Always trust Windward Dodge Service to take care of my Dakota and Charger. Lou tells me what needs to be done and advises me of other problems that may become a concern later. They always guarantee they re work and oem parts and never hassle if call/come back with questions. I plan to stay with Windward Dodge for my servicing and repairs and will probably by my next Dodge their also.
Most of the time I would easily give 5 stars. The staff is friendly, caring, and talented. Today I went in to get my oil changed. It took 35 minutes which is great. when they told me my car was done I was told that they found a screw in one of my tires. It was another hour and I went to see if my car was ready and it still was not done. I got so frustrated I told them to give me my car. I said you had the car up already you could have fixed it right then. I was told it wouldn't take long. I asked if it would be another hour and a half? I was told that it could get done within 30 minutes. I said okay I'll give you another 30 minutes. Less than 15 minutes later my car was done. They jacked it up and fixed the tire. There was no reason not to fix the tire when it was already up and they were changing the oil. This is the first time I've given less than five stars. Although there was a hiccup today I recommend them and their staff for your automobile needs.

One of the worst dealership ever. I know I made a mistake going to this place . I traded in my Dodge Dart with a net trade in amount of 3050.00$ and we agreed to the amount of car that I m going to get which is 30k$ with a 6% Interest Rate . So that being said if the cars value is 30k$ , it should become 27k$ because of the trade in value of the car I traded in. They confused me and showed me a lot of numbers but didn t even clear all of it to me .
And now ! I have a 33k$ of financing . I made a mistake .
I had a burnt out brake light replaced. All I can say is the service was fast and they must not have made a cent for what I was charged. They have always given good service when I have been there and my Hyundai Elantra Touring has served me well.
Upon arrival I was greeted righted away by Lou. He explained how long it would take them to service my vehicle. When my vehicle was ready, Lou came in and got me and explained what needed to be done. Lou was very accommodating and friendly. I appreciate the culture at Windward Dodge!
Lei and the Service team went above and beyond today when my diesel grand Cherokee threw a code that was difficult to clear and rare. The team worked closely with me ensuring I got my Jeep back in a timely fashion. I can't say enough good things about my interactions today!
Customer service is great at calling you back if you have an inquiry via the messaging system. Parts, well...needs to put a little more effort. I was called back on Friday by customer service not even 10 minutes after i left an inquiry online. Regretfully, i was transferred to parts. It was late 5:56 pm, so I left a message but never received a called back. Called on Tuesday and the guy i talked to, attempted to play it off as he had already talked to me. I was also going to inquire about performing service to me jeep but he cut me off quickly and hanged up the phone. Guess i have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
Sales crew and staff was great. Finance department was quick. The only hang up is updating the registration and safety check stickers, which is taking a a while now.
The staff and the service are just first class. Prompt, quality service at a reasonable price. This is why I drive from Aiea to Kaneohe, because I know they will take care of me and my truck.

Make sure you have good credit & get one big amount for put one down payment because if not, they don't show aloha. Yeah, in the beginning they do, help you out, everything. But once it comes to paperwork & that credit score don't look good, they completely walk away and have someone tell you thanks for trying, and have a good day. Not even offering another vehicle. Not even "thank you for coming down" nothing! Don't be fooled.

I was actually David s first sale at this dealership and I feel everything went well. Originally I was going to go for this Honda Fit but took it home and unfortunately felt uncomfortable with how it felt. Let David know the next day and they let me bring it back for this fun Elantra hatchback. David cares about his customers and wants to make sure you leave satisfied I highly recommend.
We purchased a used car from Windward - they were all so nice and helpful! A few days later we found a broken component on the interior of the car. We contacted them, they ordered the part, and fixed it right away once the part came in. A wonderful group of people to work with!!

