guess it s the usual salesman but it s still a dirty move when you drive from across the island to get something you where told it was free then have to pay for it..
Met great people, I was not expecting to come out with a car that day but they made it happend! It was an awesome first time car buying experience. Makena was great, easy to talk to and answered all my questions from beginning to end. I recommend this place for anybody who is intimidated to go to a car dealership for the first time. Do not use Windward Dodge for any type of auto service. They recently changed out a battery for me that was under warranty and the battery was found defective less than a year later. This seemed a little suspect to me so I returned to Windward Dodge only to be told that I am out of warranty and a replacement will not be performed. It's not that fact that the battery faulted within a year that upsets me, it is the fact that the Windward Dodge customer service department treated me like crap. I then politely asked to speak to a manager and it took the guy 20 minutes, I eventually just gave up and left.
A car dealership should always try to do the best they can to make their customers happy and I must say Windward Dodge falls short of doing this.
Went to Dodge Windward October 2019 and spoke with David Nygaard and CJ. They both worked with me and helped put me into a car I will love. They adjusted the price and gave discounts to make it even better! If you visit this dealership I would 100% recommend giving these two a visit. On top of all this they have an excellent service center and customer service representatives. Thank you!
We were given the wrong last appointment time of 6:45 on New Years Eve. When we arrived at 6:20, we found the dealership deserted. There were just a few people around. The salesman and skeleton crew were very polite and helpful, and made sure I got the rebates, which ended that night, and got me in my new car. I love my Tucson, and I'm proud to say, I was the last car sale of 2018 at Windward Hyundai!

From the very start, everyone from the Phone Service Representative, Sales Representative Byran McGovern, and Parts Service Sales Representative Valerie were extremely professional, curtesy, and friendly. I considered myself very fortunate to have met Byran from the very beginning and EVERYDAY AFTER the Sale. Bryan completely went over EVERY detail of my new Jeep; from interior to exterior, and (never before) a tour of the your facility. He has also answered every text or email AFTER THE SALE. I and many friends have never experienced or heard of such professionalism and caring service.
I would like to reiterate about his knowledge of every detail of the vehicles test driven. There was no guessing on what the Jeep can do - his knowledge was explained throughly, with ease, and fluency.

Awesome first-time experience. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and thoroughly explained all that I needed to know. I was very blown away at the professionalism and superb customer service I received. To be honest, I was a little skeptical because I had heard some not-so-nice stories from other family and friends, but I am extremely happy that I had listened to my sister Lauren - a former employee - and got my Charger serviced here. Excellent experience overall. I prefer electronic communications and they were great at texting and keeping in contact to set up an appointment. The seller was funny and very personable (Kevin). His boss helped work the deal to get within my budget that i required. Finance team was nice, although the constant back and forth for "add on" protection was not appreciated. I realize this is part of the business plan and not specific to those folks though and everyone was super nice. Great follow up when I had questions after.
Fantastic service and the safe tires for life warranty is the best thing!!!! Told everyone I know about it!!! Happy I chose Windward Hyundai!

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Dodge Ram Truck brand new in Jan 2012. The first two years we had no problems with the truck. Jan 2015 made 3 years and this year alone, the Ram has been in and out of your service department 4-6 times between Feb. and Dec. due to electrical and mechanical problems. That information can be verified with your service records and representatives Bob Katzman and Kimo Makaula. I strongly feel that is too many repairs, too soon, being made to a fairly new vehicle.
On November 29, 2015, having dropped off the truck for the 5th time to your service dept., I decided to file an on-line complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Windward Dodge. BBB responded; the complaint was forwarded and now just awaiting a response from Windward Dodge. Yesterday 12/5, I received a call from Ocie in your office suggesting that we come down to meet with one of your managers that can help us get out of this truck that has been nothing but problems and get us into a new vehicle. I asked her if she was contacting me in response to my BBB complaint, she said, No.
That s a disappointment from a reputable business such as Windward Dodge, that no one from your office would take the time to address a customer s concerns.
Every oil and tire change, safety inspection, recent electronic and mechanical repairs; have all been made by your service technicians. If the problem is not the vehicle itself then the problem is with your service technicians. It appears that a band aid is applied each time the truck is brought in and the real issue(s) is not being resolved.
Written on your business card is the For the People Pledge, which states, We are a dealer for the people. That means we put our customers first before everything else. We believe that everyone deserves to drive a nicer, newer car today. Our business is not selling cars, our business is finding solutions to the everyday problems that keep most people stuck in a car they hate. We re on a mission to change the world by helping people get the car they want and deserve. My goal is to be a trusted advisor in the process.
Ocie set us up to meet with your sales manager, Sean Cabutage. I explained to him all the information stated above. In addition to that, I informed him that we just picked up the truck from your service dept. Thursday night and Friday night the Malfunction Indicator Light illuminated on the truck panel. We brought in the problem Ram hoping that your sales manager will stand by your truck and your promise to find a solution to our problem, instead he was more interested in getting us to purchase a new vehicle at $36,132 and that s not including fee s and taxes. To make matters worse, they did not address the malfunction light.
We will seek legal help in this matter if this problem is not resolved.

