I had an awesome buying experience with Tyrell. He made the whole process easy and comfortable. He does a great job getting to know the customer and learning what interests and needs they have. Wilde Dodge was very clean, the ladies at the reception desk were very nice and bubbly. Lastly, the price on my car was the lowest that I could find in the area. All around I would highly recommend Wilde Dodge and Tyrell! Great Job!

I had a great experience leasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wilde. They really worked with me to find me the perfect car I was looking for and I couldn't be happier! Chris Schaefer was a great salesman - I didn't feel pressured and he was very professional. I would definitely go back again to purchase or lease my next car from Wilde and would recommend it to friends and family!

Avoid this dealership. If you like playing games and wasting time, go here. They will try to wear you down so you buy what they have on their lot even if it's not what you want. Sales manager (Josh R.) has an unprofessional attitude.

For a while I was looking for a newer used car because my former vehicle kept having epic fails. While searching I met a salesman Matthew Pawelski. Matthew was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and approachable. Matthew did his best in aiding me with purchasing my vehicle. He also went above and beyond what most dealerships would do. He helped me to get both my cars home by shuttling me to the dealership, he's also provided valuable information to me in regards to how to maintain and maintenance my vehicle. If anyone is going to be going here for a used car. I strongly recommend giving Matthew Pawelski from the used car sales division a call.

Wilde Waukesha was fantastic! My sales guy Tony was very nice and knowledgeable. The finance crew Matt & Dan even got me a better rate than the pre-approval I came in with which means a lot for me as a single mom and working 2 jobs. The whole process from beginning to end took less than 4 hours. I would definitely recommend to others and come back myself. My son and I simply love the new Murano! Thank you so much Wilde crew!!

My entire experience with this dealership was superb. T.J. Burtnett and Jeff Beamon were wonderful to work with and the process was quick and efficient! The finance department was reasonable and accommodating to my needs while remaining competitive for my situation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return again if I'm ever in need of another vehicle.

My experience was great right from the beginning. I knew what I wanted, what I could afford and Justin Petrie made it happen.....quick. They didn't have what I wanted on their lot, but thank goodness they searched and picked one up for me. Everyone was really friendly and the whole time I was there I was made to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered a part , paid for the part and the smart guys in parts forgot to order it, they obviously did not care that they failed at entering the order in the system when I was instructed my pick up time. I Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone , definetly not buying another car or part from this place.

I really can not say "I love buying and car", but Guy Junk made the experience a "likeable" one for my wife and me. He was patient, understood our concerns, and found the car we wanted. He kept in touch without being over bearing. When the business office procedure was over, Guy took as much time with us as needed to introduce us to our new car and all the options that went with us. Guy was a good "guy"

I would not recommend buying a car from here.

I would not recommend buying a car from here.

First, the sales guy I worked with was a schmuck. He clearly had no clue how to sell a car. He brought his schmuck of a manager out to tell me that there was no room to negotiate. (That should've been my queue to leave.)

Second, the check engine light came on while driving home from the dealer. I've had problems with it ever since, but this crap-tastic dealers says "it's not their problem". If it is under certified pre-owned warranty, I can use that to fix it.

Third, I live in Illinois and wanted to roll the tax/title into my loan. That was another disaster. I was driving around (with my check engine light on the certified pre-owned vehicle) with expired temporary plates for a week because they didn't process anything timely. Additionally, no one there seemed to know how the process should work. I think I spoke to 6 people before getting the process nailed down. I am sure I am not the first person to buy a car in a different state.

Fourth, then they were really pushy about selling me Trident (among other things). They told me that my interior/exterior would not stain after Trident's application and if it did, I just make a claim and Trident would fix it....WRONG. You still pay to get your car detailed, if the detail shop can't get out a stain then you can file a claim, so that was a total waste of money.

Bottom line, thanks for the shitty customer experience. Never again will I buy another vehicle from these idiots.

Pros:

Pros:
Clean building and has ample parking.
Close to other dealerships if you want to compare and contrast.

Cons:
Poor customer service - salesman was annoyed that we didn't know enough about the various different trims of each Jeep Cherokee. When we asked clarifying questions, he was not interested in educating us - he kept brushing us off.

Time consuming - we sat there for 30 + mins to get a quote. He was preoccupied on the phone with something else. We ended up being late to our next appointment so we asked for our car keys back. Prior to letting us ask for a reschedule, he made an aggressive comments about how we wasted his time. Unfortunately we really like the car we test drove and were ready to begin negotiations.