We went car shopping with the intent of coming home with our second vehicle. We rode through the lot at first and spotted a vehicle that really caught our eye.
They had the best selection out of the other 4 dealerships we had already looked at. We went and ate lunch and did our research on their vehicles. We went back and that s where we met Mike.
He showed us multiple vehicles that were what we were looking for/needed. He also noted they don t keep cars on the lot that are older then 5 years and over 50K miles. Which was impressive, I didn t want to waste my time looking at vehicles that didn t match our criteria.
Mike and his team worked on a deal for us on the Vehicle that was our number one pick. While we continued looking. Not once did I feel pressured. They heard my concerned and was able to make the deal happen. In the total time for the actual buying process (sticker price, negotiations, agreement, to finances) was roughly a hour and a half. Ranson and his manger made a deal for us that was impeccable. The vibe of the entire dealership was super laid back. Everyone we came in contact with was nice!

Every time I've walked in, I came home with a vehicle. The experience is very comfortable, professional & they still come off with the aloha spirit. I went in on Friday night just to go look at some cars and check prices and stuff because I literally had 12$ to my name and Garrett and Ransen helped me out. Now, my credit is s*** and I have no family or any help for like... co-signers and stuff. These guys were able to get an approval for me to drive home for 0$ down with a monthly payment that I m SOOOO GOOD WITH. They listened to my needs and wants and helped me pick out something that my lack of credit history will allow that I just absolutely adore. In addition to that, their customer service there is off the chain! I really felt like I was at the homies house with these two. And it wasn t just the 2 that helped me. The entire staff took care of me and talked story with me in between paperwork and stuff and were just lovely. My experience was A1 with Windward, from my initial interest with the online chat consultant all the way to the finance guy right before I drove off in my certified pre-owned 2015 Chrysler 200S with 13,000 miles on it. Sexy dark charcoal grey. Yessssaaa. She cute or whatevaa. No but for real my new car is so sexy you guys. The customer service was great. And it was easy working with Lou the service adviser. The only reason I rated it three stars was because all of the issues I brought it on for started occurring again shortly after I had picked it up. I have not returned yet, but plan on dropping of my vehicle again to see if they can track down the issue the second time around.

