Very impressed with Chance Cole! Extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure my new preowned car was cleaned and safety checked before I drove iff! Made buying a car a pleasure. Friendly employees and good service, however contrary to the website they are NOT covid aware!! Not a single employee wearing masks or being socially distant. And then they want you to enter a semi enclosed area with them..... had I known that they were not caring about their customers lives or health i wouldn't have gone in at all!!

What a great experience at White s Mountain. I was picked up at the airport in my new car by Taylor and I drove it back to the dealership where I filled out finance paperwork with Cory and then Jeremy ran through the functions of the Telluride with me. In and out in 45 minutes and felt very comfortable and appreciated. Definitely recommend them for car purchases!

While travelling to Montana from Colorado and, 250 miles from home, I experienced a high transmission temp warning on our 2007 Acadia just as we were getting to Casper, where we had plans to stay the night. The next morning, after unsuccessfully getting the local GMC dealer to look at it for us, we came to White's. They got the vehicle in right away and diagnosed a failing transmission. We worked with Brandon to find a suitable solution. While they pretty much had us in a bind, they worked a pretty good deal for us on one of several vehicles in their inventory.Other than the sudden need to make a deal, I feel we were treated fairly and with respect. The reason I gave 4 stars and not five is because I needed to bring the vehicle back in, on our way home because the A/C was not blowing cold. Again though, they got us in quickly, and found that it just needed a recharge of the system. we were on our way in relatively short time and for no additional charge. While I won't use them for our next car purchase because of distance, I would work with Brandon again and feel like they helped make an unexpectedly bad situation a little easier to handle. Thanks!

The service dept. at white,s was helpful and understanding, I am having problems with my warranty company, they were on the phone with Falt irons Subaru and the warranty company trying to fix a mess that started with the finance dept. at flat irons, my car will get worked on when warranty company gets their act together.
Overall ok experience considering outside factors.

Again, I am so pleased to have White's take care of the battery in my car. I had called and they had everything ready to change out my 8 year old battery. I could stay in the car while this took place so hopefully this virus wasn't passed exchanged.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, really wanting a pickup. White's was the ONLY dealership willing to do everything they could to make my wish a reality. Jessica and Chance were awesome and patient, even staying late to finalize the process. And I felt respected as a female, which doesn't always happen in the auto industry. Thanks, Jessica and Chance, for all your help! And thanks, White's, for showing that customer service is still alive and well!!

Not happy with the quality of work performed. Many...

Not happy with the quality of work performed. Many issues after a certified GM dealership "Fixed" my vehicle. Instead of replacing turbo clamp on down pipe, they used a cleaner in my vents to cover up the smell of exhaust coming through my air vents. Broken wiring harness to ABS module was never replaced and caused my trailer breaks to malfunction and lock up. Could not diagnose cracked DPF and catalytic converter told me I had a tune on truck which was causing truck to blow smoke.(Truck has never had tuner or chip) After having the truck on the lift numerous times and not fixing a thing or finding a thing took it to Prazma and Second Wind Performance and I am finally getting the truck back and its fixed correctly! Just waiting to see whats next. Over 10K in unfixed repairs. Have a good day!

Dealt with Chance and Victoria, their sales professionalism 5 plus stars. Taylor, another salesman came up right after we test drove the vehicle and took the car away to show to other people, mind you we literally just stepped out of the car from a test drive. Completely, rude, unprofessional and absolutely not a team player. Way to give a great first impression to an 18-year-old who is buying her own first vehicle. I let the GM know and he showed zero interest regarding the lack of character and professionalism.

I used Chance to purchase a 2018 Subaru Outback and I will never use another salesman again! I am a single mom of 2, which we all know is an easy target for sales but he was not pushy at all and very well informed of each vehicle on the lot. Took the time to walk through the entire lot and answer all of my questions. He worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and then thoroughly walked me through my entire car. Quickest and best car buying experience I ve had. I highly recommend chance and the Whites Mountain Dealership!!!

Took Silverado 2500 in for Stabilitrac notice, service writer was very pleasant, technician said problem possibly involved 3 sensors, one they had, one in Denver and one that was obsolete.
1. Can t believe it could not be narrowed down to which sensor was the problem.
2. Cost me $142.00 to tell me there was a problem.
3. Made an appointment at GMC
4. Still consider it the worst service department in Casper
5. Ordered a new GMC Sierra Denali 2500
Always loved my Silverado, have had it 10 years but going to GMC

Joe exceeded any expectations I may have had. I went to trade in my Kia Soul for a truck, and after listening to what I was looking for he proposed an '06 Silverado that he'd just gotten in a couple days prior. I got a truly fantastic deal on it, and solid value for the trade-in, and the best part was that I did not have to bargain at all. Joe got the price lowered so that I'd get the best rate possible; he also went over everything under the hood and let me record him so that I'd be able to take care of the maintenance on my own. It was an enjoyable, no-stress experience. As an accomplished sportsman as well, he was able to give me some tips on outdoor options in the area. He followed up a week later to make sure everything was going well with the truck. I'm still amazed at how easy he made it to find a great vehicle at a more than fair price. Five solid stars.