We would not recommend this place - there's plenty of other Jeep dealerships in the area.

First time car buyer, long time car admirer. Ha. But, really had no real experience buying a car before. With the help of my roommate (i.e. mother), I was able to get one quickly. We worked with Tony Faraos and he was great! Very attentive, honest, up-front, and funny as well!! He made the entire process stress-free and quick. I'd highly recommend asking for Tony if you're thinking of getting a car here. Great overall service!!

I wanted to post a short note about our wonderful ...

I wanted to post a short note about our wonderful experience with Wilde Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. We had initially planned to meet with a sales person at another Jeep dealership but they closed early on that Friday so we drove back to Waukesha to see what Wilde might offer. We were greeted by Elijah Mader a Sales and Leasing Consultant.

We had not leased a car before and were curious how it all worked. Elijah walked us through the options, benefits and process. He also picked out a couple vehicles for us to check out based on our specifications. We ended up leasing a beautiful Jeep Latitude that night.

Like most people we do not look forward to shopping for cars due to some of the high pressure sales techniques utilized by sales people at dealerships. Some of the crazy statements they made and silly questions they traditionally ask can be quite annoying. Elijah however was more like a good friend or neighbor who knew a lot about cars (as someone who worked his way up from working on cars he really does know a lot about cards) who was just trying to help us. I felt I could end the conversation at any point and not be pressured by him in any way.

Finally, we picked our car up on Saturday morning. Like most dealerships the car had been cleaned and prepped but in this case there seemed to be special attention paid to our new vehicle, for example the tires had been shined with a tire prep of some sort that made them look great. Taking it a step even further Elijah walked us through every feature, and button on the vehicle and on they electronic display. He could not have been more thorough. My wife LOVED it.

Thank you Wilde and Elijah for a unique and enjoyable car shopping experience.

P.S. We have 3 Jeeps now and will certainly be back in the future.

This could have easily been a 5 star experience but it s 12:30 on May 14th and the woman behind the counter at the used cars building could not have been any more rude. Everyone in service building was so friendly but this woman behind the service cashier treated my like trash. Let someone else go in front of me when I was clearly waiting first and made me feel like a bother when I asked any questions.

Brian was a good fit for us, as we knew what we wanted and what we DIDN'T want. We didn't want high pressure and we wanted to get in and out in short order. Brian helped that happen, though any car buying experience is a burden.

I was recently shopping for a new company vehicle. Justin Petrie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He carefully explained all the options without every putting any pressure on me and secured a very fair and competitive price. Justin also went out of his way to assure I was familiar with the vehicle at delivery and even delivered the vehicle to my house! Extremely impressive and highly recommended.

I called about a vehicle and was told to come Friday and I would be the first to look at it. I took off work early gave the salesman a call letting him know I was on my way. Salesman said we sold it this morning, no call and if you got Thur inspection early why not call to let me know. I tried to talk to a manager and no return call either , just sad whole thing..

I feel the price is definitely better than other dealers in Milwaukee and Madison. The Sales person Tim Brown is a very good person. He is working for almost 16 years in the same place and pretty good with customer. I would recommend this place for anyone who want to buy a car. Do visit this place before you finalize with other dealers. Meet Tim Brown and he will help you get the right deal.

I couldn t believe the financing I got, much better then the credit union I use. This is my third car from Wilde, and it just keeps getting better.

This is going to be a lengthy review, but we wante...

This is going to be a lengthy review, but we wanted to share our whole experience from finding the car online to after we left with it.

To begin, we found the certified used Subaru online on Friday, January 6, 2017 and set up a test drive for 9:15 AM the next morning. The manager told us he would have the car pulled up front and ready for us. We arrived just before 9:15 am after driving an hour to get there and as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted. The salesman went to get our car, then came back twice to ask if we knew the stock number on it, and at about 9:40 AM he finally pulled the car around saying that it was blocked in and they fixed a recall. Not a huge deal, but it was below zero that day and the car was just turned on so not quite as they told us it would be. The salesman did not want to ride with us on the test drive because he had a customer from last night coming in to finish paperwork. After the test drive we came back to the dealer and proceeded to make a purchase deal.

After we left we noticed some things and when we brought them up to the dealer, we couldn t get a response (still no response as of 1/19). Here is the list of things we addressed:
1) Overspray all over the steering wheel and dashboard.
2) Previous owners paperwork in the glove compartment that had their name, address, and phone number. (To the old owner from Mayville, don t worry, I shredded it as soon as I found it.)
3) The GPS still had the old owners information in it including their home and all the places that they had used the GPS for.

