Taylor Thornton was our salesman, he did a Fantastic job explaining every detail of the new car we purchased, he went out of his way to make sure our questions were answered. Taylor has great customer service qualities that every business needs. It was raining the day we came in, he made sure the cars we test drove were brought under the awning so we wouldn't get wet. We would Definitely return to White's when purchasing another vehicle and make Taylor was our salesman. He went out of his way to set my phone up to connect to the Bluetooth in my car. He is a Fantastic person!!!

I started using White s several years ago, when I purchased a vehicle from an out of state dealership, and they were delivering the truck to me. The vehicle had mechanical issues outside of Casper and Whites not only took care of the other dealership but took care of me as well.

Unbelievable, unprofessional, inconvenient, and simply disappointing... We've been communicating with a salesman for 2weeks; provided all pertinent information and had a pretty good idea of what to expect regarding numbers. Well... when we arrived (drove 3+ hrs) another salesman greeted us, but didn't have details of our 2 week 'conversation'. After a bit of time & test drive, we were informed that the only remaining vehicle we specifically requested was the more expensive upgraded option... ours had been sold the night before! Friendly, helpful, non-pushy salesmen that won't make it a hassle to test drive vehicles! Very happy. We have had a few issues with communication and scheduling with the service department, but otherwise a great place to work with.

Love my car, and the whole buying experience with them. But the fact that the service department isn't open on Saturday's makes it very hard to get in for even an oil change. Called yesterday to get it in to have it looked at because it was making a noise and couldn't get it in for a week. I am going out of town on Friday so that wasn't going to work. They should expand there service department hours to help people out. I should have looked at the service department before buying from them

I used to have respect for this car dealership, and have bought a couple of nice vehicles in the past, but my opinion of them has dropped drastically. I feel like I was taken advantage of and was sold a piece of crap Subaru Forrester. I feel like I was conned all the way around on this car. I have had more things fall apart on it, and have had more trouble with it than any vehicle I have ever owned. On top of that, after talking to other dealerships since I purchased this POS car I found out that it was overpriced by quite a few thousand dollars. I am now just trying to make enough payments to get it where I can break even to trade it in at another dealership. Currently (after making payments since last fall) no one will touch it because it is so overpriced unless I put a good amount of money down with it. It is disappointing to know that a company you respected for so many years and gone down the tubes.

No, I would never buy from White's again. I made a hasty decision in buying a vehicle. Unlike Fremont Motors that has a 72 hour return period, White's offers nothing, not even less than 24 hours. So if you are going to buy, deal with Fremont Motors. At least they give you 72 hours to make sure you have the car you want and can afford it. Fremont Motors has dealerships throughout the state. They will treat you fair!

I want to start off by saying Brandon is the best salesman I've ever delt with. He worked har to get me into a new vehicle along with my mom and sister. He stayed late on valentine's day and never once complained. I have bought 3 vehicles from Whites and every time I have a great experience. Cody and cory are amazing at what they do in finance. Bought a brand new camaro from this dealership. The service engine light was on, they said it needed the battery charged. Lie #1 the emissions system was the problem and 2 weeks later and 140 miles they figured it out. Fast forward to me getting rid of the Camaro and they can't seem to call me about my extended warranty refund. Stay as far away from this dealership as possible!
Part 2 30 days of waiting for a refund and they have done nothing. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

Went in for an oil change and they were very good, didnt take long and after they finished they gave me a walk through of what they did and told me that my brakes and tires were good. They topped off my washer fluid too which was amazing and they were so great that they pulled my car up to the door for me.

