I brought my Chevy Cruze to Whites with a complicated, frustrating situation caused by a previous non- Chevy out of town mechanic. I was skepital at this point as to who to trust. The gentlemen who did the research, the phone calls and spent time in order to understand the situation. They proved to be honest, efficient and professional. I wish had their names but hopefully management will commend them and anyone else for going the extra mile to resolve the situation. I will never again trust a non- Chevy mechanic. Im happy that if I need more work done I will bring my car to Whites. Keep up the good work!
