Highly recommend Infiniti of Honolulu. My wife and I had been in the market for a newer bigger vehicle than what we had, which was a Kia Forte. Well looking online, we found a vehicle that we both liked and wanted to take a look at, test drive and see what the overall numbers would have been. So I sent my information to them and quickly received a response from Alana. She let me know the vehicle was still there and answered every question my wife and I had. But with my work schedule, we didn t get to the dealership until after she was gone for the day, but when we got there, the other staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up having Keith help us with what we could do that night; since it was already so late in the evening and he was super helpful on all of our questions and getting things started to purchase our new vehicle. However, with as late as it was, all the banks were already closed so we had to come back the next day to finish things up. Now here s where it gets really good.....

The vehicle we ended up buying had only been on their lot for a few days, not even long enough to go through the service department for an inspection or be cleaned and detailed from the previous owner. However, my wife and I contacted our bank and were approved for the loan of the vehicle and I contacted Alana first thing in the morning to let her know we were going to be buying the vehicle and we would be at the dealership shortly. Well of course they had to get the vehicle through service and detailed. Well between 9-12, for us to go to the bank to get the check, drive to the dealership and leave with the vehicle serviced and detailed, it was done. They definitely take care of their customers and will get the job done. Also, their location is so much nicer than you would think for the area it is in, everything was very clean, they had plenty of refreshments and snacks for while your waiting.

Definitely an overall GREAT, GREAT, GREAT car buying experience. Much better than some of the other dealerships we went to on Oahu.

Infiniti of Honolulu provides the BEST customer service around! Everyone there is extremely helpful and they truly care about their customers. With Covid, the safety of their staff and customers was a priority as well. I am SO happy with our new QX60 and my children love having the extra space! I am now on my 4th lease with Infiniti of Honolulu and I am so thankful for the assistance in getting me the exact SUV to meet my family s needs while being a beautiful SUV!

Keith was great, very informative and answered my needs and emailed all requested information very promptly and I was happy to purchase my vehicle through him.

Checked out a vehicle today. No pressure sfrom staff to sell a car today. More a check of what we need in a new vehicle and a matching of what they have based on our need. Very refreshing change to the normal car purchase scenario. Alana and Daniel were great today to work with. Still have to work through the financials and that normally is the more difficult portion of the transaction... so more to come in the futire.

Contacted Alana Boyce via email to schedule a test drive and she was available within 2 hours the same day I notified her. I ended up purchasing a CPO vehicle from Alana, she was courteous, professional and knowledgeable of their vehicles; she stayed over shift almost two hours to ensure my process was complete and I was satisfied.

Great service from Infiniti once again. Scheduled an appointment with Kayla. Met with Jason Tokunaga upon arrival. He explained the work to be done on the routine maintenance schedule. He later contacted me regarding a leakage of a coolant hose. The replacement work was quickly done and my vehicle was ready for pickup within two hours after I checked in. Very impressed with the service I received from Jason again. Thank you.

Place looks really nice and clean. There are snacks and coffee bar for customer. Seems to have plenty of customer parking.

Great staff. I had an appointment with Daniel, but I ran behind. The staff let me look around with minimal interaction, which I prefer. Once I was ready to speak to a salesperson, I notified the staff, quickly Jerry K. arrived and helped me find the vehicle for me. I look forward to continuing business with them.

Finally took car in for recall work. The entire process from scheduling to return of loaner was flawless. Customer service is #1

Can t beat the great online sales service at Infiniti. I owned my G37 for 10 years and finally decided to upgrade. I perused the Infiniti website and posted interest in a particular car. Daniel Morisato contact me the following morning and within 2 days I drove off with my new QX50. He was super informative and very responsive to my multiple calls/texts. Just an overall great guy! He made the purchase process seamless. In addition, he installed my new car s accessories to save on labor costs. Mahalo Daniel for great customer service!