This is the second and third car we have purchased at Whites!! I highly recommend Kale Hurley and Whites Mountain Motors!! What a nice, low pressure salesperson. Absolutely pathetic. I recently ordered a Subaru vehicle through this dealership. I placed my order on Friday April 25th. My sales person, Sean, told me that if I found another dealership in a nearby state with the vehicle I wanted that they could do a dealer swap so that I could receive the vehicle earlier, and then Whites would sell the vehicle that I purchased when it arrived since it is in high demand. Four days later I found two vehicles that I liked in Colorado, I sent both of the links to my sales person and he emailed me back at noon the same day saying he would speak to his 'boss' and let me know what was happening. I did not hear anything back from him. On Friday May 2nd I came into the dealership at 8 AM to have my current vehicle serviced and he saw me, he said that he was still waiting to hear from his boss and would contact me shortly. I did not hear anything back from him. I called the number on his business card on Monday May 5th at 1:30 PM to see if I could get an update, but he didn't answer and did not have his voicemail setup so I was unable to leave him a message. I tried to call back at 3:30 PM and again he did not answer. So I called the dealership and asked to speak with him. When I finally got a hold of him he said he would go talk to his boss right now and call me back in just a minute. He did not call me back, AGAIN. So I wrote an email to the GM, Marco, saying how frustrated I was and asked for my deposit back, he said he would give it back but thought he could do something to help. I gave him a chance, the next day he had a vehicle that I liked secured from another dealership. This was great news, but I had already contacted the other dealerships in Co to see what they could offer. One dealership in particular was extremely helpful, Mike Shaw Subaru. They were very quick to reply to all my calls and emails, something that Whites has no clue about. And they immediately blew Whites price out of the water. I emailed the GM at Whites and told him the price they offered me and asked what he could do, no reply. So I ended up securing the vehicles through Mike Shaw, and received my deposit back from Whites. Initially I didn't want to deal with buying a car four hours away, but with how terrible Whites was, it was more than worth it. I also purchased the Maintenance Package through Mike Shaw that included the cost of labor, so now when I get my new vehicle serviced at Whites, since it's the only Subaru Service Center in Casper unfortunately, they will make absolutely no money from me. You would think that when people are spending thousands of dollars at your dealership, you might take them time to provide a little bit of customer service. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

UPDATED:
There was a Subaru issued ECU update for my vehicle, when I tried to call White's and get an appointment to have it looked at, they told me it would be at least a month. Which is not exactly ideal when I'm getting misfire codes. Called the dealership I purchased through in Colorado and they said that if I decided to drive down there, they'd work me into the schedule same day. Got the update taken care of in less than a week. Will be traveling far away from this terrible dealership for all my service.

They don't like to honor warranties and they try to steal your trade saying "we won't be able to sell this unless it's at the auction". Steer clear of these people and buy something worth your hard earned money.

Whilst taking care of business in Casper, my Chevy truck encountered a problem. I stopped in to see if they were able to take a look at the problem. They did have the time & was able to fix what failed. I was disappointed in order for them to even look at the prob, they soaked me over $100 just to look at the prob. I was at the mercy of them to fix the prob & had no choice. It's pathetic how these dealerships take full advantage of the little guy in despair.

Service department was horrible. After explaining what was wrong with our vehicle, we were treated with absolute arrogance and disregard. They completely ignored what we told them and proceeded to make repairs that were not needed. Completely disrespectful. When we would call to get an update on repairs, we would only occasionally get someone on the phone. When we would leave messages, they were never returned. I had to drive down there anytime I wanted to know what was going on. After finally completing their repair, we were ready to leave and the service engine light came on. After the amount of money we spent, this should never have been an issue. I realize it doesn't matter to a dealership this big, but we will never do business here again.

Oil change is comprehensive. They inspect a lot of areas that just don't get checked when you get an oil change at the quick lube places. They rotate the tires for free and wash the vehicle when it is needed and time allows. Price is high, but sometimes you get what you pay for and this is one time. Cole does a good job with scheduling and customer service.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, they did that and their normal inspection and tried to tell me the tires that had less than 15k on them need to be replaced. I took the vehicle to Casper tire and they confirmed that the tires were basically new and did not need to be replaced. I went back to whites to confront them about this. Their service manager fed me a line of crap about they probably just need to replace their tire measuring tools. About a week later while driving down the interstate THE AIR INTAKE FELL OFF!!! because the service techs neglected to tighten the pipe clamp, and re install the retaining clips the held it on. This caused the vehicle to die while going down the road and could have caused a major accident. I returned to whites to confront them about this, the general manager told me it was common for those clips to vibrate out. If this was a common problem i would think after 5 years Subaru would have recalled the clips and installed bolts or something else. Every time I have gone here i feel like i have been lied to, and this time it almost cost me and my family our lives.