I have been a loyal dodge owner since 2009. I loved my Ram limited edition longhorn Laramie. I had expectations when I went to this dealer. Sadly I was very much disappointed. ZERO negotiating, no sit down, ZERO dodge loyalty care. They showed me a sales price for a dodge rebel. A price they would not budge. I m happy to say I walked away... happy to say a got a fully loaded 2020 GMC AT4 at a cheaper price and a more friendly environment. Sales manager so arrogant. I m so happy he would not negotiate because I got a better deal. Thank you!!!!
Service department can definitely use some improvement. They "lost" a part that was ordered and they reported was in and ready for installation. When I leave messages for the service manager, he doesn't return calls. For instance, I left a message if they could install my new license plates that they have in possession. It didn't get installed, I didn't get a return call, and that was 6 days ago. However, I'll give them 2 stars, only because the owner had my vehicle washed and delivered back to me because they couldn't change out the part that was "lost" the same day. Hmmm...I wonder what's going to happen when the parts get in. I'm a believer in second chances.
I can't believe it. I came there for a car and Kemo, Eric, Mark and Brandon got me the best deal so that I could afford a brand new car on a teacher salary. They even gave me a box of school supplies for my students. They went above and beyond.

I can say a lot about this place. I'll start by saying Amazing service. Wally Kainoa Choy is the most personable sales/Trusted Advisor rep I have ever dealt with. If you are worried about financing, your credit and payments but still want or need a reliable car, they will work with you. They especially support and do their best to work with military service members. I was nervous buying a car because of debt and Wally made sure I had a car that fit my needs and budget, even with my credit score, when I walked out the door. He didn't even strong arm me into buying it like a lot of dealership reps do. I couldn't be happier and if you are looking for a car, whether you're in the military or not, and you just moved to Oahu, go to Windward Dodge. Trust me.

They will scam you out of money, tell you a list of things are wrong, and won t ever answer the phone again. I ve been try to call the service manager for days now, and he s never available . This place is a joke. We had a second opinion done on our vehicle, with only one issue needed done out of the 16 they said it needed.
Went in as part of a Visa Card promotion for test driving a Hyundai.
Test drive (Veloster) went OK. They did not have the car I was interested in (Genesis). Struggled to get them to follow through on giving me the giftcard promo. A manager kept telling the salesman that they would call us tomorrow. I had to repeatedly tell them that no, I did not want to be called and that I just wanted my giftcard. They would not do it that day. They said they would take care of it in the morning. The following day it was still not done and I had to call them and harass them into finishing the 3 minute process. Finally got my giftcard but if that's what this dealership is like, I don't think I want to buy my next car from them.

The guys were really friendly. The first time I went to the dealership, there was an issue and they were patient to help me. When I returned the next week, they were very helpful and I was able to purchase my own vehicle.
When I called to ask about servicing my car, the Lady that I spoke with was a little rude on the phone. She said to come back another day but Im not sure if she'll call me to remind me that my car needs servicing. I don't want the added stress of wondering when I can bring my car in for its necessary services. I hope that she calls. Other than that, everything was good.

Without a doubt the best service experience I've had. I brought my 08 Dakota in for a suspected failing water pump. They took the truck off my hands and about an hour later called to confirm it was a failing water pump and gave me a price quote. I authorized the labor and only 3 hours later they called to say my truck was ready. I was expecting a least a day and maybe two. Very professional throughout.
Bought an Ioniq from Giraud today. The whole experience was great. Best car buying experience ever. (I am 52). They were so much easier than Tony Hyundai. They lost a sale over $350.
