I buy a lot of cars, dealt with a lot of shady salesman but I felt comfortable the whole process. Tim Brown is great! No pressure, no bullshit, a very good car buying experience!

After purchasing my Subaru at Wilde Subaru, I realized what I had been missing in past vehicle purchases. The staff was genuinely pleasant and beyond helpful. Laura went through all the details of the vehicle and I felt very knowledgeable afterwards. I honestly have not had that amount of detail and care when purchasing a vehicle. I was offered several times to take the car for a spin to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I really felt like everyone had my best interest in mind.

this is by far the worst dealership I seen a dodge for 11000 I called and said I was going to buy it in three days and I would be paying cash and spoke with Austin and he took a deposit from me over the phone and for three days he called me and I even talked to manger about tax and tag price, I told him I would not beat him up on price just have it ready and a quick process because my time is important. so for three days Austin know I was coming on time and date set so I get there he is like take a test drive and I get out there and it smells like someone smokes cigerattes and weed in there all day and ashes everywhere so I asked him why is this car in such bad condition he said I wasn't sure you were coming. how is that? I give a deposit and set a time and talked to you everyday? I asked if I got any grauntee they said no and I complained and they said they sell so many cars off internet they don't have time and Austin avoided me the rest of the sale. The muslim finance guy who took my money was the only person who had any idea how dis satisfied I was, and made me feel ok thanks to him. car was dirty everywhere smoked out and dishonest sales man and never did they follow up to see if everything was ok. I asked for some comp for the issue and they turned on me. do not waste your time there go to another dodge dealer or John paul gmc they treat you great and follow up

Over all our expierence was great. We weren't pressured, got a great deal. Only a few things I was not completely satisfied with was the cleaning on the inside. We found dog food under the seats and food crumbs. After signing all the papers and waiting for it come back from getting filled they "just noticed the door handle on the rear door was missing a small part" like it wasn't too big of a deal. Well we looked at in the light the next day and the door handle was totally broken and needs to be replaced to open the door ($80) we also noticed some of the vents were broken which I understand we did buy a used truck. But, I wasn't too happy about the door handle being mentioned so late.. we loved our sales rep. And over all had a great time. We do have to bring it in tomorrow for the tire pressure monitering system to be fixed. It was very easy to make the appointment and they were kind. If we buy another vehicle here we will be VERY thorough in checking it over.

Elijah was very helpful on the sale of my Jeep. He was a pleasure to be around and made everything smooth. Hopefully in the future we will get more vehicles from him.

Came in for some new fluids and tire rotation and was blown away with the amazing customer service I received! The employee Kresha was super friendly and ready to assist me. She quickly and efficiently diagnosed what my car needed. She kept me up to speed on the whole process and I knew exactly what was going on with my car. I got my car back in a very impressive amount of time, even got it washed for free! Overall I would say this was the best experience I've ever had when having my car serviced. Sadly disappointed after having my vehicle for 3 weeks. After a very difficult process of purchasing the vehicle initially, the sales dept, finance dept, and service dept, has been truly disappointing to work with. I am absolutely kicking myself for doing business with this dealership.

I Purchased a used Jeep for the sales price from the salesman my request from them was four normal Lug nuts and the wireless remote for the winch that was mounted on the front of the jeep which was not in the vehicle they agreed to both of these i ve located the remote and sent them a link for it but two months later I called them about the winch remote and for the last six months they ve been playing this game where this guy is not here you have to talk to that guy and that guy tells you that s not what they agreed to put he was never there when we purchased the vehicle so how would he know I don t suggest anybody buys a vehicle from this dealership and if you do get everything in writing with exact wording because they will completely back out of anything they are not trustworthy in my opinion

Second time there. First with a subaru. Everyone was incredibly rude and unsympathetic in service. Left and never returned. I was forced to take my ram 1500 there and they were certainly kind to me in the service dept. However it seemed rather than being honest and saying they didn't know exactly what was wrong they went ahead and fixed a component. When it died on me leaving that day, they said bring it in well do more work. I could not bring it in, it died! I cannot afford another tow and more work. Plus they wanted $800 dollars for a $300 dollar part and under an hour install. Have done that work myself. Insane and unreliable.

