Highly recommend Infiniti of Honolulu. My wife and I had been in the market for a newer bigger vehicle than what we had, which was a Kia Forte. Well looking online, we found a vehicle that we both liked and wanted to take a look at, test drive and see what the overall numbers would have been. So I sent my information to them and quickly received a response from Alana. She let me know the vehicle was still there and answered every question my wife and I had. But with my work schedule, we didn t get to the dealership until after she was gone for the day, but when we got there, the other staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up having Keith help us with what we could do that night; since it was already so late in the evening and he was super helpful on all of our questions and getting things started to purchase our new vehicle. However, with as late as it was, all the banks were already closed so we had to come back the next day to finish things up. Now here s where it gets really good.....
The vehicle we ended up buying had only been on their lot for a few days, not even long enough to go through the service department for an inspection or be cleaned and detailed from the previous owner. However, my wife and I contacted our bank and were approved for the loan of the vehicle and I contacted Alana first thing in the morning to let her know we were going to be buying the vehicle and we would be at the dealership shortly. Well of course they had to get the vehicle through service and detailed. Well between 9-12, for us to go to the bank to get the check, drive to the dealership and leave with the vehicle serviced and detailed, it was done. They definitely take care of their customers and will get the job done. Also, their location is so much nicer than you would think for the area it is in, everything was very clean, they had plenty of refreshments and snacks for while your waiting.
Definitely an overall GREAT, GREAT, GREAT car buying experience. Much better than some of the other dealerships we went to on Oahu.

With Covid, the safety of their staff and customers was a priority as well. I am SO happy with our new QX60 and my children love having the extra space! I am now on my 4th lease with Infiniti of Honolulu and I am so thankful for the assistance in getting me the exact SUV to meet my family s needs while being a beautiful SUV!

He later contacted me regarding a leakage of a coolant hose. The replacement work was quickly done and my vehicle was ready for pickup within two hours after I checked in. One of the worst experince I had. They give you a nice loaner car but they don't clean it or check if you left anything inside. They'll just leave it as is from the previous loaner. The loaner car I had was messy, the previous loaner left fork, comb and had dry liquid spills on the seats specially in the back. If you accidently left something in the car they won't notify you about it cause they don't check and if another loaner use the car you can't do anything about it anymore. I left my sunglasses in one of the loaner car and it took them 2 and a half weeks to tell me they don't have it when I called them a day after I returned the car. They told me someone else has the car right after I returned it, that tells me they didn't even clean or check the car from 2 previous loaners and let another person use it. They don't care if the car is dirty or if you left something in the car. I guess it's not their job to do their job.

I was originally looking for something larger and had looked everywhere for the right car and the right loan. I actually didn't think I had a chance at such an upscale dealership. Imagine to my pleasant surprise when Esther, thinking out of the box, suggested the Pathfinder and a loan to go with with it. I was a little skeptical that the Pathfinder would do all that I needed it to do, but again, I'm glad I was wrong. It's actually just "Goldilocks" right!
The purchasing process was friendly and efficient, without skipping any steps. I never felt rushed. Everyone explained every detail to me, even the ones that I felt didn't need to be explained. They were so careful; in a word: professional.

They checked the tire and determined that it was un-repairable. Replacement tire was in stock. The entire service was quick and easy. Jason and Alan were very professional and helpful.

You know what I like about this place? They have price points for every income we bought a used car here in 2015 just as a beach car or spare for friends or family visiting. Car still runs brand new! In and out fast, people were nice through the whole process. They even took care of my next safety inspection.

The snacks were over the top, a lot of other dealerships don't offer nearly half as much to make their customers comfortable. My service adviser, Jason Tokunaga, knows that I normally request a loaner since I drop off my car first thing in the morning. Appointments are easy to make and if I need a last minute car repair, they'll take care of you.