So with item number three, I could have selected "go home" and driven to their home. The fact that they didn t reset any of that (I did reset it, took about 30 seconds and I had to figure out how to do it on my own) and the fact that the you can program your garage door to the mirror, I could probably have opened their garage and drove in. We wouldn't do this, but moving on to other concerns.

When trying to register the vehicle with My Subaru, we ran into the following issues:
1) The VIN was still registered to the old owner.
2) Subaru wasn't showing the vehicle as a certified used vehicle.
3) There is an open recall from August of 2016 for a relay that can cause the vehicle to not start in cold weather. Which tells me they didn t actually do the recall that they said they did.

Good thing Subaru was able to get to the bottom of everything and get it all fixed, because the dealer wouldn t even get back to me.

The car is amazing, but Wilde can't be credited for that.

Every single time I've had to deal with their serv...

Every single time I've had to deal with their service department, my day gets worse.

Their sales department is pretty good, but unfortunately that experience is over as soon as you drive off the lot. Then you're left with the service department. If there is a ruder dealer service department in the United States of America, I haven't found it. I highly suggest steering clear of this place.

Here's one quick example from a while back. I own a Jeep Wrangler that I bought from there. That model jeep has removable doors. I brought the Jeep in and told them that the doors seemed to be stuck and wouldn't come off. By the reaction of the service writers, you would have thought that I asked them to repair the gimbaled thrust vectoring system on a Saturn V rocket. They had no clue where to start. They assured me that their service department couldn't handle the task, and didn't think recommend the body shop either. Instead, one of the service writers walked over to the door and made a half-hearted attempt to lift it (despite the fact that the screws that have to be removed or still intact), and then kind of shrugged and told me I was on my own.

The techs in the back may be fine, but as a customer, you deal with the service writers. Almost without exception, the ones who I've dealt with have been either rude, rushed, incompetent, or a mixture of two or more of those factors.

I am sure that there are some good service writers there too, I just haven't encountered them yet with perhaps one exception a few years ago. I really wanted to like this place and be able to recommend them because I like their sales department, but I have to recommend steering clear of this dealership.

Great Service
I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I got in early and it only took about a half an hour. Derrick was friendly and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. He made recommendations for the next visit and ran through the results from the inspection that was done. Definitely going back.

Worst Customer Service ever! Called twice, with no return call from anyone! Spoke with the Manager Chris only to get the run around about how they have to get history on the vehicle! I guess he doesn't know how to see ALL the complaints that the Jeeps have while we're driving them and they stall in the middle of traffic... for no good reason! All I wanted was for someone to call me back, Manager was not happy when I rated them a 3 on recommending Wide Jeep to family friends... this is why! Your customer service needs HELP on better servicing the customer.

I worked with used car specialist Nick. He was PHENOMENAL. He explained every step of the buying process simply and answered my questions completely. The whole Wilde team was very patient while I waited for an insurance check to arrive so I could complete my vehicle purchase. I never felt rushed or confused by the process because everyone was patient and understanding. I am so happy with my vehicle, the service I received, and the knowledge that I am in good hands should my car need repairs. I will absolutely go back to Wilde for future vehicle needs.

I can't say enough about this dealership. They gave me by far the best price on my new Dodge Challenger, treated me with respect through the entire process and did everything they could to make a great new car buying experience. This is the second time I have purchased a new car from this dealership and I would never go anywhere else for a Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep vehicle. The sales staff was friendly and never pushy. Wilde is definitely a five star dealership.

I stopped by this dealership to look at a vehicle 7/3/20 at approximately 6:50 pm. A salesperson was sitting immediately to the left. He got up walked by me, spoke, and went outside through the doors I'd just entered. Immediately ahead was a desk with 3 employees gathered laughing and talking. They looked up at me but never acknowledged me. I continued to walk and went left where there were more desk and a line of finance people behind a tall counter (about 5-6 to be exact). Not one of them spoke or asked if they could help me (only 1 of them appeared to be in the middle of something). I turned around and went to the center of where I entered (directly in front of the 3 men laughing and talking) where I waited for a minute or so to see if someone would offer to assist me. Unfortunately, no one did. This was a very disappointing experience. I will not be visiting any Wilde dealerships going forward.

