Truly a dealer for the people. Be wary of their sales staff. They're quite good at being salesmen. Word to the wise, if you've never purchased a car before or are not familiar with how dealerships can be, try to bring someone who is experienced with the car buying process. The staff is kind and if you have a problem with a car you just purchased, try to speak to Jerry V. he's a good man and will take care of you.

Then they say it was your fault for coming to them "We didnt come to you, you came to us". They admitted that they overcharged me and suggested I just "let the car get repossessed" write it off, and then they would sell me a less expensive car, because of "what I've had gone through"! Run as fast as you can in the OPPOSITE direction! Do NOT go to this dealership.

As a prior Car Sales Consultant, I must say I wish all dealerships could follow Widward Dodge Chrysler Jeep MO on how to treat and sell a car to the customer. I want to give a huge shout out to Okeanu Kama and his Sales Manager for the great experience. There was no push and pull, it was as easy as sitting down for just a couple of hours and get me off the lot with a brand New Dodge Durango GT 2020. All I know that if you come to them, you will not be disappointed. As I stated, I know the game on the car business and they did not played any games. Negotiations was exactly as I wanted from the beginning.

The customer service is fabulous. The reason for the 3 stars is it takes 3 hours to wait for an EXPESS oil change. The oil change itself may be quick but you have to wait 3 hours to be seen. If that's the case we should be able to make appts, or definitely don't call it express. Other then that check in and checkout with staff is always pleasant.

They always do a good job when I take my car in service. I feel that they are a bit pricey, but I guess that s what you can expect from a dealer. The company does send out coupons for discounts, but they don t always coincide with your service. I really liked it when they gave you your car back washed, but they don t do that anymore. Overall, I feel that they do a good job and stand by it.

Okay y'all let me tell you I went to three dealerships in search of a new preowned vehicle. Two of them laughed when I told them where I wanted to be price wise (I always state a lower price then I intend to spend) and wouldn't even show me cars. So I packed up my two kids and headed to windward dodge and Chrysler where I previously leased a car from and said the very same price I had at the other two dealerships. Without hesitation they started asking my needs and wants and showing me vehicles. I fell in love with a car that was 3times the price I told them I wanted to spend HOWEVER it was everything I wanted. So after a little bit of bouncing numbers around they were able to shave off a few thousand dollars for me!!!! They were fast, friendly and super accommodating as I had two young kids with me as well! I'll continue returning for service and all my vehicle needs!!!!!

Everyone was very polite. The reason 4 stars is because when we first got there we didn t know where to go to service our car. After parking in the service line we waited about 8 min. outside of our car before someone greeted us and pointed us in the right direction. A check-in here sign would be helpful because there are several windows to offices and then the checkin counter.

Windward Hyundai uses the same facitlity as Windward Dodge for their services. I have had problems before with the Dodge side but had no problems now. Their service has vastly improved since my visits with my Dodge Dakota. I took my Hyundai Accent in for service and they were fast, friendly and proficient at their jobs. I look forward to the next service so that I can confirm the improvements and be able to put down a "loved it" for my experience.

I must have gone in at an opportune time. There was no wait and my oil change took no more that 30 minutes. The only disappointment I had was the fact that there was a "soft update" that needed to be done on the vehicle but was told that no one could do it at the time and I would need to come back later. This is difficult for me, as I work long and crazy hours.

Really? Sorry I shop online and don't like to be harassed by car dealer sales department until I am ready to purchase or test drive. Research is critical in buying a $50,000 item and seeing what each dealership has on island is critical to determine what to research. Very disappointed in how this company tricks people into giving them contact information.

I really like my car and the dealership for the most part has been great but lately my phone calls go unanswered from the service department when I ve really needed them and I wish the male worker who checks you in was more knowledgeable and acted like he cared about his job. Almost every question I ask him he just says oh.. I m not too sure about that, you can come back another day and ask again but doesn t go to anyone else to find the answer ??? I miss the small repair shop feeling where you can actually talk to the person who is fixing your car instead of this middle man who is just waiting to run my credit card for as much money as he can and rush me out of there.

