This afternoon we went out to Windward Dodge to look at a preowned 2016 Dodge Durango. Everything seemed perfect and it had super low mileage. We called Navy Federal because they needed more info regarding our loan application. The lovely representative informed me that the loan was approved, but on the condition that we picked another vehicle. When we asked why, she said that this "perfect" car was a dealer buy back due to being a lemon. The sales manager at the dealership claimed he knew nothing about it. In short, check the carfax to avoid getting screwed.

Christian and his team at Windward Dodge in Kaneohe are amazing! I am so happy to have my first newest and most beautiful smooth car with so many amenities. I really didn't think this could happen for me but they worked with me and made it happen! The team was extremely nice and fair and very open and honest! There are so many extra assistants that you get to ensure your car stays in shape with oil changes and great discounts for tires etc. I am really happy I went to see them because I was giving up from being turned down several times for a newer car. Service was excellent. I been wanting a car for a long time, but always talked myself out of it. Finally I said I'm going to do it, I choice a accent because I thought that was all I could afford, but ended up getting an elantra. That warranty Hyundai provides is better than anywhere else and although I leased my car to get to the payment I wanted I know for sure I'll be buying it when the lease ends.

Everything from the initial correspondence to introduction, test drive, negotiation, and closing - they get it right. Very impressive team of people. I did my homework and shopped around. They did have the configs I was interested in. I did have appointments with other dealerships, too. But wanted to check them out to see what they can offer.

I went in with the mindset that they are all like sharks, the stereotypical, predatory kine auto sales people. I was wrong! Everyone in the team who took part in the transaction were polite, friendly, patient, and assuring. I appreciate that they all took time to listen to what I was looking for and addressed my concerns, instead of focusing on what they want to sell me. I did as much homework as I could and they took that seriously too. Kava and Keli`i were never intimidating yet professional, answered every question and made sure they understand me. They didn't hide the fact that they too are business that need to make money (it's tough to keep a business running in Hawaii, right?). But they went extra miles to work with me so that we were still able to come to a good balance that made everyone happy. They made sure that this is not a dealer's one-sided deal. Donnie was very real and assuring in closing the deal. He even made the deal even better. After all that I didn't feel the need to go elsewhere because I knew I was working with good people and I got the truck I was looking for.

Things like car buying experience can be a pretty anxious experience. With these folks I felt that I was assured every step of the way that this is what I wanted and they care about that. I also got a chance to talk story with Bobby the general sales manager. He shared how the dealership have evolved over the years and tries to stay focused on treating the people all pono, not just selling cars and make money. I think that really showed in everyone I dealt with through the transaction.

Everything was very pleasand and impressive. Thank you OC, Erika, Kava, Keli`i, Bobby, and Donnie! I really appreicate you folks.

Windward Jeep was great. Dave, Noah, and Cliff made car buying a great experience. When my family and I first walked in there it felt like a good family environment and at no point did they put any pressure or recommend a car that I was not looking for.
They gave me solid advice and the best price on a Jeep Gladiator on island. In addition, we encountered one serious issue that had nothing to do with the dealership. They went above and beyond to make sure we ended up in the car we were looking for. They are an example for businesses of how to maintain the island vibe and sense of family.
Definitely if you are looking for a jeep or any other car stop by.

Windward Dodge Chrysler Jeep made my visit quick and easy.

I had a simple task to register my spare key into the secure system and make it work for my Jeep.

When I went to some of the other branches, they either wanted me to make an appointment three weeks in advance or to leave my Jeep with them all day. Being a single, working man, I don't have time for that. Furthermore, the hours of operation at some of the other branches simply don't afford guys with 9-5 jobs the opportunity to get work done.

However, I happened to be on the Windward side for some business last week, and decided to stop by to see if they could help me over my lunch hour. Holy cow! These guys got me in and took care of the work in 40 minutes, while I went across the street for a sandwich. Working with these guys was so easy... just like it should be.

I'm really impressed, and would recommend them for any of your Jeep maintenance needs. I know that if I need to get any work done on my Jeep in the future, I will be going back to them... no question!

It was very frustrating. I took my car in to get a new tire, I had gotten flat that tore open my Goodyear tire ( it wasn't old, that I had purchased on my new car bought from there, and a couple months ago had done service on my car and all was well .).
I was told I had about 150$ reward toward purchase of a new tire. I agreed, but then was told that they did not have this tire on hand and would have to come back the next morning, promising it would be taken care of immediately. I did bring it in by 7:30am, was told tire hadn't arrived yet, and I would be called around 1030a. I waited, no call back, so I went in and was told it still hadn't come. Maybe it would be there in the after noon and I would have to wait. This was preposterous, as I could have easily gone to another dealer the day b4 to get tire done. I was pacified with using a loaner for free & they would get it done before 6pm. I was very upset to have to wait a day to get a tire changed! Ridiculous! But,...thankfully I was later helped by a more competent service rep, ( the other young boys were ill prepared) named Leitasha. She gave me a discount on service along with a free loaner. I was so thankful to her for her calm support and assistance that I want to take this time to commend her and her professional expertise. If it wasn't for her, I would strongly consider taking my service business elsewhere.

As with any other industry, sales is always excellent to entice sales, the biggest issue is after the fact, service people are good but if they are short handed, what good does it do. The customer is always the one to suffer the most because we are out of car . I hope mgmt can do something about this & have a mechanic to call to work when they have an influx of cars to service,

Kimo from the service dept was great! The other tall, slim young man who helped me with my oil change on a prior visit was great as well. Even got my car washed for free. Im buying my next car from windward dodge because of those 2 gentlemen.