Service was great, props to the service department for the fast service. Happy with the free car washes too. However, I was surprised and disappointed with the $60 upcharge for the required synthetic oil change on my Ram Promaster City since I paid for the $1800 maintenance plan which was supposed to include free oil changes.
It was quick, efficient, and very professional. I want to thank Bob Katzman for his assistance with the expediting of the paperwork. I was the first oil change so I was out of there in about twenty minutes. That is five-star work to me. Thank you service department. Keep that attitude always. Aloha!
Krissie called me within 5 minutes of me checking out the Windward Auto website. I wasn t sure what kind of car I wanted, so she suggested I stop by. I moved my appointment several times, but I happened to be in the area, so Krissie set me an appointment right away. Kainoa was waiting for me outside. Windward Auto has CoVid procedures to protect the customers and their sales team. I appreciated that. Kainoa walked me through the car buying process with much aloha and patience. It was my first time purchasing a new car on my own. Kainoa listened with his ears, mind, and heart. He found the perfect car for me! In addition, Mike helped me get the car I needed within my budget. Donnie made sure all my paperwork was completed properly and I m just waiting for my new plates. Kainoa called me the next day to follow up with me and check if I had any questions. I d refer everyone to Windward Auto anytime and every time. M halo!
I believe this business over charges their customers. They tried to charge me $1500 for brakes and rotors. I had them done for 1/3 of the price... I dont know how these people sleep at night!
My wife and I purchased a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country van from them in 2015. We were in a pretty dire situation at the time and were very grateful to Windward Dodge at the time. Going through the buying process, they would always contact us. As soon as we bought the van and drove off, all contact came to a halt. The only service that was awesome was the car wash service. Uncle Lua and his crew work hard and take pride.
Fast forward to present. We got over the fact that we could never rely on Windward Dodge and their service department. Anyways, we got into an accident and long story short, the van was deemed a "Total Loss" by the insurance company. The insurance would be short about $4000 of what we still owe on our loan. We remembered that we purchased the GAP insurance through the dealership when we bought the van. The insurance cut the check and sent it to the bank. We eventually get through to a finance rep at Windward Dodge (after 2 days of constant calling and no return on voicemails and rude receptionist) and I was given a number to call the GAP insurer. My wife cooperates and provides the GAP insurer what they request. Come to find out, Windward Dodge never submitted our information and paperwork to the GAP insurer and we are no where to be found in their system. We try to contact Windward Dodge once again via phone, only to be told the same old story, "not in" "on the phone" "leave a message and they'll call you back".
We finally go in, in-person and speak with the finance rep and tell him our story and that we just want what we paid for. We are waiting for his response today. Windward Dodge is ALL about the money, which is understandable, it's a business. But a good business will also ensure that the customer is taken care of. So to anyone reading this, if you plan on purchasing a vehicle from Windward Dodge or any dealer, follow through on your paperwork.
Here's another funny stupid story...I was on the Windward Dodge website, chatting with a rep and telling her about my situation and that I wanted Jerry's number (which she kept deflecting my question with another question, and I was never given the number). I gave her my contact number so she can call me with a status update or something. Nope, instead, about 20-30 minutes later I get a call, thinking it was the rep and that she had information on my situation, but instead it was a sale rep trying to inquire about what kind of car was I interested in...smh, unreal.
They promote customer first and customer service as a priority, but in reality, and I can only speak for myself, once you drive off, you're nothing to them. I really hope these guys call with good news. All I want is what we paid for! Keep to your word Jerry!
ON FRIDAY THE 11TH OF DECEMBER I TOOK MY HUSBANDS CHARGER IN BECAUSE OF THE LOUD NOISE IT WAS MAKING AFTER WE HAD HIS CAR SERVICED AND SPOKE TO PAT WHO WORKED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. HE IMMEDIATELY ASSIST ME AFTER HIS MEETING AND MAN LET ME TELL YOU I HADN'T HAD SUCH AN AWESOME SERVICE LIKE HE DID ON THAT DAY. HE CHECKED MY CAR TOOK IT IN HELPED ME WITH MY RENTAL SO THAT MY HUSBAND WON'T BE CARLESS WHILE IT WAS BEING SERVICED. IT TOOK HIM NO MORE THAN 30 MINUTES TO DO ALL THAT. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE WAIT TIME WAS 2 WEEKS BUT HE I DID AN EVEN AWESOME JOB BY HAVING IT DONE IN LESS TIME THAN QUOTED. WHAT MAKES IT EVEN BETTER THAT I KNOW SOME REPS WILL NOT DO IS SEE IF WARANTY COVERS IT CAUSE SOME DON'T REALLY CARE CAUSE THEY NOT PAYING FOR IT. BUT HE DID AND I THANK GOD THAT HE PUT PAT IN MY PATH TO HELP ME WITH OUR VEHICLE.