Just bought my fourth car from White's; I used to use Cory as a salesperson but he is no longer doing sales so he referred me to Chance, who did a fantastic job. He greeted us as soon as we pulled up to the building and was patient and professional as we test drove several SUVs and explained the benefits and features of each one thoroughly. He got me set up with a 2018 Traverse and was a lot of fun to work with through the entire process. Cory was also great to talk to in the finance department, as always. The buying/trade-in process was smoother than ever and I definitely recommend working with both Chance and Cory.

The gentlemen who did the research, the phone calls and spent time in order to understand the situation. They proved to be honest, efficient and professional. I wish had their names but hopefully management will commend them and anyone else for going the extra mile to resolve the situation. I will never again trust a non- Chevy mechanic. My husband and I went here to buy. We usually go to our guy in laramie, wy but we wanted to come to a closer dealership and keep business in town. We were very disappointed in our experience there. They tried to tell us the deals that our dealership would give us wasn't possible and basicly keep downing the laramie one. Which to me is unprofessional. Then they keep saying one thing and on paper had something else, not what we discuss. We almost bought a truck even though this was happening but yet again they try to get more money out of us in another shady ways. And when pointed out, no answer can be given then. How it was handled at that point was unprofessional and really made us untrusting of this place. We also heard one of these guys talking about us a few feet away. Which really pissed us off since we were really trying to be nice about everything. Even if we didn't buy from this dealer we would of came for services for our truck but after this experience , we decided we are not coming back here for any type of business.

Long story short: shady business, who pray on people who can't remember what they say and don't do the math on the paper work. Unprofessional. Save yourself some heartache and read all the reviews. And if you have a good sales guy don't cheat on him! Love our guy in Larmaie and will drive to him anytime.

Terrible service department. The manager seems to care, but the staff are seriously lacking on communication - i was there waiting. I had an appointment and it took almost 2 1/2 hours and two inquiries at the service desk, to get an oil change and lightbulbs. Not sure how much longer it would have been if i hadn't complained.

I had the pleasure of purchasing this steal of a deal two weekends ago and finally had some time to writeup this review. I worked with a lad named Chance Cole. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and even worked with other salesmen to try and save me this vehicle since I traveled from Cheyenne to Casper to view and purchase this truck. The process was smooth and painless. Chance was never overly pushy like most salesmen can be. If I was to purchase a new vehicle I would definitely: ASK FOR CHANCE! The only reason I'm giving the review 4 stars is because I was told there would be two keyfobs to the vehicle during initial contact with Chance but upon completion of paperwork and other documentation was told there was only 1 keyfob. A huge disappointment knowing that there were indeed two keyfobs with the truck. (Its this new it has two. My father even saw both keyfobs during his test run.) Other than that I'm satisfied.

Absolutely TERRIBLE, David Mead has some HUGE issues with himself and they way he treats customers and their cars. Absolutely obsurd the way I had to deal with that childish tool. Lied to me about my own vehicle and my own work done to it. Knows nothing about what i have done to my car and proceeded to tell me that the issues he caused was because of me.. Horrible experience and will never let family or friends take their vehicle there again for service, actually you don't get service you get DISRESPECTED.

After having incompetence issues at Kia of Cheyenne replacing the engine recall on my 2015 Kia Optima, it was VERY REFRESHING AND REASSURING TO RECEIVE GOOD EFFICIENT SERVICE FROM MY LOCAL KIA @WHITES MOUNTAIN MOTORS.
