Awesome first-time experience. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and thoroughly explained all that I needed to know. I was very blown away at the professionalism and superb customer service I received. To be honest, I was a little skeptical because I had heard some not-so-nice stories from other family and friends, but I am extremely happy that I had listened to my sister Lauren - a former employee - and got my Charger serviced here. Needlessly to say, I will be coming here for all my future vehicle needs. And again, much mahalo to the lady who helped me out. Wish I had gotten your name, but next time I definitely will. A hui hou!