Made an appointment for 6pm with a salesman. Arrived on time only to find out that he only worked until 3pm that day. Not sure why he would make an appointment for a time he wasn't working. Promised he'd have the car I was looking at all ready and up front when I came in. That didn't happen, obviously.

The car we were looking at was full of scratches so we wanted to test drive a few others. We took out a car with only 9,000 miles on it and it made terrible sounds. We drove it back and told the salesman, he rode in it and magically didn't hear anything. My husband then took the service manager out with him and he didn't hear a thing either. Even my kids could smell the burning oil as they drove back into the lot. Pretty slimy if you ask me.

I was not impressed at all with this dealership. We took our business elsewhere.

Our sales guy Jeffery Beamon was friendly, not pushy and patient in helping us get the exact car that was suitable for us as was the fiance guy Pedja. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and arrived to Wilde :05 early only to be told another potential buyer was looking at the car. I thought the sales staff was joking, however they were not. We continued to wait over an hour with seldom updates on the status of the used car we had come over to drive. When I expressed my frustration to the sales staff of making an appointment that was not honored he replied "it is out of my control and management is aware of the issue." He basically said that he dealt with situation or similar ones near daily but things have not changed. In the end we decided to purchase the car given the competitive market of the make and model desired. Upon arriving home after finalizing the car purchase/ pick up we realized that not one but both key FOBS were given to us with dead batteries. We were very disappointed with the whole experience of buying our first vehicle at Wilde.

Absolutely fantastic and professional service! I had the pleasure of working with Brian O'Steen while searching for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He balanced the line of Sales and Consulting very well; knowing when to step in and give information and when to allow the customer to make their own opinions.

We were first brought to Wilde because of the initiative of Nick the Internet salesman. He was the only contact that gave me info that I needed.
Elijah was introduced to us and we were immediately taken by his enthusiasm and good nature. He is an extremely good listener and was very attentive to our needs which was important to us because this was our first Ram purchased. We were brought up as GM drivers.
Elijah also went beyond work hours to communicate with me on messages to answer the questions I had.
Buying a new vehicle is not always an enjoyable experience but Elijah brought us through the experience in good form
Thanks

I love my sales guy. I really wanted to like this...

I love my sales guy. I really wanted to like this place, but I've never had anyone talk down to me like the service guy did. They guy interrupts me and goes off on a rant about the validity of what I said. I admit, I knew comparing a ram to a chevy was going to bring on some hard feelings, but it was going to be a simple comparison to show my displeasure of the silliness this Ram has been. Before I get close to the the point, he starts going off about how it's an apples to oranges comparison and how they can't be compared. Now, generally when someone interrupts me and talks over me and acts like I'm a child that doesn't know anything, i'm going to bring attitude back with me. (This is called respond verses react. I have training in management and sales.) When I get snippy and say, "yes I can compare this" He acts super offended and starts going on about "i can get you a different manager" and starts going off about hows he's been doing this for 25 years. Rolls into all this with no pauses. if I wouldn't stop him, he would be ranting for minutes.
He talked down to me like I was stupid, I get snippy, he acts super offended. The whole time he's calling me sir, like he thinks he's being respectful. We had about 5 cycles of this. I wish I would have accepted his offer of a different service manager the first time. When it was all said and done, when he was giving me the final paperwork for the loaner, I brought the most respectful neutral game i had and asked him about if he's read consumer reports. They compare everything in that. Once again, he takes it back to him saying I compared it to a chevy. It didn't matter any other part of that conversation, it was going back to belittling me for because of that. I am 100% sure I can not have a two way conversation with this guy.

You know, over 50% of communication is non-verbal. How close to a sales guy is a service guy? They are the face of the whole service department. But, I wrote this review with them still having my truck... It's safe to say I'm not the smartest person you'll ever meet.

Oh yeah, fun little part. During this, the loaner i'm going to be given is a pacifica. On the phone on two separate occasions, I'm reserved a Renegade. I say to him, I thought I was getting a Renegade, he snips back with "plans change". A skilled "manager" or "sales" guy would bring the usual pleasantries of some sort of apology or a little story of what happened. Not this guy, you get what we'll give you and you should be thanking me for that.
I'm going to have this Ram for a few more years. I'm going to be rethinking my life choices of Wilde... I drop $50,000 on a truck, I expect to get someone with thick skin that will listen to me vent displeasure. I bought my previous 2 vehicles from a different place and they went above and beyond through every step of the way. I have many regrets with Wilde.