The service center at this business is a joke! I should've known better after the first time we had problems with them, but against my better judgment I gave them a second chance. I had some warranty work done on my jeep. The work was supposed to be done on a Wednesday or Thursday. We still had not heard from them by that Saturday so my husband called and found out that they hadn't even started the work yet!!! We were finally able to pick it up on that Monday. Fast forward a few weeks, my husband goes to change my oil & realizes the huge front metal skid plate is missing... but the side pieces that hold it up are still hanging there. So he called about it and we were told sometimes they just fall off... pretty sure I would notice a huge chunk of metal falling off my car! It probably weighs at least 40-50 pounds & is larger than one of my tires. After speaking with the service manager several times they finally agreed to order me a new one & install it. (after giving us a run around about the part being plastic & we knew it was definitely metal) My car was also due for a CVT transmission flush so I asked the service manager for an estimate on what it would cost to have that done when they install the skid plate they lost. He told me off the top of his head about $280 (now I don't expect an ''off the top of my head'' price to be exact but I would hope it would be close to correct) when my husband called to make the appointment he was told it would cost $350. When we showed up at the dealership they wanted me to sign on a computer screen without seeing what I was signing for or an actual estimate so asked again what the price would be before signing anything. A third guy quoted us $399... I don't know if these guys make commission off of these prices or what!?! Not one of these ''professionals'' could take the time to look up the actual price in the computer. I guess they just make the price whatever they want! My husband was pissed & told them to give us the skid plate and we will take our business elsewhere because we are sick of them trying to screw us! The 2guys at the parts counter were friendly & helpful but I would never recommend using the service center here!!!!

I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Wilde. I drove several hours to see several vehicles. Within minutes of my arrival the cars I wanted to see and drive were brought right up to the front. The salesman Brian O'steen was great to work with right from the get go. He let me test drive the cars at my own pace. After driving and looking over the vehicles,Brian told me the differences in the options and addressed any questions I had. After some discussion I decided on which vehicle was right for me.and my family. After we talked, the financial paperwork was easy and painless. I feel.confident that I got a solid vehicle and deal. I was not trading a vehicle ,so my old car had to stay there for a week or so (three hours away). They made it very easy.they out my car in a gated private lot til I can retrieve it. Again the entire process was easy,laid back yet prompt,and overall very pleasant. Well done Brian O'Steen and Wilde dealership!

I went there to have 2 aftermarket keys cut and programmed for my truck. My original key worked for me just fine prior to having my truck serviced there. After about 4 hours of waiting in the lobby the tech comes and tells me they couldn't program my keys to the truck because they were aftermarket. I was fine with paying the $75 service fee. After I get in my truck the tech hands me the keys and I walk over to my truck and try to unlock it and nothing, tried locking it, nothing. Long story short the tech who tried to program my keys unprogrammed my original key so now I ask what they can do about.... 3 hours later they tell me they can't do anything about it. I was forced to take my truck in to the dodge dealer on South 27th and have real techs program my keys all 3 for 50. Very disappointed that I had to pay for there mistake

Recently I was in a bind and needed a new car. After days and weeks of browsing dealers online and in person I happened to denote some interest on one of Wildes cars; a 2013 Ford Focus. I was skeptical and due to my credit history I was unsure of the future given the fact I need a car for my job. Then came along Tim Brown, getting back to my online interest. Everything went pretty well from there. I wasn't easy on Tim, he'd schedule appointments with people and whatnot but then I'd just show up spontaneously without notice, this didn't seem to bother Tim too much, he'd make it work! As I was sitting at Wilde i'd take a look around and notice that everyone else was dealing with classic scenario car salesman from done up hair to fancy shoes. I was so glad I got to deal with Tim Brown because unlike the appearance of everyone else Tim Brown just seemed like a normal dude who happened to sell cars. He put forth 0 pressure and was an abundance of help every step of the way. I'm not being over the top here, from this point forth so long as Tim Brown is selling cars of interest , ill be dealing with Tim. So if you're due for a new car , go hit 2 birds with one stone , go get that new ride and hangout with Tim!

Guy Junk did a great job selling my jeep. He thoroughly explained every feature and took time to answer all the questions I had. I truste him and he was not high pressure. That would have turned me away! I would recommend him to others.

Our sales rep was great, but the actual signing process sucked. We waited for hours even though we had an appointment. They never gave us a license plate and never returned calls. Finally we had to go back and get the plates and even that was painful.

Great Experience. They were able to offer me what vehicle I wanted, with what options I wanted and a very reasonable price. They also didn't "low ball" me on my trade in which was the case with other dealerships in the area. Their price was very competitive and they were able to offer incentives that other dealerships flat out said they couldn't offer! I'll be back some day.