I can t tell you how much easier it is to deal with Infiniti of Honolulu than other dealerships. I would have thought buying a luxury car from other dealers would entitle me to easy scheduling of service and loaners readily available but that isn t the case. I ve had to wait to make appointments and loaners were never available. Infiniti of Honolulu is the by far the best dealership to work with; they always have appointments available and loaners ready. The car itself is great, Infiniti s are priced great for all the luxury and safety you get, the sales department is great with their service and follow up and the service department is exceptional for the long term relationship of owning a vehicle. Great job!

Awful experience. Bait and switch. Lies and constant contradictions. Flew 10 hours for a car for my daughter based on a specific car, price, credit approval, etc. etc. then arrived and was given a totally different car. Then sales rep kept saying one thing and a few minutes later denying he said it. Manager never showed his face and they knew I was flying 10 hours to do the deal. Told them I would complain and they did not care.
Basically they are wanting 200 more a month and 2000 more down payment than than was promised for the same car.
They are trying to sell an Infiniti Q50 premium rear wheel for a lease of 2000 down and 538 a month. They told us it was 410 a month with 0 down prior to flying ten hours here.
On the mainland the same car is 399 a month and 0 down and it costs 1200 to ship it here so I will buy there. Rather than pay 538 a month and 2000 down at this dishonest dealership.
They also refused to show window stickers (were in glove box), and said they would email or text it and hurried off with the sticker without letting me see it and NEVER sent it or shower it.
We asked for a manager and said we would complain about bait and switch etc etc and lies and overall dishonesty and window sticker underhanded behavior etc and the manager refused to even talk to us.
Will NEVER be back here. Bought around 10 cars in Hawaii over the years and never had this dishonest of an experience. This dealership is the worst I have ever experienced.
A close friend had a similar experience here a few months ago, he advised lies as well and he left without buying a car also.
Stay away or be ready to pay thousands more than you should. Yes cars can be a little more expensive in Hawaii but not 40% more and not ok to lie and bait and switch on an advertised special with a 10 hour flight in play etc etc

The car has been running great. They were able to work with me to find a car that fit my price range. In addition to providing a loaner when available or a ride (shuttle) when not, professional and caring work on my car, and updates throughout the day, here at Infinity, building a long-term relationship matters.
Three specific examples from the recent repair of my AC come to mind. 1) the Shuttle driver Randall arrived on the nose; he had driven me before and while expertly navigating the roads, we had a very pleasant conversation. 2) the technician working on my car proactively went one step further in his testing to arrive at the true problem instead of settling with the first/obvious problem. This resulted in a less expensive repair. 3) Manager Alvin Niki proactively remembered a previous conversation and commitment and, without my asking, applied a generous discount. Alvin s leadership is evident in throughout.

When it came time to purchase a car for myself, I went back to Infiniti expecting the same service. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I arrived I saw the vehicle out front. I was given 10 minutes to test drive the vehicle from the time I was given the keys. I needed a few minutes to acclimate to the car and move my seat before I left the parking lot. When I returned, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. Before I made it back in the building I explained, I don't need financing. I was asked if I could stay for an hour to a hour and a half to make a deal. I said no my husband had an appointment and I needed to get home, I just need a price. I was told they wouldn't negotiate a price if I didn't come in. That sounded reasonable so I went inside. I was asked a minimum of 3 times if I needed my husband to come down and approve the vehicle. I was asked what dealership my husband was at because I said he had an appointment. Not understanding the question because he was at the dr, I became flustered and gave an out the door price. I was told they couldn't do that price and they hoped they didn't give me the impression they could. The only impression I was given is that as a woman I am not capable or intelligent enough to purchase my own vehicle. I left and was called about 10 minutes later with a price but that price was only good for approximately 2 more hours. At that point the price didn't matter. I was not willing to be pressured into spending my money and be treated like that.

Excellent customer service. Purchased a used luxury vehicle. Keith exceeded my expectations. He was very patient and thorough. They close at 7pm but stayed past 8pm to complete the transaction. Highly recommend!