UPDATE:
The following day, a higher up heard what went down and called me. We talked over a half hour about stuff. Very personable guy who was willing to have a 2 sided conversation with me. They gave me the VIP treatment for the rest of the process. For that, I will raise it to 2 stars. Unfortunately, human nature dictates that bad experiences stay with you forever. I plan on never going back to this place. It turns out the guy that belittled me is a legitimate Manager of some sort, so Good luck to you with your visit.

The service department is one of the slowest ever. When I scheduled my appointment the lady on the phone said 1 hour (when I booked 3 days in advance). She told me it was better to book one than just use their express lane since I knew when I would be coming in to ensure my time. I get here, and then they tell me 1 hour and 30 minutes because they are running behind which would include time for a car wash. Then 1 hour and 35 minutes later, they are still putting oil in my car and haven't done a car wash which would take another 15 minutes after they finish putting oil in my car. It would have been two hours if I had them do the car wash. Instead, I left at 1 hour and 40 minutes. Two hours for a scheduled oil change/car wash is not acceptable. I will not be coming back.

I started my search for a Crosstrek by getting internet pricing from dealerships within 75 miles of my home. Wilde Subaru was the only dealer to responded via email with a quote that had the options I selected. Other dealers called me with more questions and did my quote the options I selected. My salesman Teddy Franklin was great! He spent enough time with me going over the interior features and an extensive review of the radio/Bluetooth features.

Super experience purchasing my Subaru Outback. Got a next day quote in my email box at a super price. Went in that night and Ian O'Conner did a very nice job answering all my questions and making the overall buying experience very pleasant. No pressure, no hassles with a great price. Thanks Ian and the entire Wilde staff for making the buying experience go so smooth and easy.

Bought a certified used 2010 Dodge grand caravan, there was nothing certified about this van
wilde dealership sucks will never buy from any Wilde dealership very poor service, played games by not getting me a remote fob i had to chase after there locksmith across town ,tire valves senor on the front got lose when we take a road trip a week after we bought the van . I had question the salesman that the tire light is on, he said will have it check out wrote a so called report for a check, which if the service dept would have check out valves the nuts that hold the valves were missing we found out after we were into our trip 800 miles thank god for the AAA guys that put in reg valve to get us back on the road. When we got houston i had gone into a tire shop they said the nuts missing for a couple years. I say this because this could have an accident and some could have dead because of. So don't buy a car from dealer like this. And make sure you got everthing in writing you can read what written. Promises are bull.

I will never buy a vehicle from Wilde Chrysler again ! All over a set of floor mats I had my walk around with Nick only to have the floor mats taken when they were cleaning the car for delivery. I drove over two hours just to get to the dealership I went around and around with Nick for three days trying to get the problem resolved only to be told they would do nothing for me. The mats that were in the car were taken by there cleanup crew I purchased the mats back home $107 later thanks for nothing I hope who ever has the mats really enjoys them you not only lost me but everyone I know will not buy from your dealership all over a $107 set of flour mats ! I thought when u buy a vehicle and agree to the deal you get the hole vehicle and all the was shown to you on the walk around !

Quite honestly the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a new car at a dealership. EVERYONE we dealt with was friendly and patient. I apologize if I've left a name or two off the 'worked with' list... If you are considering a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Wilde Subaru and asking for Brad Farris.... and I have never done that before either.

My sales rep was outstanding. He ordered me exactly what I asked for. Finance got all my information ahead of time.so when I walked it to pick up my truck all I had to do was sign papers without the long wait.

Typical Chrysler dealership, terrible service department. People are clearly miserable there. They constantly fail to perform multipoint inspections, the techs just mark tires and brakes green even if they're both dangerously low. I wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires. Theres no pride in the work they perform nor in customer service.

I was already sold on getting a new grand cherokee, just needed someone who would be reasonable with me on price & trade in terms. These folks left out the nonsense, no outdated four square pricing sheets, no hard selling. I got the Jeep I really wanted for a fair price.

I liked working with Chris, but have talked to a handful of people there already and everyone seemed decent. Waukesha is a long drive for me (I try to avoid going west of 76th st), but I'll make the trek out for service and whatnot based on the good experience I've had so far.

Got the old bait and switch, and walked out. I first found the exact truck I wanted online, emailed to get price, called to confirm, then immediately drove an hour and upon arrival was told they sold it. I asked to see it and they claim they sold and delivered it already. A clear lie. Talked to a supposed "manager" and got a different story but similar BS. He claimed it was being cleaned and they lost the keys. Don't go here unless you want to deal with untrustworthy people.