I was greeted by Service Consultant Racheal Sagadraca. We only had to have the batteries of the key fobs replaced. She was friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer all questions with the regards to the key fob.

Infinity and everyone we dealt with were the best and they go above and beyond to make everything go perfectly.

I had the most seamless experience at Infinity purchasing my leased vehicle. Most of the process was accomplished via phone and email and I simply met with Jeff and signed papers and I was out of the door in 30 min!

Kailee was really helpful and nice. Awesome customer service! Not pushy at all and listened to my request. . . Will definitely go back if inventory suits my needs!

This was my second stop of the day. My 1st stop was at the Cadillac dealership where my husband and I walk around inside the show room for almost 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence. We went over to Infinity of Honolulu and we were greeted immediately and told they were busy but someone will be with us as soon as possible. Wow...my husband and I were impressed with the sales associate that assisted us (thanks Daniel M.). We have a few more vehicles to look at...but right now Infinity of Honolulu is winning solely on customer service.

Highly recommend Keith Castillo at Infiniti of Honolulu. After looking at used cars at several different dealerships and being turned off by various hard-sell sales consultants, it was very refreshing to be helped by Keith and his no-pressure yet very helpful approach. Keith made car shopping a very pleasant experience!

One of the worst experince I had. They give you a nice loaner car but they don't clean it or check if you left anything inside. They'll just leave it as is from the previous loaner. The loaner car I had was messy, the previous loaner left fork, comb and had dry liquid spills on the seats specially in the back. If you accidently left something in the car they won't notify you about it cause they don't check and if another loaner use the car you can't do anything about it anymore. I left my sunglasses in one of the loaner car and it took them 2 and a half weeks to tell me they don't have it when I called them a day after I returned the car. They told me someone else has the car right after I returned it, that tells me they didn't even clean or check the car from 2 previous loaners and let another person use it. They don't care if the car is dirty or if you left something in the car. I guess it's not their job to do their job.

It s always good service whenever I go, as it was this time. However it was a little disappointing to see familiar faces gone especially Racheal. I understand shrinking labor forces are the signs of the time. I hope we can soon get back to normalcy. I don t want this to sound like a rant; but you asked.

Great place to get your service done! Complimentary coffee, juice, soda, water and snacks. Deals and salesmanship could use a boost.

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Esther Kim at Infiniti of Honolulu and couldn't be happier. I was originally looking for something larger and had looked everywhere for the right car and the right loan. I actually didn't think I had a chance at such an upscale dealership. Imagine to my pleasant surprise when Esther, thinking out of the box, suggested the Pathfinder and a loan to go with with it. I was a little skeptical that the Pathfinder would do all that I needed it to do, but again, I'm glad I was wrong. It's actually just "Goldilocks" right!

The purchasing process was friendly and efficient, without skipping any steps. I never felt rushed. Everyone explained every detail to me, even the ones that I felt didn't need to be explained. They were so careful; in a word: professional.

I had a rapid flat tire on my Q50 while driving. Contacted Alan in the service department. He quickly brought up my info from their computer and told me to let him know when I can bring it in.

I called about 30 minutes later to make an appointment. Spoke to Jason. He said to bring it right in.

They checked the tire and determined that it was un-repairable. Replacement tire was in stock. The entire service was quick and easy. Jason and Alan were very professional and helpful.

I'm glad I bought an infinity Q50. Not only because I enjoy the car, but also because of the service and friendly staff.

You know what I like about this place? They have price points for every income we bought a used car here in 2015 just as a beach car or spare for friends or family visiting. Car still runs brand new! In and out fast, people were nice through the whole process. They even took care of my next safety inspection.

I am looking once again for a car for my daughter. And once again there are a few that I really like and in my price point. I will be down soon in person.

So apparently he got my info from someone in there. That was it.

I am buying another car through them so I definitely suggest them.