I went there looking for one vehicle and it didn't work out. Joe Polzer asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for an inexpensive vehicle for my Son. He showed me a Trailblazer that they took in. In very short time I looked, drove and gave him a price that I would not pay any more for it. Joe came back with a price that was less than I was willing to pay for. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Ask for Joe at White Mountain Motor for your next purchase. I will.

So I am using my sons google account! My name is Danielle Thompson and we we received our Kia Telluride last Thursday! We placed our order in March and it has been well worth the wait!! Our Telluride is amazing and I am so happy with the purchase! Joe worked with my husband on the order and it is exactly what I wanted! We made many calls and probably annoyed he and his sales manager, Jeremy, but through the whole process they were kind and always willing to answer our questions and make us happy! When we went to sign the papers it was painless, fast and everything was shown to us by Joe about all the features of the car! A big thank you for getting me my Telluride! I am in love!!! I will definitely recommend this dealership! And our salesman, Joe Polzer!

I was dissapointed when I found out that the key for my car was a dealer only purchase but I do understand the need for security. On 11/23 my wfe and I came to your dealership to purchase two keys and a remote fob. I was further disapointed to find out the keys couldn't even be cut at your business but had to be ordered. We paid for them and were told they might be in later that week. I called to check on the keys on 11/30 and Sheldon in parts said that they were still on order and he didn't know when they would be in. I received a call from Tim in parts on 12/1 telling me the keys and remote were in. I said I would come in and pick them up, Tim said the keys and fob plus my other key and fob must be programmed in service. Tim tried to get in touch with service and after a 3-5 minute wait on hold Tim came back and said he couldn't get service on the line and I should call and set up an appointment. I then called service and was forwarded to a voice mail for Mary, I Ieft a message, after 2 plus hours my wife said she would call again. She was able to get through and schedule an appointment for 1 week later on 12/9 at 9:00 AM. I did not receive a call back from Mary until the following day, 24 hours later! Today 12/9 we arrived at Whites at about 8:50 AM and went to the service desk and spoke with Kim, she was unable to find an appointment but went ahead and took my information, and asked if we would be waiting, I answered yes expecting it not to take very long and gave here the receipt for the keys. We sat in the showroom until 10:30 when I received a text from Cody asking if I needed any further help. I texted Cody back asking when my car would be done. I then proceeded into the service area and spoke with Cody, he was busy but said he would get back with me. At about 10:50 Cody came into the showroom and gave me an estimate I had asked about and wondered if we wanted the car washed. I declined at the risk of expediency and asked how much longer, Cody said 15 - 20 minutes. At 11:25 Kim came in the show room to say the car was done and there wouldnt be any charge for the programming. We went to the car and tried the keys, only to find that the parts ordered was 1 key and 1 fob instead of 2 keys and 1 fob. I will admit that I did not review the receipt to ensure that Tim had ordered 2 keys and 1 remote, but for $135 I was pretty sure at that cost I had paid for 2 keys and 1 fob.
So in conclusion my wife and I own one Subaru and one Chevrolet and I am pretty sure I will not be using your bussiness for parts, service or new purchases anytime in the near future. I am also aware that word of mouth is a very good advertising and I will surely do my best to pass on this lengthy story to anyone that has a few minutes to listen and let them make up their own mind. I am also sure this review will fall on deaf ears but I fell none the less someone should hear this story if you're really intent on providing quality service. We went into buy a pickup that we were watching on there lot. 3 months it had been there but they would not come down any on the price. You shouldn't be in the business of car sales if you're not willing to deal. Giving us 4000 for our trade, then paying off 4000 we owe, then adding 4000 on the truck isn't dealing. The salesman was decent its the other guy that was rediculous.

Every step of the process was unprofessional. The service rep lied to me repeatedly to excuse his poor level of service. I feel like they bumbled their way through the process and expected me to pay to cover their incompetence. After a $1,000 repair ended up costing about 5 times the original amount they never fixed the problem and gave it back with the original problem.

Update: Once the service manager got involved communication and accountability was just fine but the regular service rep was the problem. I do still feel like the second repair I was charged for was caused by the work performed during the first visit as it wasn't a problem before that time

Good friendly service, however one of the people doing my oil change broke my glove box and did not say anything. I went and talked to them about it and they were quick to get the issue fixed. They did not fight with me about it, but we re instead incredibly honest and upfront about it.(besides from when the incident occurred)

Shout out to James in the service department. Whites always has exceptional service but James went the extra mile for me when dealing with a warranty issue with another dealership. This is one of the many reasons why I buy my vehicles from Whites - the service after the sale is above par.

We were able to drive our purchase off, the lot the same day. And they were very fair with their offer of our trade in. Very good experience. Will recommend them .

I started the process of looking for a vehicle on the internet with several dealerships (Looking for year end specials from GM). Sean at White's was the first to respond to me. He asked all the right questions, set up times for test drives, very polite, and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. I have purchase several vehicle in the past from different manufactures, but I can definetly stay that this vehicle purchase was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Saw a truck advertised on Facebook for Whites Mountain Motors on Friday night and decided to stop in and look at it Saturday afternoon, with really no intentions of buying but after seeing the truck and working with Sales Associate
Josh Utley and Finance Manager Cory Claypool they quickly put me at ease by explaining in simple plain understandable words options that made the purchase of my used/new vehicle very simple and easy and also keeping me in my comfort zone for payments. I would work with Josh and Cory again if I am ever in need of another vehicle.