The service was above and beyond. Mike Frank was on the front lines showing people a new line of Subaru CrossTreks. He didn't use the cliche 'car salesman' tactics. My husband Thomas was in a serious car accident in January. The car was totaled and we needed to get a new car. We went to Wilde Subaru and they took care of our every need. Bradley Farris was very patient, fair and clear. The price was the best we saw on any online source and Wilde got it all done in one trip. My husband was in a cast and could not drive the car home, they had two of their guys follow us home one in our new car and one in a return car. We live almost an hour away and I don't know what we would have done otherwise. I drive a Subaru Outback and always go to Wilde for my service. It is great to know that my husband is also in a Subaru now!

They had my truck for over a month for some minor issues like the rear window and the reason I took it in was because of the brake they said they drove it and they never heard it squealing and that it was fine. The day I got it back it was doing it! Now my back window won t go up and down and I m still stuck with a bad brake and they can t get me in for awhile although I have already called over a week ago oh and they had my truck for that whole month. Not happy with the service here and they aren t very helpful!

Unprofessional behavior. Salesperson is only interested in finalizing the deal. And once I put upfront amount for a lease they say it's not possible to lease you the car because your credit history is new. And now my cheque is also not returned. Money is blocked, don't know how much time they will take. Nobody has any answer. Stay away from this dealership.

Brought my lease in for it's first oil change and was BLOWN AWAY by the excellent customer service I received! My oil was changed, tires rotated, and Jeep washed all in about half an hour! The entire staff was so professional and friendly. Thank you Wilde for an excellent experience!

I worked with Tony to buy a used Hyundai and was really pleased with the customer service. He was personable and worked with me to meet my budget expectations and some of the "extras" I had asked for. The whole process took a few hours at the dealership, but that may be because they have fewer people working during the pandemic. I called a couple of times to remind and confirm before I drove back to pick up a second key and some all weather mats the week after. The only thing I was dissatisfied with: I explicitly asked that the car be cleaned inside and detailed before I took delivery. This is something that should've been done even if the customer doesn't ask for it. They did a shoddy job and I found empty wrappers and stale food under the seats a day later, which was disappointing and annoying. Apart from that, this was a good car buying experience!

I just bought my first new car at Wilde Subaru. I was worried about having to deal with a stereotypical "car salesman", but the salesman Teddy did a great job. He was straight forward, laid back, and helped me and my husband find a great deal on the car we wanted. He also took the time to walk us through leasing versus buying a car so that we could make the right decision for us. They offered a very reasonable price for my old car and it was hassle-free trading it in. Joey also did a great job walking us through the paperwork and different warranty options. Now I am driving my new Subaru Forester and couldn't be happier - I will definitely be going back to Wilde for my next purchase!

I had a reasonably good experience here. They were pretty courteous, and made it simple. It would have been better to cut to the chase and avoid the discussion of addon services, but I can't fault the salesmen for that, and they didn't do a hard sell on it, which was nice. There only major issues I had is that one of my fobs was dead, but they replaced the battery for me, and that they didn't have a front plate holder for my car, which I will need to go to the Mazda dealer or repair shop for.

Enjoyed working with Tyrell H. He was patient and very attentive to our business. It was our first chance since we moved to the area to visit a Dealership and we knew we wanted a Dodge Grand Caravan that we could afford. We went to Wilde Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Waukesha because it was recommended to us by a trusted friend. We left with what we were looking for - BUT it took 5 hours of sitting and talking - and at the end we were too tired to ask questions we still had about the workings of the Dodge. Our previous vehicle was a 2009 Dodge Ram Journey which we loved and this new Dodge has bells and whistles we do not understand. Will need to read the BOOK big time to catch up on the newest tech updates.

Easy to make an appointment. My truck came back as clean as I dropped it off. Service was done right the first time and they actually contacted me when it was done. Other FCA dealerships seem the struggle with these things.

By far the worst Service ever!! The last 3 times I have had my vehicle serviced always a problem, from cross threading my lug nuts, loose oil filters, damage to a rim, dirty grease on my steering wheel and never recommending what services vehicle could use. They say they do a Courtsey check but why do I pick my vehicle up with tire pressures low, I would never recommend them to anyone...the whole service dept needs some good Management poorly run.

Walked into dealership and loved the fact that I wasn't bombarded by a sale associate immediately. I was given space and given help when asked. I liked the fact that I got a good deal and didn't have to haggle throughout the process. Everyone I worked with to trade in my 2001 Outback and purchase my new, used 2011 Outback were fantastic. Brian, my sales rep, was very helpful in showing what options were available not only in my desired make and model, but also on what I could afford. Bruce, sales manager, and Omar, business rep, were also extremely helpful in helping get me the best deal and extended coverage that worked in my budget. Can't beat the customer service, and will definitely go to Wilde for my first stop in maintainence and any future trade in/car purchases.