My son and I arrived a few moments later than our appointed time and our customer rep, Alana Boyce, was ready and waiting for us. She gave us plenty of time to inspect the car before heading out for a road test. She led us through the entire buying experience with a very friendly and professional manner. I felt like I was making a purchase rather than being sold something. Received a call from HPD advising that our wheels were stolen off of our car last night, that was at the Infiniti lot. Spoke with the GM Bill Micklsen and he is refusing to take responsibility for the damage caused to our car while on their lot. Telling us to call our insurance, when this wasn't our fault.

My check in was handled quickly, the waiting lounge is comfortable and offers a variety of seating options. There was bottomless beverages from bottled water to hot chocolate. The snacks were over the top, a lot of other dealerships don't offer nearly half as much to make their customers comfortable. The car was washed after the service was completed and checking out was fast and courteous.

The service provided by Jason of Infiniti cannot be matched by any other car dealer service that I have had in the past.

Customer service is on point and service with them is fairly quick and easy. Literally hassle free. We went in one night not even expecting to drive out in our new car. They took the time to get us a great loan thru my local bank which is a plus. They definitely take care. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone. Good job Infiniti!!

I've wanted a QX50 for the past ten years and decided that this year was it. I live on the island of Kauai, a plane ride away from Honolulu and the nearest Infiniti dealer. However, fortune was smiling! Alana Boyce received my inquiry and became my salesperson. With her facilitation, I financed, bought, and took delivery of my beautiful QX50 without buying a plane ticket, getting a hotel room. or braving the big city congestion. Thank you, Alana! this is not a good dealership. specially the people that works here, they only think sales at all they don't think about helping the costumer. I have a trade-in they took my key and the people that work their they said to "go ahead and test drive the car if you like take it home I can and see if you like it. the following day I came back, they said I cannot return it because its been over a day and I cannot return or exchanged the car. watch out, if you are planning to trade in your old car do not give your key because if you do you well not be able to see your car back, they will rip you off big time! I am warning you do not go to this dealership. Specialy if you are military they don't like you, they only serve the wealthy!!!! if you are military pls do not go to this dealership.

My wife and I spoke with a sales representative the entire 3 hours we were there. The sales manager could not get off of his butt to speak with us. The customer service was terrible and I will never buy a vehicle from Infinite Honolulu!

Called in to see if a part was available for my car and had no answer after 4 calls. Ended up going there instead and had no help. I walked in and the person in the front desk was on a phone call and then decided to walk away. No help at all....

The Infiniti of Honolulu dealership is top notch. I have been taking my car for regular scheduled vehicle maintenance since 2004. My service adviser, Jason Tokunaga, knows that I normally request a loaner since I drop off my car first thing in the morning. Appointments are easy to make and if I need a last minute car repair, they'll take care of you.

Service is great and the staff are very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

I can t tell you how much easier it is to deal with Infiniti of Honolulu than other dealerships. I would have thought buying a luxury car from other dealers would entitle me to easy scheduling of service and loaners readily available but that isn t the case. I ve had to wait to make appointments and loaners were never available. Infiniti of Honolulu is the by far the best dealership to work with; they always have appointments available and loaners ready. The car itself is great, Infiniti s are priced great for all the luxury and safety you get, the sales department is great with their service and follow up and the service department is exceptional for the long term relationship of owning a vehicle. Great job!

Awful experience. Bait and switch. Lies and constant contradictions. Flew 10 hours for a car for my daughter based on a specific car, price, credit approval, etc. etc. then arrived and was given a totally different car. Then sales rep kept saying one thing and a few minutes later denying he said it. Manager never showed his face and they knew I was flying 10 hours to do the deal. Told them I would complain and they did not care.

Basically they are wanting 200 more a month and 2000 more down payment than than was promised for the same car.

They are trying to sell an Infiniti Q50 premium rear wheel for a lease of 2000 down and 538 a month. They told us it was 410 a month with 0 down prior to flying ten hours here.

