I recently just purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos here. We worked with Chance and he was great.

Have purchased 6 different vehicles from Whites over the years great experience every time.

Salesmen were knowledgeable and friendly. Happy with the deal.

I'll be honest. I've never been here, but after reading the reviews. There is no way in hell I would ever go here. There service department is cap, and there sales people are rude. Sorry but the amount of negative comments out rule the positive and when you have a very poor rating as such. Then yall wouldn't be worth a second glance. Maybe they need to start over with real mechanics and people that have been social skills.

Josh was very helpful to work with and got me everything I needed.

Had an excellent buying experience with White s. We were able to get exactly what we wanted. We love our Equinox. And the service department has always treated me amazing when I get my oil changed. Top notch!

Everyone at White's is very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. My first purchase experience was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Everything went so smoothly with the first purchase, we purchased another vehicle a week later and once again everything went great. I recommend the sales team at White's every chance I get!

I am changing my previous review.
The dealer just focus their efforts in doing a sell, after that, their words will never be honored.
My time is valuable and it shouldn't take two months for the sales department to deliver the IOYs agreed during the negotiation. Any way, I gave up waiting. I'll buy the products and avoid the headache and lack of respect.
BTW. I had buy 3 cars and leased 2 more from Kia in the last years.

I was contacted days after my review was posted by Brat, WM manager who fixed the issue for me. Thank you for your help and time.

Everyone at White's and especially in the Kia Department is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations! My questions are never unanswered and I never feel like a burden.

They don't keep there word. It's only about making the sale to them. I will not buy from them again.

They go above and beyond! When it was time for an oil change and tire rotation, they up my car from work and dropped it off afterward. Such great service!

They did what I needed in a reasonable time. They were friendly and personable.

I have had interactions with all departments of Whites Mtn. Chevrolet.

4* for the parts department people on knowledge, accuracy, speed and polite correspondence.

3* for the service department. They try to be accurate and relay knowledge from the mechanics to the customer but can fall short at times. Time estimates are usually skewed so just plan to leave your vehicle for half or all day (even if it is just a LOF and tire rotate).

0* for the sales team, I know most car salesmen can feel like sharks but the sales staff @ Whites is about the most uncomfortable to talk to. When I ask mechanical questions about a vehicle they prefer to change the subject... I have never purchased from them for 1 reason. EVERY salesman proclaims "the price of the vehicle is what the window sticker shows (MSRP)". Now to me that is a slap to my face if this sales staff thinks all people are idiots to believe this. So, that also makes me assume that..

0* must be given for the financial team if they can't work with there own sales staff to put a customer in a good new vehicle.

My last 3 fully loaded LTZ chevy trucks have been purchased out of state at 8-15% below MSRP . Plus delivered to me (8-9hr drive) free of charge. Why can't Whites or any other dealer in Casper come close to that type of sales excellence?

We have also dealt with the parts and service departments and found them very helpful and friendly. When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely go back to White's.

Excellent service compliments of Cole in that department. On short notice they repaired the wiring damage from our Wyoming rabbits and had it complete in one day. He even remembered my past yearly visits on that truck for the same problem.

Josh Utley - the salesman - was extremely patient with me as he showed me several different options and waited for me to make the right decision for me. There was no pressure to make a purchase and he didn't try to show me options that clearly wouldn't work for me. He exceptionally assisted me in finding the perfect vehicle for me rather than trying to upsale me. He was focused on me and not the profit. The finance gentlemen were excellent in getting me the best value for my trade-in and the best interest rate. They took their time looking at all options before just having me sign the first deal. (I also co-sighned a car for my son several days later and it was the exact same for him). I am exceptionally pleased with Whites Mountain Motors - the job they do, how they treat their customers and all they do to ensure it's all about the customer.

I took my Colorado in for an insurance claim. They were easy to get a hold of and contacted me and worked with me for any questions they had. The work looks great!

Dylan and Cody are the bomb I was having trouble with my payments and they personally called the bank and they helped me with it they walked me through everything. And they were very fair but their pricing 10/10 would 100% recommend to anybody

I go out of my way to go to White's Service department in Casper. The team: Jeff, Jenna, Bob, Stephanie, Garrett and Tony went "on and beyond" to help me with my car. Knowing I am from out of town, they accommodated me as much as they could. Jenna made sure everything ran smoothly and the team would made sure my car was ok before I got it back. I appreciate the help and will continue going to Casper for any car service.

Everyone professional and friendly. Hassle free check in, you are helped in a timely manner, offered a ride if you need one. When I picked my Tahoe up I was treated in the same manner, this is why I don't take my vehicle anywhere else.