Car was fixed perfect. That part gets a 5 star, it was everything else that gets a 1 Star.

1.) I constantly had to call during the week to get updates, I was never called unless I called my service writer several times and left messages.
2.) Part was ordered, lost, reordered again, causing my car to sit there for over a week without work being done.
3.) Car sat for additional 3 days because apparently only one mechanic can do the job and that mechanic was out for 3 days.
4.) The engine bay was showroom clean but returned completely filthy, no regard at all.
5.) Work completed required to drain and change the oil since oil was contaminated by the problem being serviced. The service writer tried to charge me for oil change.

Nuff said, 1 Star.

I've been taking my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 to this dealership for 10 years and have never had any problems nor issues. After 220,000 miles I decided to buy a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 4X2 Big Horn I went to Windward Dodge. Maui Enos was GREAT! Very attentive and I love their philosophy to make sure that I loved the truck! I felt the deal we fair, i was quick, no hassle and I was out in an hour and a half with a new truck!!

I don t know where to start!!! If I could give 10 STARS I WOULD! I just bought a 2020 Doge Charger from Windward Doge. I absolutely love my new car!! This place is amazing. All staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is very positive. Everything was a very easy process. DAVE GAVE ME FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Went to get my 3rd car from Windward Hyundai. I was prepared with my Hyundai Assurance quote. They refused to even come close to the on-line quote. Jerry may be for the people but the sales managers are for the money. My advice go to Tony Hyundai they made me a great deal with no stress.

I personally can't compare them to any other dealer on the island however, I have purchased many new vehicles from other dealers on the main land. I have to say they come up as sub par on performance when you purchase from them. Yes they are SUPER friendly. But the dealership itself can be difficult to deal with. After the purchase of our vehicle it became very hard to contact them when we had issues. We purchased the protection package and had to schedule to bring the vehicle in to get the service done. I know I personally called 3 times and left messages to try and schedule a $1500 service package. My wife called numerous times as well. No one there seemed to know who we needed to talk to for us to get the service. We consistently got transferred 2 to 5 times only to either get a voice mail, the receptionist to leave a message, or just plain disconnected. This wasn't the case when I called to purchase a vehicle. Makes me feel like after you drive off they don't care. We did eventually get in touch with someone to schedule the service(Under body coating, Scotch guard, and protection wax). They had the vehicle for half the day and did arrange a loaner for us, so that was actually really great. However, upon pick-up we noticed a stain in the back of the drivers seat. They missed that, and told us we would have to come back to take care of that. So that was pretty disappointing because we know how hard that can be.
Really, this is what it comes down to as I see it. Friendly people but they don't have the mindset of doing things right the first time. Yes, they eventually come through and make up for it. But I just wish they never had to make up for it in the first place.

The service manager, Lou, is the man! He will always take care of you and shoot you straight. Good news or bad, he is an excellent communicator and I am always confident that he and his guys are going to take care of my truck. I recently had an exhaust leak on my 2014 Ram 1500. I brought it to Lou, he was able to quickly diagnose it. After getting into the engine bay, it appeared that there were 8 broken bolts on the exhaust manifold, but all of them were covered under the powertrain warranty! Lou immediately called to let me know the situation and also inform me that my truck was staying overnight so they had the time they needed to get these broken studs out of the block. Can t say thank you enough to the great team- my truck is running tip top again and glad to have taken it to Lou over at Windward Dodge/Chrysler/Ram.

Best experience of my life. The service was friendly, honest, timely. The process was painless, helpful and quick. They didn't try to bully me into a car I didn't want. They were very knowledgeable about their vehicles. They were very friendly and helpful with everything. And patients... man do they have it. I didn't arrive till fairly late in the day, I kept these guys at work till almost 1130 at night and not once did they try to hurry me along, not once did I hear a single gripe or complaint from anyone on their staff about still being there. They took their time and made sure I got what I wanted at a price I was happy with and could afford. These guys really are "for the people".

They reanalyzed different options and explained all of the bonuses and rebates and we got the deal we were looking for. Micah and the rest of the staff worked out every possible angle to get me and my family of 4 into a newer bigger vehicle. Their dealership also has a dedicated bay for oil changes so you're not stuck at the dealer for hours just for an oil change.

Hands down best place to buy a car new or used. Been apart of buying 2 cars now. Life Time on engine and tires as long as you bring it in. Fair shop rates 50 bucks an oil change and 20 for tire rotation. They really do help you with finding credit.

My old clunker of a car had served me well but it was definitely time to trade her in. I drive ALOT for my job and I really needed something reliable, safe, and that fit my personality.

Jordan, the salesperson who greeted me the moment I pulled into the lot, listened patiently as I explained my needs and what I was looking for. He asked the right questions and told me he was sure he could have me in the right car very soon.
He was right!! It only took about 3 hours from the moment I arrived to the moment I drove away in my new car. I got exactly what I really wanted.
They did not pressure me or try to convince me to buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford.

The sales manager, Mike Gifford was also really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going to Windward Auto the next time you need a car. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Tell them Liz sent you!!!

Not to mention that one of there employees damage the car and there denying it Really. No worries took it to another Real dealership and getting a check on what they did and what they didn't do and will see them in Court and better business bureau. Mahalo