On the mainland the same car is 399 a month and 0 down and it costs 1200 to ship it here so I will buy there. Rather than pay 538 a month and 2000 down at this dishonest dealership.

They also refused to show window stickers (were in glove box), and said they would email or text it and hurried off with the sticker without letting me see it and NEVER sent it or shower it.

We asked for a manager and said we would complain about bait and switch etc etc and lies and overall dishonesty and window sticker underhanded behavior etc and the manager refused to even talk to us.

Will NEVER be back here. Bought around 10 cars in Hawaii over the years and never had this dishonest of an experience. This dealership is the worst I have ever experienced.

A close friend had a similar experience here a few months ago, he advised lies as well and he left without buying a car also.

Stay away or be ready to pay thousands more than you should. Yes cars can be a little more expensive in Hawaii but not 40% more and not ok to lie and bait and switch on an advertised special with a 10 hour flight in play etc etc

I go in for all my service needs and safety inspections. Almost always goes faster than expected.
Just did my safety inspection the other day. Went in at 710am and left at 750am after they did the courtesy car wash.
I didn t test my luck but I called prior and they even said they would take my car insurance from my USAA app and I didn t need the hard copy.
Overall a great experience.

Daniel Morisato was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I dread walking into a car dealership but Daniel treats you with respect, listens to what you are interested in, doesn't push you to a different vehicle, makes you feel comfortable, and doesn't apply any pressure. With prices of vehicles you should be treated with professionalism and integrity... Daniel brought both to my experience. Thanks.

My experience with Infiniti of Honolulu was great. In total it took one call to explain my needs and one day at the dealership to test drive car and sign off on my papers. The car has been running great. They were able to work with me to find a car that fit my price range. I referred my friend to them recently and they are working with him as well to find a good deal that meets his budget. Give them a call if you need a new or used car!

In addition to providing a loaner when available or a ride (shuttle) when not, professional and caring work on my car, and updates throughout the day, here at Infinity, building a long-term relationship matters.

Three specific examples from the recent repair of my AC come to mind. 1) the Shuttle driver Randall arrived on the nose; he had driven me before and while expertly navigating the roads, we had a very pleasant conversation. 2) the technician working on my car proactively went one step further in his testing to arrive at the true problem instead of settling with the first/obvious problem. This resulted in a less expensive repair. 3) Manager Alvin Niki proactively remembered a previous conversation and commitment and, without my asking, applied a generous discount. Alvin s leadership is evident in throughout.

Always a pleasure to drop my car for service. Great customer service and great satisfaction all the time.

2 stars because this is a mixed review. My husband and I purchased an Infiniti in 2019. It was an easy process and they were great to work with. When it came time to purchase a car for myself, I went back to Infiniti expecting the same service. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I arrived I saw the vehicle out front. I was given 10 minutes to test drive the vehicle from the time I was given the keys. I needed a few minutes to acclimate to the car and move my seat before I left the parking lot. When I returned, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. Before I made it back in the building I explained, I don't need financing. I was asked if I could stay for an hour to a hour and a half to make a deal. I said no my husband had an appointment and I needed to get home, I just need a price. I was told they wouldn't negotiate a price if I didn't come in. That sounded reasonable so I went inside. I was asked a minimum of 3 times if I needed my husband to come down and approve the vehicle. I was asked what dealership my husband was at because I said he had an appointment. Not understanding the question because he was at the dr, I became flustered and gave an out the door price. I was told they couldn't do that price and they hoped they didn't give me the impression they could. The only impression I was given is that as a woman I am not capable or intelligent enough to purchase my own vehicle. I left and was called about 10 minutes later with a price but that price was only good for approximately 2 more hours. At that point the price didn't matter. I was not willing to be pressured into spending my money and be treated like that.

Gave me the best deal for my trade in and also the vehicle that I wanted!!! Hit up Keith! Awesome guy! Will recommend family and friends!!
