After having incompetence issues at Kia of Cheyenne replacing the engine recall on my 2015 Kia Optima, it was VERY REFRESHING AND REASSURING TO RECEIVE GOOD EFFICIENT SERVICE FROM MY LOCAL KIA @WHITES MOUNTAIN MOTORS. I really appreciate the willingness of Stephanie to go above and beyond to answer questions and get me lined up for future services. Two months ago I was ready to sell my Kia and walk away from a vehicle brand I truly love. But now I have confidence again in my vehicle and if I have further issues I know that Whites will be able to help me.
