My husband and I went here to buy. We usually go to our guy in laramie, wy but we wanted to come to a closer dealership and keep business in town. We were very disappointed in our experience there. They tried to tell us the deals that our dealership would give us wasn't possible and basicly keep downing the laramie one. Which to me is unprofessional. Then they keep saying one thing and on paper had something else, not what we discuss. We almost bought a truck even though this was happening but yet again they try to get more money out of us in another shady ways. And when pointed out, no answer can be given then. How it was handled at that point was unprofessional and really made us untrusting of this place. We also heard one of these guys talking about us a few feet away. Which really pissed us off since we were really trying to be nice about everything. Even if we didn't buy from this dealer we would of came for services for our truck but after this experience , we decided we are not coming back here for any type of business.

Long story short: shady business, who pray on people who can't remember what they say and don't do the math on the paper work. Unprofessional. Save yourself some heartache and read all the reviews. And if you have a good sales guy don't cheat on him! Love our guy in Larmaie and will drive to him anytime.

Charged me $400 to change fluid in the differentials. Took two full days. Cole would not return my phone calls. Did a oil change when I told them I didn't need one. Don't ever do business with White's Mountain .

Unbelievable, unprofessional, inconvenient, and simply disappointing... We've been communicating with a salesman for 2weeks; provided all pertinent information and had a pretty good idea of what to expect regarding numbers. Well... when we arrived (drove 3+ hrs) another salesman greeted us, but didn't have details of our 2 week 'conversation'. After a bit of time & test drive, we were informed that the only remaining vehicle we specifically requested was the more expensive upgraded option... ours had been sold the night before! I dropped off my car at 7am for an oil change and tire rotation Was going to get a ride to work but place was closed so used drop box for keys and walked the 1.3 miles to work car was done before I got off work and it was washed and windows were cleaned nice job

Took my car in for a recall and an oil change. They did not have the part for the recall and did not tell me until after the oil change, which took an hour and a half. I can't give them more than an F.

I had a 930 AM appointment for them to change some burnt out headlights and tail light and also check blinkers as they did not appear to be working. I didn't leave until 1215 PM. Left blinker still does not work properly.

Do not do business with these people. You will waste you time, effort, and are better taking your Subaru to a high school mechanic. Waste of time trying to schedule an appointment when I did not have internet access to their website. I called five times, left three voicemails, and when I finally wished to speak to a manager- guess what? I got the run around again. I am very disappointed. I will not recommend that anyone does business with White's.
I understand that you have other customers, but calling five different times in a day fairly spread out should render some response.

Chance did a great job of taking care of us. There were a few corporate uppers which made some parts of the process easier while making other parts a little more difficult. Overall, we were able to get the car we wanted at a decent rate. Again, Chance, the guy from Fl and the finance guy Cody were awesome. Buy with confidence from this dealership.

Made my purchase without ever setting foot on their lot. They were easy to work with and very accommodating.

We looked at a few cars here, but ultimately didnt find what we wanted, the salesmen started adding me on facebook (creepy I have small children) and email me even though I never gave them my email.

Josh Utley at KIA is the man!! He really helped me out when he got me out of my pos and into a brand new 2021 KIA Seltos. I didn't feel rushed like I usually do with most sales persons and he explained everything I needed to know throughly.

Mr. Garrett help me out of my truck getting it fixed or trying to get it fixed. He was very Polite And Courtesy and customer satisfaction. The insurance company giving Mr. Garrett and I difficult time to get my truck started getting the repairs done. Unfortunately, my truck was Totaled due to cost of the repairs for truck than value of the truck.

Chance Cole was my sales guy and he was fantastic. Pushed through the deal on my truck when I didn't think it was going to happen.

I needed an oil change and checkup on my 2014 Subaru before leaving town. I had misread appt date by a week, but Kimberly worked me into her busy schedule and even helped wash my car! Chance, is a great salesman and person in general. Never felt pressured to hurry and buy something and enjoyed his company and sense of humor. After purchasing my car the next day I recommended him to my mother and she also traded in her car for a new one. I appreciate the business and opportunity to see what s out on the line of vehicles whether by curiosity or emergency, and that s exactly what my situation turned out to be emergency . My old car broke down suddenly and I was without a vehicle for work. Chance was thee to great me and show me options in a polite and timely manner, which helped move life along. I can't say enough good things about Victoria and Jeremy over at Whites Mountain Kia. This was hands down the easiest sales process I have ever experienced. Not once did I ever experience any annoying sales tactics and it was all about making a win-win deal for all of us. Fair sales price, fair trade-in value, and no pressure with the finance manager Cory with upsells that we didn't want. If that wasn't enough, I wasn't going to be able to pick up my new Telluride for another week and they offered to drive it to me on a Sunday because I was an out of state buyer. I can't say that signing papers is a gas station parking lot is an ideal situation but Victoria made the best of it. She even stayed probably another hour after the papers were signed to make sure we were aware of all of the safety features and set everything up for our preferences. This couldn't have been further away from the sales process that we all hate and dread. Communication was excellent and it was actually a pleasure to work with them. Give Victoria and Jeremy a shot and I promise you will probably be pleasantly surprised about how focused on Customer Service they are and making sure you are happy.