I will only bring my baby, a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. I bought from them new and finally got to experience the love here personally. I only have 23,000 miles and picked up a nail. I brought it in to get it fixed for free under their free drive sure benefit program. You get 4 months of tire hazard protection everytime you get your oil changed. The nail was in the sidewall and couldn't be fixed so as promised they replaced it FREE (I had to pay for the mounting and balancing just like anywhere else) but paying $25 for a $150 Hankook low profile Sport Tire is insane. They also do a 30 point inspection free and one of the things they check is the tread depth of the tires. Well when they did so they discovered the other 3 were below 3/32 of an inch, you guessed it they replaced those under the free tires for life program!!! You get when you buy Any car from them!!! What just happened, 4 new low profile tires for under $100!!!!!

My experience was not pleasant. I had scheduled to do recall work on my caravan in Sept. but it took 3 hours to determine the part wasn't available. Then they said they would call when they received them, but they didn't. I scheduled the next appointment that took 4 hours in nov. Also my blinker wasn't working upon completion and it worked fine on the way over. After telling the manager I would replace the bulb, they continued to troubleshoot it to another component. This seemed sketchy! Why troubleshoot a lightbulb any further? Also I caught attitude from the associate when I expressed that the work they had done inside my dash could be the source. It seemed like amateur hour in the technical and managerial Dept. And now I have to find out what they broke.

Lou Pelekai, Service Advisor maintenance at Windward Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep is a reason that I wouldn't buy a car from any other dealer but Windward Auto Sales. He takes great care of my Jeep, lets me know exactly needs to be done, and when it needs to be done keeping my Jeep in optimal condition. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the people in the Finance department. They need to warm up and brush up on their people skills. Didn't feel the aloha w/ Sean he was very robotic(cold) and not very thorough & informative. He just prints up a bunch of papers, points out where to initial and sign and tries to sell me another warranty package.
I had paid the car in full!! He didn't mention anything about the title of the car nor did he give me a temporary registration.
I purchased this car on 8/16, Friday and told Sean I would bring in the title for my trade-in on Sunday. As I reviewed my papers later that night, I realized he had not given me a temporary registration & one of the documents I signed had another persons name on it.
On Sunday, I went to Windward Hyundai to turn in the title & spare key to my trade-in. Met with Jay who kept the spare key & instructed me to turn in my title to the Finance department, see Don (I think that's his name). Again, walked into into the building, no one to be seen, cold. All the office doors were closed. Lucky they had names above the doors. Knocked on Don's door, he looked confused when I opened the door. NO "How can I help you?" I had to explain to him why I was there. Gave him the title. When I told him I needed a temporary registration and showed him the document that needed to be redone. He rolled his eyes! OMG!

I arrived with the vehicle to my appointment on time and was greeted by Lou. He was friendly and helpful. I was there for a recall. I was concerned about how long it would take, since the service dept had said it could be 5 hours and I had all of my kids with me. Luckily, Lou said there was only one car ahead of me and it was already being worked on. He called me about an hour and a half later saying my car was done. It was wonderful having it done so quickly and by Lou understanding what I needed.

SHOUT OUT TO KEVIN! My husband and I went with our friend to help give him advice on trading in his vehicle. Kevin S. helped us in every way, shape, and form! He was super friendly and was very knowledgeable, considering it was his first day working with Hyundai. They were able to show numbers that were feasible for our friend and even got his auto insurance lowered. Then we decided to look into trading in our Hyundai, due to their rebates. Kevin was not pushy at all and was able to give us a lot of information on the Kona. They gave us a great price on our trade in and worked hard to make things work for us. Overall it was a great experience and we felt at ease. I ll continue shopping with Hyundai, as this is my fourth!
