Every single time I've had to deal with their service department, my day gets worse.

Their sales department is pretty good, but unfortunately that experience is over as soon as you drive off the lot. Then you're left with the service department. If there is a ruder dealer service department in the United States of America, I haven't found it. I highly suggest steering clear of this place.

Here's one quick example from a while back. I own a Jeep Wrangler that I bought from there. That model jeep has removable doors. I brought the Jeep in and told them that the doors seemed to be stuck and wouldn't come off. By the reaction of the service writers, you would have thought that I asked them to repair the gimbaled thrust vectoring system on a Saturn V rocket. They had no clue where to start. They assured me that their service department couldn't handle the task, and didn't think recommend the body shop either. Instead, one of the service writers walked over to the door and made a half-hearted attempt to lift it (despite the fact that the screws that have to be removed or still intact), and then kind of shrugged and told me I was on my own.

The techs in the back may be fine, but as a customer, you deal with the service writers. Almost without exception, the ones who I've dealt with have been either rude, rushed, incompetent, or a mixture of two or more of those factors.

I am sure that there are some good service writers there too, I just haven't encountered them yet with perhaps one exception a few years ago. I really wanted to like this place and be able to recommend them because I like their sales department, but I have to recommend steering clear of this dealership.