The service lady that did my car tried to add so much thing to be done to fix the problem which was not the case. After speaking to the manager we agreed half for of the things she quoted me could have been bypassed. Only after i threatened to take them to court they corrected the problem. I hate this place, I will never by any of their cars again
Service rep was very helpful with ordering the special order part and making the arrangements with the outside vendor to schedule painting upon delivery to the service center and .the installation of the new part was completed in a very timely manner.. Thank you all for your excellent support with getting the repairs done on my wife's Hyundai.
This is the worst dealership for service that I have ever been to. This review is specific to the service department. I have not worked with their sales staff. I have owned A Jeep vehicle since 2002. I have owned 3 Jeep Wrangler YJ's, 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees (both with the 3.6L Pentastar) a Jeep Patriot, and currently I own a 2005 Jeep Wrangler that I bought brand new, as well as a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I have not had any mechanical problems with any of my Jeep vehicles until recently. The 2013 Jeep Wrangler started making a ticking noise. At first I thought it was an exhaust leak. The Jeep had around 47,000 miles on it at the time. Upon further investigation, I found that it was only ticking on the drivers side of the engine. I remembered that I had gotten a warranty extension letter in the mail for my 2014 Jeep with the same engine regarding a warranty extension to 10 years or 150,000 miles for the left cylinder head. I watched some videos online of people who had the same issue, and my issue sounded the same. I called and made an appointment. The service adviser admitted to hearing the noise at first, and wanted my permission to keep the Jeep longer than planned to dive into the engine. I agreed. My Jeep, at the time, still had 7 months remaining on the factory power train warranty if in fact it did not wind up being the left cylinder head. As previously mentioned, I owned a 2011 and a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had the same engine. Both were whisper quiet, and had I not had that same engine, I may not have noticed the ticking noise. The ticking noise was constant, and did not matter if the engine was hot or cold. The dealership wanted to see the letter that I had received. I told them that it was very well know, and that Chrysler admits the issue via numerous official sources, including a MOPAR STAR bulletin. By the way, this issue only applies to 2011-2014 3.6 Pentastars. The next day, the service advisor called and told me that the Jeep was low on oil and that he had to add some oil. I had just changed the oil myself, about 1400 miles ago and had checked the oil the week prior when I first heard the ticking noise. The Jeep does not leak oil, and no oil burn signs were detected. They claimed it was so low that it was off the dipstick. No oil low light was on, nor any check engine light. They claimed that they added oil and the noise went away and that I could come pick up the Jeep. So I did, and immediately I heard the ticking. They told me to bring it back if it got worse. They also said that it was the fuel injectors that were ticking. The fuel injectors? Yes, they said, that engine just has noisy fuel injectors. So which is it? Did the issue go away or is it still there? It was still ticking away. When I got home I became suspicious about the oil. I decided to go ahead and change the oil to see how much was really in there. It overflowed an 11 quart container! The Jeep is only supposed to hold 6 quarts total! Too much oil is not good either! At this point, I am pretty upset and got on a local forum to ask about the issue I was having. More than 5 people directed me to Cutter Jeep in Honolulu where they had the left cylinder head replaced as part of the warranty extension. I went and listened to a 2014 Wrangler, and a 2017 Wranglers engine. Both were quiet. So I made an appointment with Cutter Jeep in Honolulu and asked for a Gentleman named Keith, who had been recommended to me by more than 5 people. He was very knowledgeable on the issue, and got to work on it right away. Immediately, his mechanic noticed that the drivers side of the engine was noisy. Upon further review, they determined that the left cylinder head was out of limits, and further, that my exhaust valves were excessively worn and had play in them causing the ticking on the drivers side. And what do you know, they parts are on national back order. Lots of people needed the same parts. Jeep spent 3 weeks in the shop and got a new left cylinder head. Engine is whisper quiet again.

Horrible sales department, the manager I was dealing with was an ass he would not even look at my Jeep commander to tell me what it is worth because I would not tell him if I was planning on buying a Jeep there. Overall very bad experience and I would rather go to Tony's auto group any day

The costumer car people, Leila in particular, was super stellar and made my Windward Dodge experience much more pleasant and manageable than I thought it would be. Leila was friendly, courteous, professional, and she kept me abreast of every step in my repair process. My vehicle was supposed to be there for 5 days, Lelia helped me with the rental car process, gave me accurate price estimates, and more importantly put my mind at ease. The service center was super fast, the 5 day estimate turned into 2 days and my car is back and running strong as ever. Thank you Lelia and the service center people for taking care of me. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 4 stars was because of the ridiculous cost of the labor! I know what the "book" says about labor costs, but $322 in labor alone to replace a starter? Crazy. This place clearly took advantage of me when buying a new car.Yes its partly my fault because I was young and didn't know much about car loans or my finances. But who gives a kid a car loan with over a 20 interest rate and say it's a good deal? Straight up predatory.
I called regarding an issue with one of my tires and Brenda assisted me and ask if I could bring my car into the dealership. I agreed and within a half-hour I was being assisted by Brenda and given a solution to my tire problem. Brenda was very helpful and quick to act. She pointed out my options and I choose to have my tire replaced.
I picked up my car later that same day. My thanks to Brenda for such great service.