We had a terrible cold snap, my old Subaru started cratering. I was worried about getting a loan. I called White s. They got me in a used VW with a solid loan in exactly my price range in about two hours. I made friends with the salesman, Brandon Benham, who treated me with dignity and respect. Totally great experience.

This is the third vehicle I have bought from White's and I always have a fantastic experience.

Cole and Kim are great people. I d consider buying another Chevy solely because of them. I probably won t though due to Chevy never having parts to fix a warranty issue I ve had on my car for over a year now, but as far as the service department Id use them no matter what vehicle I ll buy.

My brand new Subaru WRX was taken in for a replacement tire covered by warranty. I am still waiting to get my car back, it is now the 15th of April.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They shuttled me and my granddaughter to and from my home. They actually beat their own pricing quote as well.

I am so excited. I have had my 2004 Chevy Tahoe for a few years now, its paid off and all I want to do is maintain it, and keep it going as long as i can before having to get another vehicle. I kept hearing a huge loud noise when i drove, and stopped my car. It drove me crazy. I had previously took my car to another dealership, and another car repair shop before Whites MT Motors awhile ago. I went to them to get this one problem fixed, and ended up spending too much money on other things that I didn't even know was a problem, or going to be a problem in the future. And they still were not able to fix the problem that made me go to them in the first place. I have dealt with this problem for years. I was finally recommended to a Whites Mountain Motors. I talked to a rep named Cole Singer, whom was very nice to me and respectful. Made me feel like i was just important as if I was buying a new car from them. They were straight forward with me, and what amazed me the most it was affordable, and within my budget. I was so scared to be charged a lot of money like the other dealership. Well lets just say my kids and myself are very grateful that they finally fixed the problem, and hopefully it doesn't come back. It drives so much smoother too. So thank you Cole and service department team that helped me to hopefully keep my Tahoe a few more years. God Bless

Went in with a friend in May to find a used truck for him. Martin was fantastic. Got my friend a nice 98 GMC Sierra.
I returned July 6 looking for a new Colorado. Started my process online where Joe helped me chose the one I liked. Jason helped me with my final selection & purchase. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in. Cody handled the paperwork. My only issue is they don't explain costs of the up-sale package.
Overall I'm very pleased with my new truck. My friend got a steal on his very nice used truck...so a win, win for us both.

I have always been a take my Subaru to the Subaru garage. We moved to Casper and started to use white mountain. So far they have not impressed me. The service rep. Kim is so slow to call back. She just does not really seem like she knows her product. I ask her questions and I get the dancing around the answer. She does not seem very knowledgeable or on top of her job.

I highly recommend whites! From buying a vehicle through them to getting my vehicle serviced has been phenomenal! Jenny in the service department is so understanding and really helpful! My warranty was up and my car had a sensor go out. I was super tight with cash this year with covid and all and she went above and beyond to find a coverage to get my car fixed! So anyone looking to buy a vehicle or get it serviced go to Whites Mountain! 5 star!!!

Got pushed into a car i didnt want. Wanted awd vehicle but got a car thats bad in the snow when they told me it would be good in the snow and spacious. They dont care what you want just care you buy a vehicle. I wonder if you can sue for them lieing to you?

I bought a 2015 chevy Silverado from this dealership 5 years and I loved the service I received. 5 years later not so sure what has happened. My truck was in the service department for almost 1 month for simple warranty fixes. Horrible communication! Just all around an awful experience. They tried telling me id have to use my own money to fix a windshield if they broke it.. ( mind you my windshield was not even part of my warranty work). I finally got GM involved and filed a claim through them, they got the same treatment i received, horrible service. I finally decided to just go pick my truck up after about a month and took it to Colorado to do this warranty work. So disappointing!!

Got things taken care of in friendly and timely manner and explained the warranty issue.

My mom worked with Chance when buying a used SUV. Now she refers everyone to Chance. She told him what she was looking for and he showed her the inventory with those expectations. She made her choice and then the process took only minutes. He s her new best vehicle provider.