Highly recommend! I bought my first car here back in April after having bad luck everywhere else. Sales man Tim Brown is amazing! So kind and patient and really took his time trying to make sure I walked out of that dealership with a car I loved! Every time I come back to get an oil change, the service is great, fast, and Tim still always comes and says hi when he says me getting an oil change. If you re young and don t have a lot of good credit established and kinda on your own with your finances this is your place! They will really work with you to help you find something that works with your situation. I love my 2015 hyundia! Been to other dealerships and they re not nearly as good as this one...

I bought a truck in June. Major problems 2 days after I bought it. They fixed one of the problems, but not even 2 months later, timing chains needed replacement...cost me 700 dollars. My mechanic told me the code was an older one, so it was probably already known. In addition, I have been unable to get my truck a license plate because it is from Wisconsin, and the lender Wilde set me up with won't release the title without jumping through a miliion hoops...so I still have no plates...I purchased in June. My friend who purchased a vehicle at another dealer in Wisconsin had all of that paperwork taken care of by the dealer. So I am not very happy with the experience.

Tim Brown was a wonderful salesperson and friend. He was gracious and kind, giving me all the time I needed to purchase my new Outback. He was genuine in his approach to salesmanship and made me feel very comfortable and important. I left with a new car and a new friend. HUGE shout out to Tyrell Humphreys at Wilde Motors Inc Waukesha! My entire bizarre car-hunting story would probably take up multiple pages so I'll spare you readers most of the details (thank you Tyrell for listening with a patient smile all the way through). Basically it involves a big move from CA to WI on my own for graduate school, another 'ok' car with a dwindling 7 day return policy time constraint, and about 5 different dealerships all over Milwaukee in the midst of an ongoing pandemic...however, the end result was totally worth it and then some! Long story short, I got an amazing, 'lightly' used 2016 Subaru Crosstrek Premium that we all considered a "unicorn" when it comes to the value, features, condition and actual sticker price of the car. Best deal and car I've seen looking in CA, IL, MI and WI. Tyrell was a consummate and knowledgeable professional. He sat through 3 different test drives with me bombarding him with questions and had an answer for each one. He made me feel confident and supported as an informed consumer in a completely new state. He knows his cars inside and out and it was a joy "enginerding" with him as I come from a big family of aerospace and automotive engineers. Tyrell was insightful, genuine, patient, and supportive every step of the way and worked diligently to find the best car for me personally and my unique situation. Further bonus points for transporting me to and from the return site of the original vehicle I was driving which was an extra 60 minute commitment on his day off. As a CA resident and new to "real weather" in WI, I feel safe, confident, and excited to trek across the rolling green hills and long highways in this gorgeous state and will drive this Subaru Crosstrek for many, many years. I just bought my 1st Subaru Outback with the help of Jackie Cobey and rest of the Wilde Team. I can say that this was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience of my life. I shopped all of the 4 Subaru dealers from Madison to Mequon to Milwaukee. No drama- no pressure at this dealership. I received the best price- and EVERYTHING from my trade-in to delivery was as promised. I hate to say that Wilde wasn't even on my list- but I am very happy that I stopped in. I plan on getting my wife a Subaru in 2 years and will be going back to Jackie at Wilde to purchase it.

Called to order a Challenger. They said they would get me the details. About three to four days later they called. I had purchased it at a competitor Dodge dealer that actually wanted to sell me a car. Like the Wilde Honda, the sales people are so pompous and make you feel like they are doing you a favor just talking to them.

Bought a used vehicle from them and BUYER BE AWARE. I bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox this past June and pretty much now have a piece of junk. The motor is bad and they will not stand behind anything. Very bad experience with them and will never go back again.

I traded in a very clean Cadillac for another Cadillac at this Dealer and discovered the door panel had shoddy body work done to it when I was able to check the car out after I drove it two hours home. I picked up the car in the rain with overcast so I was unable to see the repair at the dealership. The salesman kept informing me that the trade in value would go down on the vehicle I was trading in if the vehicle had any painted panels from accidents. I assured him my vehicle was clean. I never imagined the vehicle I paid $28K for would have been damaged and repaired. I have contacted the salesman but no response. Just a shame I was not informed of this as I would of requested a few dollars off the price of the vehicle for having been repaired. So check every inch of the vehicle before you drive off the lot! Always remember this, all used car salesman are liars and cheats!