The windward team was awesome. I had Pu u as my sales, she really heard and understand what kind of vehicle we were looking for. She didn t try and put us into a vehicle that we don t want. Also, Mike helped us A lot with the price and monthly payments we were looking for. He also helped us a lot with the down payment. I didn t have a big down payment to give. I only had $100 on me and nothing else. I was able to give my $100 to hold the vehicle I wanted. I needed to come up with another $845 for my down. Went back the next day gave a personal check and my deposit transfer didn t go through, called the bank and they said that my funds are on hold for 5 business days, then it will be released. Let Mike know the situation and he said he will try his best to speak with his boss and see what they could do. He came back saying that they will wait for the 5 days for funds to come in, just signed a promissory note and I was able to take the van home that day. Financial department also was very helpful, he explained some things we didn t understand.He made sure we understand what we re getting and it means I would recommend people to go and check them out.It s very true they do help out, They are not some of those dealer that just try to force you into a vehicle . They really listens to their customers. I definitely would go there if was looking for another vehicle.Thank You Pu u, Mike and Financial department making the process so easy and no stress.
My salesman Keni was very helpful but seemingly overworked. My service tech Joe was in the same place. They are trying hard , but only deliver mediocre service due to being understaffed and overwhelmed employees and/or handicapped by the organization because of poor management and unrealistic expectations of their employees.
Ultimately my problem has not been solved. I don't fault the employees as they try hard but can only do so much under the circumstances . Also the dealership may be put in a tough place by the manufacturer, I don't know, but bottom line is the service is medium at best and my problem/s have yet to be solved after more than one try........I don't think most manufacturers are any better and there dealerships fall in line with most. Lots of customer surveys , but not much improvement in service, just lots of lip service ......They will sell you a second car happily so you will have a car to drive while they try to figure out what is wrong with your first car , over and over.....
Although we got to the dealership late into the night, Mike in Sales was very accommodating and answered all our questions. His "no pressure" attitude was helpful. Rachel also was a big help in closing the deal. I was very heppy with this experience. Thank you.
We had a great experience here with Windward Dodge. Micah who assisted as from the start. The whole team was great they made sure we had enough time to choose the car we wanted to take home with us. We traded in our 2010 Scion XB for the 2019 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. They provided information regarding the process and made sure we were comfortable with the deal we got from them. I've been servicing my vehicle since I purchased my car at Windward Dodge back in 2014. I've always used there service and trusted there recommendations from the start. I followed there recommended change of oil schedule, rotating of my tires and even changed my tires. I've also always did my safety check annually with them. For some reason my last visit... I brought to my tech attention my concerns on one of my tires it consistently loosing air and I've patch it twice with them. I also was due for my oil change. So after waiting almost 5+ hours I was told my tire warranty was no longer valid due to missing a tire rotation. I was surprised and very upset... I told them I did all my recommendations that I was told to do because they are the expert and I know nothing about cars. I trusted them in notifying me of any curtious issues they see we my vehicle. I couldn't believe it... I was also not told my Safety check was due and I had two front light bulbs out... I was able to get all my tire changed for almost $200+. But what drew the line for me is after leaving and reaching home in Nanakuli. My boyfriend notice my Safety check was due... and I could've gotten all of that done if I only knew... I was so upset... i didn't want to drive all the way back to get it done... so i went somewhere else... and when i did i find out two light bulbs in the front was out and it was required to be replaced in order to pass my Safety check... I am not a Happy customer...

Jerry, your radio commercial is the worst, it's like listening to a cat slowly dying. I think sawing my arms off with a butter knife is more enjoyable. Your commercial is also deceptive to anyone who doesn't understand car buying. When your say finding a monthly rate to fit your budget, what you actually mean is increased loan term and interest rate. Jerryv, for the money!
Went in looking to see what they had as far as JK inventory. Wasn't expecting much but Gabe set me up fantastically with my brand new Jeep. Patient, courteous and just made the whole experience fun. Most times buying a vehicle can be exhausting but that wasn't the case with me.

2 1/2 weeks to be seen by the mechanics. Vehicle was non drivable the entire time. Fast turn around. Vehicle was diagnosed and fixed same day. Vehicle showed CEL error codes for related issue the next day. Poor Customer follow up through text and online chat system. No help when we returned to have it fixed. Simply checked code and told to come back when we can.
Piss poor overall experience. Problem is still not fixed.
Garrett had such great customer service with a great positive attitude. Made me feel very comfortable and made sure that i was going to get a car that day. He was very confident and very helpful into getting me a car i would be comfortable with knowing i did'nt have the greatest confidence either. Both Garrett and Eric was very helpful and patient and willing to do whatever it took to get a car knowing that i didnt have the greatest credit .Ended up not catching the bus and left with a car super stoked and happy. Great customer service what was also great they help me feel reassured after all my questions that i wanted answered.

If you can do business with Will and Mingo, do it. They worked non-stop for four hours with my wife to get the interest rate and payment amount I wanted. Thanks to them, I'm a proud owner of a brand new 2017 Ram 2500 diesel. I recommend everyone shops Windward if they want a quality vehicle at reasonable prices. Their dedicated employee's will make your experience a pleasant one.
Went in to trade in a car which seemed all fine at first, Very friendly very helpful. A month later the bank for the car I supposedly traded in called advising me that I haven't made payments to the auto loan. When I called Hyundai about this the first response was "oh, Eric did not call you?" supposedly the loan could not be finalized because they needed more information regarding my husbands income. I'm already frustrated as I am receiving calls from the collection department of the old bank and it's still my responsibility until it is payed off. Hyundai tells me they would call me back the next day, no call back for an entire week. Had to leave about 3 messages until I finally got a hold of somebody 8days later and again "I presume Giraud did not call you", maybe you should pick up the phone instead of making some one else call me when YOU said you were going to call? Basically my deal is off due to their misunderstanding of our income that we've explained numerous times. Now I am back to my old car, all they've done is make me a month late for my loan payment, a ding on my credit score and all they can say is " There is nothing we can do" You've gotta be kidding me right? no compensation, no apology, nothing, except for hurting my credit score by making me late to make payment to the car I thought I traded in. Very disappointing, very frustrated.

Good service. Got my car fixed and even updated the software which I had no idea was out of date. Always smiling and very knowledgeable about what will need to be done.
Been a customer on and off for a few years. But never again. Showed up at 0645 for a 0700 appointment on a Saturday morning. Entrance to service area was blocked and cars were lined up on the street blocking traffic. After 0700 employees started showing up and very slowly allowed cars into the service area. Ultimately it took me over two hours, with an appointment to get a headlight bulb changed. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. If you are they are going to schedule early appointments you would think they would show up at least a few minutes early to prepare. Lost my business for good
Try another place. I brought my car twice there. Never again. They are impossible to reach, had to call them ten times and leave messages, both times, before getting an answer. They were many hours late, but they didn't call to tell me it was not ready or when it would be ready. Both times my car had more issues after their repair, and I had to bring it back. The second time they managed to damage the direction, I could feel it just when moving the car on their parking, and of course they wouldn't accept it was their fault. My car is a Hyundai and is 5 year old. Edit, after one month: I also had them check the AC because it was not as good as when the car was new. After their "repair" the AC was doing a strange noise for one or two minutes after starting it, then one month later, the AC is not working anymore. What they did, they make it worse.
